Question
In a predominantly Muslim country six Muslims killed a blasphemer who had vulgarly insulted Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). They were arrested. The qaadhi of the Shariah court sentenced the six brothers to death by hanging on the basis of them having taken the law into their own hands. Is this judgment in accord with the Shariah?
Answer
The jaahil, evil qaadhi is guilty of murdering the six Muslims who had executed the blasphemer. In all probability this 'qaadhi' is a Munaafiq. The judgment is absolutely haraam and horrendous. Regardless of the error of having took the law into their own hands, it is NEVER lawful to execute Muslims to avenge the filthy blood of a kaafir blasphemer of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The qaadhi is under the influence of Iblees or he is Iblees incarnate.
