You bestow sovereignty to whomever You will, and You snatch away sovereignty from whomever You will. You grant honour to whomever You will and you disgrace whomever You will. In Your Control is all good. Verily, You are powerful over all things.‖ (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) Like all things, political power and control of lands and coun- tries are by the decree of Al- lah Ta‘ala. Kings, govern- ment, empire, etc. endure only until the prescribed appointed time. When that point of ter- mination is reached, Allah Ta‘ala creates the circum- stances for the elimination and removal of the authority which had enjoyed political sovereignty of the country. This is what has happened now in Bangladesh. After decades of oppres- sive rule by the Awami Party headed by its ‗hindu‘ woman leader, their reign of villainy and oppression has come to a sudden end. The ‗hindu‘ woman who had outlawed the Shariah and who had hin- duanized the country, has now fled to her homeland, India where she will most probably be granted asylum. The massive political up- heaval which has routed the Awami government is the fac- tor of Allah‘s creation. Politi- cal agitation has always been rife in Bangladesh. There were constant rallies and as- semblies of hundreds of thou- sands of people in Bangla- desh. The kind of protest ac- tivities which have now top- pled the hindu government are not new to Bangladesh. Nev- ertheless, despite huge and vigorous protests and political agitation, the opposition could not unseat the hindu woman from her embedded position of dictatorship. The security apparatus (police, army, etc.) had always resorted to methods of steel and brutality to foil the plans of the opposition. The schemes proffered by all the moron self -appointed ‗reformers‘ of this age end in failure. In fact the moral and spiritual diseases of the Ummah become more in- durate and ruinous by adop- tion of the destructive schemes of modernist reformers and bootlicking molvis and sheikhs. The one and only way for the reformation and resur- gence of Muslims is for the Ulama and Shaikhs to attend to Islaah (reformation), not to devise ways and methods which are in contrast and con- flict with the orthodox Sunnah practised and imparted by the Akaabir Ulama and Auliya. However, the heart-rending problem in this sphere is that the Ulama and so-called spir- itual guides themselves are corrupt and rotten to the core. The molvis operating the India Jamiatul Ulama have become bootlicking swamis and pun- dits. They bootlick the Hindus, and bootlick them right into their temples of idols. Like the corrupt murtad molvis of South Africa, U.K. and Ameri- ca who are all cogs in the Sa- tanist interfaith ideology, so too are the ulama of India and Pakistan. Now when the ulama and shaikhs have become bootlick- ing reverends, priests, swamis and pundits, what hope is there for the ignorant masses who are floating rudderless in oceans of vice and villainy? The Ship of this Ummah is wrecked and sinking. It ap- pears that only Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam) will be able to reform this fallen, down- trodden, miserable and treach- erous Ummah. the very same security appa- ratus has failed to protect the hindu woman whose govern- ment had terrorized the popu- lace. The very same crowds of protestors who formerly were unsuccessful in their attempts to dislodge the government, today succeeded to even ran- sack the residence of the mis- erable hindu woman. In the past, the hundreds of thousands of protesters would not defy army curfews and or- ders, but today they set fire to the official residence of the hindu woman ruler and also ransacked her ancestral home and destroyed the statue of her father, Mujibur Rahman, the first president of Bangladesh. This is all of the making of Allah Ta‘ala. When He de- crees a change of power/ government, He makes the masses fearless. Their defiance renders the security apparatus impotent. It is only Allah Azza Wa Jal Who commands and controls. Not a leaf stirs with- out His decree. ―Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but He is aware. Hamas, Hizbullah and Iran are allies. Is Hamas of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama‘ah? Answer Although Hamas is not a Shiah entity as is the Lebanese ‗Hizbullah‘ group, it is in bed with the Shiahs. When Hamas was formed in 1987, it had an Islamic agenda. Its founder, Sheikh Ahmed Yaaseen was anti-Shiah. The present Hamas entity is no longer the Hamas founded by Sheikh Ahmed Yaaseen (Rahmatullah alayh). In 1989, Sheikh Yaaseen is- sued the following statement regarding Hizbullah: Interview of Shaykh Ahmad Yaseen Rahimahullah - founder of HAMAS An- Nahaar Magazine, 30 April 1989 Question: Allah says, 'Know well, indeed the party of Allah (Hizbullah) are successful'. Does this ayat apply to Hizbullah - the Shi'i Lebanese party? Answer: I do not believe so. Indeed Hizbullah in Lebanon is a Shi'i party. They do not ad- here to the laws in the Qur'ān and the Sunnah of the Rasul sallallahu alayhi wasallam. The Muslims are the Ahlus Sunnah, not the Shia. I be- lieve that the true Hizbullah are those who adhere to the laws of the Qur'ān and the Sunnah of the Rasul sallalla- hu alayhi wasallam. This is in addition to the major differ- ence between the Ahlus Sun- nah and the Shia. Indeed Hiz- bullah in Lebanon does not represent us, and they do not represent the Muslims in Leb- anon, and, in future, they will represent none but them- selves." According to the Founder of Hamas, Hizbullah and the Shi- as are not Muslims. The Ameer of the Taliban, Hi- batullah Akhunzada has or- dered compulsory observance of the Five Salaat for all gov- ernment employees. Those who fail to perform Salaat will be punished. While this law is correct and welcomed, it falls far short of the Qur‘aanic command: “When We establish them (politically) in the earth, they establish Salaat, Zakaat, com- mand virtue and prohibit vice.” (Qur’aan) The order for compulsory performance of Salaat applies to the entire populace, not only to government employees. The very first obligation of the Ameer/Islamic state is to en- force the observance of Salaat on the entire country. When the Taliban had first come to power, they had given practi- cal expression to this Com- mand of the Qur‘aan Majeed. At Salaat times, the entire country would come to a standstill. Road blocks went up, traffic came to a halt and all businesses closed. The Mu- saajid could not cater for the millions of Musallis. Multiple Jamaats would be performed in the same Musaajid. However, when Iblees managed to convince the Tali- ban to relax the ‗strictness‘, they abandoned this Command and justified their neglect and treachery to soothe their con- science by arguing that the people have become accus- tomed to perform Salaat, hence there was no longer the need for the government to enforce it. On account of this treach- ery, Allah Ta‘ala sent the American kuffaar to remove the Taliban from power. Stat- ing this Sunnah of Allah Ta‘ala, the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “Perhaps soon will your Rabb destroy your enemy and install you on earth as rulers, then will He watch you.‖ (A’raaf, Aayat 129) This was the response of Allah Ta‘ala for Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) to deliver to Bani Israaeel. After granting sovereignty, Allah Ta‘ala will keep under observation those whom He had installed as rul- (Continued on page 4) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 72 Page 4 “Never would your Rabb de- stroy towns before having sent a Messenger (Rasool) to their capital, who would rehearse our Aayaat (Laws) to them. Never would We destroy towns except that their inhab- itants are Zaalimoon (flagrant transgressors).” (Al-Qasas, Aayat 59) Allah Azza Wa Jal is Aadil (Just). He does not destroy towns and lands without first warning the inhabitants. He sent Ambiya to warn the transgressors. In the context of this Ummah, the Last Messenger, Muhammad (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was sent to guide, teach and warn us. Since the Warning has been ignored, Muslims have indulged recklessly in flagrant fisq, fujoor and kufr, hence Allah Ta‘ala sent the Yahudi kuffaar to capture Musjidul Aqsa, demolish Palestine and brutally pulverize the inhabit- ants. So, whether this fact is acknowledged or disliked, it is the reality which is today ravaging Palestine daily and a norm. ers. If they return to disobedi- ence and treachery, Allah Ta‘ala will then remove them from power. Confirming this Sunnah of Allah Ta‘ala, The Qur‘aan states: “Perhaps soon will your Rabb have mercy on you (and make you the rulers). However, if you return (to disobedience/treachery) then We too shall return (with Our punishment).” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 8) This Aayat was revealed after Bani Israaeel, the then Muslim Ummah, was brutal- ized and utterly destroyed. Their rule of Jerusalem was snatched away and in addition to the destruction of Musjidul Aqsa and Jerusalem by the kuffaar, 70,000 Bani Israaeel were marched in chains to be enslaved in Babylon. After years of oppression and suffering, and resorting to Taubah, Allah Ta‘ala again granted them power and sover- eignty. But they were warned: If you revert to your villainy and treachery, Allah Ta’ala will also revert to Punishing you. The Taliban have treacher- ously failed to honour their Pledge of Obedience. The smattering of Shar‘i ahkaam being introduced is mere cos- metic and window-dressing. They have allied themselves with the enemies of Allah Ta‘ala and have become boot- lickers of the kuffaar, looking at them askance and begging for the crumbs of materialism which the kuffaar have to of- fer on their terms. They in- sanely seek U.S. and UN recognition, instead of the Recognition of Allah Ta‘ala - the Recognition which comes in the wake of Obedience. Yesterday, thousands of Israe- lis, watched by security forces, marched on the holy site and performed Jewish religious rites, which are banned at the location. Among the activists was far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who told the crowd Israel was making progress in establish- ing ―sovereignty‖ there. The minister‘s visit was de- nounced by numerous Arab states as well as the US, which said he had ―demonstrated bla- tant disregard for the histor- ic status quo‖ of Jerusalem‘s holy sites. In this regard, Al- lah Ta‘ala states in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “When the second promise (of Athaab) came so that they (the kuffar) disfigure your faces and that they may enter the Musjid as they had entered it the first time and so that they utterly destroy whatever they overrun.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) The Musjid mentioned in this Aayat refers to Musjidul Aqsa. As a punishment for the evil and villainy of Bani Is- raaeel, the then Muslim Um- mah, Allah Ta‘ala permitted the kuffaar to destroy Jerusa- lem and Musjidul Aqsa. Thus, the kuffaar are able to gain en- try to the Musaajid only by the permission of Allah Azza Wa Jal. He grants them this per- mission to serve as a punish- ment for the treachery and evil of Muslims. Muslims of this era have polluted and defiled Musjidul Aqsa and all other Musaajid all over the world with their fisq, fujoor and kufr. It is therefore not surprising when the Axe of Divine Athaab strikes. The denunciation by the Arab states is the bark of toothless mongrels. All of the- se spineless, shameless, dogs and khanaazeer states stand by as idle spectators whilst the Yahudis are exterminating the entire population of Palestine. IMAAN & TAUBAH WILL NOT BENEFIT… It is a Qur‘aanic principle that Imaan, Taubah and Dua will not benefit when the Punish- ment of Allah Azza Wa Jal arrives. Stating this principle, the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “Thus, their Imaan did not benefit them when they saw Our Punishment. It is the Sunnah of Allah which applied to His servants.” (Al-Mu’min, Aayat 85) “Our Punishment cannot be averted from a criminal na- tion.” (Yusuf, Aayat 110) Once the Athaab has been de- creed, it will run its prescribed divine course. No amount of supplication, Dua Qunoot and Thikr will deflect the Athaab from its prescribed course. Athaab is averted by means of Taubah and Obedience prior to its arrival. In Palestine, the Athaab will terminate only af- ter it has run the course decreed for it by Allah Azza Wa Jal. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 72 Page 6 In a move that has astonished many, the de facto ruler of Saudi Arabia, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, has been quietly supporting the LGBTQ+ community, allow- ing their presence to permeate the heart of the Islamic world, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This unexpected approval for LGBTQ+ visibility has taken many by surprise, especially given the clear Islamic values. During the World Electronic Sports Cup, many were taken aback as the so-called LGBTQ+ pride flag was prom- inently displayed in Saudi Ara- bia, a clear and direct chal- lenge to the nation‘s deeply rooted Arab and Islamic tradi- tions. This surprising move was not an accident but a care- fully coordinated effort orches- trated by the Saudi regime. The CEO of the tournament alleviated any concerns the LGBTQ+ community might have had about their ac- ceptance in Saudi Arabia by openly welcoming partici- pants. This message of inclu- sivity aligns with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Sal- man‘s broader campaign to reform the kingdom‘s image and align it more closely with Western standards in such matters that contradict the Ar- ab and Islamic communities, values, and teachings. Since ascending to power, partly through what many con- sider a palace coup with his father‘s complicity, Crown Prince Mohammed has aggres- sively pursued social reforms aimed at dismantling the king- dom‘s conservative fabric. He has marginalized religious scholars, established the Gen- eral Entertainment Authority, and sanctioned public concerts and the hosting of celebrities known for their decadent life- styles. However, the extent to which support for the LGBTQ+ com- munity has been integrated in- to the kingdom‘s social fabric is shocking. The conservative Saudi society, proud of its val- ues, now faces the unprece- dented reality of seeing so- called LGBTQ+ rights openly endorsed. The Saudi regime has em- ployed various indirect meth- ods to promote LGBTQ+ val- ues, ranging from tacit approv- al of their activities within the Islamic community. Notably, Prince Mohammed bin Salman has removed references to criminalizing homosexuality from educational curricula, a move celebrated by the Tel Aviv-based Institute for Moni- toring Peace and Cultural Tol- erance (IMPACT) and praised by Time magazine as a step towards ―greater moderation and tolerance‖ as they claim. Prince Mohammed bin Salman has personally hosted known LGBTQ+ individuals in his private meetings, reflecting the depth of his engagement with their values and acts. Many such figures have been wel- comed under the guise of par- ticipating in entertainment events or film festivals like the Red Sea International Film Festival. In a striking example, during the holy month of Ramadan, the General Entertainment Au- thority hosted the openly gay adult film actor Koldo Goran and the LGBTQ+ advocate Viktor Rom Venus, who proudly shared images of their time in Saudi Arabia during this sacred period. The Red Sea International Film Festival has featured sev- eral LGBTQ+ participants, in- cluding the Spanish actress and dancer María Pedraza, known for her role in the series ―Elite,‖ which promotes LGBTQ+ themes, and Leba- nese actress and director Na- dine Labaki, who has directed films with LGBTQ+ narra- tives. Recent festival editions have openly screened LGBTQ+- themed films such as ―The Blue Caftan,‖ which depicts a homosexual relationship be- tween a tailor and his appren- tice, and ―Kamila,‖ which tells the story of a single doctor who develops a relationship with a female patient involved in prostitution. In the previous year‘s festival, the film ―Fay‘s Palette,‖ di- rected by Saudi filmmaker An- as Batahif, addressed themes of lesbian relationships, a (Continued on page 7) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 72 Page 7 groundbreaking achievement described by the site Dirty Moves as ―a near-miracle‖ due to its challenge to the deeply conservative Saudi society. The official Saudi media and its affiliates, closely tied to Prince Mohammed bin Sal- man, have made clear efforts to promote LGBTQ+ themes. The MBC group, known for pushing boundaries in content for adults, has also promoted the LGBTQ+ flag through its children‘s channels, prompting a public outcry and the trend- ing hashtag #MBC_promotes_LGBTQ+. Among the most notable in- stances of media infiltration in Saudi Arabia is the work of Saudi director Haifaa Al- Mansour, who directed an epi- sode of the series ―The L Word: Generation Q,‖ featur- ing explicit LGBTQ+ relation- ships. Thus, Crown Prince Moham- med bin Salman has disregard- ed all laws and religious edicts that criminalize and condemn homosexuality, allowing the open promotion of LGBTQ+ themes in the heart of the Is- lamic world. Moreover, he has silenced the country‘s reli- gious authorities, preventing them from issuing statements or fatwas on this matter, effec- tively ruling in contradiction to Islamic teachings. While raising any other flag, including that of Palestine, is strictly prohibited in Saudi Arabia, with individuals being arrested for such acts, the open display of the LGBTQ+ flag, which contradicts both Islamic values and basic human na- ture, is permitted without con- sequence. These actions reveal the Saudi regime‘s complicity in spread- ing LGBTQ+ acceptance in the kingdom, despite public statements claiming otherwise. The American magazine ―The Atlantic‖ has confirmed that LGBTQ+ events in Saudi Ara- bia are organized with the full knowledge and approval of local authorities, who extend formal invitations for such gatherings. Howev- er, He is allowing the Yahood to daily massacre the Palestin- ians and to ravage their land with destruction of an unprec- edented kind. What is the conundrum? The answer is that Muslims of today are not the ‗Mu‘mineen‘ mentioned in the Qur‘aan and for whom there is His Nusrat. The so- called Muslims of today are no different from the Yahood and Nasaara. All these seem a timid and desperate attempt to seek the approval of Hindu majori- ty population. Is there scope in Islam for such acts and at- titudes? A. I've heard some people say that it's Fardh Kifayah to establish the khil- afah, while some say it's Fardh Ayin. If it's Fardh Kifayah, no one's actually doing it, if it's Fardh Ayin, are we all sin- ners? How are we to keep living our lives like this while it's been over a century without an actual Khalifa? (Yes, Al- lah Ta’ala had abolished the Khilaafat because of the cor- ruption and treachery of Muslims – Al-Haq) Please shed some light up- on this matter. A. If you believe that estab- lishing Khilaafat is Fardh Ain, then it is your obligation to proceed with the execu- tion of this Fardh-e-Ain obli- gation. You will have to de- vise the means for executing the obligation. We have no ad- vice on this issue. If it is Fardh-e-Kifaayah, then too, it is for you to pro- ceed and see what you can do in the matter. The reality is that it is Fardh on all governments and all armies in Muslim countries to establish the Khilaafat, but the other reali- ty is that all of them are mu- naafiq and kuffaar. In the absence of power, the only option is Sabr. The Fardh-e-Ain obligation of every Muslim is Inaabat Ilallaah, that is, to turn to Al- lah Ta‘ala with repentance, renewal of the pledge of obe- dience and total adoption of the Sunnah and Shariah. If Muslims follow this Path, Al- lah Ta‘ala Himself will estab- lish the Khilaafat. The 22-year-old ethnic Rohingya is surviving on the kindness of fellow refu- gees in a camp near Cox‘s Bazar, Bangladesh – and trying to process the hor- rors she endured in neigh- boring Myanmar, where a civil war is raging between the country‘s military and rebel groups including the Arakan Army. ―After they entered my home, they hit me, beat me, and I was struggling to get free when they raped me,‖ Hamida says. ―For at least one hour, they tied me up.‖ Hamida – who asked to on- ly use her first name for fear of reprisals – says sev- en Arakan Army soldiers gang-raped her during the attack in Myanmar‘s west- ern Rakhine state in late July. ―I screamed, so they closed my mouth with their hands,‖ she says. ―They raped me. They beat me with their guns. They kicked me. Still, I can‘t move (without) pain.‖ During the attack, she says her husband heard her screams and ran into their hut to save her – but he was pinned down and forced to watch. ―They slaughtered my hus- band after they raped me,‖ she says. ―Four Arakan Ar- my soldiers were holding him down tightly, and one slaughtered him with a big sharp knife.‖ CNN can‘t independently verify Hamida‘s account of (Continued on page 11) who managed to escape. The kuffaar are part of the Athaab. When the axe of Athaab strikes, then duas will be ignored and no help will be forth- coming. A new report from human rights group Fortify Rights urges the Interna- tional Criminal Court (ICC) to ―investigate a massacre of Rohingya civilians per- petrated by the Arakan Ar- my (AA).‖ A separate re- port from Human Rights Watch says the attacks ―raise the specter of ethnic cleansing.‖ „AA wants to wipe out Rohingyas‟ Despite the challenges of getting across, Bangladeshi officials told CNN that more than 5,000 Rohingya have arrived in Bangladesh from Myanmar during re- cent fighting. Judge Vivekanand Sharan Tripathi delivered the verdict. The life imprisonment is under IPC section 121A — conspiracy to commit an of- fence against the state. Muslim organisations had con- demned the spree of arrest and investigations against Muslim scholars who engaged in preaching Islam. Both Maula- na Kaleem Siddiqui and Umar Gautam, well-recognised for their involvement in preaching Islam, spent years in jail be- fore being released on bail last year. The convicted are Maulana Umar Gautam, Arshan Musta- fa, Adam, Abdul Mannan and Mohd Atif, Mufti Qazi Ja- hangir Qasmi, Kaushar Alam, Faraz Babullah Shah, Irfan Sheikh, Salahuddin Zainuddin Sheikh, Dheeraj Govind, Ra- hul Bola, Mohd Kaleem Sid- diqui, Mohd Salim, Sarfaraz Ali Jafari and Abdullah Umar. Another 10-year jail sentence is given to 16 Muslims, in- cluding the 12 sentenced to life. They are also punished with three years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000/- under Section 8 of the Uttar Pradesh Unlawful Reli- gious Conversion (Prohibition) Act 2021. The charges include sections of the Indian Penal Code such as 417 (cheating), 120B (criminal conspiracy), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups), 153B (prejudicial imputations), 295A (deliberate acts to out- rage religious feelings), 121A (conspiracy against the state), and 123 (concealing offences). They were also convicted un- der the Illegal Conversion Act (sections 3, 4, and 5). The court order, accessed by Maktoob, said the previous period spent by the convicted person in jail would be includ- ed in this punishment. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: ―If you have Sabr and Ta- qwa, then their plots cannot harm you.‖ Furthermore, Al- lah Ta‘ala says: ―They plot and Allah too plots, and Allah is the best of plotters.‖ He comes to the aid of sincere Muslims. We should not de- lete Allah Ta‘ala from the equation. The kuffaar succeed with their conspiracies only when the brains of Muslims cease to operate correctly, and this happens when Muslims devi- ate from Siraatul Mustaqeem. When they turn their backs on the Deen, their brains fossilize, hence they become the victims of kuffaar plots. We criticize people on the basis of their claims and state- ments. Kuffaar plots have no share in our obligation of Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar. Silence is not per- missible when Muslims, espe- cially ulama, promote kufr, fisq and fujoor. Our criticism of Molvi Sa‘d is not based on him having formed his own faction. Our criticism stems from the grievous errors bor- dering on kufr he is propa- gating in the name of the Qur‘aan and Sunnah. While it is quite probable that the Tablighi factions are being handled by USA con- spirators, this is added reason for the need to condemn them – both factions. Both factions of the Tabligh Jamaat are in grievous error and deviation with their haraam ghulu’. You are correct in mention- ing that what Molvi Sa‘d is today being criticized for by the other Tablighi faction, was being preached by him and al- so the others for decades prior to the split. The Fatwa mili- tates against the kufr innova- tions which the Murtad ruler of Arabia has introduced to bootlick his American masters and handlers. The Fatwa rejects the unity of religions most emphatically and without any ambiguity whatsoever. Rubbish plots of the western interfaithers such as the Abraham Accord have been rejected and denounced by the Saudi Ulama. THE FATWA The Permanent Committee for Fatwa in Saudi Arabia settled the controversy regarding the unity of religions or what is called the Abrahamic House, and the fol- lowing is the text of the fatwa as it came due to its importance: Fatwa of the Permanent Commit- tee for Fatwa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the unity of religions or what is called the Abrahamic House / Fatwa No. (19402). The Permanent Commit- tee for Scholarly Research and Iftaa has reviewed the questions that have been submitted to it, and the opinions and articles published in the media regarding the call for (the unity of religions): the religion of Islam, the religion of Judaism, and the religion of Christianity, and what has branched out from that of the call to build a mosque, a church, and a temple in one area, in the premises of universities, airports, and public squares, and the call to print the Holy Qur’an, the To- rah, and the Bible in one cover, and other effects of this call, and the conferences, seminars, and associations held for it in the East and the West; After contem- plation and study, the committee decides the following: First: Among the fundamentals of belief in Islam, known from the religion by necessity, and agreed upon by Muslims: There is no true religion on the face of the earth other than the religion of Islam, and that it is the final reli- gion, and abrogates all religions, sects and laws that came before it. There is no religion on the face of the earth that worships God except Islam. God Almighty said: Indeed, the religion in the sight of God is Islam. Second: Among the fundamen- tals of belief in Islam: That the Book of God Almighty: (the Holy Quran) is the last of God’s books to be revealed and a covenant with the Lord of the Worlds, and that it abrogates every book that was revealed before; from the Torah, the Psalms, the Gospel and others, and is dominant over them. Third: It is necessary to believe that the Torah and the Gospel were abrogated by the Holy Quran, and that they were sub- ject to distortion and alteration by addition and subtraction, as stat- ed in verses of the Holy Book of God. For decades have we criticized the Tabligh Jamaat for its haraam ghulu’. The Tabligh Jamaat is not unique in splitting into two factions. The Khilaafat of the Khulafa-e-Rashideen had also split into opposing factions. Our Headquarters, Darul Uloom Deoband and Mazaa- hirul Uloom have also split into antagonistic factions. This is the dunya, hence such fitnah is to be expected. But to blame the kuffaar and mu- naafiq plotters for the lamen- table splits is improper. Why did they allow themselves to become victims of the plots when Allah Ta‘ala assures us in the Qur‘aan Majeed that their plots will not harm us if we adopt Sabr and culti- vate Taqwa? Since Muslims have become insincere and have abandoned the Deen, they fell victim to the plots of the Yahood and Nasaara. It is our sacred duty to proclaim the Haqq whenever it is assaulted regardless of the status of the personalities propagating the baatil. (Continued from page 16) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 72 Page 18 Fourth: Among the fundamentals of belief in Islam: That our Prophet and Messenger Muham- mad is the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers. Fifth: One of the fundamentals of Islam is that it is necessary to believe that all Jews, Christians, and others who do not enter Is- lam are infidels, and to call them infidels against whom proof has been established, and that they are enemies of Allah, His Mes- senger, and the believers, and that they are from the people of Hell. Sixth: In light of these fundamen- tals of belief and legal facts, the call for (the unity of religions) and rapprochement between them and their fusion in one mold is a malicious and cunning call, the purpose of which is to mix truth with falsehood, destroy Islam and undermine its pillars, and drag its people into compre- hensive apostasy. Seventh: One of the effects of this sinful call is the elimination of the differences between Islam and disbelief, truth and false- hood, good and evil, and the breaking of the barrier of aliena- tion between Muslims and infi- dels, so that there is no loyalty or disavowal, no jihad or fighting to raise the word of Allah on Allah’s earth. Eighth: If the call for (unity of reli- gions) is issued by a Muslim, it is considered (clear apostasy from the religion of Islam) because it clashes with the principles of be- lief, as it accepts disbelief in God, and invalidates the truth of the Qur’an and its abrogation of all laws and religions that came before it. Based on that, it is an idea that is rejected by Sharia, and is absolutely forbidden by all evidence of legislation in Islam from the Qur’an, Sunnah, and consensus. Ninth: Based on the above: 1- It is not permissible for a Mus- lim who believes in God as Lord, in Islam as a religion, and in Mu- hammad as a prophet and mes- senger to call for this sinful idea, encourage it, and spread it among Muslims, let alone re- spond to it, participate in its con- ferences and seminars, and be- long to its gatherings. 2- It is not permissible for a Mus- lim to print the Torah and the Bible separately, so how about the Holy Qur’an in one cover? Whoever does so or calls for it is in great error; because that in- volves combining the truth (the Holy Qur’an) with the distorted or abrogated truth (the Torah and the Bible). 3- It is also not permissible for a Muslim to respond to the call to: (build a mosque, a church, and a temple) in one complex; because that includes recognizing a reli- gion that worships God other than the religion of Islam, and denying its supremacy over all religions, and a material call that there are three religions, for the people of the earth to adhere to any of them, and that they are on an equal footing, and that Islam does not abrogate the religions that came before it, (and there is no doubt that acknowledging that and believing in it or being satis- fied with it is disbelief and mis- guidance; because it is a clear violation of the Holy Qur’an, the pure Sunnah, and the consensus of Muslims). (End of the Fatwa) Indeed, this Fatwa of Haq em- anating from the Saudi Ulama is astoundingly wonderful and exhilarating. They have made it abundantly and vigourously clear that interfaith, unity of religions and the like are mali- cious plotting and those who propagate this KUFR are IN- FIDELS. The paper explores the economic impacts of three scenarios: con- tinuing the war on Gaza, escalat- ing tensions on the northern front, or securing an agreement that includes a captive release deal. The INSS report predicts that In light of the current situation, the Israeli economy is expected to record only 1% GDP growth in 2024. With "Israel‘s" risk premi- um at 1.75%, continuing the war could worsen it due to rising se- curity costs, increasing the defi- cit and debt-to-GDP ratio. This may lead to economic instabil- ity. "Israel" may be perceived as economically unstable, reducing the appeal of its risk assets. A recently released supplement to Leket Israel‘s Annual Food Waste and Rescue Report notes that food waste surged dramatically in the war‘s first six months, costing the Israeli economy approximately NIS 1 billion ($275 million). While the news focuses very heavily on describing the toll of war measured in lives lost and homes destroyed, the dev- astation also extends to one of our most fundamental needs: food. Over the last 11 months, we‘ve seen vegetable prices jump by 18 percent and fruit prices by 12%, due to agricul- tural shortages. It‘s hard to understate the impact of these rising costs — especially for those already struggling with food insecurity. The numbers are staggering; over 150,000 tons of produce, valued at roughly NIS 670 million ($185 million), has gone to waste since the war began. What used to be a strong agri- cultural sector is now crip- pled, and the ripple effects are being felt at grocery stores and on family dinner tables across the country. They are having an even deeper effect on those who were struggling to put food on the table in the first place. With 75% of Israel‘s produce grown in the Gaza envelope or the northern border, the losses should come as no sur- prise. About 40% of the agri- cultural workforce — Pales- tinian and foreign workers in- cluded — has been lost, caus- ing more waste as fewer hands are available to harvest the crops. In fact, the war has pushed the rate of food waste in agriculture from 9% to 22%. There‘s no quick fix to these agricultural shortages, and the government‘s at- tempts to import produce and new foreign workers have not solved the problem of soaring prices. In some ways, these measures may have exacerbat- ed the challenges. We cannot keep relying on imported food as a substitute for the abun- dance Israel can — and must — produce. The long-term risk is clear: weakening our own agriculture leaves us vul- nerable in future crises. Leket Israel, the food rescue organization I founded over 20 years ago, has been doing everything in its power to mit- igate this crisis. Since the out- break of the war, over 70,000 volunteers from Israel and around the world have stepped up to help rescue over 35,000 tons of produce, worth about NIS 160 million ($50 million). Their efforts have helped reduce food waste, but these acts of goodwill are only a stopgap measure in what is an overwhelming situation. It‘s not just farmers who are hurting. The cost of food waste extends beyond the eco- nomic and environmental realms — it‘s a public health issue, too. Higher prices for fruit and vegetables make healthy eating a luxury that many families simply can‘t afford. The result? Higher rates of food insecurity, which translates to increased long- term healthcare costs. The numbers are real. The impact is real. We are witnessing the erosion of our food security in real time. And this crisis has brought to light a need that can no longer be ignored: sys- tematic policy changes to pro- tect our agricultural sector, ensure food availability, and prevent waste — especially in times of crisis. Here in Sri Lanka, the Ulema are encouraging Muslims to vote in the presi- dential elections. In fact they are forcing us to vote. They even quote the Qur‘aan, say- ing that it is obligatory to vote. What does the Shariah say? Are the Ulema here cor- rect? A. The Ulema in Sri Lanka who are advocating voting and even encouraging Mus- lims to vote, and misusing the Qur‘aan Majeed, are lost. They have deviated from Si- raatul Mustaqeem. They are bootlickers of the kuffaar. Instead of turning to Allah Ta‘ala for aid against the vile Buddhists who are scheming to exterminate the Muslim community, the Ule- ma and the modernists are looking askance at their op- pressors for succour. Allah Ta‘ala warning us against bootlicking the kuffaar says: “If Allah helps you, no one can overwhelm you, and if Al- lah abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” There is no one - no one to aid Muslims. Just look what is happening to all the Pales- tinian Muslims who have been bootlicking the western kuffaar and blindly aping them thereby having abol- ished the Shariah substituting it with the law of Taaghoot. These very Yahood and Nasaara masters whom they had been bootlicking and look- ing to for succour are today perpetrating daily massacres and genocide to deracinate and obliterate the Palestinian Muslims, and all the other surrounding so-called Muslim countries are complicit with the Yahood and Nasaara in this horrible genocide which their underling and puppet, Israel is executing. It is understood that due to absolute Imaani deficiency the Ulama and Muslims in Sri Lanka are unable to stand up in their own defence. Thus, in such a scenario of total help- lessness, the only prescrip- tion is Inaabat Ilallaah, Sabr and Dua. Turn unto Allah Ta‘ala with Taubah and sup- plicate patiently and silently for His Nusrat. The Nusrat will then come. Allah Ta‘ala says to His repenting servants: ―Behold! The help of Allah is near.‖ bring progress for Muslims. This attitude is extremely dishonourable. Muslims are supposed to repose trust on Allah Ta‘ala, and to adopt ways and means which are lawful in the Shariah. They should focus on the ways of our pious predecessors. In their methods are success and victory. It has been shown to us that victory is not de- pendent on material superiori- ty. Victory is the consequence of the strength of the heart and such strength is the effect of strengthening the bond with Allah Ta‘ala, and this in- turn is the result of obedience to His Shariat. Muslims have been worshipping idols of a variety of kinds for ages. They should now decide to worship Allah Ta‘ala. Some bootlick the British and some bootlick the Hindus believing that our progress and success are attainable by emulating them. Thus, Mus- lims imitate them in their speech, dress and lifestyles. In this dastardly emulation they even trample on the ahkaam of the Shariah. In fact they even sacrifice their Imaan. But, despite all this insane emulation they remain stag- nant and bankrupt. Neither did they (Muslims) receive anything from the British nor from the Hindus. In this fourteenth century another Taaghoot has ap- peared. Muslims regard this moron one of corrupt intelli- gence to be intelligent. People describe cunningness as intel- ligence. Alas! There is no longer any shame and hon- our in Muslims. On the call of this Taaghoot they said: Lab- baik!, and joined him. Mus- lim leaders and even molvis slipped and followed him, and they went to great lengths to substantiate the claims of this Taaghoot on the basis of the Qur‘aan and Hadith. May Allah Ta‘ala save us. Verily, Al- lah is Most powerful and mighty.‖ (Al-Hajj, Aayat 40) The help expected from Allah Azza Wa Jal is not forthcoming. Palestine has become a killing field for daily massacres by the Yahood and Nasaara. The Help of Allah Ta‘ala mentioned in this Aayat as well as in other Verses of the Qur‘aan Majeed is reliant on Muslims (the Pales- tinians in this case) ‗aiding Al- lah‘. How is Allah Ta‘ala, the All- Powerful Creator to be ‗helped‘ by man who is an infinitesimal speck in the vast mindboggling creation of Allah Ta‘ala? Aid- ing Allah Ta‘ala means to aid His Deen, and aiding His Deen means to practically implement the Deen – the Shariah and the Sunnah which have reached us via the transmission Chain of the Sahaabah. The Palestinians as well as the entire Ummah have miserably failed in this respect. Not only have they abandoned the practi- cal implementation of the Deen, they have eliminated and abol- ished the Shariah and adopted the ways and laws of the very villains who are today massa- cring them. If only they are able to realize their failure and treachery, and return to the Path of Allah Ta‘ala, the tables will be turned swiftly. May Allah Ta‘ala guide this fallen, dis- graced and treacherous Ummah. AFGHANISTAN The Ameer of Afghanistan, Hibatullah Akhunzada de- clared that the Afghan govern- ment shall implement Shariah Law fully and will not bow to pressure from America and other western kuffaar coun- tries. The Afghan government firmly rejects secularization of society. We supplicate to Allah Ta‘ala to grant the Taliban Ikhlaas and the hidaayat to understand the folly of com- promising the Deen to meet the demands of the enemies of Islam. The Ameer is of the Old Deeni Guard. It is our Dua that Allah Ta‘ala guides and protects him against the nu- merous enemies who are lurk- ing within the folds of the Tal- iban. Afghanistan like all oth- er Muslim countries, is teem- ing with American agents of conspiracy. The new breed of ‗taliban‘ is employed by the western kuffaar to destabilize Afghanistan and to bring the country within the western sphere of kufr, fisq and fujoor. The plot is to destroy Islam. But they will miserably fail. PROCLAIMING THE HAQQ ―The Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam) had immensely suf- fered and had underwent great trials and hardships. But today, while there are no such hardships, Muslims resort to kitmaan-e-haqq (concealing the truth). For the sake of pleasing the Hindus kitmaan-e-haqq has been adopted. In order to please the Hindus, the masaa-il of the Deen were not clearly ex- plained. On the contrary, the Haqq was concealed. But the Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam) and the Sahaabah had practi- cally demonstrated the meth- od of proclaiming the Haqq regardless of the consequenc- es of hardships.‖ (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) WESTERN LIBERALISM ―A Molvi whom I have named the Sayyid Ahmed Khan of Molvis, had initiated a madrasah in Delhi where he imparted tafseer in terms of some new principles. In his madrasah he admitted west- ern university graduates. Ac- cording to him the orthodox methodology of teaching does not satisfy these stu- dents. They do not gain a clear understanding. This is indeed a manifestly erroneous notion. The effect of this accursed liberalism is apparent in al- most everyone. Its effect is extremely poisonous. It is a contagious malady.‖ (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Sayyid Ahmed Khan who was a zindeeq was the founder of the Aligarh University. The ruin of Imaan by Sir Sayyid Ahmed Khan (He was the founder of the Aligarh university in India) ―This man is responsible for the ruin and destruction of the Imaan of hundreds of thousands of Muslims. He has opened a huge gateway for deviation. The effect of his liberalism has deracinated the Imaan of people.‖ (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 72 Page 23 At a bid‘ah so-called ‗Seeratun Nabi Conference‘ in Peshawar, Pakistan, some Af- ghan diplomats did not stand when the Pakistan national anthem was sung. While the Pakistan government authori- ties said that “their actions were not acceptable” , Af- ghanistan‘s Consul General defended their action of not standing for the national an- them. He explained that the reason for not standing was because of the music. He said: “Had the anthem been presented without music or by children, the Consul Gen- eral would have stood and placed his hand on his chest.” Although the action of not standing is correct, the expla- nation proffered by the consul general is stupid and incorrect. In addition to music being haraam, it is haraam to stand for the anthem even without music. The idea of placing the hand on the chest while the stupid haraam anthem is sung displays the jahaalat (ignorance) of the chap. He only knows of music being haraam. Standing for the anthem, is to stand for a phantom idol. It is shirk. It is haraam. KUFFAAR DOMINATION ―It is erroneous to under- stand that the cause for kuffaar domination over us is the effect of their expertise/ ability. The reality is that they have been placed over us because of our deficiency. If the deficiency is eliminated, our power will return.‖ (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) If there is fear for the Truth and fear of the Aakhirat in the heart, then Adal/Insaaf (Justice/Fairness) will be au- tomatic. Minus this attribute, justice is not possible. The wife (queen) of the Ameer of Afghanistan (Ameer Abdur Rahman Khan) had wrongfully shot dead some- one. The slain person‘s heirs laid a charge against her. The first action instituted by the Ameer was to place his wife under house arrest. He had soldiers surrounding the house wherein she was detained. Then he informed the heirs of the slain person to lodge their claim by the Qaadhi. The Ameer sent someone to the Qaadhi urging him to in- voke the Law of Allah Ta‘ala, and that he should not show any bias towards the accused on account of her being the queen. He should administer the order of the Shariah. The Qaadhi found her guilty and the hukm of Qisaas (Execution) was handed down. The queen‘s sons asked their father, the Ameer if indeed the sentence will be meted out to their mother. The Ameer said: “Whatever the Shariah has commanded will be executed. Alas! You have concern for your mother while you have no mercy for your aged father. If the Sha- riah is not maintained, I shall be enchained on the Day of Qiyaamah, dragged and cast into Jahannam in disgrace. (Continued on page 24) HIS APPREHENSION ―And, We did not oppress them. But they oppressed themselves. Thus their gods whom they called on besides Allah were of no benefit for them when the Command (of Punishment) of your Rabb came. They only increased them in destruc- tion.‖ Such is the apprehension (grasp) of your Rabb when He apprehends (seizes) op- pressive towns. Verily, His apprehension is most painful and severe.‖ (Hood, Aayat 101, 102) What is happening today in Palestine is the Apprehension of Allah Azza Wa Jal. He has seized the Palestinian seg- ment of the Ummah with His ―most painful and severe punishment‖. Allah Ta‘ala had granted them respite of almost 80 years to reform and submit unto Him.
