Question
Here in Cape Town where I am there are some persons who say that it is permissible to rob non-Muslims. Such 'robbery' they say is part of the Deen. What is the Shariah's ruling on this issue?
Answer
Those who claim that 'it is part of the Deen' to rob kuffaar are agents of Iblees. On the Day of Qiyaamah these kuffaar will demand their rights, and the Muslim crooks and scoundrels will be subjected to Hell-Fire treatment for their robbery.
