Is South Africa classified as Darul Aman? To which extent do we have to obey laws which are in conflict with Islam?
Answer
Forget about Darul Aman. All countries governed by kufr regimes are Darul Kufr. All the Muslim countries of today, especially Saudi Arabia, are Darul Kufr. Just follow the Shariah. Wherever possible ignore the zulm, haraam and shaitaani laws which are in conflict with the Shariah.
