I do not believe so. Indeed Hizbullah in Lebanon is a Shi'i party. They do not adhere to the laws in the Qur'ān and the Sunnah of the Rasul sallallahu alayhi wasallam. The Muslims are the Ahlus Sunnah, not the Shia. I believe that the true Hizbullah are those who adhere to the laws of the Qur'ān and the Sunnah of the Rasul sallallahu alayhi wasallam. This is in addition to the major difference between the Ahlus Sunnah and the Shia. Indeed Hizbullah in Lebanon does not represent us, and they do not represent the Muslims in Lebanon, and, in future, they will represent none but themselves."

According to the Founder of Hamas, Hizbullah and the Shias are not Muslims.
