And, lo, it (baatil) sud- denly disappears.” (Qur’aan) THE BAND OF HAQ “There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) There is no Jihad in Syria. There is no Ji- had in Afghanistan. There is no Jihad in Palestine. There is no Jihad in Kashmir. Today there is no Ji- had anywhere in the world. Nowhere on earth today is valid Shar‘i Jihad being practised. The variety of ‗jihadi‘ outfits are all mercenary gangs engaging in banditry in the name of Jihad. Their leaders are mercenaries hired by the U.S.A. All these ji- hadi groups are creations of the West, primarily of the U.S.A. The first Afghan ‗jihad‘ was engineered by the U.S. to oust the Soviet Union which had ensured the defeat and expulsion of America from Vietnam. From A to Z, the Afghan ‗jihad‘ was oper- ating under US direction via the Pakistani Intelligence conduit. The second Afghan Jihad which brought the Taliban to power was the venture of Paki- stan‘s Intelligence Service. The objective of this jihad was to oust the pro-India government in Af- ghanistan. The Pakistani Intelli- gence and also the government are kufr entities which have no affinity with Islam and the Shari- ah. The objective was never to establish the Shariah. However, the only force available to suit the political agenda of Pakistan was the primitive Pathans who prac- tised a semblance of the Shariah. With no other force available to achieve its objective, Pakistan had no option but to hire the Pathans whom they labelled the Taliban. The ‗jihad‘ in Kashmir is fla- grantly anti-Shariah. There is ab- solutely no Shar‘i motive for Pa- kistan‘s involvement in the con- flict with India over Kashmir. The so-called ‗mujahideen‘ too are hopelessly un-Islamic. How- ever, some sincere but moron Muslims from Pakistan, duped by false propaganda and false slogans had been recruited by Pakistan‘s intelligence agency to bolster Pa- kistan‘s agenda in Kashmir. Mor- on maulanas as well as vile, mer- cenary maulanas have been used by the Pakistani authorities to en- trap sincere Muslim morons into the false net of ‗jihad‘ in Kashmir. The jihadi groups today in Syr- ia are in a hopeless mess. The mess is the creation of the US and Turkey. These so-called mujahi- deen cannot make any move without directives from the US and Turkey. They control nothing and can do nothing which runs counter to the policies of the US and Turkey. Aggravating the im- broglio is the stark ignorance of the Deen of the majority of the stupid fighters as well as of the leadership which receives its pay from the US and/or Turkey. The foot soldiers are generally sincere, but shockingly ignorant of the Shariah. They are duped and (Continued on page 9) DISTURBING DAY IN ISTANBUL AS ISRAELI PRESIDENT WARMLY WEL- COMED (Palestine Information Network and Agencies) President of the Israeli State, Isaac Herzog met Turkish Presi- dent Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday afternoon, shortly after landing in Ankara for a "landmark" 24-hour visit. In remarks to the media, Er- dogan said he believed that ―this historic visit will be a turning point in relations between Tur- key and Israel. Strengthening relations with the State of Israel has great value for our country.‖ He noted that the meeting with Herzog included a discus- sion about events in Ukraine and in the Eastern Mediterranean and said he believed ―the coming pe- riod will bring new opportunities for both regional and bilateral cooperation.‖ The Turkish leader expressed hope that ―this important visit, taking place after so long, will provide an opening for future joint opportunities.‖ Arriving at the presidential complex in Ankara, Herzog was greeted by Erdogan and an hon- or guard, as a band played the Israeli anthem for the first time since 2008. Prior to his meeting with Er- dogan, Herzog visited the mau- soleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founding father of secular Turkey, and laid a wreath. "It is a distinct privilege to be visiting this historic site, immor- talizing the great visionary Mus- tafa Kemal Ataturk,‖ he wrote in English. ―May we follow in the wis- dom of this great leader‘s legacy of progress and peace, boldly choosing the path of collabora- tion and welcoming the many fruits to be reaped from the promise of a safer and more sta- ble world for our nations, our faiths, our region and the world,‖ he added. It had been announced that Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu is set to visit Israel next month, as both nations seek to rekindle the once warm rela- tions between the countries. Cavusoglu is expected to meet with Foreign Minister Yair Lapid and discuss the reopening of embassies in both countries. Regarding Palestine, Erdogan said he raised his concerns in his meeting with Herzog, and stressed the need to improve the (Continued on page 3) TALIBAN ARE NO LONGER ‘THE TALIBAN’- TREACHERY AND BETRAYAL AHL-E-BHUGHAAT are trai- tors and rebels who violate their Pledge of Allegiance – the Pledge with Allah Azza Wa Jal to uphold His Law –the Shariah and to obey His Commands. In the Qur‘aan Majeed, Allah Azza Wa Jal states: “And when We grant them con- trol (political power) on earth, they establish (the Institutions) of Salaat and Zakaat, and they command virtue and prohibit vice (i.e. they fully discharge the Obligations of Amr Bil Ma‟roof, Nahy Anil Munkar).” In a series of acts of High Treason in glaring violation of their Pledge of Allegiance with Allah Ta‘ala, the Taliban have humiliatingly adopted the cul- ture of bootlicking the kuffaar for money, food and recognition. Despite the Battlefiled victories granted to them by Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Taliban have capitu- lated and are today disgraceful- ly licking the boots of not only the western kuffaar, but also of the eastern kuffaar. Isis was de- nounced. However one part of the book had quoted the differ- ent mazaahib stating that if a Muslim land is under attack or if the Muslim mothers of the Ummah are being abused as is done today then the obligation to defend them goes to those closest and if they do not do so or are lacking then it moves out- ward until the entire world of Muslims are obligated. The book was attempting to prove by use of this text that Ji- had today is Fardh Ayn on the entire Ummah. Answer: The morons are not aware of even the meaning of Fardh Ayn. Salaat for example is Fardh Ayn. That means Salaat is obligatory on every baaligh Muslim male and female. Now consider the plight of Muslims in Syria. If Jihad in the prevailing Syrian context had to be Fardh Ayn, it will mean that the 2 bil- lion Muslim men and women of the world have to converge on to Syria to fight. Is this possible? Even those morons who prop- agate the Fardh Ayn idea slip out of their countries surreptitiously with considerable difficulty. Just a handful of miserable souls mis- guided by corrupt morons who have no understanding of Jihad, manage to reach Syria. After reaching Syria, their primary tar- get are other Muslims, not the kuffaar Syrian regime, nor Israel, nor the Americans. To their dis- credit, these fake ‗mujaahideen‘ maim, torture, and kill their own kind. They engage in hit and run lack-lustre skirmishes with some Shiahs and sometimes with the men of the Bashr Assad devil. But their primary target are Mus- lims who are not members of their specific jihad outfit. It is the same story with these ‗jihadi‘ outfits in Palestine, Kashmir, Af- ghanistan, and currently their mutual rivalry and killing are most prominent in Syria. If Jihad is currently Fardh Ayn on all the Muslims of the world, it will follow that the 2 million Muslims of South Africa are ob- ligated by the Shariah to go to Syria. How will stupid brains solve the logistics of this move- ment of 2 million Muslim men and women from South Africa to Syria? Who will arm and train these two million? Assuming that by some sort of stupid hal- lucination it could be imagined that two million Muslim men and women succeed in making their way to Syria, who will save them from becoming fodder for the guns of the enemy? The two million from South Africa will be untrained and unarmed mor- ons who have been duped by donkeys posing as Mujaahid leaders. Who will prevent them from committing suicide in Syr- ia? In brief, those who say that Jihad today in Syria or elsewhere is Fardh Ayn on all the Muslims of the world, are talking absolute rubbish urinated into their brains by shaitaan. Yes, if an Islamic country is attacked by the kuffaar and the army of the victim Muslim coun- try is defeated or unable to defeat the kuffaar army, then it de- volves as an obligatory duty for the closest Muslim country to go to the aid of its brethren. So, these morons should preach their Fardh Ayn concept to the murtad governments and spineless Muslim armies who are in control of Muslim lands. The obligation does not descend on ordinary civilians who are un- armed, untrained and for whom it is logistically impossible to go to the aid of the fleeing hundreds of thousands of Syrians (for ex- ample) who have shirked the ob- ligation of fighting the enemy in their own land. Undoubtedly, Jihad is Fard Ayn on the Syrian populace. But they have selected to flee. The vast majority of those who have fled are practically, in fact even in belief, not Muslims. Most are murtaddeen. So what we are wit- nessing today is the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. Furthermore, there is no regime in any Muslim country today which believes in Jihad or even in Islam. All of them are Murtaddeen. BEWARE! THE WINDOW WILL CLOSE! For the tiny segment of True Muslims in Turkey, Allah Ta‘ala has opened a window in the win- dowless dungeon of kufr in which Muslims have been languishing and suffocating in Attaturk Kufr since the abolition of the Khilaafat just over a century ago. That Win- dow is Erdogan. Although Erdogan is no para- gon of Islam nor is the establish- ment of the Shariah his objective, nevertheless under his rule there is freedom to practice Islam. It therefore devolves on the small segment of Muslims to extract maximum advantage from this breathing space to spread the Deen. Ta‘leem, Tarbiyat and Da‘wat are Waajib for the Mus- lims. If these obligations will be shirked, and if the opportunity provided by Allah Ta‘ala is ig- nored or wasted, then assuredly the Window will close. Erdogan will disappear from the scene to be replaced by either Attaturk Kufr or Gulen Kufr. THE TYRANTS ARE YOUR DEEDS Q. In our country India we are ruled by hardliners, who are nothing but the evil conse- quences of our own rebellion against our Merciful ALLAAH Ta'aalaa. Hadhrat day in & day out there is plotting going on to eradicate Muslims & Is- laam. And the state of us Mus- lims is that we are just Ghaafil (heedless) and in deep slumber as if everything is fine, which also is a kind of Azaab on us. Along with making Taubah and Istighfaar please guide us as to how can we bring about the Eemaani and Islaami awakening in our brother (Continued on page 6) TURKEY: THE TRIAD OF KUFR Turkey is plagued by a triad of kufr. There are three ideolo- gies of kufr predominating in Turkey. 1. Attaturk Kufr 2. Gulenist Kufr 3. Zandaqah Kufr From the time of Attaturk, it was the sway of Attaturk Kufr. Gulen appeared later on the sce- ne to begin his movement of Kufr in the name of Islam. He was an American agent. To this day he is under US protection. He resides in America where he has amassed a massive fortune. The Zandaqah Kufr is the ide- ology to which Erdogan sub- scribes. A Zindeeq is a pro- fessed Muslim who interprets the Qur‘aan and Sunnah to con- form with his whimsical fan- cies. The vast majority in Turkey today are still kuffaar labouring in the deception of being fol- lowers of Islam. There is also a small segment of the population consisting of true Muslims. It was for this tiny segment that Allah Ta‘ala had installed Er- dogan. A SATANIC CRAVING OF THE TALIBAN The primary reason for the Tali- ban capitulating to anti-Shariah western demands such as ‗liberation‘ of women, in fact, abolition the Shariah, is their in- sane and shaitaani desire for United Nations recognition. De- spite being primitive (i.e. Islam- ic) in their appearance and gen- erally in their life-style and to a degree in their thinking, shaitaan has made western institutions admirable for them. The Taliban have failed to un- derstand that the United Nations is nothing but a U.S.A. append- age designed to endorse oppres- sion, aggression and satanism. How can Muslims who have true Imaan in their hearts feel com- fortable in an institution over- flowing with atheists, kuffaar, fussaaq and fujjaar all wallowing in the Rijs of kufr and janaabat? Al Haq Bulletin 65 Page 3 THE KUFR PROTOCOLS IN MUSLIM LANDS A Saudi brother who visited Pa- kistan recently, writes: In Karachi, I went to four masaajid. None of them re- quired social distancing or masks. All four of them had signs on the floor for social dis- tancing, posters on the walls encouraging social-distancing, masks, washing / sanitizing hands frequently, etc. etc.. But none of them, when I was there, implemented anything. There were very few people in each masjid wearing masks voluntar- ily. Two of the Musjids were in posher areas. The other two were in lower to middle class areas. There wasn't much differ- ence in all four with regards to the COVID protocols. I observed that although there was no social distanc- ing implemented, the saffs weren't exactly straight, like they were pre-COVID. Most probably people are now desen- sitized and careless, but never- theless, there weren't any gaps. Perhaps social-distancing is only implemented when the rates 'soar'. (End of letter) Alhamdulillah, so far the po- sition in many Muslim coun- tries, even in the Saudi Darul Kufr is anti-kuffaar covid pro- tocols. Only when the kuffaar government in the Muslim countries utilize brutal force to oppress, assault and imprison Muslims, do the people submit to the protocols of the atheists. A Saudi group who had re- cently visited South Africa in- formed us that in the villages the kufr laws of the murtad MBS have no sway. The vil- lage Qaadhi decides the issues according to the Shariah. They still adhere to the Hudood, etc. of the Shariah in the remote vil- lages. Alhamdulillah! Palestinian economy as well as "the preservation of al-Aqsa." Two states living side by side remains an important goal, he reportedly added. An Al-Jazeera correspondent highlighted demonstrations and protests that occurred across Turkey rejecting the visit of the Israeli president. Turkish activ- ists burned Israeli flags on the road to the airport where the Herzog plane landed in Ankara and instead raised Palestinian flags. Islamic civil society organi- zations also organized demon- strations in Ankara, Istanbul and other Turkish provinces to pro- test against the Israeli president's visit. In the protest that took place in front of the Israeli embassy in Ankara, the demonstrators chanted slogans against the United States and Israel, and carried pictures of the Turkish martyrs who lost their lives when assassinated by Israeli sol- diers onboard the Mavi Marma- ra. Israeli flags were also burned. "We will not forget the hun- dreds of thousands of Palestinian martyrs, and in the name of the sanctity of Al-Quds and Masjid al-Aqsa, this visit must be con- fronted, as it is a step towards normalizing relations with Isra- el," said the press statement, which was read out by a repre- sentative of the Anatolian Youth Association. On the sidelines of the pro- test, Zaki Qanat (one of those wounded by Israeli terrorism onboard the Mavi Marmara) said in an interview with Al Jazeera that Herzog's arrival in Turkey was a "disgrace." In the same context, a Turk- ish Islamic Party issued a state- ment against the Israeli presi- dent's visit, saying, "The visit of the murderer Herzog to Turkey has seriously harmed our nation. This visit means betrayal of the Palestinian cause." The statement called on the Turkish president to sever rela- tions with Israel, and said, "Israel wants to sell the gas it stole from our Palestinian broth- ers to Europe through Turkey. The Turkish government should not mediate to enable Israeli theft, as our nation does not ac- cept such an agreement that le- gitimizes Israeli terrorism." He stressed that Turkey's nor- malization with Israel will only bring occupation and massacres to Palestine, and can only bring evil to Turkey. While the Muslims of the world had gained the impression that Erdogan was a ‗saviour‘ of the Ummah, they miserably failed to understand that this im- pression was a stupid notion based on a mirage. The stupidity of the notion is well compre- hended by those whose intelli- gence has not been corrupted by mundane designs and oblivious- ness of the objective of Imaan. At most, Erdogan was a win- dow which Allah Ta‘ala has opened in the solid wall of kufr in which Turkey was esconsed since the abolition of the Khilaafat and the imposition of the raw kufr of Attaturkism. With the advent of Erdogan the kufr of Attaturk‘s oppression was cancelled for those who had Islam at heart. With Erdogan, Allah Ta‘ala is providing Deeni- inclined Muslims of Turkey an opportunity to take maximum advantage and to lay the founda- tions for the spread of Islam in Turkey where kufr predominates despite the ostentatious profes- sion of Islam. The occasional Islamic squeak made by Erdogan is politically motivated to gain the support of the Muslims of the world. Play- ing the national anthem of Israel and paying respects at the mau- soleum of Islam‘s greatest ene- my, Attaturk are a brutal affront for Islam and true Muslims. Opening of the Sophia Musjid in Istanbul is another political stunt devoid of Islamic altruism. All the trappings of Christian kufr have been retained in the Musjid. The temple character still per- vades the Musjid which is still polluted by droves of tourists wallowing in janaabat and kufr. If Erdogan had any under- standing of Imaan, the Israeli president‘s glowing tribute and showering of accolades on the Iblees, Attaturk would not have been accepted with a smile and solemn condonation as Erdogan had done. If the Israeli president had for example said that Er- dogan was an illegitimate son of a whore, would he have re- mained silent? Would he have smiled? Yet, it was perfectly acceptable and tolerable for him to have accepted the praises which Herzog lauded on Islam‘s enemy, Attaturk who had abol- ished not only the Khilaafat, but Islam as well. The entire popula- tion was denuded of Imaan dur- ing his reign, and that kufr en- dures to this day. If political circumstances con- strained peace with Israel, there is scope in Islam for a treaty with the enemy as demonstrated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) on the occasion of Hudaibiyyah. But, peace with the enemy does not mean bootlick- ing and acceptance of the kufr the enemy proffers. Peace with the enemy does not permit prais- ing and honouring the kaafir. The Arsh of Allah Azza Wa Jal shudders when the enemies of the Deen are honoured and praised. Erdogan is guilty of this capital crime. Furthermore, Turkey is under no pressure of any kind to enter into a bootlicking friendship with Israel. Israel is not a military threat to Turkey. The Shariat permits a peace treaty with the enemy only if the Muslim army has been reduced to impotence and defeat. This is not the case with Turkey, hence there is not even a valid worldly reason for Erdogan‘s bootlicking embrace of the Israeli president. Al Haq Bulletin 65 Page 4 Q. The merits and rewards of performing Umrah are innu- merable and well known. How- ever, under the current adverse conditions, economically and otherwise, which the Ummah is undergoing throughout the world, is it prudent and appro- priate for Muslims who are able to afford to go for Umrah under the present conditions where millions of Muslims are in dire straits of suffering of many kinds ? Shouldn't those who were fortunately saved from the ravages of the very severe trials of the past two years rather help the brothers and sisters who are really struggling financially? The question is more rele- vant and apropos, given the very exorbitant prices of airline tick- ets and accommodation which a brother indicated to me is around R140,000.00 for a cou- ple for a 2 week trip. Perhaps I am missing the perspective. Kindly elaborate. A. We have repeatedly advised abstention from Nafl Umrah and Nafl Hajj. It is not permissible in the present prevailing conditions to undertake such journeys. Peo- ple are wallowing in self- deception. They camouflage their touring and holidaying de- sires with the false veneer of Umrah. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “In fact, man has insight of his nafs although he puts forth excuses (to justify his haraam and evil).” Muslims have become ex- tremely selfish and oblivious of the suffering of the Ummah world-wide. Yet, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Muslims are like one man. If the head pains the whole body is affected. If the eye pains, the whole body is affected.” In addition to the huge amounts of money wasted, there- by becoming Ikhwaanush Sha- yaateen (Brothers of Shaitaan) according to the Qur‘aan, these journeys are aggravated by in- dulgence in sin – fisq and fujoor – from the moment people leave their homes until they return. It is just one long chain of sin. In the airports, in the planes, in the hotels and right in the Haramain Shareefain, the predominance is sin. Never can Nafl Umrah and Hajj be permissible in such shai- taani scenarios. ―AND REMEMBER ALLAH IN ABUNDANCE SO THAT YOU ATTAIN SUC- CESS.‖ (Quraan) The Quraan Majeed is replete with exhortations commanding the mumineen to resort to the Zikr of Allah Ta‘ala. Thikr in abundance is essential for the Ruhaani (Spiritual) and moral well-being and upliftment of Muslims. Since Muslims know that the aim of life is not this temporary worldly affair, they have necessarily to engage in constant and abundant Thikrul- lah so that they maintain a healthy and close relationship with Allah Ta‘ala. SPIRITUAL BREATH Thikrulllaah is the spiritual breathing process of the Mumin. Abandonment of the Thikrullah will kill the spiritual heart. Ne- glect or reduction in Thikrullah will bring a corresponding weakening of the Roohani (spiritual) capacities of the Mumin‘s heart. When the spiritual breathing of the mumin ceases, his outlook in life becomes like that of the dis- believer. His aims and efforts are then similar to those of the kuffaar. While professing Imaan verbally, his spiritual capacities are deadened. The furthest limits of his gaze then become material comfort and worldly prosperity. However the success and pros- perity of the Mumin which the Quraan mentions are the goals of the Aakhirah. The true success is the everlasting success of the hereafter. Such success is attain- able only as long as the Mumin maintains a correct and a close relationship with Allah Ta‘ala. THE RELATIONSHIP The correct relationship with Al- lah Ta‘ala will be created only when the Mumin realizes that the aim of life is something higher than material comfort and world- ly goals. Such a realization will dawn on him only if he constant- ly refreshes his heart and strengthens his Imaan with Thikrullah. With constant and abundant Thikr , spiritual vistas are opened up in the heart. The mumin then becomes conscious of the Aakhirah. He realizes how close he is to Allah Ta‘ala. With the dawn of this realization will he set about to cultivate Allah‘s pleasure by learning and practic- ing the commands of the deen. But if his heart remains dead as a result of abstention from Thikrullah, then the Mumin will not institute correct measures to bring his life into conformity with Allah‘s wishes. The pur- pose of Thikrullah is thus to cre- ate a strong bond of realization with Allah Ta‘ala. When this re- lationship is inculcated, the Mumin‘s life will revolve around the goal of the Aakhirah. He will then not barter away his life for the temporary gains of a misera- ble and defective world. FORMS OF THIKR While there are many forms of thikr, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) exhorted ―Renew imaan with the Thikr of Laa ila ha il lallah.‖ Besides the daily salaat, Tilaawat, etc. It is necessary to make the thikr of Laa ila ha il lallah in abundance while walk- ing, sitting and reclining. Also appoint a time, be it a few minutes, daily for reciting this Thikr in solitude. The mumin, according to the Quran, has been created for the Thikr of Allah. He should, therefore, not fail in this obligatory duty. If he re- frains from this Thikr, he will destroy his spiritual and moral life. ―Worship Allah until there comes to you Yaqeen (i.e. Death) .‖ (Quraan) The Calamitious Burden of Responsibility and Umar’s Fear The following episode illus- trates the exceptionally lofty standard of the Taqwa of Ha- dhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu an- hu): During the closing era of his Khilaafat, Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) arranged a meeting with senior Sahaabah for consulting them on an issue. He said that the responsibilities (of the Khilaafate) had increased manifold due to the spread of the Empire to distant lands. He said: ―I am now constrained to enlist the assistance of others. I select only those persons whom I believe are fully qualified and trustworthy. After assigning du- ties to such men, will I be re- garded to have fulfilled my obli- gation, or is it still incumbent on me to keep a watchful eye over my governors to ensure they ex- ecute their functions?‖ All the Sahaabah present re- quested time to consult and re- flect before answering this que- ry of Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu). After they had consulted and discussed among themselves, they unani- mously opined that merely ap- pointing the best persons was inadequate. It is incumbent to constantly check on them to en- sure that they do execute their duties and obligations correctly. When they conveyed their unan- imous opinion to Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu), he suppli- cated to Allah Ta‘ala: “O Allah! I am of old age. My subjects (the Muslim Ummah) have spread widely. Take me unto You.” He believed that he no longer would be able to do justice to the demands of the Khilaafate hence he made dua for Maut. For more than twen- ty years had they battled and struggled against the kuffaar su- perpowers of the world. Allah Ta‘ala granted them a resound- ing victory over His enemies, the enemies of Islam and the Um- mah. However, those who are awake and aware of the realities of international politics had not failed to understand that the Tali- ban‘s constant presence in Qatar during their two-decade Jihad was disconcerting. The shadow of the West and of the atheists is constantly overhanging the Taliban. While Allah Ta‘ala had granted them battlefield victories and inflicted defeat on the world‘s superpow- ers, the Taliban are miserably failing to capitalize on their Vic- tory. They are now completely oblivious of the Promises of Al- lah Ta‘ala: “If you help (the Deen of) Al- lah, He will aid you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemy). And, if He abandons you, then who is there besides Allah to aid you?” (Qur‟aan) “Allah is Maalikul Mulk. He grants sovereignty to whomever He wishes and He snatches away mulk (land/power/country) from whomever He wills. He grants honour to whom- ever He wills, and He disgraces whomever He wills. All goodness is in His power.” By their conduct the Taliban have implied lack of belief in these Qur‘aanic precepts, warn- ings and promises. The hopes which true Muslims had cher- ished regarding the Taliban are all dashed and neutralized. All such hopes were distant pipedreams. The decline of the Taliban – moral decline, spiritual decline and even worldly decline – is incremental with the march of time. There will be no surprise if Afghanistan follows in the footsteps of the Saudis who had also ostensibly come to power on an Islamic ticket although they were ushered to the fore and granted a country to rule by their British masters. At one stage the Americans had promised to lay a ‗carpet of gold‘ in Afghanistan in lieu of Taliban bootlicking them. It appears that the Taliban are following in the footsteps of the Saudis. This is not farfetched reasoning. If you study the condition of Muslims in India and all over the world, then you will under- stand why Allah Ta‘ala has sad- dled us with the reign of brutal kuffaar. Via these tyrants and oppressors Allah Ta‘ala is pun- ishing this exceedingly evil Um- mah grossly an flagrantly wal- lowing in fisq, fujoor and kufr. Nothing but total obedience to Allah Ta‘ala will change the sit- uation in which we are trapped. But the Ummah presently is not prepared to even listen to change and to adopt the Sunnah. This new cartel of ‗scholars‘ or more appropriately ‗scholars for dollars‘ consists of several phantom, modernist, lib- eral ‗scholars‘ who ascribe to western liberalism which under- scores their ‗islamic‘ ideology. Their western identity has con- strained them to call themselves “the global western imams and scholars.” This epithet coined by themselves provides insight into the liberal thinking of these characters who believe them- selves to be ‗mujtahids‘ qualified to submit the Shariah to their lopsided and convoluted concept of ‗ijtihad‘. These moron imams and scholars state in their advert: “We will not unthinkingly repeat, respective to their coun- try‟s sectarian clichés, matters which fall within the scope of intellectual effort (ijtihad) and speculation (dhann).” These morons should understand that nothing of the Shariah – nothing which has been estab- lished as Shariah during the era of the Salafus Saaliheen, the age known as Khairul Quroon, comes within the scope of the stupid ‗intellectual effort and speculation‘ of the moron imams and scholars of today. The Shari- ah was finalized by Allah Ta‘ala during the very age of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). In this regard, the Qur‘aan Majeed declares: “This Day have I (Allah) per- fected for you your Deen, and completed for you My Favour and have chosen Islam for you as Deen.” The function of the Aimmah Mu- jtahideen of the Khairul Quroon era was merely to systematize and codify the Deen which Al- lah Ta‘ala had perfected and cho- sen for this Ummah. Their fur- ther function was to evolve Usool (Principles) from the Qur‘aan and Sunnah to cater for all expediencies and new devel- opments until the Day of Qiyaamah. Thus, Allah Ta‘ala had created special luminaries blessed with the spiritual faculty of Ijtihaad. After the age of the Mujtahideen, this Faculty was divinely closed. Therefore we state with emphasis that the Age of Ijtihaad was terminated by Al- lah Azza Wa Jal at the end of the Salafus Saaliheen era. Con- firming this fact, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that after this era, KIZB (Falsehood) will become mani- fest and prevalent. Hence, noth- ing of the formulated and final- ized Shariah is up for auction at the behest of these moron, mod- ernist imams and scholars who are all bootlickers of the Western kuffaar. Their speciality is to employ their corrupt, satanic ‗intellectual effort‘ to halaalize riba, to issue halaal licences to the capitalist riba bankers, to halaalize all the filth of the medical industry op- erated by atheists, to elevate in- terfaith ideologies to the pedes- tal of the absolute truth of Islam, to bootlick governments, to mis- interpret the Shar‘i concept of Jihad to placate the palates of their western kuffaar masters, and to find Islamic accommoda- tion for almost every scientific theory and concept excreted by the vermiculated brains of athe- ists. The ‗intellectual effort and spec- ulation‘ of these moron ‗scholars for dollars‘ is a shaitaani device designed to distort and destroy the Deen. Rejection of even the Furooaat leads to kufr. The Fu- rooaat of the Shariah are not up for speculation by moron mod- ernist imams and scholars for dollars. For example, rejection of the Istihbaab of the Miswaak is kufr. These juhala are too stupid to impart any lesson of ‗etiquette‘ to Muslims. The bogus ‗scholars‘ say in their advert: “We will foster and pro- mote respect for all scholars and Muslims affiliated groups, par- ties, cooperations, institutions and organisations….” This averment is a loud and clear display of the baatil of this mis- guided group of western liberal zanaadaqah. They were arrested. The qaadhi of the Shariah court sentenced the six brothers to death by hanging on the basis of them having tak- en the law into their own hands. Is this judgment in accord with the Shariah? A. The jaahil, evil qaadhi is guilty of murdering the six Mus- lims who had executed the blas- phemer. In all probability this ‗qaadhi‘ is a Munaafiq. The judgment is absolutely haraam and horrendous. Regardless of the error of having took the law into their own hands, it is NEV- ER lawful to execute Muslims to avenge the filthy blood of a kaafir blasphemer of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The qaadhi is under the influ- ence of Iblees or he is Iblees in- carnate. There is today no worse and no more villainous species of humanity than the ulama-e-soo‘ whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) feared more than even Dajjaal. We are in the middle of a raging ocean being buffeted by storms of kufr, fisq and fujoor which are being promoted by the ulama-e-soo‘ who are the prima- ry cause for the destruction of the Ummah. Brothers, there is nothing we can do other than to:  Be firm in Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahy Anil Munkar  Attend to our own moral reformation  Engage in Ibaadat  Be in seclusion as much as possible Look after yourselves and your immediate families - forget about others. The time will soon come when a man will wish to be in the grave. It will become extremely difficult and even dan- gerous to keep your Imaan afloat. Just make dua and hope for the best. Hundreds of so-called Muja- hidden from Idlib in Syria have already arrived in Ukraine. They passed through Turkey to reach their Ukranian destination. The BJP government used a movie to in- cite anti-Muslim violence. The Muslim community in India is gripped with fear. There is no aid and protection by the authori- ties. The police and courts aid and abet in the atrocities being perpetrated on Muslims in the land of cow worship where cow urine and manure are holy arte- facts. The declared policy of the cow- worshippers and urine-drinkers is that Muslims should convert to Hinduism or flee to Pakistan, and all Musaajid must be converted into idolatrous temples. Trapped in this cauldron of fear and misery, Muslims in India do not have the haziest idea of any kind of action to be implemented for their safety. While the atroci- ties, crime and their perpetrators are condemned, Muslims have forgotten that the horrendous ca- lamities befalling them are by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur‘aan and Ahaadith abundantly clarify and empha- size that the consequence of gross disobedience and sin is Di- vine Punishment, and that such punishment befalls the Ummah and others in a variety of forms, e.g. earthquakes, floods, droughts, etc. Specifically for Muslims the punishment is also in the form of kuffaar oppression and brutality. Mentioning this, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Then when the first of the two promises materialized, We sent against you such of Our servants who were powerful in warfare, then they penetrated (your) homes. And, it was a promise de- creed. And, when the second prom- ise came so that your faces be- come disfigured and so that they enter the Musjid as they had en- tered the first occasion, and they utterly destroyed whatever they overran.” (Bani Israaeel) In these Qur‘aanic verses Allah Ta‘ala mentions the Punish- ment which He had inflicted on the Bani Israaeel (The Muslim Ummah of that time). “Our serv- ants” refer to the Babylonian kuffaar under their king Bukhta Nasr. They had pillaged, plun- dered and utterly destroyed Mus- jidul Aqsa and Jerusalem. 70,000 men, women and children of Ba- ni Israael were marched in chains to Babylon where they were enslaved. This was the Pun- ishment of Allah Ta‘ala meted out by the kuffaar whom Allah Ta‘ala had harnessed to execute His Command. Muslims of India as well as Mus- lims all over the world have fla- grantly and blatantly trampled on the Shariah. They have become assimilated in kuffaar culture. They have abandoned Islam. Muslim females have abandoned Hijaab and are freely intermin- gling with the Hindus. Islam has become chagrin for them. The vices of the West have become integral to Muslim life-style. What other than Allah‘s Athaab could be expected in this rotten scenario of evil, vice, fisq, fujoor and kufr? Now there is no one to aid Mus- lims. Yet Muslims fail to realize the cause of the calamities de- scending on them. The solution for the Ummah is only ONE – the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala. The Qur‘aan Majeed says: “If you aid (the Deen of) Allah, then no one can defeat you, and He will plant your feet firmly against your enemies. “If Allah aids you, none can defeat you, and if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him who can help you?” There is no one! However, the Nusrat of Allah Azza Wa Jal is dependent on complete obedi- ence to His Shariah. Inaabat ilal laah – turning to Allah Ta‘ala with repentance and the sincere pledge to submit to His Deen –is the one and only way for protec- tion and safety. If Muslims fail to understand the reality of what is happening to them by way of Allah‘s Athaab, then the calamity will become compounded and prolonged. The fate which has befallen other dis- obedient Muslim communities such as in Burma, Palestine, Kashmir and Syria, will overtake the Muslim community in India as well as elsewhere in the world. Every disobedient and traitorous community will be af- flicted with horrendous Athaab. No traitorous community is se- lected for safety. Everyone will suffer its decreed fate of destruc- tion when the Divine Command is announced. No amount of protesting, appeal- ing for help from the kuffaar and their agencies will avail. Burma is not far from India, yet the Muslim community has derived absolutely no lesson from the plight of the Burmese Muslims – a similar plight is unfolding even in Sri Lanka where the Buddhist mushrikeen are on rampage. Help is from only Allah Ta‘ala, and its price is extremely cheap – Inaabat Ilallaah. However, the Inaabat of a few is not sufficient for the acquisi- tion of Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala for the community/nation. The Qur‘aan Majeed stipulates that the entire community should turn unto Allah Ta‘ala in repent- ance and to renew the Pledge of obedience. “Turn unto Allah in repent- ance, all of you, O Mu‟minoon, so that you become victorious (and successful).” (An-Noor, Aayat 31) the victim of mental coloniza- tion. They went to great lengths and are incrementally doing so today to gain recognition and crumbs from the West, Russia, China and now the cow- worshippers of India. The most recent bootlicking of kuffaar is the Taliban‘s dis- graceful cap-in-hand perfor- mance, begging the drinkers of cow urine and the consumers of cow manure, the Hindu Mush- rikeen of India. They disgrace- fully and gleefully accepted the crumbs donated by India. The bag of crumbs consists of 20,000 tons of wheat, 13 tons of medicine, 500,000 doses of Shai- taan‘s Urine (covid vaccines) and some winter clothing. In return for these impure crumbs of the Indian Mushrikeen, the Taliban are now compelled to grant the Hindu murderers of Muslims a firm footing in Afghanistan. While the declared policy of Hindu India is the forcible con- version of Muslims to Hinduism and the conversion of all the Musaajid into temples, while Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and Islam are publicly maligned and reviled by Indian politicians and while Muslims are being lynched in public and harassed, these miserable, most unfortunate Taliban who have betrayed Allah Ta‘ala, are boot- licking the Cow-Worshippers. The Taliban have not spoken a word in favour of Muslims of India who are being brutalized by the Hindu cow-worshipping mobs. While Muslims in China are being subjected to horrendous repression, while Salaat and Saum are banned, and while a Chinese Muslim has been sen- tenced to 16 years in prison for keeping a beard, the treacherous Taliban are bootlicking the god- less Chinese atheists who are the worst devourers of pork. Russia, Iran and China had remained en- emies of the Talban through the long 20 year war with America. Today the Taliban are licking the boots of these enemies. The Taliban have betrayed Allah Ta‘ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the Ummah and Islam. It took almost a century for the kufr metamor- phosis of the Saudi regime and population. A century after Britain established the Saudi re- gime, the present Saudi KUFR regime has come to power. But the process of kufr metamorpho- sis of the Taliban was initiated even prior to them taking control of the country‘s governance. They will soon outclass MBS in the culture of Bootlicking and Kufr. Muslims of Deeni hue all over the world had cherished great hopes in the Taliban. The expectation was the blossoming of a true Shariah State in the wake of Taliban victory. But the opposite has happened. There is no greater treachery than the treachery perpetrated by the Tali- ban. There Shariah slogans were deceptive and designed to hood- wink Muslims. Now after Allah Ta‘ala has installed them in pow- er, they are flaunting their true colours of shaitaaniyat. The little Deeni reforms they have flabbily introduced are mere cosmetic to beguile Deeni concerned Muslims. They will suffer the consequences of their treachery and bootlicking. (Continued from page 10) “And remember when We saved you from the people of Fir‟oun. They inflicted severe punishment on you. They slaughtered your (baby) sons and left your women alive. Indeed in this was a great trial from your Rabb.” (Qur‟aan) The Qur‘aan Majeed mentions this episode in several Verses. Fir‘oun had enslaved Bani Is- raaeel, and this enslavement was a Punishment from Allah Ta‘ala for the treachery, transgression and rebellion of Bani Israaeel, the Muslim Ummah of that time. In addition to slavery and other forms of hardships, the worst calamity on Bani Israaeel was the slaughter of all infant boys. This too was the Punishment of Allah Ta‘ala. Thus, the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “A great trial from your Rabb.” This was indeed a momentous trial – a Punishment which no community had ever suffered and endured. Just pon- der! The calamity of your babies being slaughtered! But Allah Ta‘ala permitted it – decreed it. This is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal. There is no escape from His Sunnah. His Athaab is yet to settle on us here in this country. The South African Muslim com- munity is not a selected segment of the Ummah. The Writing is on the Wall. This is the reality of all hard- ships and calamities which befall us. The miseries which Muslims are suffering at the hands of the kuffaar in India, Kashmir, Pales- tine, Syria, Burma, etc. are all “trials from your Rabb”. The insults on our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) by the kuffaar, the desecration of our Musaajid and the burning of the Qur‘aan Majeed by the kuffaar are all forms of Punish- ment emanating from the De- crees of Allah Ta‘ala. It is unintelligent to blame and revile the kuffaar for Punish- ment which Allah Ta‘ala is in- flicting on the Ummah. The kuffaar are merely the material/ worldly medium for the Divine Punishment just as the earth- quake, tornado, tsunami, etc. are forms of Allah‘s punishment. Only insane people will revile these natural disasters. Those whose focus is not on Allah Ta‘ala, do not understand the nexus between the calamity (punishment) and the misdeeds and treachery of the Ummah. Shaitaan has beguiled them and tricked Muslims into believing that others are responsible for our degradation, fall and humili- ation. Yet, the Qur‘aan and Ahaadith are abundantly clear that all hardships which befall the Ummah are the consequenc- es of our own misdeeds, trans- gression, fisq and fujoor. The Qur‘aan Majeed states with clarity that as long as we do not change the rot within us, Al- lah Ta‘ala will not change our state of degradation and humilia- tion. We will remain the slaves of the kuffaar content with boot- licking their najaasat. Commenting on the degra- dation and defeat of the Um- mah, Hadhrat Maulana Ash- raf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: Even during the era of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) sometimes victory in battle was with the kuffaar and sometimes with the Muslimeen. Defeat was the consequences of the deeds of the Muslims. But the Muslims of that era under- stood the cause, hence they would remedy the error. Then they would attain victory. This is explained with clarity in the epi- sodes of Uhd and Hunain. (Explained in the Qur‟aan. The Qur‟aan attributes defeat to the misdeeds of Muslims – Al-Haq) On the other hand, we do not understand the consequences. Our focus is not on our mis- deeds. We are oblivious of the gross acts of transgression and disobedience we perpetrate. Night and day we indulge in transgression, hence the conse- quences of defeat and humilia- tion. Hadhrat Amr Bin Al-A‘s (Radhiyallahu anhu), the Com- mander of the army of Sahaabah had laid sieged to a city in Egypt. Although the siege had continued for just about a month, Ameerul Mu‘mineen Ha- dhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) became restless. He wrote to the Commander that the cause for the prolonged siege appeared to be deficiency in the Taqwa and Tafweedh of the army. He or- dered the Commander to an- nounce that everyone should re- sort to Taubah for sins and be- come concerned with moral reformation. The concern of Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) was the de- terioration in Imaan to which he attributed the prolonged siege and delay in attainment of victo- ry. Everyone obeyed the instruc- tion of Ameerul Mu‘mineen. They resorted to Istighfaar. Thereafter the city was assault- ed. Within a day they had achieved victory. Today, Muslims resort to a variety of plans and schemes, but they do not repent and re- form themselves. It is the Sun- nah of Allah to grant victory to His obedient servants. Imple- ment the prescription and wit- ness the aid from the Ghaib. (Shaitaan has deluded Muslims. In fact it is not necessary for even a Nabi. When Bani Israaeel had requested their Nabi Shamweel (Alayhis sa- laam) to supplicate to Allah Ta‘ala for a king to lead them in Jihad, Allah Ta‘ala then appointed Taa- loot to be the king despite the presence of Nabi Shamweel (Alayhis salaam). While Taloot was involved in the political af- fairs of the nation, Nabi Shamweel (Alayhis salaam) engaged in tableegh of the ahkaam (laws) of the Shariah. What is the Islamic stance regarding the Ukraine-Russia war? What should our attitude be? Who is a greater threat for Muslims –Ukraine or Russia? A. The Islamic stance regard- ing the current Russia-Ukraine war is that we do not support any one of these vile kuffaar. Both are evil kuffaar who have oppressed and murdered mil- lions of Muslims. All kufr is one single breed. As far as threat to Muslims is concerned, the great- est threat to Islam is the Muslim nation of today, and the worst among them are the molvis of evil. The Ulama-e-Soo are a greater threat to Islam than even Dajjaal. Q. What is the punishment for insulting Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam)? There was a killing of a woman in Nigeria on 12 May, 2022. She had insulted Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). A hue and cry was created. Some people condemned the killing, saying that the Shariah does not prescribe any punishment for this crime. What is the rul- ing of the Shariah? A. In an Islamic state the blas- phemer will be executed if the Qaadhi finds him guilty of hav- ing insulted Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). If the woman had blas- phemed Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), then the Sha- riah upholds her killing. Those who are opposed to this penalty are either total ignoramuses or munaafiqs/murtadds. Q. Here in Cape Town where I am there are some persons who say that it is permissible to rob non-Muslims. Such „robbery‟ they say is part of the Deen. What is the Shariah‟s ruling on this issue? A. Those who claim that ‗it is part of the Deen‘ to rob kuffaar are agents of Iblees. On the Day of Qiyaamah these kuffaar will demand their rights, and the Muslim crooks and scoundrels will be subjected to Hell-Fire treatment for their robbery. Q. Is South Africa classified as Darul Aman? To which extent do we have to obey laws which are in conflict with Islam? A. Forget about Darul Aman. All countries governed by kufr regimes are Darul Kufr. All the Muslim countries of today, espe- cially Saudi Arabia, are Darul Kufr. Just follow the Shariah. Wherever possible ignore the zulm, haraam and shaitaani laws which are in conflict with the Shariah. Q. Can taxes be paid with in- terest money? A. Taxes and fines are zulm. In- terest may be used to pay these oppressive taxes. Q. I need to know which of the following organizations are safe for giving Zakaat and Lil- lah? Do not perform Salaat in such Musaajid which have been converted into weird tem- ples. Q. I performed Taraweeh at Rainbow Musjid in Lenasia. After Taraweeh before Witr Sa- laat, Molana Yaseen Cajee de- cided to give a talk. I see this practice becoming common in Lenasia. I walked out and read my Witr individually at the back. Did I do the right thing? By having the talk after the Ta- raweeh Salaat the molana is compelling the musallees to sit for his talk. A. The Maulana has introduced an evil bid‘ah. The talk after Taraaweeh and before Witr dis- places the Masnoon method. Since the Sunnah was violated with this bid‘ah, you acted cor- rectly. Q. In UK the „golden jubilee‟ of the Queen will be celebrated. Is it permissible for Muslims to participate? A. It is haraam for Muslims to participate in kuffaar functions even if it is a function in honour of the queen of UK. Q. What are Muslims supposed to do when kuffaar publicly burn the Holy Qur‟aan? A. Qur‘aan burnings and defile- ment by the kuffaar are a sort of punishment for Muslims who defile the Qur‘aan worse than what the kuffaar are doing. Muslims today are the worse criminals who defile the Qur‘aan and Islam. When such punish- ment descends on us, increase Istighfaar. Repent and make dua. There is nothing else we can do in these circumstances. EVIL PARENTS A Brother from the U.S.A. writes: ―There's much evil going on in the community. Several young Muslims have committed suicide throughout the past months. Their cries are de- pression, divorce among their par- ents and constant pressure from their own parents to obtain degrees from Colleges and Universities so that they (the parents) can boast and have a name for themselves in the community. These conditions have left me heartbroken. I know some of the youngsters. They attended our Maktab when they were small. The evil parents have destroyed the ones they claim to love! Please com- ment.‖ Our comment The parents described by you are in reality atheists. They cannot be Muslims. With their insistence on university attendance have they ru- ined and destroyed both the dunya and Aakhirat of their children. The depression of these young- sters is the effect of their lack of Imaan or of extremely deficient Imaan. Since Imaan was the topic in their homes, they had no way of understanding what exactly Imaan is nor understand even the existence of Allah Ta‘ala. Healthy Imaan is the best solution for depression. If the heart is focused on Allah Ta‘ala, one will understand that every de- velopment, no matter how great or small, is the decree of Allah Ta‘ala. One will then accept that the hard- ship is a trial imposed on one by Al- lah Ta‘ala. It requires Sabr and Dua. It will then gradually be eliminated. However, when Imaan is lacking, the mind is overwhelmed by Shai- taani wasaawis, hence these youths in their state of kufr committed sui- cide. In these times of corruption and Satanism, every Muslim should daily read a few pages from the lives of the Sufi Auliya. They will then gain a better understanding of life, this dunya and the Aakhirah. The life episodes and advices of the Auliya fortify Imaan against the on- slaught of satanic forces such as Iblees and his human agents. COLLECTIVE REPENTANCE “And turn unto Allah in re- pentance, collectively (all of you), O Mu‟minoon, so that you be victorious.” (Qur‟aan) The prosperity and victory of the Ummah over the kuffaar enemy are reliant on turning towards Allah Ta‘ala with repentance and obedi- ence of the entire Ummah. Obedience means ob- servance of the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah in all facets of life. The Inaabat – Taubah, Taa -at and Ibaadat – of a seg- ment of the Ummah is inade- quate for the universal suc- cess and victory of the Um- mah. While Allah Ta‘ala will save the small segment from His universal (aam) Athaab, the large majority will be severely apprehended and destroyed. Further, understand well that the small segment of Mu‘mineen who will be saved refers to those who had sustained the Command of Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahy Anil Munkar (Commanding virtue and prohibiting vice). Those Molvis and Shaikhs who had become silent dev- ils with their silence will not be saved regardless of their own obedience and sincerity. Thus, the Qur‘aan Majeed confirms and warns: “Beware of such a Fitnah (Punishment) which will apprehend not only the transgressors among you.” Molvis, Muftis, Shaikhs and Buzrugs will all be obliterat- ed by the Aam Athaab of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal because they had become Silent Sha- yaateen. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The one who is silent regarding the Haqq is a DUMB DEVIL.”
