The Majlis Vol 23 No 11

Bent on mutilating the Shariah and overriding the Qur'aan, a clique of so-called 'Muslim' bodies is supporting the nefarious non-Muslim Women's Legal Centre in a High Court bid to have the government compelled to enact legislation to compel Muslims to submit their matrimonial affairs to kufr laws. This un-Islamic, in fact, anti-Islam, women's body sporting some women with Muslim names, has made several abortive attempts in the past in collusion with a miscreant 'Muslim' attorney and some other zindeeq bodies and individuals to have the kufr MMB, the so-called 'Muslim' Marriages Bill hoisted on to the Muslim community. The latest haraam move by the conglomerate of kuffaar and zanaadaqah is a court attempt in the Western Cape High Court. The shaitaani plot is to convince the High Court to issue an order to compel the government to enact anti-Qur'aan legislation for overseeing, controlling and deciding Muslim matrimonial affairs. Defending Islam in the Western Cape High Court, the advocate, Brother Zehir Omar told the court that the WLC was manipulating "subtle means" to proscribe and override the laws which the Qur'aan prescribes for Muslims. Zehir Omar, who is leading the battle against the kufr plot in the High Court, is representing the GENUINE United Ulama Council of South Africa (UUCSA) and the Lajnatun Nisaail Mu'minaat (The Muslim Women's Association of South Africa) who are also Respondents in the case. The fake and fraudulent 'uucsa' which supports the kufr MMB has been kicked out by an Order issued by the Pretoria High Court. The attempt to subvert the Shariah which had been initiated more than two decades ago, is a shaitaani ploy to abrogate Qur'aanic Law in the name of 'Islam'. Hallucinated women's 'hardship' is the chimera which these enemies of Islam are dangling in front of the court in the pernicious effort to achieve their shaitaani objective. The evil plot seeks to convey to the world that Islam leaves Muslim women destitute, hence there is a need for the government to enact laws to proscribe the operation of the Shariah. Indeed, the MMB clique of zindeeqs is in cahoots with Iblees. They are his agents to whom the Qur'aan refers in the following Aayat: "Thus, have We created for every Nabi enemies from the jinn devils and human devils. They mutually whisper adorned (satanically adorned) statements of deception to one another...." This is the function of the so -called 'Muslim' bodies who are supporting the kuffaar WLC. Some of them go about their kufr trade covertly and others overtly. Muslims should not allow themselves to be ensnared into these satanic MMB traps with the Zukhruful Qaul (adorned words of deception) of Hizbush Shaitaan (the conglomerate of devils). Published 3 September, 2016 In response to a question, the Darul Ifta of Deoband Darul Uloom responded: Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem Neither is Mufti Saeed Ahmad Palanpuri Sahib nor any Aalim of Darul Uloom Deoband against the Tabligh Jamaat. Yes, some Tabligh members have deviated and indulged in ghuluw (haraam fanaticism). They are speaking a lot of errant nonsense. For example: 1. They apply Aayaat of the Qur'aan purely referring to Jihaad to Tabligh work. This is another form of Tahreef (interpolation). 2. The Madaaris of Islam are redundant and of no benefit. Ilm Deen is acquired by going out with the Jamaat. 3. (They ask): What have the Ulama done until now? They have done nothing. Whatever has spread of Deen has not been through the hands of the Ulama, rather it has spread through the Tabligh Jamaat. The Ulama have done 4% of work whilst the Jamaat Brothers 96%. Furthermore, the Ulama have not done work for the sake of Allah, rather for the sake of salaries. 4. If any Aalim gives Tafseer of the Qur'aan they stop him and say that only Fadhaail A'maal should be read; no other kitaab should be read. 5. There is no need for Taqwa and Tazkiyah Nafs. By going out with the Jamaat all these will be achieved. 6. They do not keep any Aalim as Imaam or Mudarris who has not devoted one year out with the Jamaat. If unknowingly such an Aalim is kept and thereafter it becomes known that he did not go out for a year, they dismiss him from Imaamate and Teaching. They do not give their daughters in marriage to him. 7. They look down upon the Ulama and they debate with them. 8. Whoever has not given a chillah is not thought of as a Deendaar, in fact not even as a Muslim. 9. Whoever does not join the customary Nizaamuddeen Tabligh, no matter how much Deeni service he may have done, they do not consider that to be Deeni work. Many issues of a similar nature have constrained not only Mufti Saeed Paalanpuri Sahib, but also many Ulama and Buzrugaan-e-Deen that the Tabligh Jamaat is on course to become a new sect. We have heard such statements from them. Leaving aside the methodology of the Qur'aan and Hadith they are following their own methodology and innovated 'deen'. Observing all these developments, educated, dignified and pious people of the Deen are really concerned. Looking at developments of this nature in the Markaz of Nizaamuddeen, responsible members of the Tabligh Jamaat have not only become concerned, they have separated themselves. All these things have occurred because of deviating from the Balanced Path. Do not leave the work of the Jamaat. Do continue with the work. However, do not deviate from the Balanced Way. Do the work in the manner and according to the Usool which Hadhrat Maulana Ilyaas Sahib had laid down for this work. Insha-Allah, no one will then point fingers. Wallahu Ta'ala A'lam. Darul Ifta' Darul Uloom Deoband COMMENT BY THE MAJLIS: We urge the elders of the Jamaat, to become alert to this deviation which has crept into the Tabligh Jamaat. It will indeed be a sad day when the Ulama will be constrained to brand the Jamaat as a deviant sect. Q. In Canada, the Canadian Mounted Police employs Muslim women as well. Muslim females have recently been given permission to have uniforms which conform to Hijaab rules. Please comment. A. What is there to comment about prostitutes? The 'hijaab' of these prostitutes just as every facet of their occupation, is a tool of prostitution. Whilst these prostitutes may have been born to Muslim families, they are not Muslims. They are murtads. Q. Some people make qur'baani of cows less than two years. Is the qur'baani valid? If sheep with tails are not available for Qur'baani, will it be permissible to sacrifice sheep without tails? Farmers cut off the tails to prevent disease. A. Regardless of the disease and scarcity of valid animals, it is not permissible to make qur'baani of a cow which is less than two years. The qur'baani will not be valid. If you are unable to acquire a sheep with tail, sacfrice a goat. Q. Is it permissible to recite the Qur'aan Shareef in the cemetery? Should dua in the cemetery be made collectively? A. The Qur'aan should be recited from memory in the Qabrustaan. Dua should not be made collectively at the time of burial nor at any time when visiting the qabrustaan. Everyone should silently engage in Dua. Q. Many people in Pakistan speak very ill of Hadhrat Maulana Husain Ahmad Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) because of his support for India. They say that he was insincere. Please comment. A. Those who make gheebat of even an ordinary Muslim are guilty of devouring the flesh of a dead brother. Making gheebat of such a great Aalim as Hadhrat Maulana Husain Ahmad Madani (Rahmatullah) is among the gravest sins. Devouring the flesh of Aalims is extremely poisonous and spiritually fatal. Those who speak ill of this illustrious Shaikhul Hadith are jeopardizing their Imaan. Q. When does the iddat begin for a woman who is given Talaaq? A. Once the husband issues Talaaq Baa-in whether verbally or in written form, then it will immediately terminate the marriage. The Iddat begins from the very moment Talaaq Baa-in is issued. The Iddat is a period of three full menstrual cycles. If he issues only a Talaaq without stating 'Baa-in', then such Talaaq can be revoked by the husband within the Iddat period. After expiry of Iddat he can no longer revoke it. It will then be final. To revoke the Talaaq he need only say that he has revoked it or taken back his wife or act with her in a manner in which husband and wife have relationship. Q. What is khula'? A. Khula' is a mutual agreement between the husband and the wife. If the husband refuses to issue Talaaq, the wife may offer him a sum of money to induce him to issue Talaaq. Khula' cannot be imposed unilaterally. It has to be by the mutual agreement of the husband and wife. Q. What is Faskh? A. Faskh means annulment. If the husband refuses to issue Talaaq and if the wife has valid Islamic grounds for desiring to opt out of the marriage, then she should apply to the local Ulama organization for Faskh of her Nikah. Q. Is it permissible to learn judo, karate, etc. if one has to bow to the instructor? A. It is haraam to bow for a human being. Taking lessons from such an instructor is not permissible. Q. Is it permissible to consume the medicine, Ritalin? A. It is not permissible to consume such a harmful drug-poison as Ritalin which causes serious complications, even death. Q. Is it permissible for a woman to pierce a second earhole so that she could wear two pairs of earrings? A. Piercing a second earhole is not permissible. Q. Is it true that the complexions of people in Jannat will be only white? If yes, then why? A. Whether the complexions of people in Jannat will be only white or also of other colours is known to only Allah Ta'ala. Whatever Allah Ta'ala wills, creates and selects is best. We are His creation. We do not comprehend His Wisdom. He does as He pleases. He is the Creator, The Wise and The Most Powerful. We puny creatures with our created brains with their finite and limited understanding cannot embrace in comprehension Allah's Power and Wisdom. It is not our obligation to fabricate interpretations for whatever He wills and for the complexions He will be bestowing to people in Jannat. Q. A wedding function is held in a hall where there is a mixed gathering of men and women who are dressed un-Islamically. Photography, videoing and sinful acts are committed. In one corner of the hall a section has been set aside for guests who observe purdah. This section is enclosed. An Aalim who attended this function says that it is permissible to be present as long as one is in the private section. A senior Mufti of a Darul Uloom says that it is permissible to attend if one will be seated in the separate section. Is this fatwa correct? A. Both the jaahil so-called 'aalim' and the 'senior mufti' are in grievous error. They are trapped in shaitaani deception known as Talbeesul Iblees. The fatwa of the Darul Uloom's mufti is baseless. In none of the texts cited by the Mufti is there any scope for permissibility for an Aalim or even a layman to knowingly attend a wedding function in a mal-oon (accursed) hall even if they provide separate seating for him. The very hall in which all the haraam activities are taking place is mal-oon. La'nat settles on all the participants. Any separate seating in a cordoned off corner is likewise under the la'nat of Allah Ta'ala. When the Aalim is aware of the fisq and fujoor that will be taking place in the hall, then it is haraam for him to attend. His participation accords acceptability and respectability to sin and transgression. The fatwa of the Darul Uloom has no validity in the Shariah. Q. Are motorplans permissible? A. Motorplans which come with the cars are permissible. Buying such plans separately is not permissible. These plans are insurance schemes if purchased separately. Q. If a car is purchased for one's own use, but after sometime the intention is made to sell it. Should Zakaat be paid on the value of the car? A If the car is purchased for use, not for selling, then Zakaat is not payable. But after the car is sold, then Zakaat is payable on the cash money if one still has the cash in one's possession at the expiry of one's Zakaat year when one usually pays Zakaat. Since the car was bought for use, not for selling, Zakaat is not payable on it even after one intends to sell it. Q. My husband and myself are reverts, having accepted Islam. I have given birth to a baby boy. We have a dispute regarding the circumcision of the baby. I want it to be done immediately as all Muslims do. But my husband says that we have to wait until the child is 18 years old then the circumcision will be done in the mountains. It is necessary to follow the tradition of the community. What is the view of the Shariah? A. It is Waajib (Compulsory) to have your child circumcised as soon as possible. It is not permissible to unnecessarily delay, and it is HARAAM to postpone it until he is 18 years old for the sake of fulfilling a kuffaar ritual. To do so is kufr. It is HARAAM for Muslims to adopt any ritual of a kuffaar religion even if the specific ritual does not entail any specific act of shirk. But adoption of a kuffaar religious practice is HARAAM. During circumcision in the mountains, kuffaar ritual will have to be followed, and this will render the person a murtad. Q. Is it permissible to keep monkeys as pets? A. It is not permissible to keep monkeys as pets. In bygone times, Allah Ta'ala had punished a community by transforming them into apes which the Qur'aan mentions. When Allah Ta'ala has chosen the form of monkeys as an Athaab, it is highly improper and not permissible to keep monkeys as pets. Q. Is there any difference between big and small pictures as far as the prohibition is concerned? A. Pictures of people and animals are haraam whether big or small. Q. It is said that the Iddat of a woman is three haidh cycles. From when does her Iddat begin if she was divorced during a clean period? A. The Iddat of a divorced woman is full three haidh cycles. If she was divorced during the state of Tuhr (Paaki – the clean period), then whilst her Iddat begins immediately, she still has to wait and be in Iddat until the end of the third haidh cycle. Q. Is it correct that the Iddat breaks if the woman sees ghair mahram males? A. The Iddat remains valid even if she sees ghair mahram males although it is haraam for her to intentionally appear in their presence. Q. During the Iddat is it permissible for the woman to apply perfume and adorn herself to attract her husband with the hope of reconciling? A. If the Talaaq is Talaaq-e-Raj'i (a revocable Talaaq), then in fact she should adorn herself to attract her husband with the intention of reconciliation. But if it is Talaaq Baa-in (a Talaaq which cannot be revoked), then adornment is not permissible. Q. What Math-hab do the Ulama in general follow in Saudi Arabia? A. In general the Ulama in Saudi Arabia are employed by the Saudi regime. They are supposed to be Salafis. But in reality their 'math-hab' is the Saudi regime. They do not follow any Math-hab. Q. What is the official Math-hab of Madinah University? A. Madina University does not follow any Math-hab. They are Salafis. Q. Which Math-hab did Ibn Tayyimah, Ibn Qayyim, Shaikh Uthaymeen and Shaikh Bin Ba'z follow? A. Ibn Taimiyyah followed none of the Four Math-habs of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. Besides the Hanafi, Maaliki, Shaafi' and Hambali Math-habs, there is the Nafsaani math-hab. This is the math-hab of vain desire, self-opinion and deviation. He initiated his own nafsaani math-hab. Ibn Qayyim was his student, hence followed him (Ibn Taimiyyah). The other two are Salafis. They don't follow any of the Four Math-habs. They were freelancers, flitting from Math-hab to Math-hab to suit their opinions. Q. Should the muqtadi recite the Salaam with the Imaam or remain silent? A. The Muqtadi should also recite the 'Salaam'. He should recite everything in Salaat except the Qiraa't. Q. Some people say that shaitaan was an angel. Is this true? A. Shaitaan is a jinn, not an angel. The Qur'aan explicitly states that he is a jinn. Q. An employer charges his workers a service fee when giving them loans. Is this fee permissible? A. The 'service fee' which the employer charges for giving loans to his staff is haraam riba. It is interest which is haraam. The employer is a blood-sucker who thrives on haraam exploitation. Q. Is it permissible for a woman to attend an all ladies thikr programme? A. It is not permissible to attend a thikr gathering even if there are only women present. Engage in Thikrullaah at home in privacy. Q. Is it permissible for a male to teach baalighah girls hifz? A. It is haraam for a male to teach baalighah and near baalighah girls hifz even from behind a screen. It is haraam for him and others to listen to the voices of the girls. Q. What is the status of online aalim courses? A. Online 'aalim' courses are baseless. One cannot become an aalim in this manner. The way of the Sunnah which has come down to us from the Sahaabah is the only way. One cannot become an Aalim listening to a parrot. Q. It is said that a person who consumes liquor, his ibaadat is not accepted for 40 days. If before the 40 days it is Eidul Adha, should he make Qur'baani? Will it be accepted? A. Yes, he still has to offer the Qur'baani just as he has to perform all acts of ibaadat such as Salaat, Fasting, etc. The meaning of his ibaadat not being accepted is that he is deprived of the thawaab (reward) of the ibaadat. Nevertheless, it remains compulsory for him to discharge all ibaadat obligations. Furthermore, if he repents, then the sin is forgiven and he will then be rewarded for all his acts of ibaadat during the 40 day period. Q. Is the earth flat or round? Both sides have logical evidence for their respective views. I am confused. What is the Islamic view? A. Whether the earth is round or flat is known to Allah Ta'ala. We do not know. Islam is silent on this issue. And, whether it is flat or round, is of no importance. This issue has no relationship with Imaan. We are not going to be questioned about this on the Day of Qiyaamah. It is therefore a waste of time to become involved in futility. Q. A new craze is for males to put studs under their lip. Is such a person to be allowed in the Musjid? A. Such a human shaitaan who puts studs under his lip should not be allowed in the Musjid. Q. Is making dua aloud in congregation after Salaat Sunnah? A. Making dua aloud in congregation is not permissible. Everyone should make his own dua silently. The customary loud dua is bid'ah. Q. I have recently accepted Islam. I have still to memorize Qunoot for Witr. What should I recite presently? A. If you have not yet memorized Dua Qunoot for the Witr Salaat, then in the third raka't of Witr recite 'Subhaanallaah' a few times, at least thrice. Q. Are products with the ingredient shellac halaal? A. Products with shellac are not halaal. Q. Are skull and bone images permissible? A. Skull and bones images are not permissible. Q. Is it permissible to become a franchisee and a franchisor? A. It is not permissible to become a franchisee nor a franchisor. The dealings are riba and haraam. Q. Whilst leading the Salaat in Maghrib, I forgot to recite Surah Faatihah aloud. After three aayats, I remembered. What should I have done? Should Surah Faatihah be repeated aloud from the beginning or should one continue aloud from the aayat one remembers, and make Sajdah Sahw? A. Even if one aayat of Surah Faatihah is recited silently by mistake in a Jahri Salaat in Jamaat, then the aayat/s recited silently should be repeated audibly, and Sajdah Sahw be made. Q. In the 3rd Raka't of Fardh, if Surah Faatihah is recited audiby, after how many aayats wil Sajdah Sahw be incumbent? A. If in the third raka't of Jamaat Salaat, even if one aayat is recited audibly, Sajdah Sahw should be made. Q. Is the Thana which is being recited in Janaazah Salaat Masnoon? A. The Thana which is recited in Janaazah Salaat has been extant for the past fourteen centuries. Do you believe that the thousands of Fuqaha were all wrong and that you have understood this issue better. Was the entire Ummah astray for all these past centuries? Recite Istighfaar, and beware of shaitaani drivel. Q. Is it permissible to consume a herb which produces hallucinations? It is used as a medicine. Bright lights are visualized. A. It is not permissible to consume a herb which produces hallucinations. A 'medicine' which disturbs the mental equilibrium and induces the type of hallucinatory effect described by you is not permissible. The lights, etc. experienced when the mind is overwhelmed by such substances could be shaitaani deceptions. Shaitaan is capable of creating the experience of 'noor' – the noor of even angels in the human mind. Q. Is it permissible to use hypnotism for medical treatment? A. Using hypnotism, mesmerism and the like for treatment is not permissible. All such occult practices can be contaminated by satanic manipulation. Q. Some scholars use such methods for treating patients. A. Scholars who indulge in such practices should not be trusted. They can be influenced by sihr or some form of satanism. Q. Is it permissible to study books on stoicism A. It is not permissible to practice stoicism which is a philosophy of the ancient mushrik Greeks. One should not read such books merely for passing time or for mere interest. Only if the intention is to refute the baatil of a philosophy, may it be studied. Q. Please explain who is allowed to give Da'wah. I see a lot of people around me giving Da'wah, but they have not morally purified themselves. What are the criteria for giving Da'wah to others? A. Da'wah means to invite others to Islam or to offer good Islamic advice to anyone on any issue. Teaching one's children is also Da'wah. All forms of Deeni advice given to others is Da'wah. Self-reformation is not a condition for Da'wah. Just as Salaat, Fasting, Charity, Hajj, etc. are acts of ibaadat, so too is Da'wah. All acts of ibaadat have to be compulsorily performed regardless of the moral and spiritual status of a person. Similarly, Da'wah is an ibaadat which has to be upheld by even a person who is not a practising Muslim. If every person has to wait for the achievement of moral purification, the avenue of Da'wah will close. No one knows whether he has attained a sufficient degree of self-reformation to regard himself / herself as purified and qualified for Da'wah. The feeling that one has not achieved moral purification, hence not entitled to make Da'wah is a nafsaani deception. Whenever the opportunity occurs, one should engage in Da'wah. However, the Da'wah of a non-practising person will be devoid of barkat. People will not derive true benefit from him. Q. I loaned an item to someone. He now says that he has lost the item. Can I demand payment from him? A. The item you loaned to the person is in his trust. It is called amaanat. If he lost the item due to negligence, then you can ask payment. If it was not lost due to negligence, then you may not ask for payment. You will just have to accept the loss. Q. If a person misses Jamaat Salaat, should he still recite Takbeer Tashreeq after the Fardh which he performs alone? A. Yes, he should recite the Takbeer. Q. If the eyes are effaced from a picture, will the picture be permissible? A. The picture of the person or animal remains haraam despite effacement of the eyes. Q. A non-Musim male embraced Islam to get married with a Muslim woman. This was his sole intention. Is his Islam valid? A. The intention for embracing Islam must be for Allah Alone. The person should rectify his intention. If he does not genuinely believe in the truth of Islam, then his verbal profession of the Kalimah will not be valid between him and Allah Ta'ala despite it being technically valid for him to be classified a Muslim in the dunya. Q. A person openly claims that television is halaal. Is it permissible to offer Salaam to him and to respond to his Salaam? Is his claim kufr? A. It is not permissible to respond to the Salaam of the person who openly and flagrantly claims that television is halaal nor is it permissible to make Salaam to him. If he asks the reason, then politely explain that it is not permissible to make Salaam to a person who believes that an evil institution such as television is halaal. However, such a faasiq has not committed such kufr which expels one from the fold of Islam although he hovers on the brink of kufr. This is because many misguided, evil ulama are misleading the ignorant masses with their baatil fatwa of television's permissibility. These evil ulama who are agents of Iblees, themselves appear on television which is Dajjaal's eye of satanism. Q. Some years ago a group of persons purchased a house with the intention distributing the income to Deeni work in their village in Gujerat, India. Ten years later, the people where the house is situated, took the house by force. The rents have been accumulating in the bank over the years. I am one of the signatories. Both parties are demanding the accumulated income. To whom should I release the funds? A. The benefits of the Waqf house have to be used in terms of the niyyat of those who had established the Waqf. The community had no right to take the Waqf house by 'force'. They had thereby usurped the right of the original Waaqifeem who are the ones who had acquired the house and who had made it Waqf. The original Waaqifeen are entitled to use the rent income as they deem fit in accordance with their original intention. Since the original intention was for the funds to be used in the village of Gujerat for Deeni purposes, you should ensure that the funds reach the village. The funds should not be given to the committee which had usurped the rights of the original Waaqifeen. Q. What is the Sunnah regarding recitation of Takbeer during the Days of Tashreeq? Should the Takbeer be recited together with the Imaam in one voice? A. During the Days of Tashreeq (9, 10, 11, 12 and 13th Zil Hajj), it is Sunnah for all musallis – the Imaam as well as the Muqtadis – to recite Takbeer Tashreeq once aloud after every Fardh Salaat. The musallis should not wait for the Imaam to begin the Takbeer. They should recite immediately after the Imaam has made the Salaam of the Salaat. On the way to the Eidgah, on the Day of Eidul Adha, everyone should recite the Takbeer audibly, not in congregational form with one voice. Everyone should engage in his own Takbeer audibly until the Eidgah. On reaching the Eidgah, they should terminate their audible recitation. Q. In our country (Ghana) it is the custom to hang up the Qur'baani slaughtered animal after the inside is cleaned out. However, the meat is cut up and distributed only on the next day. The carcass remains hanging until the next day. Pease comment. A. To hang the carcass of the slaughtered animal until the next day for cutting and distribution is bid'ah. It should be done soon after the animal has been slaughtered. Q. My friend says that the Hadith regarding ibaadat on the Night of Eid is dhaef, hence one should ignore it. A. Your friend's thinking is 'dhaeef' and corrupt. If he knew the technical meaning of 'Dhaeef' he would not have uttered the drivel of abstaining from ibaadat on the great Night of Eid. Ignore his drivel and do not deprive yourself of the blessings and benefits of the Eid Nights. Q. What is the significance of fragrance emanating from a qabar? Comment on the assumption that it is not due to atar on the qabar or the mayyit or a fragrant plant. A. Although a sweet fragrance from a Qabar is not explained by the Hadith, nevertheless, it is a very good sign. Such fragrances do emanate from the Quboor of some Auliya and Shuhada. If the fragrance is due to atar or some fragrant plants on the Qabar, then surely this will be quite apparent. But fragrance being emitted from within the Qabar, is certainly a very good sign indicating the good status of the mayyit. Such fragrance from within the grave reaching the outside is most certainly not the effect of any atar on the freshly buried mayyit covered by tons of sand. Q. A student studying at a Madrasah told a boy and girl who had entered into a secret marriage that it is permissible for them to engage in sexual relations during the wife's menses if the husband feared committing zina. They accepted the student's fatwa and acted accordingly. Did they commit kufr? A. The statement made by the 'friend' studying at a Madrasah is satanic. He is a jaahil propagating shaitaaniyat. It is not permissible for the husband to even look at the bared part of his wife from the navel to the knees during her haidh. All three characters in this haraam episode are guilty of kabeerah sins. However, the boy and the girl have been misled by the jaahil student, hence their commission of the sin is not kufr. If the jaahil had issued his corrupt 'fatwa' on the basis of a genuine misunderstanding, then he too is not guilty of kufr. But, if he gave the satanic advice whilst being aware that it is haraam, then he has committed kufr and has to make taubah and renew his Imaan. Q. A man committed kufr, then repented and entered into a fresh Nikah. Does he have to pay mahr again, and organize a Walimah? A. Yes, Mahr has to be paid when entering into a fresh Nikah. There is no need for walimah for a marriage of this kind. It is not permissible to advertise one's sins, especially the sin of kufr/ irtidaad. Q. If one performs Hajj Ifraad, when must the Sa-ee be made? A. The Sa-ee could be made after Tawaaf Qudoom on arrival in Makkah or it could be made after Tawaaf Ziyaarat on the 10th. Q. Is a murdered person forgiven all sins? A. Whether the murdered person has been forgiven, is known to only Allah Ta'ala. Sometimes, a 'shaheed' - the one who was killed in the battlefield - is also not forgiven. This depends on his intention for participating in Jihad. While we say in general that the Shaheed is forgiven all his sins, this depends on whether he was genuine. Q. What is the meaning of maintaining family ties? Does it apply to even very distant relatives? How often do we have to visit relatives? A. Maintaining family ties is to be kind and helpful to them. It does not mean visiting them often. In fact, nowadays, it is best to abstain from frequent visits. There is too much sin and transgressions in the houses of relatives. Just be good in general to them no matter how distant the family relative may be. But those who sin flagrantly, stay away from them. Q. Is visiting relatives on Eid Days Sunnah? Are there any specific acts for the Day of Eid? What about gifts? A. Visiting relatives on Eid Days is not Sunnat nor exchanging gifts. On Eid days, besides ghusl, the Takbeer if it is Eidul Adha, Qur'baani and the Salaat for men there is nothing special to do. Remain at home, engage in ibaadat, and do not go about visiting relatives and friends. Especially in this era of fitnah, home is your sanctuary. It is your safest place. Q. How should the Qur'baani meat be distributed? A. It is Sunnat to divide the Qur'baani meat into three portions: one for the poor, one for relatives and friends, and one for oneself. However, it is permissible to distribute in any way and amounts one wishes. Q. Is Red Bull drink halaal? A. Red Bull drink is haraam. Q. A boy and a girl who are conducting a haraam relationship asked me to perform their Nikah, but no one should be informed. What is your advice? A. Secret nikahs are extremely problematic. It is not proper to perform a nikah when the girl's parents are unaware or they refuse to consent. Advise the couple to be brave and to speak to their parents and to accept their advice. One should not embroil oneself in something which will surely erupt in fitnah. Zina is a secret affair, and Nikah is a public affair. Q. Some muftis say that according to Imaam Abu Hanifah, it is permissible to hire out property for even a liquor store or to a church. Is this correct? A. It is baseless. Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah alayh) never issued such a corrupt fatwa. The muftis of today issue many drivel 'fatwas' on the basis of misunderstood technicalities of Fiqh. Liquor, gambling, pork and the shirk/kufr of a church? Every Muslim has sufficient Aql endowed to him by Allah Ta'ala to understand that to aid and abet these mal-oon haraam ventures is HARAAM. The 'fatwas' of this nature are not valid. Technicalities are being used to water down what Allah Ta'ala has made haraam. As far as the practical life of a Mu'min is concerned, he should heed what Allah Ta'ala says in the following Qur'aanic Aayat: "They take their scholars and their holy men as gods besides Allah..." Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Seek a fatwa from your heart." It is indeed extremely short-sighted, silly and destructive for the morals and Imaan of Muslims for muftis to present juristically technicalities to laymen who do not understand the import of such issues. In fact, it is clear that even the muftis of this era do not understand what they read in the Kitaabs. It is HARAAM to hire property for any haraam activity. Q. Could you please give me direction on the under mentioned. The Jamiatul Ulama (Johannesburg and Lenasia), Radio Islam, Crescent of Hope, Lenasia Muslim Association and several other Muslim organisations regularly advertise their events, drives and other activities in the Rising Sun. The Rising Sun sponsors an annual horse-race meeting in Clairwood. It is believed that revenue from advertising is used for the sponsorship, which means that some fraction of the organisations' payments goes towards the race. Is this not aiding and abetting gambling? If so, what is the Islamic perspective on such actions? Also, these organisations also advertise in another newspaper which promotes urs and such activities. What is the Islamic viewpoint on this? There are several other Muslim-owned community newspapers which do not promote any of the above activities. Is it not better for these Muslim organisations to support their Muslim brothers and sisters? As a regular contributor (Qurbani, old clothes, cash and in kind) I have stopped supporting these organisations and I am encouraging my friends and relatives to do the same. Your response would be appreciated. A. Every layman Muslim, in fact even an ignoramus Muslim who understands the basics of Islam, knows that aiding and abetting sin is haraam. The Qur'aan Majeed says: "Do not aid sin and transgression." It is Islamically unacceptable in particular for organizations dubbing themselves 'Ulama', to advertise in the type of haraam papers you have mentioned. We are living in an era near to Qiyaamah, and among the Signs of Qiyaamah, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentioned that the sheikhs and molvis will be the worst scum under the canopy of the sky. They lack even an iota of fear and shame, hence they are able to so brazenly and blatantly violate Allah's commands. You have acted correctly by terminating your contributions to these shaitaani bodies which shamelessly promote and indulge in fisq and fujoor. These evil developments by the ulama-e-soo' must be expected in this age. Evil by such 'ulama' who are in fact juhala, is on the increase. It is not permissible to contribute funds to those who flagrantly trample on the Laws of Allah Ta'ala, cancelling the divine prohibitions left, right and centre. Q. I wanted to know what is the fatwa regarding an organization called "Crescent Lifestyle" based in Johannesburg? They want a monthly payment of R69 per adult which they use for the poor and needy. But with the R69 they also give an AA roadside assistance to the value of R300, discounts at certain partner stores and above that you stand a chance of winning a umrah ticket. They say they have 49 000 subscribers and now coming to Kzn. There are various other benefits and others all for the R69. In simple terms I know that anything that you pay for and getting something in return is haraam, just like entering in a charitable competition for R2 to win a cake is totally haraam. Is it permissible? Are the benefits permissible? Where does the rest of the money comes from for example the AA or the umrah ticket, is it from the same charity? They stated that ml. Suleman Moola is their Islamic advisor. A. Don't be fooled by the charity prizes and charity chimera they are dangling in front of the public. Crescent Lifestyle operates like an insurance company. The deal you have described is not permissible. It is a haraam insurance contract. They net millions in haraam profit in these insurance schemes, hence doling out prizes and awarding umrah tickets are peanuts for them. Where the 'rest of the money comes from' is not a conundrum. With almost 70,000 subscribers, their boodle netted monthly is R3.5 million. This equates to R42 million per year. It is indeed mind-boggling fleecing and blood-sucking. Doling out a lousy ticket, etc. for a mock 'imrah' and other peanut prizes are thin veneers with which the massive annual boodle is being covered. It is not permissible to join this club. The prizes are not permissible since they are not pure gifts, but the effects of insurance which is maisar (gambling) in terms of the Shariah. Q. 24-Caear-Gold, alcohol-free wine is available in Dubai. Is this wine halaal? A. Dubai is a Satanist outpost of the U.S.A. Wine is always haraam. The 'alcohol-free' designation appears to be a satanic deception. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had predicted that in times close to Qiyaamah, Muslims will consume liquor which is given fanciful names. It appears that the Dubai Satanists are a fulfilment of this prediction. For Dubai in particular, the Qur'aan Majeed warns: "When We intend to destroy a city, We command its affluent people (i.e. they are given latitude to hang themselves). Then they (go overboard) indulging in fisq. Thus, the decree (of Athaab) becomes established for them. Then We utterly destroy them." An Insider from the medical fraternity, commenting on the fraud and deception perpetrated by doctors who play havoc with the health and lives of unsuspecting patients, writes: Working in the medical field amongst doctors, nurses and in hospitals, slowly I began to realise that reality is one thing and what our eyes see is something else. In medicine we understand cure and there might be cure using this process of treatment, however, it also comes with side effects and many times more problems than the initial sickness or medical problem one is faced with. Western medical treatment together with the testing and investigative processes should be checked and understood (if possible as we will not understand everything always). The reason for mentioning this is that while working at hospitals I have seen instruments and medical technological advanced devices being misused and reports being issued. Medical devices that are used in hospitals many times are attached to patients for various reasons. Heart monitoring, brain monitoring, blood monitoring and cleansing (Dialysis), temperature monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, glucose (sugar) monitoring etc. As a patient in most cases people do not know or understand how a device works. I have come across situations where a non-working device was attached to a patient or used on a patient for a lengthy period of time and they were not aware that this device is not even working. They were being charged for the investigation or test and results were given without there being a test. This would then easily be understood that there are people then being given treatment for something that doesn't exist or maybe verified or proven. If you are told you have a problem, sickness or disease DON'T JUST BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU ARE BEING TOLD. Ask for reports, printouts etc, when seeing any medical facility, to justify your medical bill NOT to know that your cure is underway. The sad reality is that we as muslims are allowed to use different forms of treatment, etc, however we trust in these treatments and processes to such an extent that whatever we are told we blindly believe. We trust that a doctor or hospital will cure our sickness or problem we are faced with. Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala has sent us into this world and will most definitely test us, during these tests and trials trust should be on ALLAH alone. ALLAH SUBHANU WATA'LA is the one who gives sickness and removes it. ALLAH SUBHANAHU WATA'ALA is well aware of every condition and can sort out every and all conditions. Although I mentioned check and verify, that is from a wordly medical perspective. We as muslims, believers in ALLAH SUBHANAHU WATA'ALA and NABI SALLALAHU ALAIHI WASSALAM don't need proof and don't need to see or understand a cure to know that we will be cured from any test, trial, sickness or disease we have or experiencing. It is as if we have imaan and yaqeen on doctors and the means more than imaan and yaqeen in ALLAH SUBHANAHU WATA'ALA. Listening to praises from many with regards to medical professionals and those helping or assisting we forget to mention the ONE who is in total control and that is ALLAH S U B H A N A H U W A - TA'ALA. For the Muslim patient keep ALLAH SUBHANAHU WATA'ALA on the tongue and praise him at every juncture, and for the muslim practioner also keep ALLAH SUBHANAHU WATA'ALA on the tongue and praise him but also affirming every one that is being treated that sickness, tests and trials and their cures are only from ALLAH SUBHANHU WATA'ALA. This will make our imaan and yaqeen in ALLAH S U B H A N A H U W A - TA'ALA stronger INSHA ALLAH. The above is a verbatim reproduction of the Insider's report. Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas'ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated: There will dawn an age over the people when they will go for Hajj and Umrah in abundance without (a sincere) niyyat. The world will gush on them. They will indulge in sport and amusement. Travelling will become light for them. His (the one who goes for Hajj/Umrah) neighbour will be hungry or naked or in debt. His (the one going for Hajj/Umrah) camel will race with him across wastelands and deserts, whilst verily, he leaves behind his brother in (financial) distress and without assisting him with money. Meanwhile they will proclaim that they have spent thousands. 'But Allah accepts from only the Muttaqeen." The predictions of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentioned in this Hadith, are being observed very vividly today. The "racing of camels over wastelands and deserts", in all probability refers to modern means of transport. MSG is an excitotoxin, which means it overexcites your nerve cells to the point of damage or death, causing brain dysfunction and damage to varying degrees -- and potentially even triggering or worsening learning disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Lou Gehrig's disease, and more. Part of the problem is that free glutamic acid (MSG is approximately 78 percent free glutamic acid) is the same neuro-transmitter that your brain, nervous system, eyes, pancreas, and other organs use to initiate certain processes in your body. Not to mention, MSG is also used to fatten up mice for scientific study. Yes, MSG is the perfect obesity drug. If you want to achieve your ideal body weight and health, avoid MSG at all costs. (Dr.Mercola) Processed foods encourage weight gain and chronic disease because they're high in sugar, fructose, refined carbohydrates, and artificial ingredients, and low in nutrients and fiber. Processed foods are addictive and designed to make you overeat; they also encourage excessive food cravings, leading to weight gain. Eating processed foods also promotes insulin resistance and chronic inflammation, which are hallmarks of most chronic and/or serious diseases. On the other hand, people have thrived on vegetables, meats, eggs, fruits, and other whole foods for centuries, while processed foods were only recently invented. Once while travelling through the desert on his way to Makkah Mukarramah, Hadhrat Ibraahim Khawwaas (rahmatullah alayh) was overcome with thirst. Finally he collapsed. While he was lying unconscious, he felt someone sprinkling water on his face. When his eyes opened he saw a handsome young man on horseback. He gave Hadhrat Khawwaas water to drink. Then he ordered him to accompany him. Just after a few moments of riding, the young man said: "What do you see ahead of you?" Hadhrat Ibraahim Khawwaas said: "Medinah". The young man instructed him to get down. He said: "Convey my Salaams to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and say: "Your brother, Khidhr conveys his Salaams." Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Take a reckoning (of yourself) before a reckoning will be demanded (from you)." Allaamah Abdul Wahhaab Sha'raani (Rahmatullah alayh), of the 9th Islamic century, concluding some Naseehat, said: "O my friend! Examine yourself to see if you are following what I have advised. Do not regard yourself to be among the Saaliheen." When a misfortune/ calamity befalls, the person reacts with disbelief and frustration. He wonders why the misfortune has befallen him. What he does not understand is that every occurrence, good or bad, is the effect of a cause, and that Allah Azza Wa Jal is the Actual Creator of the calamity and that He is in full control. A common calamity nowadays is the incidence of grave physical diseases for which there is almost no known cure. Besides diseases there are also many other forms of misfortunes and hardships which strike people. All of these have causes. Generally, as far as most people are concerned, calamities are the consequences of sin and transgression. Therefore, when a calamity overtakes one, the imperative need is for introspection – soul searching – reflecting to correlate the misfortune with past misdeeds. However, such reflection is furthest from the minds of almost all people who are afflicted by Allah Ta'ala with misfortunes to jolt them into realization or to punish them. The Qur'aan and Ahaadith explicitly state this fact. But, instead of introspection, then repenting, making amends and seeking forgiveness, people become frustrated, impatient and by implication complain against Allah Ta'ala. And, this state of complaint is dangerous for one's Imaan. They fail to understand why the calamity has befallen them, thereby implying that they are 'holy' and 'sinless'. Thus, Allaamah Sha'raani says: "Do not regard yourself to be among the Saaliheen." You should understand that the misfortune is the consequence of your disobedience and transgression of the Laws of Allah Ta'ala. A person squanders hours watching internet pornography and filth of a variety of kinds. He/ she indulges in internet zina on a daily and nightly basis. Someone commits much zulm in different forms. Others devour carrion and haraam muck 'food' and poisonous substances marketed as 'food'. People flagrantly violate and even scorn Islam's laws of Hijaab, indulging in free intermingling of the sexes. Others defraud, deceive and steal. Amaanat (Trust) is abused. Funds are embezzled. Children are given free reign to prowl in unsavoury haunts and to strike up haraam relationships. Wives, instead of being at home, drive around and feel at home in the public domain. Besides these vices, a range of other crimes against Allah Ta'ala is perpetrated. Sin has become an integral component of the Muslim's daily life. Now what can be expected other than misfortune and calamity? When this happens, people wonder, become frustrated and despondent. Some who may have some Deeni inclinations ask others to make dua and to give ta'weez. But nothing seems to remove the calamity. Allah's Athaab runs its course. The solution for calamities is introspection and to endeavour to understand the relationship between sin and the misfortune. Then to repent, make amends and reform. Hence, it comes in the Hadith that during sickness one should increase Istighfaar (seeking forgiveness). Whilst indulging in internet pornography and perverted filth, whilst allowing the eyes to rove on ghair mahaareem, whilst viewing haraam television, whilst committing zulm, whilst trampling on the rights of others, whilst devouring carrion, haraam and mushtabah, whilst engaging in haraam wedding customs, etc., how is it possible for Duas to be accepted and for Ta'weez to be effective? The rot has to be cleaned first, then only will the spiritual remedies be effective. When misfortune befalls you, engage in muraaqabah (reflection / introspection) and try to relate the calamity to your misdeeds. Sometimes the calamity is a purifier as stated by Rasulullah ( S a l l a l l a h u a l a y h i wasallam)|: "When Allah intends good for a servant, He hastens with his punishment in this world." Sometimes the calamity is a curse. The accursed fails to understand. He frets, becomes frustrated, panics and his physical health rapidly deteriorates. More than half a century ago, Hadhrat Mufti Mu- hammad Shafi (Rahmatullah alayh) had said what is reported in this article. In the name of science, medicine and 'humanity', the kuffaar perpetrate the worst acts of villainy, filth and immorality which have become respectable and acceptable to Muslims following the kuffaar into the 'lizard's hole' in a stupor of insane emulation and bootlicking. by: L.J. Devon, Staff Writer (NaturalNews) In medical systems around the world, the hunt for viable, transplantable organs is on. The knowledgeable Jan Bollen of the Maastricht University Medical Centre points this out in two separate papers published this year in the American Journal of Transplantation and in the Journal of Medical Ethics. He suggested that the more "normalized" euthanasia becomes, the more the boundaries will be pushed for expediting organ harvesting. In Belgium, euthanasia rates have skyrocketed since it became legal in 2002. More and more people complying to be euthanized are opting to have their organs donated. Doctors are beginning to pressure patients into euthanasia, requesting that their viable organs be donated. Family members may pressure a loved one to follow through with euthanasia if their quality of life is determined to never be the same. Bollen writes about the worrisome state of euthanasia today and how the hunt for viable organs is pressuring patients to end their lives: "The patient needs to be hospitalised when the physician administers the euthanasia drugs, facilitating optimal organ recovery and optimising transplantation success of these organs. "The patient's relatives are informed that they should say goodbye to their beloved person before the euthanasia drugs are being administered, since the time between death and organ donation should be minimised. "More important, after the physician has determined death, the [profitable] patient has to be transported to the operating room immediately." [emp hasis added] Medical industry to begin harvesting organs from living patients' right before killing them? As medical systems expedite the process of organ harvesting to make better use of all the working parts of euthanized patient's, there is a possibility that surgeons may begin harvesting organs from patients right before they kill them. Doctors have a set amount of time before the organs are no longer viable. Hearts and lungs are the most vulnerable. By harvesting them before the person is killed, they would have more time to save organs for immediate transplant. Jan Bollen brings up the morbid possibility of this in his most recent papers. The process would likely begin with anaesthetizing the patient and then removing their organs, one by one, while they are still alive, until the heart is removed. At that point, the person would be pronounced dead. Using this macabre procedure, hospital systems could transplant more hearts and lungs to dying patients waiting for a transplant. "The trend is deeply worrying," said antieuthanasia campaigner Alex Carlile. "The pressure to agree to provide a transplantable heart, lung or liver might be huge," he continued, warning that a stroke patient could be easily persuaded to give up their life on the operating table, complying to a physician-assisted suicide so that optimal organ harvesting opportunities can commence. "The evidence of protection of the vulnerable in Belgium and Holland is sketchy at best. The boundaries of euthanasia are pushed yet further back and the potential for doctors to 'engineer' these events grows. We have cause to fear such developments and the ethical ambiguity that has been used to justify them," said Carlile. California headed down a dangerous, destructive path The emergence of California's physician-assisted suicide bill and the recent passage of the state's forced vaccination law raise many questions. Is mandatory euthanasia coming to California in the near future? The state is headed down a very dangerous, destructive path as the state continues to abandon patients' informed consent for using drugs and medical procedures. The medical system to which many now pledge allegiance prioritizes the value of a person's organs over their actual life and liberty. That's obviously the case at Planned Parenthood, where women are told that they have a choice, only to have their unborn child's organs meticulously removed and sold to biotechnology firms for medical research. As euthanasia becomes legal and accepted shamelessly, doctors are starting to push the boundaries, pressuring patients into ending their own lives. In Belgium, euthanasia is now requested by patients who are depressed or lonely. One person, who suffered from a botched sex change surgery, wanted euthanasia because they didn't like their body appearance. One 47-year-old patient wanted physician-assisted suicide because she struggled with tinnitus. Doctors are either openly permitting or pressuring patients into giving up their life so the medical system can utilize whatever organs they want – liver, kidneys, lungs, heart, pancreas and so on. It's like the patients are being moved along a conveyor belt as their dead body is picked through, giving others select access to their organs. By the Phycist, Barrie Trower "Microwave and other electromagnetic frequenc i e s are irreparably damaging the very fabric of life"— (State of the Nation) SOTN'S Editor's Note: The age of wireless technology, ubiquitous microwave transmissions and countless cellphone towers have transformed the planet in profound and fundamental ways. Especially where it concerns human health and environmental integrity, the effects of these various frequency assaults have been nothing short of catastrophic. If the people of the world truly understood the deleterious effects of these unseen and unfelt frequencies, they would have abandoned their cell phones and bluetooths decades ago. It has been proven beyond any doubt by the best science available that certain types of electromagnetic radiation can have highly damaging effects on the human body. Likewise, when animals and plants are exposed to these fields of harmful EMR, they too suffer great consequences. C e l l P h o n e s & Smartphones: AVOID The EMR Output! The use of low-level microwave transmissions by various governmental entities is a relatively new phenomenon; however, already the destruction to life and alteration of the DNA has been unequivocally determined. It can be stated with absolute certainty that the longer one is exposed directly to low-level microwaves, the more injury that will be caused to the physical organism. MICROWAVE OVENS: R E M O V E T H E M FROM YOUR KITCHENS … NOW! Much of that injury occurs under the radar, no pun intended. The symptoms are almost always subclinical and seem to produce no obvious set of manifestations in the human body. Because the micro-damage is inflicted at the cellular level, particularly to the mitochondrial DNA, it invariably goes undetected for many years. Then, all of a sudden, a serious illness or fatal disease emerges out of nowhere. Hence, the correlation is virtually never made between the exposure to the pernicious frequencies and the disease process. Barrie Trower's Warning For those who are continually immersed in this Age of Wireless Technology, this presentation will serve as a HUGE wakeup call. The ramifications are so profound and repercussions so pervasive that societies everywhere will be forced to come to grips with it, sooner or later. What you are about to read is the distillation of the hidden truths uttered by British physicist Barrie Trower, a microwave weapons expert who also worked for the Royal Navy and the British Secret Serbryo, your uterus, in the fetus where your child is developing for the first 100 days, in the ovaries the eggs do not have that protection so they are at maximum risk from radiation. For the first month or so you wouldn't even know you were pregnant, you wouldn't even be taking precautions. That is the main danger area. So you give birth to a daughter but her ovaries are now contaminated. She may be normal, she may be genetically damaged. But her ovaries are at the most risk. So when your daughter grows up and she becomes pregnant, and has a baby, this is when one of these eggs will be fertilized and come out. So the real damage here is your grandchildren! That is where it is going to show most, and we already see this in animals that have reproductive cycles of 1, 2 or 3 years. We are already seeing this and it has been published by veterinary schools, and vets, and scientists so we know this happens. And it's also been documented in the cold war, when women were deliberately micro-waved. So we know it does happen. The documents are there! WHAT YOU ARE RISKING BY PUTTING WI-FI INTO SCHOOLS, IS THE FUTURE GENERATIONS OF HAZEERATUL QUDS Hadhrat Wahab Bin Munabbah (rahmatullah alayh) said that Allah Ta'ala revealed to a Nabi: "If you desire to be with Me in the abode of Hazeeratul Quds, then renounce the world and become forlorn and sorrowful like a stray and lost bird in the jungle. It drinks from the water fountains in the jungle and eats from the trees. At night time it takes refuge alone in some tree fearful of other birds of prey. It spends the night seeking refuge in the Love of Allah Ta'ala." By Ibn Ahmad AllāhTa'ālā in Qur'ān Kareem says: Verily Allāh does not forgive that Shirk be committed, but may forgives all (sins) besides this for whom He wills. Whoever commits Shirk has indeed invented a terrible sin. (Surāh an-Nisā, verse 48) It is very disturbing to see Muslim countries participating in an event like the Olympic Games. It seems most of us do not know why the Olympic Games are held in the first place. Here are the historical facts behind the advent of the Olympic Games. After reading these facts a true Muslim will realise that it is nothing but Shirk (sheer polytheism) to attend these games (either as participants or as spectators), to watch them in the media and to follow and discuss the events and their results: 'The Olympic Games, which originated in ancient Greece as many as 3,000 years ago, were revived in the late 19th century and have become the world's preeminent sporting competition. From the 8th century B.C. to the 4th century A.D., the Games were held every four years in Olympia, located in the western Peloponnese peninsula, in honour of t h e g o d Z e u s. (Nauzubillāh). Ref: http://www.history.com/ topics/olympic-games Zeus…was the sky and thunder god in ancient Greek religion, who ruled as king of the gods of Mount Olympus (Nauzubillāh)...Zeus was also infamous for his e r o t i c e s c a p a d e s. R e f: h t t p s: / / en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ Zeus Yet another source relates the origins of the Olympic Games as follows: According to historical records, the first ancient Olympic Games can be traced back to 776 BC. They were dedicated to the Olympian gods (Nauzubillāh) and were staged on the ancient plains of Olympia. They continued for nearly 12 centuries, until Emperor Theodosius (a Roman Emperor) decreed in 393 A.D. that all such "pagan cults" be banned. Ref: https://www.olympic.org/ ancient-olympic-games/ history If Emperor Theodosius, the Roman Emperor who was a Christian, decreed that Olympic Games be banned because it was one of the 'pagan cults', then where are the Muslims of today? It is a great shame indeed that we are actually taking delight in participating in the Olympic Games and following the events instead of making any attempts to get it banned. Even the media in Muslim countries support these kuffaar games of shirk. Abu Sa'id Al Khudri Radiyallāhu 'anhu narrates: I heard Rasūlullāh-Sallallāhu 'alaihi wasallam saying: Anybody amongst you who sees an evil should change it with his hands; If he is unable to do so, then with his tongue; if he is unable to do this (even), then by his heart and this is the weakest form of Imān. (Muslim). Note: To change it by heart means that one should at least consider it a vice in his heart and should supplicate for its change. Instead of considering it a vice we are taking pride in being part and parcel of the event. By doing so we are supporting the games of shirk which had been initiated in honour of the hallucinated mythical gods of the Greeks. The heads of the Muslim states all over the world are answerable to Allāh Subhānahuwa Ta'ālā for permitting their people to participate in these games of shirk. By the Physicist, Dr.Barry Trower Wi-Fi in schools puts female youth at risk of birthing genetically deformed children, followed by a lifetime of worry, guilt, and absolute hell. Imagine you are a 15 year old school girl. All of the 400,000 eggs in your ovaries were with you at birth. They are not fully developed but they are with you. They are 10 times more susceptible to radiation than all of the other DNA in the body, and scientists don't realize that. They don't read all of the papers as I do. So you have this highly susceptible genetic material, which is going to make your children, and you are irradiating it because Wi-Fi are transmitters, as well as the routers, as well as the ones either side of you, they are all transmitting at this height through your ovaries. So you are risking the DNA damage of your child every time you sit down and use Wi-Fi. You have a child that could be born genetically damaged but the real problem comes when you become pregnant, if you are a teacher or mature student because the embryo inside your womb, in the first 100 days, all of those 400,000 eggs are forming in your embryo, your child's ovaries. So your child could be born with genetically damaged eggs, and the main thing about the eggs in the ovaries of your child is that they have absolutely no protection, it hasn't been developed yet. We have a natural protection against microwaves. It was developed since the Stone Age against thunder storms and massive amounts of radiation coming into our body. But in your em- vice. The alarming facts associated with microwave technology have been transcribed below for those who have not had the opportunity to watch the video. Official legal briefs which have been formally submitted to the courts tend to have a higher degree of authority, particularly when scientific research is included. Otherwise, the scientist can be accused of fraud, bad science, or worse— perjury. The following legal document titled "Amended Declaration of Barrie Trower" states the case against microwaves quite emphatically and irrefutably. At the end of the day the world will recognize the great service that Barrie Trower has performed in the education of humanity and edification of the scientific community. His impeccable research and courageous work have brought to light what is perhaps the greatest scourge of the age in an era that is replete with scourges of every sort and kind. (State of the Nation June 28, 2016) References: Humanity At The Brink: WiFi Report Reveals The Alarming Facts Generation X'd Out: An end to the human race as we've known it ALL OF THESE GIRLS!!! And it gets worse because this particular DNA, the mitochondrial DNA inside you, you can trace unchanged to your mother, her mother, her mother, right the way back to the beginning of the human race in Africa, the Stone Age. You can trace your ancestors, if you could, right back to the very first lady; it is unchanged. And that is being unchanged in your children, which means if you damage it, your child could be genetically damaged, then her child, and her child, and her child … FOREVER! You are condemning the future generations of every single child, until there are no more lines left in the female in your family! The major problem in the animal and plant kingdom, and the environment: When you look at the DNA inside our genes, the 4 bases of the DNA are exactly the same in every single living species; everyone. Any tree can read your DNA sequence. It won't use 99.9% of it because it doesn't need to. We can all read each other's DNA. So if you are doing something which damages humans, it's going to damage every single living plant, every single living animal, and we are now finding that the animals that are most susceptible to this, namely the pollinating insects because of their size and their vibrational frequency, we are now finding that countries that rely on pollinating insects are running short of food. We are finding that animals are becoming sick and this is researched by very reputable veterinary universities. 13:22 In short, we are destroying the entire planet because we are ruining the crops, we are ruining the animals, we are ruining the atmosphere, and I cannot think, looking back in history, of a single organization as the COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY that IS causing, and will cause, more destruction on this planet, and more suffering, and more death, than all of the world wars that have ever been added up. The COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY is going to do more damage because it reaches every single country, and it TARGETS CHILDREN, and it TARGETS THE UNBORN!!!. THE COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY is reaching everywhere on the planet, and if nobody stops it, it is going to destroy the planet. WATCHING too much television might kill you, according to a new study. The hours of inactivity that are required to watch a TV series can raise the risk of dying from a blood clot in the lungs. For every extra two hours of TV watching per day, the risk of fatal pulmonary embolism was increased by 40%, the researchers found. Watching five or more hours of programmes each day made people more than twice as likely to die than those watching less than two and a half hours. The actual risk might be even worse than the findings suggest, because of the number of deaths from embolisms. And the danger is set to increase yet further as people binge-watch even more on streaming services. The research has led scientists to warn that such habits – watching back-to-back episodes of a TVseries – might be dangerous. Pulmonary embolism is a dangerous condition, which can be made worse by not moving around. Clot It will often begin with a clot elsewhere in the body that can move towards the lungs, clogging up vessels and killing. More than a quarter who suffer them without having treatment can die. Deaths are often sudden. The researchers expressed concern about the danger posed by binge-watching. "Nowadays, with online video streaming, the term 'binge-watching' to describe viewing multiple episodes of television programmes in one sitting has become popular)'. Iso said. "This popularity may reflect 'a rapidly growing habit." The Mercury, 28-07-2016 VACCINE QUACKERY BOMBSHELL: Key studies cited to 'prove' vaccines are safe were funded almost entirely by vaccine manufacturers August 09, 2016 by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger (NaturalNews) Are you surprised by blatant scientific fraud anymore? Every informed person in the world today knows that everything is rigged: the money system, government grants, news media, polls and elections, medicine and even science. In fact, over the last two decades, most "science" has become nothing more than a corrupt system of quackery, fraud, and corporate infiltration of the scientific establishment where "scientists" are turned into corporate prostitutes to fake whatever results produce the most profits. And now, thanks to Brian Hooker and the Alliance for Natural Health USA, we have yet another bombshell example of the outright quackery and science fakery of the vaccine industry. What you read here will probably not surprise you, but to most people who believe the vaccine propaganda and lies of the criminal medical establishment, these realizations are nothing short of bombshells. Scientists who are given loads of money by vaccine manufacturers just happen to conclude vaccines are always safe. terrorists' on trip to English seaside town (Baz Ratner / Reuters) In this critical review of the scientific literature on vaccines, ANH-USA and Brian Hooker carefully scrutinize the gross scientific flaws and blatant financial conflicts of interests that undermine the most commonly cited scientific studies which "prove" vaccines don't cause autism. In a startling percentage of these studies, the "scientists" were either directly funded by vaccine manufacturers who stood to profit from vaccine safety whitewashing or served as highly paid expert witnesses to defend vaccine makers against lawsuits. What we really see in this critical review is a systemic pattern of scientific fraud, criminal corruption and the complete abandonment of research ethics in the relentless quest to "prove" vaccines are safe (and thereby sell more of them to more vaccine victims). Battery egg production is a sad indictment on human's treatment of animals. Bred in huge production facilities, the male baby caged chickens are of no use and are disposed of like garbage. Female chicks are grown in extremely cramped and dark conditions and fed a processed diet full of hormones, pesticides and antibiotics. Once they reach laying age, they are put into cages less than half the size of an A4 sheet of paper. The wire floor in these cages slopes down on an angle. This prevents the hens from sitting properly and their feet often become deformed as a result. They also have the tips of their beaks cut or burnt off to try and prevent them doing any damage to the other birds caged right beside them. In fact, some of these toxic, windowless warehouses can contain as many as 100,000 caged chickens, never seeing sunlight and fed a diet of corn waste and chemicals. Even if you don't have a problem with animals being treated like this (and I really hope you do – lack of empathy for the suffering of animals is one of the hallmarks of a socio-path), it isn't hard to see why eggs coming from caged chickens kept in these conditions and fed this kind of diet are far from what they should be. Hadhrat Abu Bakr Seedlaai (rahmatullah alayh) narrated that Hadhrat Sulaimaan Bin Mansur Bin Ammaar (rahmatullah alayh) said: "Once when I saw my marhoom (deceased) father in a dream I asked of the treatment Allah Ta'ala had meted out to him. My father said that Allah Ta'ala had forgiven him and granted His Proximity. Furthermore, Allah Ta'ala said: 'O aged sinner! Do you know why I have forgiven you?' My father did not know. Allah Ta'ala explained to him: 'Once while you had delivered a wa'z (lecture) you had reduced the audience to tears. In the audience was also a person who had never before cried because of fear for Me. By virtue of his sincere crying I forgave all those who were present. Since you were also present, I forgave you too." Muslim family 'treated like aliens, branded A Muslim family say they were accused of being terrorists and stared at as if they were "some kind of aliens" while on holiday at the Lincolnshire seaside town of Skegness. The group of 12, seven of whom were wearing hijabs, visited the town for the first time last week and say they will not be returning. One woman reported her experiences to Tell MAMA, an organization that records Islamophobic hate crimes in the UK. "Once we reached the main area where there were shops, we noticed a lot of people just staring at us as if we were some form of aliens. It didn't really bother us until we walked past the pub and a man shouted 'terrorists,'" she said. "As we went to the beach again, a lot of people continuously stared at us. We just smiled back, but it made us think how ignorant these people are. "We then went to buy some seaside 'rock' and the lady at the shop said, 'Don't you get hot in them?' referring to our hijabs. My sister replied 'no' and [said] they were not that thick and showed her the material of her hijab. She did not say anything after that and we left the shop." She added: "It really made us sad and made us miss the area we are from and also made us reflect on how different people are in England. It opened my eyes to the nasty comments Muslims get." (End of report) COMMENT From the Islamic perspective, the treatment doled out to the group of faasiqaat was well-deserved. Islamically, these women are faasiqaat and faajiraat in the category of Zaaniyaat The Qur'aan commands Muslim women to remain "glued" within the home precincts. Home is the Muslim's best and safest sanctuary, and this applies to both male and female, but for females it is imperative (Waajib) to remain within the confines of the holy home, and not venture to places of immorality and zina such as beaches and other public avenues. Prowling in the streets, malls and other public haunts such as beaches and venues of shaitaani play, sport and amusement is never befitting for a Muslim woman who believes in Allah, the Last Day and the Accountability in the Divine Court. When Muslim women so shamelessly venture into the abodes of fisq and fujoor as the group of 12 faasiqaat is guilty of, then they must expect reactions which they term 'Islamophobia'. It is not 'Islamophobia'. Such reactions and treatment of the kuffaar are normal and only to be expected. There is no need to kick up dust and blow hot hair. The women have to examine themselves and understand that they are in blatant violation of Allah's Law of Hijaab, hence the so-called 'Islamophobia' reactions are mild forms – very mild – of Allah's Athaab. If they do not desist from prowling the streets and visiting immoral haunts, then they must become prepared for the ultimate punishment of the total destruction of their persons. To understand this, they should ponder and meditate on the Athaab which was meted out to the Bosnian women by the savage Serbs. Commanding Muslim women to remain "glued" within their homes, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "And (O Women!) remain resolutely (joined/welded/ glued) within your homes, and make not a display of yourselves (as did the women during the era of) former Jaahiliyya." Since this group of faasiqaat was in flagrant violation of Allah's command, they were deserving of the 'Islamophobia' reaction. Parading on beaches is not meant for Muslim women. The so-called 'hijaab' dress is not a licence for prowling on beaches stacked with nude men and women. These women displayed surprise at the surprise of the non-Muslim woman regarding the so-called 'hijaab' dress. While the surprise of the non-Muslim is understandable, the surprise by the faasiqaat evoked by the surprise of the non-Muslim is misplaced. Albeit expected of fassiqaat in this era of total abandonment of Shar'i Hijaab. The increase of Islamophobia is proportionate to the increase of immorality by Muslim women. Thus, there is no need to make non-Muslims a scapegoat for the immorality - fisq and fujoor which Muslim women nowadays flaunt in the public. They must expect worse. Q. A Muslim who is a critic of hijamah, wrote the following statement on a blog: "I do not think my faith on Allah s.w.t., Prophet s.a.w. and five basic pillars of Islam, is any way shaken by not seeking Hi-jama. My reading of Quran with translation, has taught me that in matters of life, I must use sound judgement, based on the intelligence given by Allah. It is only through the will of Allah swt, that medical science has advanced, and made available to us safe, proven treatments for all the ailments. Hijama was a treatment prevalent in times when other alternatives were not available. If Hijama is proven by Scientific or Medical Research today, I will be the first one to get one done." Please comment on the above statement. A. You have mistakenly understood that this miscreant is a Muslim. He may have been born to Muslims, but he is not a Muslim. If he was a Muslim at some stage of his life, then the above statement renders him a murtad. The shaitaani moron hinges the authenticity of Islamic tenets on the corrupt, fraudulent and deceptive medical science of the kuffaar. Despite Hijaamah being proven and established by Ahaadith of Absolute Certitude, this miserable character requires kuffaar medical proof for the veracity and authenticity of a practice ordained by Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur'aan states explicitly and emphatically: "He (Muhammad) does not speak of desire. But it (whatever he says) is Wahi which is revealed to him." Added to the advance of medical science, is its advance also in fraud – massive fraud – murder, filth, deception and highway robbery of the worst kind. This unfortunate murtad character, attributes greater credence to the views and theories of atheists who wallow in the filth of janaabat and kufr. The shaitaan says: "If Hijama is proven by Scientific or Medical Research today, I will be the first one to get one done." Why does this miserable fellow believe in Tauheed (that is if he does proclaim such belief)? Why does he read and accept the Qur'aan? Why does he accept the numerous teachings of Islam? "Scientific research" – the science of the atheists – does not prove the authenticity of all these tenets. On the contrary, the science of the atheists rejects all of these Islamic beliefs and tenets. The kufr science to which this murtad is enslaved denies Jannat, Jahannam, Malaaikah and the thousands of other beings, creations and issues stated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Does this coprocreep believe in these issues of Islam? If he does, he should produce the "scientific proof" of the kuffaar scientists to corroborate him. This character should openly declare his kufr which he is abortively attempting to conceal. He displays clear signs of being a Munaafiq. A PROVEN AND CONFIRMED PRACTICE OF ISLAM. Hadhrat Abu Ali Jurjaani (Rahmatullah alayh) who was among the very senior Auliya of Khuraasaan said: "The effect of Sabr is nothing but reaching Allah Ta'ala." Constancy in Sabr ensures attainment of the Goal, that is, the proximity of Allah Ta'ala. In the context of Hadhrat Jurjaani's statement, Sabr has a wider meaning than the usual idea of 'patience' in adversity. The one kind of Sabr is patience in adversity. When a trial, whether it be sickness, loss of dear ones, loss of property or any other calamity, afflicts one, it is incumbent to adopt Sabr. This Sabr entails focusing on Allah Ta'ala and understanding that in reality it is Allah Ta'aala Who has created the trial. There is no need for frustration, despondency and panic. Nothing will alleviate the difficulty. Increase Istighfaar and Dua and resign to the fate decreed by Allah Ta'ala. The other kind of Sabr is Istiqaamat (steadfastness) in Ibaadat. It is incumbent to be steadfast in all acts of Ibaadat and Thikrullah, not only the Fardh and Waajib acts. Even in the observance of Nafl acts, Istiqaamat is necessary. The nafs has to be pressurized to sustain all acts of ibaadat. The third kind of Sabr, is firmness in restraining and subduing the nafs when it makes demands for sin and transgression. This Sabr is greater than even performance of Nafl acts. Abstention from sin and futility is Waajib at all times. Without struggle (mujaahadah) against the nafs, success in the spiritual path will not be attained. Allah Ta'ala has sent us into this world to struggle. The primary struggle is against the nafs. The one who succeeds to keep the nafs in submission to the commands of Allah Ta'ala, achieves a great success. He who fails in this struggle, ruins himself. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "Verily, he who has purified the nafs, has attained victory. And, he who has soiled the nafs, verily he is in loss (ruin and destruction)." REMEMBER THIS WARNING Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "A man who had earned wealth in a halaal way and spent it in a halaal way, will be addressed, and it will be said to him: "Halt for the Reckoning!" A reckoning will then be taken of every grain and particle. He will be asked: 'From whence did you obtain it and how did you spend it?" Then Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) added: "O Son of Aadam! "What will you do with this world? There will be a reckoning for its halaal things and a punishment for its haraam things." Q. My brothers, sisters and their children have started a family group on watsapp, whereby each family member is issued with 1 or 2 paras of the Qur'aan and each month a khatam is completed. A niyyat is made beforehand, e.g. This khatam is for all marhooms (deceased). This is over and above their daily Quraanic recitations. I do notice alot of my young nieces and nephews on the group and they are encouraged to make tilaawat of the Quraan. There is no compulsion to join or read. Is this okay? Can I join this group? Q. A family WhatsApp group has been created in which they complete a Quraan khatam for the Esale Sawaab of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and all the marhomeen. Each family member will complete a certain para and advise the Admin on the WhatsApp group of the para completed. Is this permissible to do or to participate in? A. Do not join the haraam whatsapp group. Shaitaan is an extremely cunning enemy. He utilizes this evil medium with the Qur'aan as a bait to entrap people into evil. Recite Qur'aan in privacy at home without informing anyone. It is haraam to display and advertise ibaadat. Shaitaan has trapped the group. They are advertising their tilaawat, hence all value of the ibaadat is destroyed. Furthermore, it is not permissible to use an evil, haraam medium for any act of ibaadat. Whatsapp is a haraam medium. The only Ibaadat which has to be performed in public are the acts so commanded by Allah Ta'ala such as Jamaat Salaat, Hajj and Eid Salaat. All Nafl acts of Ibaadat should be incumbently performed in silence and as far as possible in privacy. Shaitaan has appeared to the whatsapp group in Deeni guise to ensnare them into the haraam, porno, zina internet medium. The practice whispered to them by shaitaan is a mockery of the Qur'aan Majeed. If these persons are sincere, they should recite the Qur'aan Majeed at home without informing anyone. It is despicable and not permissible to advertise one's private acts of ibaadat. The 'Admin' in the second question is in reality Shaitaan. Hadhrat Ibn Abbaas (radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that an injured man with his bloodied body came to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). When Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) enquired of his condition, the man said: "A woman passed by me. I cast a lustful gaze at her. Then I continued to stare at her. Without realizing I walked straight into a wall which (miraculously) struck me and reduced me to the condition that you are now seeing." Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When Allah desires to do good to a servant, then He hastens the punishment for him in this world." Q. The Darul Ifta in New York in a fatwa proclaims the validity, in fact incumbency, of global moon sighting for Ramadhaan and Eid. They also maintain that it is necessary or compulsory to follow the moon-sighting declarations of Saudi Arabia. Is their fatwa valid? A. The Darul Ifta's fatwa is grossly erroneous and misleading. They have simply lumped together an array of names of senior Ulama and fabricated a misleading fatwa which we attribute to their bootlicking of the Saudi regime. The fatwa is designed to promote Saudi hegemony on the Ummah. The fatwa of the New York Darul Ifta has been refuted in a detailed article by the Mujlisul Ulama of S.A., captioned Global Moon Sighting. See the website: www.themajlis.co.za/ books "Nothing, will create a separation between two persons who have become friends for Allah's Sake, except a sin initiated by one of them." True and genuine friendship is possible only for the Sake of Allah Ta'ala. Such friends on the Day of Qiyaamah will be under the glorious Shade of Allah's Throne on that Day when there will be no shade by the Shade of His Arsh. 'Friendship' on the basis of trade or any other worldly basis is never a true friendship. Such artificial friendship end quickly with a slight argument. The aforementioned Hadith emphasizes a very significant attribute of true and holy friendship, and that is the enduring nature of a Friendship which was struck up for Allah's Sake. There will necessarily be human factors from time to time to produce kinks in the friendship, but such issues will not terminate the true friendship. The only disaster which can end a true friendship is the calamity of sin. This is what the Hadith states. If a friend persists in the commission of a sin, refusing to abandon it, then it will be valid grounds for terminating the friendship. But, it is not permissible to end the true friendship for worldly or nafsaani reasons. Hadhrat Yahya Bin Muaz (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Your friend is he who warns you of your sins." A Hadith mentioning the qualities of a true friend, states: "When you see him, he reminds you of Allah. When he speaks, he increases you in Knowledge. His amal (deeds) increase you in the remembrance of the Aakhirat." .....In short, Tafweez is required in everything, be it a worldly matter or a Deeni matter. The Awliya utilize it from the outset whilst the people of the dunya adopt it afterwards. It does not mean that one should abandon strategy. Adopting a strategy and plan of action are not nugatory of Tafweez. Adopting a plan of action is also commanded by that Being whose Right demands Tafweez. Thus a person should adopt a course of action but leave the result to Allah Ta'ala. One should not formulate one's own result. One's attitude should be: Whatever He is happy with I am happy with. The one who adopts Tafweez sets his sights from the beginning on Allah Ta'ala and adopts a course of action solely because of following the Sunnat and out of obedience unto Allah Ta'ala. His intention is never that the action must bear fruits. He leaves his success or failure in the Hands of Allah Ta'ala. He strives whether he is successful or unsuccessful. In all cases he is happy. A person who only thinks of success through his efforts will find his problems and worry endless. If he is faced with some problem or something against his grain he will grieve over his failure, whereas in Tafweez there is comfort..... ....Bear in mind that worry revolves around having a mirage set for oneself and for one's family. We all are caught up in this sickness. We cherish distant hopes. But when our hopes do not materialize then we are struck with anxiety and grief. Had we not decided on our fate, we would have never been overcome with worry. The Awliya-Ullah enjoy the most comfort and peace of mind. They are not afflicted with worry and remorse at anything because they have not decided a set condition for themselves. In fact, they happily and totally surrender themselves to the Will of Allah Ta'ala. This is Tafweez and this is what Islam is all about..... (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) NOOR OF TAHAJJUD Someone asked Hadhrat Hasan Basri (rahmatullah alayh): "What is the speciality of the people of Tahajjud? Their faces are more radiant than the faces of others." Hadhrat Hasan (rahmatullah alayh) said: "They adopt solitude with Allah Ta'ala. Allah Ta'ala therefore cloaks them with the garment of Noor."
