Al-Haq Bulletin Number 67

1 September 2023 articles Question I read in the tafseer of Qaadi Baydaawi that it is waajib to migrate from a country where you can't live according to Is- lam - a country where it is for- bidden to make Fard ibaadat or it is compulsory to commit haraam or the fear of oppres- sion causes fitnah in your deen. Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab (as there is no islamic state now in the world), where is it preferred to go? Is it in a so-called Muslim country or a kuffar state that is less oppressive to Muslims? Can you advise on a destina- tion ? Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab, should we take our time and tidy our af- fairs in this country first, like selling our house and materi- als? Or should we depart ur- gently without regard to our dunya possessions ? Or should we live like cockroaches in hid- ing and try to live our Islam in fear of the oppressors ? To clarify my situation: I was born in France and live in France. This is a country where sodomy is a state obliga- tion. It is illegal to say or tell to your children that this is contra- ry to the shariah and fitrah. It is the home of the people who blaspheme against Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The state put parents of chil- dren who don't wan't to blas- pheme against Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) at school, in jail and even the chil- dren. There is official state terror against Muslims. My children are forced to go to laïc kufr school. If I try to educate them as the Shariah says they take them away to a foster home. This is the home of democracy of the Dajjaal. The Masjid is only author- ized if it is on baatil. If a Mas- jid is opened to tell the Haqq, the police close the place with great force. So we can't pray Jum'uah and Eid Namaaz. It is illegal to make Qurbaani yourself. It must be made fol- lowing kufr method in a slaughterhouse. What is the so- lution? Answer The only solution is to make Hijrat from that evil, filthy abode of Iblees. It is haraam to live in that satanic country. It is Waajib to migrate as soon as possible. Although there is no Islamic country in the world in this era where you could mi- grate to, there are countries, (Continued on page 2) BULLETIN No. 67 Safar 1445 / August 2023 PO BOX 3393 - PORT ELIZABETH - 6056 - SOUTH AFRICA Please comment on the Hindu attacks on Muslims in Leices- ter, U.K. The violence has been initiated by Hindu mobs. Having been rejected by the Muslims of South Africa, the RIJS molvis are now seeking new pas- tures for pursuing their mon- etary and nafsaani objectives. Thus the Moolla, Bham, Azmi, etc. cartel has found the UK fertile ground for preying on the jahaalat of the UK moron masses and the ulama- e-soo‟ of that country. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 2 ment on this development. Al- lah Ta‘ala says: “Fasaad (corruption/ mischief/anarchy) has ap- peared in the land and the sea because of the deeds earned by the hands of the people (i.e. their evil deeds) so that He (Allah) causes them to taste (the consequences) of some of their perpetrations. Perhaps they may return (to Obedience).” (Room, Aayat 41) This Qur‘aanic aayat as well as other Verses are adequate com- ment for the fasaad of the cow -worshipping mobs of Hindu cow-urine-drinkers. They are part of the punishment of Allah Ta‘ala – punishment which Al- lah Ta‘ala inflicts on Muslims for their gross and wanton in- dulgence in haraam, fisq, fujoor and kufr. The only solution and the only safety for Muslims are to return to the Path of Obedience – the Shariah and the Sunnah. Muslims should repent and re- form themselves. This is the only way of averting the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. Meanwhile, it is also essen- tial for Muslims to mobilize and organize themselves for their defence. They should not become sitting ducks for the cow-urine-drinkers and idol worshippers. If Muslims repent and reform themselves, Allah Ta‘ala will bestow the neces- sary courage and means to suc- cessfully defeat the thuggery of the filth which these Hindu thugs are. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Shareef: “If you help (the Deen of) Allah, He will help you. If He abandons you, then who can help you besides Allah?” There is no one to aid Muslims other than Allah Azza Wa Jal. (Continued from page 1) Ahl-e-Haqq and Ahl-e- Baatil A jalsah was being organized at Darul Uloom Deoband. A prominent man of wealth was endeavouring to create peace between Deobandis and Barelwis. I explained to him: ‗From our side there is no war with them. If they lead the Sa- laat, we follow them. If we lead, they do not follow us. Therefore, you should en- courage them to make peace. Why do you tell us?‘ Nowadays a special ailment in people is that they advise the Ahl-e-Haq to unite with Ahl-e-Baatil, but they do not similarly advise the Ahl-e- Baatil. Indeed their brains are ajeeb! (i.e. scandalously cor- rupt). They say that disunity is not good. We too say so. However, the correct method for unity is for the people of baatil to abandon their Baatil Maslak and to unite with the Ahl-e-Haqq. It is preposterous to expect that the Ahl-e-Haqq abandon their Maslak and submit to the way of the Ahl-e-Baatil. Only the unity which is based on Haq is the desired objec- tive. When Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had unfurled the Proclamation of the Kalimah (I’laa-e- Kalimatullah), all the kuffaar were united in their kufr. This Proclamation of Tauheed im- mediately created massive disunity. Thus, it should be clearly understood that for the Ahl-e-Haqq such Disunity is the Praiseworthy Objective. Therefore, just as the requisite was for the kuffaar to aban- don their kufr and join with Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), so too is it today. The people of Baatil should abandon their Baatil and join the Ahl-e-Haqq. This is the praiseworthy and desirable Unity. The implication (of peace and compromise by moron reformers) that the Ahl -e-Haqq should abandon their stance of Haqq for the sake of the (haraam) unity is Mar- dood (Rejected) and never de- sirable. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Muslim and kuffaar, where the satanic type oppression of France is not forced on people. Only Muslims whose Imaan is extremely deficient and dan- gles on a thread will remain in that filthy evil land of the devil. Make speedy arrangements to dispose of your affairs and find some country where you could settle. May Allah Ta‘ala guide and protect you. (Continued from page 1) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 3 Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) narrated: Muhammad Bin Qaasim (the Conqueror of India) was the son-in-law of Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf, the ruler of Iraq. Mu- hammad Bin Qaasim was 17 years of age when he attacked Hindustan. In his army were seasoned, experienced and el- derly fighters. However, all obediently submitted to his orders. This was the barkat of Imaan and spiritually imbued understanding (fahm-e- saheeh). It was an age in close prox- imity to the era of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The further the era from the age of Nubuwwat, the lesser is the barkat and intelligence. Muhammad Bin Qaasim planned to attack king Daahir who had a vast arsenal of mili- tary equipment. Whilst Mu- hammad Bin Qaasim was wondering of ways for the at- tainment of victory, he was informed that the king had married his own sister. On hearing this, Muhammad Bin Qaasim exclaimed: “Now we shall be victorious. He is not only a kaafir. He is also an atheist. A kaafir could have courage, but not an atheist who worships his carnal lust.” Muhammad Bin Qaasim de- cisively defeated Daahir. Among the captives were two very beautiful young girls from the royalty. When these girls saw the young, hand- some commander, Muham- mad Qaasim, they fell in love with him. They expressed their love to him and wanted to be with him. However, he explained: “I am the servant of the Khalifah. I have no right over you. I shall send you to the Khalifah. He will decide.” Indeed, this is true Taqwa. This is the power of Imaan. Muhammad Bin Qaasim was not a slave of lust, and this is why he was so brave and cou- rageous. He was a Sword (The Sword of Jihad –true Jihad which is for the Ridha’ of Al- lah Ta’ala). Episodes of this nature cast one into wonder and amaze- ment. Thursday 8 June 2023 - 8:30am AFP | ANGELA WEISS NEW YORK - Smoke from Canadian wildfires shrouded New York in a record- breaking apocalyptic smog Wednesday as cities along the US East Coast issued air pollu- tion warnings and thousands evacuated their homes in Can- ada. The devastating fires have dis- placed more than 20,000 peo- ple and scorched about 3.8 million hectares of land in Canada, where Prime Minister Justin Trudeau described this wildfire season as the coun- try's worst ever. More than 100 million people across the northeastern United States, and extending west to Chicago and south to Atlanta, were under pollution warnings after the smoke drifted hun- dreds of miles from Canada, the US Environmental Protec- tion Agency (EPA) said. The thick pollution cast an ee- rie, yellowish glow over the Big Apple's famous skyscrap- ers, delayed flights and forced the postponement of sporting events. "It smells like someone is do- ing a barbecue," said Nicha Suaittiyanon, a 30-year-old tourist in New York City from Thailand, who complained of watery and itchy eyes. Mayor Eric Adams told New Yorkers to limit outdoor activ- ity to "the absolute necessi- ties," adding: "This is not the day to train for a marathon." All outdoor activities at New York City's public schools were suspended, as the smog enveloped the Statue of Liber- ty and the Manhattan skyline. The Federal Aviation Admin- istration said it had slowed traffic to and from the city's airports due to reduced visibil- ity. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 4 Once a European king mockingly said to Sultan Ab- dul Majid (the last Sultan of the Ottoman Empire): ―In Eu- rope you are like a tongue in the midst of 32 teeth‖. The Sultan having presence of mind understood that the king was referring to the then weak political condition of Turkey. He promptly respond- ed: ―Yes, it is correct. Howev- er, it is natural for the teeth to first perish and fall out while the tongue remains in- tact.‖ This is undoubtedly true. However, in the Turkish sce- nario, the tongue (i.e. Turkey) perished first, and the teeth (i.e. the European states) re- mained. While the Sultan was quick- witted, he was at the same time deficient in Aql. If he had possessed perfect Aql which for Muslims is possible only by means of Taa-at and Ibaadat, he would have under- stood that the Tongue would remain intact and not rot with cancer as was the case with Turkey; he would have en- sured the correct implementa- tion of the Shariah and Sun- nah. Due to deficiency in Aql the Sultan failed to understand that the tongue can also perish before the teeth when it rots away with cancer, as the Otto- man Empire as well as previ- ous Islamic Empires had rotted into oblivion as a consequence of their spiritual rottenness and rebellion against Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is only by means of to- tal submission to the Shariah and Sunnah that an Islamic state can endure and become a formidable power. Minus the Deen, Muslims become boot and hind lickers of the kuffaar. Today‘s rulers of all Muslim lands are the best examples of boot and hind lickers. There is no aid except from Allah Ta‘ala. The Qur‘aan Majeed states repeatedly: “There is no aid (for Muslims) but from Allah, The Mighty, The Wise.” But the impera- tive condition for the obtainal of Nusrat is Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat. CONFESSIONS OF AN ECONOMIC HITMAN ―Economic hit men (EHMs) are highly paid professionals who cheat countries around the globe out of trillions of dollars. They funnel money from the World Bank, the U.S. Agency for International De- velopment (USAID), and other foreign ―aid‖ organizations into the coffers of huge corpo- rations and the pockets of a few wealthy families who con- trol the planet‘s natural re- sources. Their tools include fraudulent financial reports, rigged elec- tions, payoffs, extortion, sex, and murder. They play a game as old as empire, but one that has taken on new and terrify- ing dimensions during this time of globalization. I should know; I was an EHM. John Perkins should know—as an economic hit man for an international consulting firm, he convinced developing countries to accept enormous loans and to funnel that money to US. corporations. The American government and in- ternational aid agencies then requested their ‗pound of flesh‘ including access to natu- ral resources, military cooper- ation, and political support. Confessions of an Economic Hit Man is the story of one man's experiences inside the intrigue, greed, corruption, and little-known government and corporate activities that Amer- ica has been involved in since World War II, and which have dire consequences for the fu- ture of democracy and the world.‖ (Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins) ―With unflinching honesty, Perkins narrates his moral awakening and struggle to break free from the corrupt system of global domination he himself helped to create. This book . . . comes from the heart. I highly recommend it.‖ —Michael Brownstein, author of World on Fire BOOTLICKING The degradation of Muslims today is massive. Nowadays Muslims have only theories de- void of practice. This is cause for much grief. However, they are adept in bootlicking the West. Truly, Muslims and Islam have no friend. All are enemies. (Continued on page 5) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 5 Question: Our beloved Nabi Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam was sent to mankind to per- fect noble character and con- duct. He was passionate about being civil to all around him. He promulgated kindness to animals as indicated in many narrations. With this in mind, what view should Muslims hold regarding a system wherein exists open and fla- grant cruelty? A chicken is a living being, having both soul and intellect, albeit in a lesser degree to mankind, possessing con- sciousness and emotions. By what principles or values can we condone the following: A live chicken bred in dis- gusting and unnatural condi- tions shackled upside down, sent on a moving conveyor banging pass metal plates and poles that cause wings and bones to break; water board- ed in an electrified waterbath, stung and near drowned, and some dead and some living. Then it reaches an execution- er who either severs the veins or nicks it, causing fatal bleeding. All the while, the living ones still down the line wit- ness and hear the torturous screams of their fellow chick- ens. Thereafter, dead or alive they are scalded in water which after the first few chickens would be nothing but a cesspool of blood and faeces. This system is today being protected by people who claim the office of Meerathul Ambi- ya. What view should Mus- lims hold on the above sys- tem? Is this system halaal? Answer Only savages, barbarians and human devils such as the SANHA and MJC carrion ha- laalizers condone this horrific system of brutality which the- se khanaazeer halaalize for the sake of the haraam boodle which they devour and with which they feed and nourish their families. These copro scum bogus molvis and bogus sheikhs who misuse the name of the Deen so brutally for haraam monetary gains are never Wa- rathatul Ambiya. On the con- trary, they are the heirs of Iblees. They are among the worst copro specimens who darken this earth with their brutal presence. We have explained and con- demned this haraam, brutal Ibleesi system for decades. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) termed all kuffaar systems of killing animals Shareetatush Shaitaan (the slaughter of the devil). SANHA, MJC and the rest of this barbaric cartel of carrion halaalizers cannot be Muslims. How can a human being sleep in peace when he is instrumen- tal in the brutal torture of bil- lions of the Makhlooq of Allah Ta‘ala? They sleep in satanic ‗peace‘ because they are de- void of hearts. They have ab- solutely not a vestige of Imaani conscience. In spite of this, they remain at- tached to these enemies. My advice for Molvis is to abandon these futile activities (this is a reference to participation in politics). They should make dua to Allah Ta‘ala, attend to Tableegh, to their Fatwa duties, learning and teaching. They should not squander the time by associating with igno- ramuses. Nowadays, the juhala (ignoramuses) pass resolutions and the Molvis follow them (i.e. bootlick them). What rubbish is this? They are the cause for the ruin of the Ummah. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) (Continued from page 4) BOOTLICKING SHIAH PERSECUTION In Tehran, the capital of Iran, there are approximately 500,000 Muslims, but they are not allowed to build Musjids. However, in Tehran there are 12 churches, 2 Hindu temples, 2 Jewish synagogues and 2 temples for fire-worshippers. But no Musjid for Muslims. Undoubtedly, this speaks vol- umes for the hatred Shiahs (Continued on page 6) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 6 Question Kindly advise on the article below. Is it Waajib to seek secular education as the arti- cle implies? The author of the article is Maulana Zulfiqaar Ahmed (Engineer) who is a Naqshabandi Shaikh. Article below. (The comments of Al-Haq are highlighted in brackets) IMPORTANCE OF BENEFICIAL SECULAR KNOWLEDGE Remember, gaining the mate- rial/secular knowledge, the knowledge of science and oth- er useful knowledge is also mandatory on the Ummah as a whole, in terms of the Shariah. (This is baseless. The idea suggested by this averment is that like Janaazah Salaat is Fardh-e-Kifaayah, so too is secular education. There is no daleel for this monstrous and baseless claim. The com- munity will not be sinful even if no one pursues secular knowledge. – Al-Haq) Imam Ghazali R.A. says that, gaining that knowledge that can help Muslims to overcome the plots, plans and ploys of the kufaar is mandatory (wajib). (Imaam Ghazaali‟s view does not support what Engineer Zulfiqaar pro- pounds. Imaam Ghazaali in this statement confines his opinion to harmful schemes and conspiracies of the kuffaar – plots to harm and destroy Muslims and Islam. The reference is not to the ac- quisition of secular knowledge for becoming en- gineers and the like. – Al- Haq) Take careful note of this point. If, Muslims lose or for any other reason the Flag of Islam falls, it is strongly advised to achieve that knowledge (defense technology, becom- ing self-sustainable in terms of producing food and basic ne- cessities, learning to go "off the grid" etc.), that will reverse the situation and help to over- come the difficulties. (Despite the engineer sahib being a so-called sheikh of the Naqshabandi silsilah, he is far off the mark. He has lost the pathway. He dwells in deception, and that is on ac- count of the damage his kufr university education caused to his heart. No one emerges unscathed from the cauldrons of kufr such as kuffaar uni- versities. His statement is garbled twaddle. He speaks about the Flag of Islam falling in the wake of Muslim defeat. With cognitive dissonance from the Islamic perspective, he fails to understand the actual cause of Muslim defeat and the fall of the Flag of Islam. Attrib- uting the cause to mundane issues, he produced the base- less solution of technology for the production of food and the like. He believes that such knowledge of the dunya “will reverse” the defeat and raise the Flag of Islam. It is indeed scandalous for a „maulana‟ who happens to be a „shaikh‟ of the illustrious Silsilah of the Aakhirah such as the Naqshabandi Tareeqah to disgorge the tripe and trash which the aforementioned averment contains. His focus is totally diverted from the Qur‟aan and Sunnah which clearly mention and explain the causes for Muslim defeat and the fall of the Flag of Is- lam. The decline and fall of Muslims were never the con- sequences of paucity or lack of worldly means and ways. The defeat and humiliation of Muslims were the direct con- sequences of total disobedi- ence and treason against Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. And nothing else! If engineer Zulfiqaar is so stupid as to swallow the idea that Muslims are ignorant of the ways of going „off the grid‟, then he clearly is trapped in deception. There is no dearth of secular institu- tions in the Lands of Islam (Continued on page 7) have for Muslims. Shiah hatred for Muslims is the effect of their hatred for the Sahaabah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Those who claim to be Mus- lims but harbour the worst kind of enmity for the Sahaa- bah are the worst kuffaar specimens on earth. (Continued from page 5) SHIAH PERSECUTION AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 7 and even in kuffaar lands where 90% of Muslim com- munities send their children for the pursuit of such educa- tion which secures for them abodes in Jahannam. Universities abound in all Muslim countries. The entire Ummah today concentrates on the acquisition of kufr style secular education. Knowledge of the Deen has become a hobby and pursued by generally those who have no bread to eat at home. That is why there is such a glut of ulama-e-soo‟. Persons of the lowest moral character are generally sent to madrasahs in the poor countries. What type of Ulama can be ex- pected from such a crop? There is no shortage of universities, colleges, centres of technology in Muslim counties. The vast majority acquires secular education at these institutions. In fact, ad- vanced and progressive kuffaar countries such as U.S.A. and European coun- tries employ Muslim scientists and technocrats in various fields of mundane life. There is no shortage of armies, na- vies and airforces in Muslim countries. There is no short- age of manpower to operate the armies, navies and air- forces in Muslim countries. There is no shortage of fi- nance. Allah Ta‟ala has granted Muslims an excess of worldly means and ways. But, this Ummah remains humili- ated and impotent. Why are we lying sprawled in humili- ation and defeat like a drunk man in a gutter, despite the abundance of worldly means and ways? Zulfiqaar needs to engage in muraaqabah to understand the absolute RUBBISH he has disgorged in his attempt to sanctify such education which has been the primary cause for the destruction of Muslims. – Al-Haq) While inviting people to Is- lam, learn the knowledge that enemies can use to overpower the Muslims (how to use tech- nology like the internet, how to protect against electronic warfare, cyber attacks, germ warfare etc.), seeking and learning this knowledge is wajib (mandatory in the Shari- ah). (Mr. Engineer! Why are you conducting yourself with such mind-boggling stupidi- ty? Muslims have already, a long while ago, even before you were born, acquired the very expertise you are blab- bering about. But, despite this acquisition they remain the disgraced slaves of the West. And the reason for this is that at university their minds are first fitted in straitjackets of kufr and atheism. Thus whatever secular expertise they gain from their atheist masters and tutors is utilized against Islam, not for Islam. They emerge from the portals of these educational brothels as Zanaadaqah whose mis- sion it is to undermine Islam. Mr. Zulfiqaar, endeavour to set your thinking aright. Mus- lims are experts in whatever secular fields you have men- tioned, but their expertise does not eliminate our humil- iation and defeat. Their ex- pertise in all the spheres of life advocated by you does not help one iota to lift the fallen Flag of Islam. – Al-Haq) However it should equally be noted that the knowledge we have been referring to previ- ously, ruhani knowledge, that deals within the spiritual health of a person, that teaches us how to reform and purify our nafs, how to please Al- lahﷻ , how to feed our ruh, learning this knowledge is Fardhul Ain (absolutely com- pulsory and takes precedence over all other knowledge). (While it is so, you twaddle about the importance of „beneficial‟ secular knowledge. You have made the statement about Fardh Ain Ilm very lackadaisically. Your essay is to promote kufr education because you are a product of it. While the em- phasis and focus of the entire Ummah all over the world is secular education, 90% of the Ummah has abandoned the Fardh-e-Ain knowledge so imperative for salvation in the Aakhirah and for success in this dunya. But you stupidly harp on the „importance‟ and „benefits‟ of a style of educa- tion which ruins Akhlaaq and effaces Imaan whereas you are required to promote ON- LY that Ilm which the entire Ummah has largely neglected and even abandoned – that (Continued from page 6) (Continued on page 8) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 8 Ilm which is the imperative requisite for Najaat in the Aakhirah.-Al-Haq) This means students in the universities/colleges etc. are learning the mandatory knowledge (wajib) while, stu- dents in the Madrassah are learning the higher priority, absolutely compulsory (FardhulAin) knowledge. (The engineer is grotesquely and egregiously wrong and far, very far off the Track which is Mandatory for Muslims to follow in order to reach Jan- nat. University education is NEVER Waajib. It is satanic to even suggest that the kufr style education imparted by the brothel universities is Waajib. Something is gravely amiss with the aql of the engi- neer sahib. Kiya! Aap ka di- maagh kharaab ho ghaya! The emphasis on the destruc- tive education of the west has been given such immense im- portance and promoted by all the vile ulama-e-soo‟ in whose zumrah the engineer falls, that even the products of the Madaaris are hankering after this knowledge which only ruins their Akhlaaq and severely damages their Imaan. That is why there is such a demand and craving by students of the Madaaris for certificates, and that is why even the recognized Madaaris in India and Paki- stan have stupidly and satani- cally laboured to get the Mad- rasah sanad to be equated to the M.A. donkey scrap uni- versity degree so that secular recognition be bestowed to it by secular entities. Indeed they have brought utter dis- grace to the Ilm of Deen- the Ilm of the Qur‟aan – the Ilm of Wahi – the Ilm of the Am- biya to be equated to a scrap, donkey degree.) Hence, we should learn to re- spect and honour Ulama (Rabbani), and continuously try to learn the Deeni knowledge as well and make dua to Allahﷻ to fill our hearts with the light of benefi- cial, mubarak knowledge. (The ulama have brought dis- grace upon themselves with their hubb-e-maal and hubb-e -jaah (love for money and love for stupid name and hal- lucinatory fame). They have made their Ilm subservient to the dunya and a tool for worldly objectives. People do not respect these ulama be- cause of the gutter-type of at- titude they display. Those Ulama who are true Repre- sentatives of the Ambiya do not crave for respect and hon- our, but Allah Ta‟ala grants them honour from His Side. Hearts contaminated with worldly and nafsaani pollu- tion cannever be filled with “the light of beneficial mu- baarak knowledge”. The im- perative need is to first purify the hearts from the rijs of the dunya. Only then will the Noor of Ilm find an abode to settle in the heart. – Al-Haq) (Continued from page 7) The government has issued the following crime report: Crime statistics record a spike in murder Friday, February 17, 2023 A total of 7555 people were killed in South Africa between October and December 2022, said Police Minister BhekiCe- le. The 10% increase was on Friday released by the Minis- ter while publishing the 2022/23 third quarter crime statistics. The period is be- tween October and December. (yet no state of emergency is deemed necessary. In just three months almost 8000 murders! The land is in a state of chaos and collapse. – Al-Haq) He said: ―Out of the 7 555 people murdered in the three months of reporting, 3 144 people were killed with a fire- arm, 2 498 people were killed with other weapons such as knifes, sharp and blunt instru- ments, bricks and in many cas- es bare hands.‖ (The barba- rism negates every vestige of humanity with which these scoundrel murderers may have been born with. – Al- Haq) (Continued on page 9) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 9 He said this was a clear indica- tor that ―a broader conversa- tion must be had about what is at the heart of violent crime in the country‖. (No „conversation‟ will avail. Crime is simply an integral constituent of the godless civ- ilization of the kuffaar. – Al- Haq) While gun violence is prob- lematic and poses a serious threat to lives and livelihoods, an analysis of current and pre- vious statistics, he said, illus- trates that firearms were only part of a bigger problem. (Almost all the firearm mur- ders must have been commit- ted by illegal/stolen guns, yet the government‟s scheme is to disarm law-abiding people, hence it has become ex- tremely difficult to obtain li- censes. But illegal firearms are freely available. –Al-Haq) ―At the core of the matter, is human behaviour. We have to be honest as South Africans about the causes of violence and address them.‖ (Correct human behavior is the prod- uct of only the Divine Code of Life and that is restricted to Islam. All other codes are sa- tanic. – Al-Haq) He attributed high unemploy- ment rates and poverty levels, mushrooming informal settle- ments with little to no services and other socio economic ills breeding criminality as leading contributors. (These factors are the creation of govern- mental breakdown caused by massive corruption.–Al-Haq) Other attributors included the high number of undocumented foreign nationals that were hard to trace after the commis- sion of a crime. (This too is the consequence of govern- mental corruption and incom- petence to govern. – Al-Haq) ―Malema (Economic Freedom Fighters): The murder rate in this country resembles that of nations which are at war, and Gender Based Violence has reached intolerable levels. We are no longer safe because police work with criminals at the highest level, and are una- ble to resolve crimes such as the rising trend of mass shoot- ings and assassinations. Enough is enough.‖ (Continued from page 8) Everything and everyone change from one state to an- other condition whether it is a government, power, courage, wealth, honour, reputation, knowledge, deeds, excellence, perfection, etc., etc. A man begins to labour under the im- pression that a particular con- dition of excellence he has is due to his own ability. He for- gets that it is a bestowal of Allah Ta‘ala. Thinking that his prosperous state is due to his own ability (as Qaaroon had imagined), his focus is diverted from the huqooq (rights). In consequence, Allah Ta‘ala snatches away the Amaanat (the Trust of the Be- stowal). This is precisely the reason that while yesterday we (Muslims) had everything, today we have nothing. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Hadhrat Thanvi here refers to the power, honour and glory which the early Muslims were favoured with by Allah Ta‘ala. With the passage of time, Muslims abused these Amaanaat, miserably failing to observe their huqooq, hence Allah Ta‘ala snatched from the Ummah the Amaanat. Thus we find ourselves grov- elling in humiliation, licking the boots of the kuffaar. CALAMITIES Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that: (1) When immorality (fisq and fujoor) are committed flagrant- ly in public (as do Muslims today), then Allah Ta‘ala will afflict the people with unheard of plagues and diseases. Hijab seems to be restricted to an abaya and at times to the Niqab according to these deviated Ulama. The real meaning of concealment they do not seem to under- stand at all. In the UK, there is a weird chap known as Yusuf Shabbir. He is amongst those who have high regard for Taha Karaan and his kufr contagion book. Recently, Yusuf Shab- bir completed his PHD on the Ahaadeeth of Hidaayah. I have not yet seen this work of his being published. After this scrap 'achievement', he now calls himself 'Dr Yusuf Shab- bir'! On 8 February 2022, this Duktoor Yusuf Shabbir (previously Molvi) tweeted the following: "In solidarity with our sister, Mandya and in light of her courage against the Hindutva goons in India, this is the time for our sisters worldwide to wear the Abaya and fulfil the divine injunction of Hijab. AllahuAkbar" Together with the above tweet, he publicized a video. In the video, this India young woman wearing an Abaya and a mask with a scarf (all black) pulls up at a college with a motorbike. A group of Hindu goons are screaming like hoo- ligans. She sees them. She walks pass them and screams out ‗Allahu Akbar!‘. Even her nose becomes exposed and even a little of her hair on her forehead is exposed.... On the same day, in another tweet, he mentions the follow- ing: " Jamiat Ulema Hind announces a 500,000 rupee (£5000) re- ward for sister Mandya" Kindly comment on this.‖ COMMENT The girl is also like the Hin- du goons. There is not much difference between her and the goons. The jaahil molvi- duktoor and the molvis of Ja- miatul Ulema Hind are also goons. They dwell in jahl-e- murakkab (compound igno- rance) of an exceptionally pu- trid kind. Only a girl who is absolute- ly behayaa (shameless) can have the shaitaani and immor- al temerity of exhibiting her- self to the Hindu goons and to kick up the haraam perfor- mance she had satanically displayed and which was stu- pidly and satanically applaud- ed by the goon miscreant molvis. The fact that the girl attends a goon university/college speaks much for her goon- like behaviour. The molvis who commended her goon conduct come within the scope of the Hadith: ―The worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From them will gush fitnah and the fitnah will rebound on them.‖ A Sage (Buzrug) said that ―under the canopy of the sky‖ are also the Yahood, Nasaara and khanaazeer (pigs). Thus, these molvis who constitute the fraternity known as ulama -e-soo‘ are worse than even the khanaazeer. Indeed they do not have the haziest under- standing of the Qur‘aanic concept of Hijaab. That is why they encourage Muslim fe- males to emulate a goonlike girl who in terms of the Sha- riah is rijs and ghutha. Only immoral females will acquit themselves as did this lewd goon girl who is no better than the Hindu goons to whom she had so disgracefully and shamelessly exposed herself. She acted in gross violation of every precept in the Book of Hijaab. Pledge to Allah Ta‘ala, He will overwhelm them with their ene- mies. (5) When the rulers do not govern according to the Shariah, Allah Ta‘ala will punish them with internecine wars (fighting and killing one another). (Continued from page 9) CALAMITIES AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 11 THE ATHAAB OF ALLAH Describing the Athaab of Al- lah Ta‘ala, a Bosnian Sister, says: ―A few years ago, a sister made hijrah to Bosnia in a village where they try to live according to the Shariah. There was a man who had left his village and also moved into this same village where they were trying to imple- ment the Shariah. When he was asked to ex- plain why he had left his vil- lage, he said: ‗Before, all the villagers used to perform Na- maaz during the war and for some time thereafter. But now everyone had abandoned Na- maaz and that he was certain that Allah Ta‘ala would send His Athaab.‘ He did not want to be pun- ished with them, hence he left the village. Then came a flood and in one sweep the entire village of 80 houses sunk into the earth. The entire village was swallowed by the earth. Someone who passes there will not think that there ever was a village on that spot.‖ THE TALIBAN Q. What is the position of the Taliban nowadays? A. The Taliban are a write- off. Forget about them. They have sold out and betrayed Islam. They have become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. Q. In a message during 2020, the Taliban Amir, Hibatul- lah Akhunzada said: “The objectives of the Jihad are to gain the pleasure of Al- lah, freedom of our country and to establish an Islamic system.” Time and again it was claimed that the Tali- ban would be establishing an Islamic government. Have they honoured their pledge? A. The Taliban have become like the Bani Israaeel of by- gone times. They were noto- rious for violating their Pledg- es made with Allah Ta‘ala. The Qur‘aan repeatedly re- minds them of their treason. Today the Taliban too are emulating the Bani Israaeel. Instead of honouring their Pledge, they have become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. They have shifted their reli- ance to the kuffaar powers for even some wheat. The is- sue of establishing an Islamic State was a dream and a hallu- cination. TALIBAN’S ‘BADRI-313’ COMMANDO UNIT Q. The Taliban has formed an elite commando unit called Badri-313. What is the status of this commando group in the Shariah? Are they Mujaahideen? A. This is another bootlick- ing unit. The ‗Badri-313‘ la- bel is just like the ‗halaal‘ la- bels with which the MJC, SANHA and the rest of the Carrion Cartel certify and ha- laalize their carrion. Even if pork is dubbed mutton, it re- mains pork. Even if liquor is given fancy names, it remains haraam wine. Similarly, this illegitimate so-called ‗Badri- 313‘ commando unit is an American outfit which is be- reft of Islamic bearings. They are the product of Tali- ban bootlicking. Never are they Mujaahideen. The Afghans did not fight and defeat the kuffaar su- perpowers of the world with stupid western-type comman- do units. They fought in their own unwestern style and gained considerable success- es. Regarding the fighters who had sustained the war for more than 20 years against the kuffaar world, a reporter describing them said: ―Taliban fighters are typically seen wearing turbans and vests over shalwar-kameez clothing while carrying old Soviet guns, many from the Soviet-Afghan War which happened from 1979-89.‖ Muslim victory is not reliant on numbers and equipment. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) had made this fact abundantly clear. On the occa- sion of taking possession of Jerusalem, he stated: ―We are a nation whom Allah ele- vated with Islam.‖ Thus, this so-called Afghan ―Badri Unit- 313‖ from the Islamic per- spective is American flotsam. This U.S. commando unit is a stupid showcase portrayal of the Taliban, which is an ac- knowledgment of its bootlick- ing status. May Allah Ta‘ala have mercy on Muslims. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 12 Q. The Israelis are colo- nizing 70% of the Musjidul Aqsa compound. The custo- dianship of Jordan is being cancelled. What is the Is- lamic response? A. Although there is an Islam- ic response, there is no power in Muslims of today to exe- cute this Response. The Re- sponse is the Sword, and nothing else. But Muslims due to their fisq, fujoor and kufr have become the enemies of Allah Ta‘ala, hence He is punishing the Ummah with kuffaar domination and op- pression. It is by the design of Allah Ta‘ala that kuffaar boots are crushing Muslims who have become the boot- lickers of these very kuffaar. Since Muslims have aban- doned the Shariah and the Sunnah, since they have be- come rebels against Allah Az- za Wa Jal, He has imposed kuffaar oppression and domi- nation on us. There is no sur- prise even if Israel takes over 100% of the sacred Com- pound and totally ban Mus- lims from entry. It will be the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Muslims themselves are not qualified to administrate Mus- jid Aqsa, hence Allah Ta‘ala has handed it to the Yahood kuffaar as He had done sever- al times in the history of this sacred Musjid as a punish- ment for Muslims. As for cancelling the custo- dianship of the non-Muslim regime of Jordan, there is no quandary in this development. Jordan never was the Custodi- an of Musjidul Aqsa. Musjid- ul Aqsa since 1967 was in the control of the Yahood. Jordan as the ‗custodian‘ is a mon- strous joke, the reality of which did not escape any per- son of intelligence whether the person is Muslim or kaafir. Commenting on the evil polit- ical participation of the ula- ma of his time, Hadhrat Mau- lana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Zamaanah of Fitan” This era is saturated with fitan, atheism, zandaqah and liberalism. Their poisonous effects have spread intensive- ly and extensively. I lament the condition of the Ulama who have joined forces with such people (i.e. Hindus). By uniting with them, the Ulama themselves have slipped (and deviated from Siraatul Mus- taqeem). It is because of these ulama that the masses too have joined with these people. If it were not for these (deviated) ulama, Muslims would not have become ensnared by only the howling and calling of the political leaders. Allah knows what has hap- pened to the brains of these people (the deviated ulama). Neither will they gain the Deen nor the dunya in this manner (i.e. by joining the Hindus/Kuffaar and becoming subservient to their ideolo- gies). Yes, one thing is as clear as daylight, undoubted- ly, they are destroying their Imaan and Aakhirat. May Al- lah Ta‘ala grant them hidaayat. (End of Hadhrat Thanvi‘s observation) Brains which failed to un- derstand the villainy of join- ing hands with the worst specimens of humankind, namely mushrikeen who wor- ship a million deities, were most certainly deranged by shaitaani influence. This satan- ic disease is termed by the Qur‘aan ‗Takhabbutush shai- taan‘. It totally blinds the spir- itual eyes and heart. The Qur‘aan and Ahaadith are replete with warnings against joining forces with the enemies of Allah Azza Wa Jal, but the spiritual blindness of the deviated molvis pre- cluded them from understand- ing this simple demand of Tauheed - the demand to stay far, very far from befriending the enemies of Allah Ta‘ala and from joining in their methodologies and ideologies. When this was the under- standing of Hadhrat Thanvi regarding even the senior Ulama of his time, what con- clusion should we draw re- garding the absolute RUB- BISH masquerading as ‗ulama‘ in our current era? Most certainly, these juhala rubbish molvis, sheikhs and so-called bid‘ati buzrugs, are not Muslims in terms of the Shariah. And, by ‗bid‘ati‘ in this context, the reference is not to the Barelwi grave- (Continued on page 13) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 13 Commenting on the lamenta- ble and hopeless condition of the Ummah, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi said: “Only the Sword There is no way of stemming the tide of these fitan other than wielding the sword and head-on collision with the forces of baatil. There is no other way. However, since currently there is apparently no hope for this method (of Jihad), Dua is the only op- tion. The avenue of deviation has been opened wide. The Mus- lim governments themselves are the victims of deviation.‖ (Our Comment: That was about 80 years ago. Today all regimes in Muslim coun- tries are confirmed kuffaar – murtaddeen of the worse kind.) ―The world is clogged with the enemies of Allah‘s Deen. There are no helpers and sym- pathizers in sight (for the Deen of Allah).‖ (Our Comment: In this re- gard, our Nabi – Sallallahu alayhi wasallam – said: „Islam began ghareeb – forlorn and friendless. Soon shall it return to its original state (of ghurbat) as it was in the beginning. Therefore, blessed are the Ghurabaa‟. The worst enemies of Is- lam are the shaitaani molvis and sheikhs whose methodol- ogy is boot and hind licking the kuffaar whom they have appointed as their leaders and guides.) ―Muslims themselves are crushing the Deen. How can we complain about others! A sudden mighty satanic revolu- tion has taken place. May Al- lah have mercy on us.‖ (End of Hadhrat Thanvi‘s la- ment) Undoubtedly, today the worst enemies of Islam are not the Qur‘aan-burning kuffaar, not the producers of blasphemous caricatures of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), not the global Sa- tanists such as the U.S.A. and U.K., nor any other kuffaar or satanic force. The worst ene- mies of Islam are the evil, rubbish, trash molvis and sheikhs who, while masquer- ading as Muslims, dig up the foundations of Islam with their blatant kufr interpreta- tions and boot and hind lick- ing of the kuffaar who utilize these most miserable molvi/ sheikh miscreants to cunning- ly, under Deeni guise, propa- gate atheism, kufr and satan- ism. For this goal have the Sa- tanists set up the interfaith platform of kufr and satanism. These vile molvis and sheikhs of deception such as the MJC, NNB Clique molvis, Menk, Moolla, Solomon and other mobs of deviates of sim- ilar ilk are indeed worse than khanaazeer. They constitute the greatest dangers for the Muslim Ummah. Nevertheless, they will not succeed in the attainment of their pernicious shaitaani goals because Allah Ta‘ala Himself has given the guarantee of safeguarding His Deen. And this defence of the Deen is divinely executed via the agency of the Ulama-e- Haqq who are the Waaritheen (Heirs) of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Even the damage and de- struction they cause to the Deen are decreed by Allah Az- za Wa Jal whose Wisdom and Taqdeer are unfathomable to our created minds with their extremely finite ability of comprehension. Allah Ta‘ala says in His glorious Qur‘aan: ―Not an atom nor anything (Continued on page 14) worshippers. We are refer- ring to such fraudster molvis and khaanqah deviates who proclaim allegiance to Deo- band when in reality they are massively and scandalously ignorant of the meaning of Deoband. They are lost, mis- guided and drowning in the cesspool of fisq, fujoor and kufr they have excreted for themselves. Nothing but hidaayat from Allah Ta‘ala can save them from everlast- ing damnation and perdition. May Allah Ta‘ala save our Imaan from the ravages of the kufr which these Satanist molvis and sheikhs are propa- gating from a variety of sa- tanic platforms. (Continued from page 12) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 14 Among the signs of Qiyaamah is that the dunya (worldly and nafsaani objec- tives) will be pursued with the a‘maal (deeds) of the Aakhirah. While ostensibly a project will be demonstrated as a Deeni service it will in reality be motivated by mate- rial, worldly and mercenary motives. Today, the madaaris, mu- saajid, relief projects, qiraa‘t concerts, ‗deeni‘ jalsahs, mass merrymaking I‘tikaafs, sa- laatul istisqaa‘, formation of so-called deeni organizations, publishing Islamic literature, etc., etc., all come within the purview of pursuing the dunya with the a‘maal of the Aakhirat. Narrating a Hadith to this effect, Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas‘ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: ―How will you be when you will be engulfed by a fitnah which will make the elders senile and the young ones old and the people will regard this fitnah to be sunnah? If any- thing is omitted of this fitnah, they will say: ‗The Sunnah has been abandoned.‘ The people asked: ‗When will such an event be?‘ He said: ‗When your Ulama (of the Haqq) have disappeared, when your qaaris become abundant, when your Fuqaha are a few, when your umaraa (rulers and wealthy) are abundant, when your trustworthy are few, when the dunya will be searched for with the amal of the Aakhirah and when knowledge (of the Deen) will be acquired for purposes other than the Deen.‘ ‖ Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “The Madrasah made a cir- cus If a certain Madrasah (which was wracked by student and teacher fitnah – strife and mischief) had implemented my advice, all the fitnah would have been effectively eliminated. However, for im- plementing that advice the need was for strength of heart and determination. A system cannot be implemented with weakness and laxity. To implement a system, severity and fortitude are requisites. My advice was that the Mad- rasah should expel all the stu- dents and dismiss the staff, and the Madrasah should be closed. Then a public an- nouncement should be made explaining the factors which led to the closing of the Mad- rasah, and that the Madrasah will re-open when the atmos- phere becomes conducive. Thereafter, on re-opening the (Continued on page 15) smaller or bigger, remains hid- den from your Rabb, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.‖ ―Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. He is aware of whatever is in the land and ocean. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor any- thing moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.‖ Therefore, the Ulama-e- Haqq are never in a state of stress and distress. Their fo- cus is on the Taqdeer of Allah Azza Wa Jal. They are tiny, but powerful cogs in the Di- vine Machinery devised by Allah Ta‘ala for the protec- tion of His Deen about which He says: ―Verily, We have revealed the Thikr (the Qur‘aan, the Deen, the Divine Shariah), and verily, We are its Pro- tectors.‖ Today the myriad of Shai- taan‘s agents comprising of the murtad ‗muslim‘ masses, especially the products of uni- versity brothels, the murtad regimes in sway in the lands of Islam, the liberals, the mod- ernists and deviates of a vari- ety of hues are all united in the satanic mission to crush Islam. But, they fail and will never succeed, for there will for all times until the end of earthly time, be that Taaifah-e-Haqq who will proclaim the Haqq of this Deen from the hilltops of the dunya. About this Taaifah- e-Haqq, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―There will ever remain a Taaifah (small group) of my Ummah on the Haqq until the arrival of the Hour (of Qiyaamah). Those who op- pose them or do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.‖ (Continued from page 13) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 15 University of Sydney Profes- sor in Public Health Simon Chapman points to recent Dutch research which iden- tified 185 different industrial uses of a pig – including the use of its haemoglobin in ciga- rette filters. Prof Chapman said the re- search offered an insight into the otherwise secretive world of cigarette manufacture, and it was likely to raise concerns for devout Muslims and Jews. The Dutch research found pig haemoglobin – a blood protein – was being used to make cig- arette filters more effective at trapping harmful chemicals before they could enter a smoker's lungs. Religious texts at the core of both of these faiths specifically ban the consumption of pork. ―I think that there would be some particularly devout groups who would find the idea that there were pig prod- ucts in cigarettes to be very offensive,‖ Prof Chapman said today. ―The Jewish community cer- tainly takes these matters ex- tremely seriously and the Is- lamic community certainly do as well, as would many vege- tarians.‖ (End of report) Q. Is it permissible to smoke cigarettes? A. Smoking, buying and sell- ing cigarettes are haraam even if pig‘s blood is not used in its manufacture. The destruction to health is a 100% confirma- tion. Madrasah, a written pledge should be taken from the stu- dents and also from the Ustaadhs to the effect that if they violate the terms of the pledge, they will be expelled/ dismissed. Since the Madrasah did not implement this advice, it has become a circus. The Mu- htamim came to me. I ex- plained to him that now the Madrasah has become like a lifeless body. Now, even if the Madrasah progresses (by way of the admission of numerous students and construction of buildings), the progress will be like the bloating of a car- cass. But when the bloated carcass ultimately bursts, the entire town will be revolted by the terrible stench. The attitude and demeanour of the Talaba of that Madrasah have now undergone a drastic metamorphosis. It is difficult to distinguish now between that Madrasah and Aligarh University. Is it Aligarh col- lege or a Deeni institution? How can there be Noor when the methodology of our Akaa- bir has been abandoned? How can there be barkat? All of this fitnah is the con- sequence of the evil and mis- fortune of modernism. Modernism has affected the dress, appearance and attitude of the Talaba. The staff of the Madrasah (Muhtamim and Asaatizah) are subservient to the Talaba. The only reason for this subservience is the fear of be- ing deprived of teaching (due to them having become mer- cenaries teaching the Deen for the gain of the dunya). In the understanding of these Asaatizah, the Madrasah itself is Maqsood bith-Thaat – (the Objective per se). Hadhrat Maulana Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh) had stat- ed unequivocally that the Madrasah is not Maqsood. The actual Maqsood is Ridha- e-Ilaahi (the Pleasure of Al- lah) whether the Madrasah remains or disappears. The people have abandoned the correct Usool (Principles), hence the entire world is trapped in distress. The gov- ernment is distressed by its populace, father by the son, Ustaadh by the Talaba, Shaikh by the mureed, husband by the wife, employer by the em- ployee. If the correct princi- ples are instituted and the limits observed, there will be no worry and distress.‖ “Anarchy has appeared in the land and the ocean be- cause of the perpetration of the hands of men, so that He (Allah) gives them a taste of some of their (evil) deeds.” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 14) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 16 For molvis, sheikhs and so- called buzrugs who crawl in- to the company of rulers and government officials, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―Verily, the worst of the qur- raa are those who visit the rulers.‖ Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) also said for such ‗scholars for dollars‘ there is a Valley in Jahannam called Jubbul Huzn (The Pit of Grief). The intensity of heat of this Pit of Grief constrains Jahannam ―to seek refuge 400 times daily.‖ It was always the practice of all true Ulama to shun the company of rulers, sultans, kings and government offi- cials. There are numerous epi- sodes of such noble shun- ning. Once the Ameer (Ruler) of Egypt, Abu Mansoor visited Imaam Tahaawi (Rahmatullah alayh). On see- ing the Noor glittering from the noble countenance of Imaam Tahaawi, the Ameer was overwhelmed by awe and reverence. He then said to Imaam Tahaawi: ―I wish to marry my daughter to you.‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―I do not accept it‖. Ameer: ―Do you need any wealth?‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―I have no need of it.‖ Ameer: ―Should I allocate for you land?‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―No!‖ Ameer: ―Ask me for whatever you desire.‖ Imaam Tahaawi: ―Guard your Deen. Practise (righteousness) before your Maut. Beware of oppressing the people.‖ This was the attitude and practice of all our Akaabir Ulama of bygone times. Question The government of Pakistan force the Ulama of the Darul Ulooms to toe the line by promoting its policies. They are required to attend con- ferences that suit its Baatil agendas, to show the public that Ulama are in agreement with Baatil. They feel that if the Deobandi Ulama speak out against the Baatil Shia, Barelwi etc., this will cause civil unrest within Pakistan. So they are pushing these unity conferences. Barelwis have a rapidly growing fol- lowing. Karachi lights up like Christmas in Rabiul Awwal. People like Tariq Jameel and Tariq Masood seem to be working directly for them in the push for „Unity‟. The Wifaaq in Pakistan has split. Jamiatur Rasheed and Bin- nori Site Area have formed their own Board. They have become supporters of the government. What are the Ulama-e-Haqq who have Madaaris supposed to do in this scenario? If they refuse to toe the line, the govern- ment officials create many problems which could lead to even imprisonment. Gov- ernment pressure indirectly applied is causing a strain on the Ulama who have to oper- ate Madaaris. Answer The strain and worry of the evil government of Napakistan can be easily resolved by the Ulama, if they are truly Ulama -e-Haqq. For Ulama whose focus is on Allah Ta‘ala and the Aakhirah and whose objec- tive in operating the Madaaris is the Pleasure of Allah Ta‘ala, the govern- ment‘s haraam pressurizing should not be of much con- cern. However, when the focus is diverted from the Maqsood (Objective) of operating Darul Ulooms, then Ulama of weak Imaan will throw in the tow- el, submit and bootlick the fussaaq, fujjaar, kuffaar gov- ernment. Then they will com- promise, dilute and mangle the Shariah. This is what even Mufti Taqi is guilty of. Worldly and nafsaani objec- tives constrain them to resort to haraam compromising. Then they find satanic inter- pretations to uphold the evil policies of the vile govern- ment. Once the wealthy fussaaq in Deoband had created a huge fitnah. They wanted a promi- nent wealthy faasiq to be in- stated as a member of Darul Uloom‘s Shura. Hadhrat Mau- (Continued on page 17) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 17 lana Rashid Ahmed Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh) resolutely rejected this haraam demand of the community. The amount and degree of fitnah created by the supporters of the wealthy faasiq threatened to close down the Darul Uloom if the faasiq‘s ap- pointment was not accepted. The fitnah was so intense and threatening that even Ha- dhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) somewhat relented and ad- vised Hadhrat Gangohi to ac- cept the demand of the fussaaq. In Hadhrat Thanvi‘s view, acceptance was the less- er evil. The greater evil was the closing down of the great and noble Institution of Darul Uloom. But, Hadhrat Maulana Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh), adopting the stance of Ha- dhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu), and rejecting Hadhrat Thanvi‘s proposal, said: ―Madrasah Maqsood nahi. Ri- dha-e-Ilaahi Maqsood he.‖ (The objective is not the Madrasah. The Objective is the Pleasure of Allah Ta‘ala). He stated with great clarity and emphasis that if the Mad- rasah must close in conse- quence of the fitnah, ―LET IT CLOSE‖. But, never shall he transgress the Shariah by ac- cepting the appointment of a faasiq to a position of Trust. The firmness of Hadhrat Gangohi completely eliminat- ed the doubt of Hadhrat Thanvi who acknowledged the correctness of the stance of Hadhrat Gangohi. Thus, the faasiq was not accepted and the Darul Uloom did not close down. The Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala was at hand. This should be the stance of the Ulama-e-Haqq. When the vile, fussaaq, fujjaar, kuffaar government officials arrive to pressurize them (the Ulama of the Madaaris), the latter should tell them: ―Go to Ja- hannam!‖. If the Madaaris have to close down as a result of the firm stance of the Haqq, let them close. The Ulama will lose nothing. On the contrary, they will gain the Ridha of Allah Ta‘ala for their firm stance of the Haqq craft- ed for His Ridha. They can close the Madaaris only if Allah Ta‘ala so de- crees. When a Madrasah no longer serves the real and true Objective of the Deen, then Allah Ta‘ala will allow its closure. Nowadays most Darul Ulooms produce mer- cenaries and treacherous molvis who barter away the Deen and their Imaan for the miserable jeefah of the dunya. The Ulama should remain firm on the Haqq. If the gov- ernment closes the Madaaris, let them do so. Then the Ula- ma can teach a handful of sin- cere Talaba in their homes. (Continued from page 16) ABOUT THE MUSAAJID OF ALLAH AZZA WA JAL It is necessary to remind the Ummah of the Munaafiqeen masquerading as Muslims in our midst. During the recent covid satanism, this vile Menk murtad, Ibnus Shaitaan, maligning Allah Ta‘ala and the Houses of Allah Azza Wa Jal, said: "...telling you guys wait for 2 weeks, 3 weeks and then talk again. Let's see how you change your tune. We are telling you from now, you know the masjid is one of the super spreaders simply be- cause we go down in sujood. When you down in sujood, you breathe the carpet, that carpet for the next nine to fourteen days anyone who comes down there you are gone, in the sense that the chances of you catching it up are almost 80 percent. Look at that. So I'm trying to tell you guys this is something serious, take it seriously. If your old folks want to go visiting, no one must visit you, and you don't..." (End of the slanderous kufr of Menk the Munaafiq) This vile idea urinated into his putrified brains by Iblees ade- quately and conspicuously portrays the nifaaq and kufr of this Agent of Iblees. Is it ever possible for even a faasiq and faajir to slander and re- vile Allah Ta‘ala so despica- bly as this Munaafiq enemy of Islam? AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 18 Q. Not so long ago, Mufti Taqi was granted the high honour of „Sitara-e- Imtiaz‟ (The Star of Distinc- tion). In the photo it appears that he is wearing a cross like Christians. Is such an award valid and permissible according to the Shariah? A. Such shaitaani awards of ‗distinction‘ are doled out by morons to morons. The government of Pakistan is kuffaar and Mr.Taqi who wears the stupid emblem of the kuffaar is a moron. When brains are corrupted by the nafs and worldly objectives, then the ability of distin- guishing between right and wrong is effaced. Mr.Taqi is supposed to be a senior mufti, but in accepting the stupid award and parad- ing himself like a kaafir clown with a cross dangling around his neck, he has only exhibited his craving for worldly glory, and this is called hubb-e-jah (love for name and fame). Did he ac- quire such satanism from the Akaabir whom he claims to be following? But in the pro- cess of pursuing such despica- ble nafsaani objectives, a man makes a clown and a fool of himself. Regarding such molvis who seek name and fame under guise of the Deen, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that on the Day of Qiyaamah, a molvi/aalim will be ushered into the Divine Presence. He will be interro- gated and asked about his pur- suits in the world. He will say that he had rendered ser- vice to the Deen with his knowledge. It will be said that he had done so for name and fame, hence there would be nothing for him in the Aakhirah. The Angels will then drag him and cast him upside down into Jahannam. Mr.Taqi should divest his brains from the poison of Jah and understand that his feet are hanging already in the grave. And, what does he say about his published photos displaying him with the cross dangling from his neck? Most certainly this picture is not a digital picture, hence even in terms of his own understand- ing it is a confirmed confound- ed Tasweer for which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has sounded the ―Worst Punishment‖ on the Day of Qiyaamah. ―O our Rabb! Do not make our hearts crooked (to stray), after You have guided us. Bestow on us your Mercy. Verily, You are the Great Be- stower (of Rahmat).‖ (Qur‘aan) The worst misguidance is the misguidance after Allah Ta‘ala has guided. While the kufr government of Pakistan has doled out a stupid award to Taqi Sahib, this same government had award- ed the Kaafir Vaccine Devil, Bill Gates with another silly award dubbed Hilal-e-Pakistan (The Crescent of Pakistan). Indeed that country is truly NAPAKISTAN (IMPURE LAND) THE PROBLEM IS NOT MBS The tide of kufr, fisq and fu- joor which has drowned Saudi Arabia cannot be attributed to only Mr. Murtad Bin Shaitaan. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―Your deeds are your rulers.‖ Allah Ta‘ala imposes on people rulers in consonance with the deeds of the popula- tion. Thus, Mr.MBS is merely the mirror reflecting the vil- lainy, evil, fisq, fujoor and kufr of the vast majority of Saudi citizens. If the general populace was pious, never would the shaitaan have been able to succeed with the del- uge of kufr, fisq and fujoor which has in entirety elimi- nated the semblance of Shari- ah which had existed in Saudi Arabia once upon a time. The world-famous wrestler ‗The Undertaker‘ introduced Pitbull at the ceremony that was held as part of the opening parade of Riyadh Season 2021. After his concert, Pitbull ex- pressed his great pleasure at having the opportunity to be part of the opening of Riyadh Season and perform in front of the vast audience that filled the venue throughout the party. The concert by the American rapper bears a special significance for the global en- tertainment industry that char- acterizes the events and pro- grams of Riyadh Season 2021 that started on Wednesday, and which contain many inter- national entertainment con- cepts. The events of Riyadh Season 2021 began on Wednesday, and their activi- ties are distributed in 14 enter- tainment zones throughout Ri- yadh. They include entertain- ment activities, electronic challenges, cafes, restaurants and stores that reflect the di- versity represented by Riyadh Season in local, regional and international customs and tra- ditions. (Continued from page 18) THE PROBLEM IS NOT MBS The following is a statement of a leader of the Chinese Muslims (the Uyghurs, Ka- zakhs, etc.): FRANCES MARTEL The leader of the exiled gov- ernment of East Turkistan – the western, largely Uyghur- populated region China refers to as Xinjiang – told Breitbart News this weekend that China takes its friendship with the Taliban “very seriously,” as it could soon help lead to Bei- jing establishing a “strong foothold” in the Persian Gulf. Prime Minister Salih Hudayar of the East Turkistan Government in Exile, a democratically elected body representing the people of the region, expressed little hope that the Taliban, a radical Islam- ist organization, would object in any way to China‘s ongoing gen- ocide of Muslim people in East Turkistan. Since at least 2017, the Chinese Communist Party has established an estimated 1,200 concentration camps in the region to imprison ethnic Uy- ghurs, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, and oth- er Muslim ethnic minorities. Sur- vivors of the camps accuse Com- munist Party agents of mass mur- der, extreme torture, gang rape, slavery, and live organ harvest- ing. Outside of the camps, China has implemented a mass sterili- zation campaign to eliminate the native populations of Xinjiang and replace them with imported Han people from eastern China. Salih Hudayar, founder of the East Turkistan National Awaken- ing Movement, leads a rally out- side the White House to urge the United States to end trade deals with China and take action to stop the oppression of the Uy- ghur and other Turkic peoples August 14, 2020 in Washington, DC. The ETNAM and East Tur- kistan Government in Exile (ETGE) groups submitted evi- dence to the international crimi- nal court, calling for an investi- gation into senior Chinese offi- cials, including Xi Jinping, for genocide and crimes against hu- manity. (Photo by Chip So- modevilla/Getty Images) Both the administrations of Pres- ident Donald Trump and Joe Biden have formally decreed China‘s actions in East Turkistan to constitute genocide. The Tali- ban, however – which claims to adhere to strict sharia, or Islamic law, and represent the will of Muslim people – have openly refused to acknowledge the gen- ocide, instead urging China to invest in Afghanistan and vow- ing to persecute Uyghurs under the guise of fighting terrorism. The Taliban is now functioning as the government of Afghani- stan after ousting the former re- gime on August 15. That day, Taliban jihadists surrounded Ka- bul, prompting then-President Ashraf Ghani to flee the country. China has not formally recog- nized the Taliban as the legiti- (Continued on page 20) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 20 mate government of Afghanistan, but has falsely referred to the ter- rorist organization‘s conquest as a manifestation of the ―will and choice of the Afghan people,‖ an indication it will soon do so. China‘s warmth towards the Tali- ban, Hudayar told Breitbart News, was a product of the geo- political significance of Afghani- stan to the Communist Party‘s greater plans for global influence. ―The role of Afghanistan cannot be underestimated concerning China‘s strategy,‖ Hudayar said. ―I think the Chinese take cooper- ation with the Taliban very seri- ously as this relationship is cru- cial for the safety and continua- tion of China‘s Belt and Road Initiative.‖ The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a Chinese global infra- structure plan in which Beijing offers developing countries pred- atory loans to be used on lavish infrastructure projects, such as ports and railways. When the countries can no longer pay them, China seizes the properties. China is actively using the BRI to colonize parts of Africa, East- ern Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Afghanistan is particularly significant to the plan, however, as it is located directly between China and the Middle East and Europe. ―The Chinese are building a na- val base in the Pakistani port of Gwadar in Baluchistan, intending to own a stake in the Persian Gulf. China is also building a modern airport in Tashkurgan (inside East Turkistan),‖ Hudayar noted. ―This airport is being made to help ensure a Chinese stake in the Persian Gulf. In addi- tion, when we look at the radar stations in the Maldives and other places, it‘s clear that China is spreading its net.‖ Conversely, Hudayar told Breit- bart News, a stable Taliban re- gime will require prodigious funding to keep Afghans from returning to a state of civil war, and ―the only country that can provide this to the Taliban is Chi- na.‖ ―To remain in power, the Taliban needs to please the Afghan peo- ple and develop the county to a certain extent. It takes a lot of money, expertise, and strategy to achieve this goal,‖ he noted. Taliban spokesmen have repeat- edly made public statements to this effect since the August 15 takeover, urging global invest- ment in its jihadist regime. ―We need the reconstruction of Afghanistan, the people of Af- ghanistan need the budget. The [central bank] shall need the budget,‖ a desperate Suhail Sha- heen, a Taliban spokes- man, told the Chinese govern- ment network CGTN last week. China, in turn, has pressured American officials not to eco- nomically sanction Taliban ji- hadists in response to their wide- spread human rights abuses. The fact that China is currently engaging in a genocide against Muslim peoples will not result in any tension between Beijing and the Taliban, Hudayar predicted. ―The Taliban will never sever ties with the Chinese due to Chi- na‘s ongoing genocide of Uy- ghurs, but in fact, they will act on the Chinese demands as they have done so numerous times,‖ Hudayar told Breitbart News in remarks this weekend. ―The Tali- ban have already clearly stated that they won‘t be interfering in China‘s so-called ‗internal af- fairs‘ regarding the Uyghur geno- cide.‖ The East Turkistan government holds that the genocide of the Muslim peoples of the region is not an ―internal‖ issue because East Turkistan is not a legitimate province of China, but an occu- pied territory worthy of sover- eignty. Hudayar noted the Taliban has a long history of cooperation with China that precedes its takeover of Kabul, stemming back to the Taliban harboring Uyghur ji- hadists under the guise of the East Turkestan Islamic Move- ment (ETIM). China claims ETIM is a radical Islamist terror- ist group that poses a concrete danger to the Chinese heartland. The U.S. govern- ment removed ETIM from its list of designated terrorist organiza- tions last year on the grounds that no evidence suggests that it ex- ists. The former Afghan govern- ment arrested ten Chinese nation- als last year on the grounds, ini- tially, of being ETIM members. The investigation subsequently revealed at least one was a Chi- nese intelligence agent with ties to the Haqqani Network, a ji- hadist group with close ties to the Taliban, and the group appeared to be in Kabul to fabricate the existence of a terror cell. ―The Taliban will not use their Islamic identity to pressure China as they have already sold the Uy- ghurs to China and acted upon Chinese demands numerous times in the past,‖ Hudayar ar- gued, citing the creation of ―ETIM‖ under the Taliban‘s nose and the proximity between the (Continued from page 19) (Continued on page 21) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 21 Kgaugelo Masweneng Urgent steps must be taken to reduce high levels of medical- ly unnecessary caesarean births in the medical schemes population, the Council for Medical Schemes has said. A newly released report by the council claims the overall caesarean section (CS) rate for the medical schemes industry was 77.4%, which is among the highest in the world. According to the report the rate of caesarean births, most of which are likely to be elec- tive, has remained high in the population covered by medical schemes. ―It is estimated nearly 15% of pregnant women will expe- rience obstetric complications during their pregnancy, and CS delivery will be a life- saving intervention for be- tween 3.6% and 6.5% of cas- es. ―C-section births continue to increase despite the known associated adverse health out- comes. ―These include increased risk of infection, surgical and anaesthetic complications, re- duced likelihood of breastfeed- ing, and risks for the baby,‖ report said. The epidemiology and trends of CS births in the medical schemes population was done between 2015 and 2018. … ―A high reimbursement rate for CS deliveries is a likely driver for the very high preva- lence of CS in the medical schemes populations.‖ — TimesLIVE (The Herald) ONLY WITH ALLAH‟S AID On the occasion of a memora- ble victory against the Ro- mans, Hadhrat Umar, the Kha- lifah (Radhiyallahu anhu), wrote to Hadhrat Abu Ubaidah Bin Al-Jarraah (Radhiyallahu anhu), the supreme Command- er of the Muslim army: “O People of Imaan! Know that verily, you did not gain victory over your enemy by means of numerical superi- ority nor by means of mili- tary hardware. There is no power and no strength but with Allah. You gained vic- tory with His Aid, grace and kindness.” In this regard the Qur‘aan Majeed states: ―There is no Nusrat (Aid) ex- cept from Allah, The Mighty, The Glorious.‖ Taliban and the Haqqani network terrorists allegedly meeting with the Chinese intelligence agents last year. “The existence of Uyghur ji- hadists in Afghanistan under the Taliban was because of the be- hest of China. Because China needed Uyghur jihadists to por- tray Uyghurs as ‗terrorists,‘ and China still needs them to help justify its ongoing genocide in East Turkistan,‖ Hudayar contin- ued. ‖ These jihadists will exist as long as China needs them and they will be disarmed overnight if China wishes. Its important to note that these jihadists have long pledged allegiance to the Taliban and they have designated the Tal- iban as the ‗Emir (Commander) of Muslims,‘ so they must obey the Taliban.‖ Hudayar warned the rise of the Taliban was a boon for the Chi- nese government and thus not just a threat to the people of East Turkistan, but to the world. ―My concern in this respect is not solely about East Turkistan but the international community as a whole. Fate again has benefited Chinese expansionism, and that is a catastrophe unfolding for the entire world,‖ Hudayar said. ―At this rate, China will have a strong foothold in the Persian Gulf very soon. The calamity of the Belt and Road Initiative, China‘s de- sire to have ports in the Mediter- ranean, its aggressive push in the Indo-Pacific, and its Neo- colonialism in Africa are vital issues escaping the international community‘s attention.‖ (Continued from page 20) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 22 Once upon a time the Taliban were breakers of idols. Today, Alas! They have become pre- servers and protectors of idols. With eye on China invest- ment Taliban now preserve Buddhas News Report March 28, 2022 Thenews.com MES AYNAK, Afghanistan: The ancient Buddha statues sit in serene meditation in the caves carved into the russet cliffs of rural Afghanistan. Hundreds of meters below lies what is believed to be the world‘s largest deposit of cop- per. Afghanistan's Taliban rul- ers are pinning their hopes on Beijing to turn that rich vein into revenue to salvage the cash-starved country amid crippling international sanc- tions. The fighters standing guard by the rocky hillside may once have considered de- stroying the terracotta Bud- dhas. Two decades ago when the Taliban were first in pow- er, they sparked world outrage by blowing up gigantic Bud- dha statues in another part of the country, calling them pa- gan symbols that must be purged, reported American news agency. But now they are intent on preserving the relics of the Mes Aynak copper mine. Do- ing so is key to unlocking bil- lions in Chinese investment, said Hakumullah Mubariz, the Taliban head of security at the site, peering into the remnants of a monastery built by first- century Buddhist monks. "Protecting them is very im- portant to us and the Chinese," he said. Previously, Mubariz com- manded a Taliban combat unit in the surrounding mountains battling with US—backed Af- ghan forces. When those troops capitulated last year, his men rushed to secure the site. "We knew it would be im- portant for the country,‖ he said. The Taliban's spectacular reversal illustrates the power- ful allure of Afghanistan's un- tapped mining sector. Succes- sive authorities have seen the country's mineral riches, esti- mated to be worth $1 trillion, as the key to a prosperous fu- ture, but none have been able to develop them amid the con- tinual war and violence. Now, multiple countries, including Iran, Russia and Turkey are looking to invest, filling the vacuum left in the wake of the chaotic US withdrawal. But Beijing is the most asser- tive. At Mes Aynak, it could become the first major power to take on a large-scale project in Taliban-controlled Afghani- stan, potentially redrawing Asia's geopolitical map. In 2008, the administration of Hamid Karzai signed a 30-year contract with a Chinese joint venture called MCC to extract high-grade copper from Mes Aynak. Studies show the site holds up to 12 million tons of the min- eral. But the project got tied up in logistical and contract prob- lems, and it never got past some initial test shafts before it ground to a halt when Chi- nese staff left in 2014 because of continued violence. Mere months after the Taliban seized Kabul in August, con- solidating power over the country, the group's newly in- stalled acting Minister for Mining and Petroleum Shahbuddin Dilawar urged his staff to re-engage Chinese state—run companies. Ziad Rasheedi, the ministry's director of foreign relations, approached the consortium made up by MCC, China Met- allurgical Group Corporation and Jiangxi Copper Ltd. Di- lawar has had two virtual meetings with MCC in the last six months, according to com- pany and ministry officials. He urged them to return to the mine, terms unchanged from the 2008 contract. (End of news report) After coming to power, the Taliban have changed course. From Siraatul Mustaqeem they have drifted and are now in stark collision with the Shariah. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “(The Muttaqeen are) those, when We grant them power (to rule) on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat and com- mand virtue and prohibit vice.” They have lost their Imaani bearings and are now victims of the cult of bootlicking the kuffaar. The Deen has been (Continued on page 23) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 23 The world's 26 richest people own the same wealth as the poorest half of humanity, Oxfam said on Monday, urg- ing governments to hike taxes on the wealthy to fight soaring inequality. A new report from the char- ity, published ahead of the World Economic Forum in Davos, also found that billion- aires around the world saw their combined fortunes grow by $2.5bn (R34.6bn) each day in 2018. The world‘s richest man, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, saw his fortune increase to $112bn (R1.5-trillion) in 2018, Oxfam said, pointing out that just 1 % of his wealth was equivalent to the entire health budget of Ethiopia, a country of 105- million people. The 3.8-billion people at the bottom of the scale, mean- while, saw their wealth decline by 11% in 2018, Oxfam said, stressing that the growing gap between rich and poor was un- dermining the fight against poverty, damaging economies and fuelling public anger. ―People across the globe are angry and frustrated,‖ Oxfam executive director Winnie Byanyima warned. The numbers are stark Be- tween 1980 and 2016, the poorest half of humanity pock- eted just 12 US cents (R1.66) on each dollar of global in- come growth, compared with the 27 cents (R3.74) captured by the top 1%, the report found. Oxfam warned that govern- ments were exacerbating ine- quality by increasingly under- funding public services such as healthcare and education at the same time as they consistently under-taxed the wealthy. Calls for hiking rates on the wealthy have multiplied amid growing popular outrage in a number of countries over swelling inequality. In the US, new congress woman Alexandria OcasioCor- tez made headlines earlier this month by proposing to tax the ultra-rich up to 70%. The self-described Democratic Socialists proposal came after President Donald Trump's tax reforms cut the top rate in 2018 from 39.6% to 37%. And in Europe, the ―yellow vest" movement that has been rocking France with anti- government protests since No- vember is demanding that President Emmanuel Macron repeal controversial cuts to wealth taxes on high earners. ―The super-rich and corpo- rations are paying lower rates of tax than they have in dec- ades,‖ the Oxfam report said, pointing out that ―the human costs — children without teachers, clinics without medi- cines — are huge‖. ―Piecemeal private services punish poor people and privi- lege elites,‖ it said, stressing that every day, about 10,000 people die due to lacking ac- cess to affordable healthcare. The report, released as the world's rich, famous and influ- ential began arriving for the plush annual gathering at the luxury Swiss ski resort town, urged governments to ―stop the race to the bottom‖ in tax- ing rich individuals and huge corporations. Oxfam found that asking the richest to pay just 0.5% extra tax on their wealth ―could raise more money than it would cost to educate all 262 -million children out of school and provide healthcare that would save the lives of 3.3- million people.‖ AFP (The Herald) relegated into the realm of oblivion. About such unfortu- nate people, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Those who search for the pleasure of the people and in this process court the dis- pleasure of Allah, He will cast them to the people. (That is, they will be deprived of His Pleasure and Aid).” The kuffaar whom these un- fortunate ignoramuses are bootlicking will yet kick them (the Taliban) with the very boots they are licking today. They do not believe what is mentioned in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “There is no friend and no helper for you besides Al- lah.” (Continued from page 22) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 67 Page 24 Q. One molvi said that it was on the basis of maslahah (expediency) that Mufti Taqi had interviewed the female reporter. Was the maslahah valid? Was it permissible for him to engage with the faasiqah kaafirah without observing purdah? A. A maslahah which is in flagrant conflict with the Sha- riah and which leads to zina of the eyes and mind is mal- oon and mardood. Mufti Taqi is a liberal and a lost soul, hence he fabricates such haraam, stupid ‗maslahah‘ justifications. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: ―In fact, man has baseerat over his nafs even if he puts forth excuses.‖ The argument of the molvi is stu- pid and baatil. Nothing can justify the mufti‘s indulgence in the blatant act of fisq and fujoor he had perpetrated with his brazen and flagrant en- gagement with the kaafirah. Q. The Taliban appear to follow the path of liberalism. What is happening to the Taliban? A. The Taliban, the vast ma- jority, have abandoned the Shariah. The little of the Shari- ah which remains with them is due to their aged Ameer who is still of the old Guard. They have betrayed Islam. Q. What is the Shariah‟s view on hunger strikes? A. Hunger strikes are haraam. It is a kaafir method. If a man dies as a result of a hunger strike, it will be akin to suicide. ―Soon shall We cast terror in the hearts of the kuffaar be- cause they associated partners with Allah – (shirk) for which no proof was revealed. Their abode is the Fire.‖ (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 151) ―Terror in the hearts of the kuffaar‖ – that was in the in- ceptional stage of Islam dur- ing the era known as Khairul Quroon (The Noblest Ages) when the people were Mus- lims in the true meaning of the term as expounded in the Qur‘aan and Sunnah. Regarding the later nations, specifically the Ummah of current times, there is another divine Dispensation. In this regard, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―The time will dawn when the (kuffaar) nations (with their coalitions) will devour you.‖ Someone asked: ‗Will it be because of our minority (few in number) that day?‘ Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ‗On the con- trary, you will be numerous (billions), but you will be ghutha (rubbish) such as the flotsam of floodwaters. Allah will take out the fear for you from the hearts of your ene- mies and He will cast wahan in your hearts.‘ Someone asked: ‗O Rasulullah! What is wahan?‘ He said: ‗Love of the dunya and detestation for Maut.‘ It is this wahan coupled with fear for shadows which has made Muslims the bootlickers of the kuffaar. Just ponder on the Taliban! After fearlessly fighting for more than 20 years and defeating the world‘s kuffaar superpowers, they became afflicted with the dis- ease of WAHAN which de- based them so terribly that they crawled to the cow- worshipping and idol- worshipping Hindus of India for wheat, vaccines, etc. It is this disease of WAHAN which has effaced from their brains and hearts the objective of their Jihad. Now it is only the love of the dunya which is the determining factor of their new bootlicking ideolo- gy. Qur’aan’s Message for the NNB Clique & MJC cartel “They (the deviates) take the shayaateen as friends be- sides Allah, and they hallucinate that they are guided.” (Al-A‘raaf, Aayat 30)

"There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." (Hadith) BULLETIN No. 67 Safar 1445 / August 2023 Please comment on the Hindu attacks on Muslims in Leicester, U.K. The violence has been initiated by Hindu mobs. Muslims are fighting back to defend themselves against the rampaging Hindu mobs. What is your advice? Comment: The Qur'aan Majeed provides adequate comment on this development. Allah Ta'ala says: "Fasaad (corruption/ mischief/anarchy) has appeared in the land and the sea because of the deeds earned by the hands of the people (i.e. their evil deeds) so that He (Allah) causes them to taste (the consequences) of some of their perpetrations. Perhaps they may return (to Obedience)." (Room, Aayat 41) This Qur'aanic aayat as well as other Verses are adequate comment for the fasaad of the cow -worshipping mobs of Hindu cow-urine-drinkers. They are part of the punishment of Allah Ta'ala – punishment which Allah Ta'ala inflicts on Muslims for their gross and wanton indulgence in haraam, fisq, fujoor and kufr. The only solution and the only safety for Muslims are to return to the Path of Obedience – the Shariah and the Sunnah. Muslims should repent and reform themselves. This is the only way of averting the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala. Meanwhile, it is also essential for Muslims to mobilize and organize themselves for their defence. They should not become sitting ducks for the cow-urine-drinkers and idol worshippers. If Muslims repent and reform themselves, Allah Ta'ala will bestow the necessary courage and means to successfully defeat the thuggery of the filth which these Hindu thugs are. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Shareef: "If you help (the Deen of) Allah, He will help you. If He abandons you, then who can help you besides Allah?" There is no one to aid Muslims other than Allah Azza Wa Jal. Question I read in the tafseer of Qaadi Baydaawi that it is waajib to migrate from a country where you can't live according to Islam - a country where it is forbidden to make Fard ibaadat or it is compulsory to commit haraam or the fear of oppression causes fitnah in your deen. Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab (as there is no islamic state now in the world), where is it preferred to go? Is it in a so-called Muslim country or a kuffar state that is less oppressive to Muslims? Can you advise on a destination? Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab, should we take our time and tidy our affairs in this country first, like selling our house and materials? Or should we depart urgently without regard to our dunya possessions? Or should we live like cockroaches in hiding and try to live our Islam in fear of the oppressors? To clarify my situation: I was born in France and live in France. This is a country where sodomy is a state obligation. It is illegal to say or tell to your children that this is contrary to the shariah and fitrah. It is the home of the people who blaspheme against Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The state put parents of children who don't wan't to blaspheme against Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) at school, in jail and even the children. There is official state terror against Muslims. My children are forced to go to laïc kufr school. If I try to educate them as the Shariah says they take them away to a foster home. This is the home of democracy of the Dajjaal. The Masjid is only authorized if it is on baatil. If a Masjid is opened to tell the Haqq, the police close the place with great force. So we can't pray Jum'uah and Eid Namaaz. It is illegal to make Qurbaani yourself. It must be made following kufr method in a slaughterhouse. What is the solution? Answer The only solution is to make Hijrat from that evil, filthy abode of Iblees. It is haraam to live in that satanic country. It is Waajib to migrate as soon as possible. Although there is no Islamic country in the world in this era where you could migrate to, there are countries, Muslim and kuffaar, where the satanic type oppression of France is not forced on people. Only Muslims whose Imaan is extremely deficient and dangles on a thread will remain in that filthy evil land of the devil. Make speedy arrangements to dispose of your affairs and find some country where you could settle. May Allah Ta'ala guide and protect you. The U.K. has become the dump for the Trash molvis of South Africa. Having been rejected by the Muslims of South Africa, the RIJS molvis are now seeking new pastures for pursuing their monetary and nafsaani objectives. Thus the Moolla, Bham, Azmi, etc. cartel has found the UK fertile ground for preying on the jahaalat of the UK moron masses and the ulama-e-soo' of that country. STRIKING BAATIL "In reality, We (Allah) strike baatil (falsehood) with the Haq. It then smashes out the brains of baatil. And, lo, it (baatil) suddenly disappears." (Qur'aan) Ahl-e-Haqq and Ahl-e-Baatil A jalsah was being organized at Darul Uloom Deoband. A prominent man of wealth was endeavouring to create peace between Deobandis and Barelwis. I explained to him: 'From our side there is no war with them. If they lead the Salaat, we follow them. If we lead, they do not follow us. Therefore, you should encourage them to make peace. Why do you tell us?' Nowadays a special ailment in people is that they advise the Ahl-e-Haq to unite with Ahl-e-Baatil, but they do not similarly advise the Ahl-e-Baatil. Indeed their brains are ajeeb! (i.e. scandalously corrupt). Only the unity which is based on Haq is the desired objective. When Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had unfurled the Proclamation of the Kalimah (I'laa-e-Kalimatullah), all the kuffaar were united in their kufr. This Proclamation of Tauheed immediately created massive disunity. Thus, it should be clearly understood that for the Ahl-e-Haqq such Disunity is the Praiseworthy Objective. Therefore, just as the requisite was for the kuffaar to abandon their kufr and join with Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), so too is it today. The people of Baatil should abandon their Baatil and join the Ahl-e-Haqq. This is the praiseworthy and desirable Unity. The implication (of peace and compromise by moron reformers) that the Ahl -e-Haqq should abandon their stance of Haqq for the sake of the (haraam) unity is Mardood (Rejected) and never desirable. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) narrated: Muhammad Bin Qaasim (the Conqueror of India) was the son-in-law of Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf, the ruler of Iraq. Muhammad Bin Qaasim was 17 years of age when he attacked Hindustan. In his army were seasoned, experienced and elderly fighters. However, all obediently submitted to his orders. This was the barkat of Imaan and spiritually imbued understanding (fahm-e-saheeh). It was an age in close proximity to the era of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The further the era from the age of Nubuwwat, the lesser is the barkat and intelligence. Muhammad Bin Qaasim planned to attack king Daahir who had a vast arsenal of military equipment. Whilst Muhammad Bin Qaasim was wondering of ways for the attainment of victory, he was informed that the king had married his own sister. On hearing this, Muhammad Bin Qaasim exclaimed: "Now we shall be victorious. He is not only a kaafir. He is also an atheist. A kaafir could have courage, but not an atheist who worships his carnal lust." Muhammad Bin Qaasim decisively defeated Daahir. Among the captives were two very beautiful young girls from the royalty. When these girls saw the young, handsome commander, Muhammad Qaasim, they fell in love with him. They expressed their love to him and wanted to be with him. However, he explained: "I am the servant of the Khalifah. I have no right over you. I shall send you to the Khalifah. He will decide." Indeed, this is true Taqwa. This is the power of Imaan. Muhammad Bin Qaasim was not a slave of lust, and this is why he was so brave and courageous. He was a Sword (The Sword of Jihad –true Jihad which is for the Ridha' of Allah Ta'ala). Episodes of this nature cast one into wonder and amazement. Thursday 8 June 2023 - 8:30am AFP | ANGELA WEISS NEW YORK - Smoke from Canadian wildfires shrouded New York in a record-breaking apocalyptic smog Wednesday as cities along the US East Coast issued air pollution warnings and thousands evacuated their homes in Canada. The devastating fires have displaced more than 20,000 people and scorched about 3.8 million hectares of land in Canada, where Prime Minister Justin Trudeau described this wildfire season as the country's worst ever. More than 100 million people across the northeastern United States, and extending west to Chicago and south to Atlanta, were under pollution warnings after the smoke drifted hundreds of miles from Canada, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said. The thick pollution cast an eerie, yellowish glow over the Big Apple's famous skyscrapers, delayed flights and forced the postponement of sporting events. "It smells like someone is doing a barbecue," said Nicha Suaittiyanon, a 30-year-old tourist in New York City from Thailand, who complained of watery and itchy eyes. Mayor Eric Adams told New Yorkers to limit outdoor activity to "the absolute necessities," adding: "This is not the day to train for a marathon." All outdoor activities at New York City's public schools were suspended, as the smog enveloped the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. The Federal Aviation Administration said it had slowed traffic to and from the city's airports due to reduced visibility. Once a European king mockingly said to Sultan Abdul Majid (the last Sultan of the Ottoman Empire): "In Europe you are like a tongue in the midst of 32 teeth". The Sultan having presence of mind understood that the king was referring to the then weak political condition of Turkey. He promptly responded: "Yes, it is correct. However, it is natural for the teeth to first perish and fall out while the tongue remains intact." This is undoubtedly true. However, in the Turkish scenario, the tongue (i.e. Turkey) perished first, and the teeth (i.e. the European states) remained. While the Sultan was quickwitted, he was at the same time deficient in Aql. If he had possessed perfect Aql which for Muslims is possible only by means of Taa-at and Ibaadat, he would have understood that the Tongue would remain intact and not rot with cancer as was the case with Turkey; he would have ensured the correct implementation of the Shariah and Sunnah. Due to deficiency in Aql the Sultan failed to understand that the tongue can also perish before the teeth when it rots away with cancer, as the Ottoman Empire as well as previous Islamic Empires had rotted into oblivion as a consequence of their spiritual rottenness and rebellion against Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is only by means of total submission to the Shariah and Sunnah that an Islamic state can endure and become a formidable power. Minus the Deen, Muslims become boot and hind lickers of the kuffaar. Today's rulers of all Muslim lands are the best examples of boot and hind lickers. There is no aid except from Allah Ta'ala. The Qur'aan Majeed states repeatedly: "There is no aid (for Muslims) but from Allah, The Mighty, The Wise." But the imperative condition for the obtainal of Nusrat is Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat. "Economic hit men (EHMs) are highly paid professionals who cheat countries around the globe out of trillions of dollars. They funnel money from the World Bank, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and other foreign "aid" organizations into the coffers of huge corporations and the pockets of a few wealthy families who control the planet's natural resources. Their tools include fraudulent financial reports, rigged elections, payoffs, extortion, sex, and murder. They play a game as old as empire, but one that has taken on new and terrifying dimensions during this time of globalization. I should know; I was an EHM. John Perkins should know—as an economic hit man for an international consulting firm, he convinced developing countries to accept enormous loans and to funnel that money to US. corporations. The American government and international aid agencies then requested their 'pound of flesh' including access to natural resources, military cooperation, and political support. Confessions of an Economic Hit Man is the story of one man's experiences inside the intrigue, greed, corruption, and little-known government and corporate activities that America has been involved in since World War II, and which have dire consequences for the future of democracy and the world." (Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins) "With unflinching honesty, Perkins narrates his moral awakening and struggle to break free from the corrupt system of global domination he himself helped to create. This book. .. comes from the heart. I highly recommend it." —Michael Brownstein, author of World on Fire The degradation of Muslims today is massive. Nowadays Muslims have only theories devoid of practice. This is cause for much grief. However, they are adept in bootlicking the West. Truly, Muslims and Islam have no friend. All are enemies. In spite of this, they remain attached to these enemies. My advice for Molvis is to abandon these futile activities (this is a reference to participation in politics). They should make dua to Allah Ta'ala, attend to Tableegh, to their Fatwa duties, learning and teaching. They should not squander the time by associating with ignoramuses. Nowadays, the juhala (ignoramuses) pass resolutions and the Molvis follow them (i.e. bootlick them). What rubbish is this? They are the cause for the ruin of the Ummah. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Question: Our beloved Nabi Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam was sent to mankind to perfect noble character and conduct. He was passionate about being civil to all around him. He promulgated kindness to animals as indicated in many narrations. With this in mind, what view should Muslims hold regarding a system wherein exists open and flagrant cruelty? A chicken is a living being, having both soul and intellect, albeit in a lesser degree to mankind, possessing consciousness and emotions. By what principles or values can we condone the following: A live chicken bred in disgusting and unnatural conditions shackled upside down, sent on a moving conveyor banging pass metal plates and poles that cause wings and bones to break; water boarded in an electrified waterbath, stung and near drowned, and some dead and some living. Then it reaches an executioner who either severs the veins or nicks it, causing fatal bleeding. All the while, the living ones still down the line witness and hear the torturous screams of their fellow chickens. Thereafter, dead or alive they are scalded in water which after the first few chickens would be nothing but a cesspool of blood and faeces. This system is today being protected by people who claim the office of Meerathul Ambiya. What view should Muslims hold on the above system? Is this system halaal? Answer Only savages, barbarians and human devils such as the SANHA and MJC carrion halaalizers condone this horrific system of brutality which these khanaazeer halaalize for the sake of the haraam boodle which they devour and with which they feed and nourish their families. These copro scum bogus molvis and bogus sheikhs who misuse the name of the Deen so brutally for haraam monetary gains are never Warathatul Ambiya. On the contrary, they are the heirs of Iblees. They are among the worst copro specimens who darken this earth with their brutal presence. We have explained and condemned this haraam, brutal Ibleesi system for decades. How can a human being sleep in peace when he is instrumental in the brutal torture of billions of the Makhlooq of Allah Ta'ala? They sleep in satanic 'peace' because they are devoid of hearts. They have absolutely not a vestige of Imaani conscience. In Tehran, the capital of Iran, there are approximately 500,000 Muslims, but they are not allowed to build Musjids. However, in Tehran there are 12 churches, 2 Hindu temples, 2 Jewish synagogues and 2 temples for fire-worshippers. But no Musjid for Muslims. Undoubtedly, this speaks volumes for the hatred Shiahs have for Muslims. Shiah hatred for Muslims is the effect of their hatred for the Sahaabah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Those who claim to be Muslims but harbour the worst kind of enmity for the Sahaabah are the worst kuffaar specimens on earth. Question Kindly advise on the article below. Is it Waajib to seek secular education as the article implies? The author of the article is Maulana Zulfiqaar Ahmed (Engineer) who is a Naqshabandi Shaikh. Article below. (The comments of Al-Haq are highlighted in brackets) IMPORTANCE OF BENEFICIAL SECULAR KNOWLEDGE Remember, gaining the material/secular knowledge, the knowledge of science and other useful knowledge is also mandatory on the Ummah as a whole, in terms of the Shariah. (This is baseless. The idea suggested by this averment is that like Janaazah Salaat is Fardh-e-Kifaayah, so too is secular education. There is no daleel for this monstrous and baseless claim. The community will not be sinful even if no one pursues secular knowledge. – Al-Haq) Imam Ghazali R.A. says that, gaining that knowledge that can help Muslims to overcome the plots, plans and ploys of the kufaar is mandatory (wajib). (Imaam Ghazaali's view does not support what Engineer Zulfiqaar propounds. Imaam Ghazaali in this statement confines his opinion to harmful schemes and conspiracies of the kuffaar – plots to harm and destroy Muslims and Islam. The reference is not to the acquisition of secular knowledge for becoming engineers and the like. – Al-Haq) Take careful note of this point. If, Muslims lose or for any other reason the Flag of Islam falls, it is strongly advised to achieve that knowledge (defense technology, becoming self-sustainable in terms of producing food and basic necessities, learning to go "off the grid" etc.), that will reverse the situation and help to overcome the difficulties. (Despite the engineer sahib being a so-called sheikh of the Naqshabandi silsilah, he is far off the mark. He has lost the pathway. He dwells in deception, and that is on account of the damage his kufr university education caused to his heart. No one emerges unscathed from the cauldrons of kufr such as kuffaar universities. His statement is garbled twaddle. He speaks about the Flag of Islam falling in the wake of Muslim defeat. With cognitive dissonance from the Islamic perspective, he fails to understand the actual cause of Muslim defeat and the fall of the Flag of Islam. Attributing the cause to mundane issues, he produced the baseless solution of technology for the production of food and the like. He believes that such knowledge of the dunya "will reverse" the defeat and raise the Flag of Islam. It is indeed scandalous for a 'maulana' who happens to be a 'shaikh' of the illustrious Silsilah of the Aakhirah such as the Naqshabandi Tareeqah to disgorge the tripe and trash which the aforementioned averment contains. His focus is totally diverted from the Qur'aan and Sunnah which clearly mention and explain the causes for Muslim defeat and the fall of the Flag of Islam. The decline and fall of Muslims were never the consequences of paucity or lack of worldly means and ways. The defeat and humiliation of Muslims were the direct consequences of total disobedience and treason against Allah Azza Wa Jal. And nothing else! If engineer Zulfiqaar is so stupid as to swallow the idea that Muslims are ignorant of the ways of going 'off the grid', then he clearly is trapped in deception. There is no dearth of secular institutions in the Lands of Islam and even in kuffaar lands where 90% of Muslim communities send their children for the pursuit of such education which secures for them abodes in Jahannam. Universities abound in all Muslim countries. The entire Ummah today concentrates on the acquisition of kufr style secular education. Knowledge of the Deen has become a hobby and pursued by generally those who have no bread to eat at home. That is why there is such a glut of ulama-e-soo'. Persons of the lowest moral character are generally sent to madrasahs in the poor countries. What type of Ulama can be expected from such a crop? There is no shortage of universities, colleges, centres of technology in Muslim counties. The vast majority acquires secular education at these institutions. In fact, advanced and progressive kuffaar countries such as U.S.A. and European countries employ Muslim scientists and technocrats in various fields of mundane life. There is no shortage of armies, navies and airforces in Muslim countries. There is no shortage of manpower to operate the armies, navies and airforces in Muslim countries. There is no shortage of finance. Allah Ta'ala has granted Muslims an excess of worldly means and ways. But, this Ummah remains humiliated and impotent. Why are we lying sprawled in humiliation and defeat like a drunk man in a gutter, despite the abundance of worldly means and ways? Zulfiqaar needs to engage in muraaqabah to understand the absolute RUBBISH he has disgorged in his attempt to sanctify such education which has been the primary cause for the destruction of Muslims. – Al-Haq) While inviting people to Islam, learn the knowledge that enemies can use to overpower the Muslims (how to use technology like the internet, how to protect against electronic warfare, cyber attacks, germ warfare etc.), seeking and learning this knowledge is wajib (mandatory in the Shariah). (Mr. Engineer! Why are you conducting yourself with such mind-boggling stupidity? Muslims have already, a long while ago, even before you were born, acquired the very expertise you are blabbering about. But, despite this acquisition they remain the disgraced slaves of the West. And the reason for this is that at university their minds are first fitted in straitjackets of kufr and atheism. Thus whatever secular expertise they gain from their atheist masters and tutors is utilized against Islam, not for Islam. They emerge from the portals of these educational brothels as Zanaadaqah whose mission it is to undermine Islam. Mr. Zulfiqaar, endeavour to set your thinking aright. Muslims are experts in whatever secular fields you have mentioned, but their expertise does not eliminate our humiliation and defeat. Their expertise in all the spheres of life advocated by you does not help one iota to lift the fallen Flag of Islam. – Al-Haq) Ilm which is the imperative requisite for Najaat in the Aakhirah.-Al-Haq) This means students in the universities/colleges etc. are learning the mandatory knowledge (wajib) while, students in the Madrassah are learning the higher priority, absolutely compulsory (FardhulAin) knowledge. (The engineer is grotesquely and egregiously wrong and far, very far off the Track which is Mandatory for Muslims to follow in order to reach Jannat. University education is NEVER Waajib. It is satanic to even suggest that the kufr style education imparted by the brothel universities is Waajib. Something is gravely amiss with the aql of the engineer sahib. Kiya! Aap ka dimaagh kharaab ho ghaya! The emphasis on the destructive education of the west has been given such immense importance and promoted by all the vile ulama-e-soo' in whose zumrah the engineer falls, that even the products of the Madaaris are hankering after this knowledge which only ruins their Akhlaaq and severely damages their Imaan. That is why there is such a demand and craving by students of the Madaaris for certificates, and that is why even the recognized Madaaris in India and Pakistan have stupidly and satanically laboured to get the Madrasah sanad to be equated to the M.A. donkey scrap university degree so that secular recognition be bestowed to it by secular entities. Indeed they have brought utter disgrace to the Ilm of Deen- the Ilm of the Qur'aan – the Ilm of Wahi – the Ilm of the Ambiya to be equated to a scrap, donkey degree.) (The ulama have brought disgrace upon themselves with their hubb-e-maal and hubb-e -jaah (love for money and love for stupid name and hallucinatory fame). They have made their Ilm subservient to the dunya and a tool for worldly objectives. People do not respect these ulama because of the gutter-type of attitude they display. Those Ulama who are true Representatives of the Ambiya do not crave for respect and honour, but Allah Ta'ala grants them honour from His Side. Hearts contaminated with worldly and nafsaani pollution cannever be filled with "the light of beneficial mubaarak knowledge". The imperative need is to first purify the hearts from the rijs of the dunya. Only then will the Noor of Ilm find an abode to settle in the heart. – Al-Haq) The government has issued the following crime report: Crime statistics record a spike in murder Friday, February 17, 2023 A total of 7555 people were killed in South Africa between October and December 2022, said Police Minister BhekiCele. The 10% increase was on Friday released by the Minister while publishing the 2022/23 third quarter crime statistics. The period is between October and December. (yet no state of emergency is deemed necessary. In just three months almost 8000 murders! The land is in a state of chaos and collapse. – Al-Haq) He said: "Out of the 7 555 people murdered in the three months of reporting, 3 144 people were killed with a firearm, 2 498 people were killed with other weapons such as knifes, sharp and blunt instruments, bricks and in many cases bare hands." (The barbarism negates every vestige of humanity with which these scoundrel murderers may have been born with. – Al-Haq) He said this was a clear indicator that "a broader conversation must be had about what is at the heart of violent crime in the country". (No 'conversation' will avail. Crime is simply an integral constituent of the godless civilization of the kuffaar. – Al-Haq) While gun violence is problematic and poses a serious threat to lives and livelihoods, an analysis of current and previous statistics, he said, illustrates that firearms were only part of a bigger problem. (Almost all the firearm murders must have been committed by illegal/stolen guns, yet the government's scheme is to disarm law-abiding people, hence it has become extremely difficult to obtain licenses. But illegal firearms are freely available. –Al-Haq) "At the core of the matter, is human behaviour. We have to be honest as South Africans about the causes of violence and address them." (Correct human behavior is the product of only the Divine Code of Life and that is restricted to Islam. All other codes are satanic. – Al-Haq) He attributed high unemployment rates and poverty levels, mushrooming informal settlements with little to no services and other socio economic ills breeding criminality as leading contributors. (These factors are the creation of governmental breakdown caused by massive corruption.–Al-Haq) Other attributors included the high number of undocumented foreign nationals that were hard to trace after the commission of a crime. (This too is the consequence of governmental corruption and incompetence to govern. – Al-Haq) "Malema (Economic Freedom Fighters): The murder rate in this country resembles that of nations which are at war, and Gender Based Violence has reached intolerable levels. We are no longer safe because police work with criminals at the highest level, and are unable to resolve crimes such as the rising trend of mass shootings and assassinations. Enough is enough." Everything and everyone change from one state to another condition whether it is a government, power, courage, wealth, honour, reputation, knowledge, deeds, excellence, perfection, etc., etc. A man begins to labour under the impression that a particular condition of excellence he has is due to his own ability. He forgets that it is a bestowal of Allah Ta'ala. Thinking that his prosperous state is due to his own ability (as Qaaroon had imagined), his focus is diverted from the huqooq (rights). In consequence, Allah Ta'ala snatches away the Amaanat (the Trust of the Bestowal). This is precisely the reason that while yesterday we (Muslims) had everything, today we have nothing. (Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Hadhrat Thanvi here refers to the power, honour and glory which the early Muslims were favoured with by Allah Ta'ala. With the passage of time, Muslims abused these Amaanaat, miserably failing to observe their huqooq, hence Allah Ta'ala snatched from the Ummah the Amaanat. Thus we find ourselves grovelling in humiliation, licking the boots of the kuffaar. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that: (1) When immorality (fisq and fujoor) are committed flagrantly in public (as do Muslims today), then Allah Ta'ala will afflict the people with unheard of plagues and diseases. (2) When the people cheat and fraud in weights, measures and the like, Allah Ta'ala will afflict them with famine and severe oppression of the rulers. (3) When Zakaat is not correctly paid, Allah Ta'ala will withhold rain and droughts will be the consequence. (4) When they violate their Pledge to Allah Ta'ala, He will overwhelm them with their enemies. (5) When the rulers do not govern according to the Shariah, Allah Ta'ala will punish them with internecine wars (fighting and killing one another). A Brother from U.K.writes: "It seems as if the Ulama themselves do not know what Hijab is. Hijab seems to be restricted to an abaya and at times to the Niqab according to these deviated Ulama. The real meaning of concealment they do not seem to understand at all. In the UK, there is a weird chap known as Yusuf Shabbir. He is amongst those who have high regard for Taha Karaan and his kufr contagion book. Recently, Yusuf Shabbir completed his PHD on the Ahaadeeth of Hidaayah. I have not yet seen this work of his being published. After this scrap 'achievement', he now calls himself 'Dr Yusuf Shabbir'! A group of Hindu goons are screaming like hooligans. She sees them. She walks pass them and screams out 'Allahu Akbar!'. Even her nose becomes exposed and even a little of her hair on her forehead is exposed.... On the same day, in another tweet, he mentions the following: " Jamiat Ulema Hind announces a 500,000 rupee (£5000) reward for sister Mandya" Kindly comment on this." COMMENT The girl is also like the Hindu goons. There is not much difference between her and the goons. The jaahil molvi-duktoor and the molvis of Jamiatul Ulema Hind are also goons. They dwell in jahl-e-murakkab (compound ignorance) of an exceptionally putrid kind. Only a girl who is absolutely behayaa (shameless) can have the shaitaani and immoral temerity of exhibiting herself to the Hindu goons and to kick up the haraam performance she had satanically displayed and which was stupidly and satanically applauded by the goon miscreant molvis. The fact that the girl attends a goon university/college speaks much for her goon-like behaviour. The molvis who commended her goon conduct come within the scope of the Hadith: "The worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From them will gush fitnah and the fitnah will rebound on them." A Sage (Buzrug) said that "under the canopy of the sky" are also the Yahood, Nasaara and khanaazeer (pigs). Thus, these molvis who constitute the fraternity known as ulama -e-soo' are worse than even the khanaazeer. Indeed they do not have the haziest understanding of the Qur'aanic concept of Hijaab. That is why they encourage Muslim females to emulate a goonlike girl who in terms of the Shariah is rijs and ghutha. Only immoral females will acquit themselves as did this lewd goon girl who is no better than the Hindu goons to whom she had so disgracefully and shamelessly exposed herself. She acted in gross violation of every precept in the Book of Hijaab. Describing the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala, a Bosnian Sister, says: "A few years ago, a sister made hijrah to Bosnia in a village where they try to live according to the Shariah. There was a man who had left his village and also moved into this same village where they were trying to implement the Shariah. When he was asked to explain why he had left his village, he said: 'Before, all the villagers used to perform Namaaz during the war and for some time thereafter. But now everyone had abandoned Namaaz and that he was certain that Allah Ta'ala would send His Athaab.' He did not want to be punished with them, hence he left the village. Then came a flood and in one sweep the entire village of 80 houses sunk into the earth. The entire village was swallowed by the earth. Someone who passes there will not think that there ever was a village on that spot." Q. What is the position of the Taliban nowadays? A. The Taliban are a write-off. Forget about them. They have sold out and betrayed Islam. They have become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. Q. In a message during 2020, the Taliban Amir, Hibatullah Akhunzada said: "The objectives of the Jihad are to gain the pleasure of Allah, freedom of our country and to establish an Islamic system." Time and again it was claimed that the Taliban would be establishing an Islamic government. Have they honoured their pledge? A. The Taliban have become like the Bani Israaeel of bygone times. They were notorious for violating their Pledges made with Allah Ta'ala. The Qur'aan repeatedly reminds them of their treason. Today the Taliban too are emulating the Bani Israaeel. Instead of honouring their Pledge, they have become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. They have shifted their reliance to the kuffaar powers for even some wheat. The issue of establishing an Islamic State was a dream and a hallucination. Q. The Taliban has formed an elite commando unit called Badri-313. What is the status of this commando group in the Shariah? Are they Mujaahideen? A. This is another bootlicking unit. The 'Badri-313' label is just like the 'halaal' labels with which the MJC, SANHA and the rest of the Carrion Cartel certify and halaalize their carrion. Even if pork is dubbed mutton, it remains pork. Even if liquor is given fancy names, it remains haraam wine. Similarly, this illegitimate so-called 'Badri- 313' commando unit is an American outfit which is bereft of Islamic bearings. They are the product of Taliban bootlicking. Never are they Mujaahideen. The Afghans did not fight and defeat the kuffaar superpowers of the world with stupid western-type commando units. They fought in their own unwestern style and gained considerable successes. Regarding the fighters who had sustained the war for more than 20 years against the kuffaar world, a reporter describing them said: "Taliban fighters are typically seen wearing turbans and vests over shalwar-kameez clothing while carrying old Soviet guns, many from the Soviet-Afghan War which happened from 1979-89." Muslim victory is not reliant on numbers and equipment. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) had made this fact abundantly clear. On the occasion of taking possession of Jerusalem, he stated: "We are a nation whom Allah elevated with Islam." Thus, this so-called Afghan "Badri Unit- 313" from the Islamic perspective is American flotsam. This U.S. commando unit is a stupid showcase portrayal of the Taliban, which is an acknowledgment of its bootlicking status. May Allah Ta'ala have mercy on Muslims. Q. The Israelis are colonizing 70% of the Musjidul Aqsa compound. The custodianship of Jordan is being cancelled. What is the Islamic response? A. Although there is an Islamic response, there is no power in Muslims of today to execute this Response. The Response is the Sword, and nothing else. But Muslims due to their fisq, fujoor and kufr have become the enemies of Allah Ta'ala, hence He is punishing the Ummah with kuffaar domination and oppression. It is by the design of Allah Ta'ala that kuffaar boots are crushing Muslims who have become the bootlickers of these very kuffaar. Since Muslims have abandoned the Shariah and the Sunnah, since they have become rebels against Allah Azza Wa Jal, He has imposed kuffaar oppression and domination on us. There is no surprise even if Israel takes over 100% of the sacred Compound and totally ban Muslims from entry. It will be the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Muslims themselves are not qualified to administrate Musjid Aqsa, hence Allah Ta'ala has handed it to the Yahood kuffaar as He had done several times in the history of this sacred Musjid as a punishment for Muslims. As for cancelling the custodianship of the non-Muslim regime of Jordan, there is no quandary in this development. Jordan never was the Custodian of Musjidul Aqsa. Musjidul Aqsa since 1967 was in the control of the Yahood. Jordan as the 'custodian' is a monstrous joke, the reality of which did not escape any person of intelligence whether the person is Muslim or kaafir. Commenting on the evil political participation of the ulama of his time, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Zamaanah of Fitan" This era is saturated with fitan, atheism, zandaqah and liberalism. Their poisonous effects have spread intensively and extensively. I lament the condition of the Ulama who have joined forces with such people (i.e. Hindus). By uniting with them, the Ulama themselves have slipped (and deviated from Siraatul Mustaqeem). It is because of these ulama that the masses too have joined with these people. If it were not for these (deviated) ulama, Muslims would not have become ensnared by only the howling and calling of the political leaders. Allah knows what has happened to the brains of these people (the deviated ulama). Neither will they gain the Deen nor the dunya in this manner (i.e. by joining the Hindus/Kuffaar and becoming subservient to their ideologies). Yes, one thing is as clear as daylight, undoubtedly, they are destroying their Imaan and Aakhirat. May Allah Ta'ala grant them hidaayat. (End of Hadhrat Thanvi's observation) Brains which failed to understand the villainy of joining hands with the worst specimens of humankind, namely mushrikeen who worship a million deities, were most certainly deranged by shaitaani influence. This satanic disease is termed by the Qur'aan 'Takhabbutush shaitaan'. It totally blinds the spiritual eyes and heart. The Qur'aan and Ahaadith are replete with warnings against joining forces with the enemies of Allah Azza Wa Jal, but the spiritual blindness of the deviated molvis precluded them from understanding this simple demand of Tauheed - the demand to stay far, very far from befriending the enemies of Allah Ta'ala and from joining in their methodologies and ideologies. When this was the understanding of Hadhrat Thanvi regarding even the senior Ulama of his time, what conclusion should we draw regarding the absolute RUBBISH masquerading as 'ulama' in our current era? Most certainly, these juhala rubbish molvis, sheikhs and so-called bid'ati buzrugs, are not Muslims in terms of the Shariah. And, by 'bid'ati' in this context, the reference is not to the Barelwi grave-worshippers. We are referring to such fraudster molvis and khaanqah deviates who proclaim allegiance to Deoband when in reality they are massively and scandalously ignorant of the meaning of Deoband. They are lost, misguided and drowning in the cesspool of fisq, fujoor and kufr they have excreted for themselves. Nothing but hidaayat from Allah Ta'ala can save them from everlasting damnation and perdition. May Allah Ta'ala save our Imaan from the ravages of the kufr which these Satanist molvis and sheikhs are propagating from a variety of satanic platforms. Commenting on the lamentable and hopeless condition of the Ummah, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi said: "Only the Sword There is no way of stemming the tide of these fitan other than wielding the sword and head-on collision with the forces of baatil. There is no other way. However, since currently there is apparently no hope for this method (of Jihad), Dua is the only option. The avenue of deviation has been opened wide. The Muslim governments themselves are the victims of deviation." (Our Comment: That was about 80 years ago. Today all regimes in Muslim countries are confirmed kuffaar – murtaddeen of the worse kind.) "The world is clogged with the enemies of Allah's Deen. There are no helpers and sympathizers in sight (for the Deen of Allah)." (Our Comment: In this regard, our Nabi – Sallallahu alayhi wasallam – said: 'Islam began ghareeb – forlorn and friendless. Soon shall it return to its original state (of ghurbat) as it was in the beginning. Therefore, blessed are the Ghurabaa'. The worst enemies of Islam are the shaitaani molvis and sheikhs whose methodology is boot and hind licking the kuffaar whom they have appointed as their leaders and guides.) "Muslims themselves are crushing the Deen. How can we complain about others! A sudden mighty satanic revolution has taken place. May Allah have mercy on us." (End of Hadhrat Thanvi's lament) Undoubtedly, today the worst enemies of Islam are not the Qur'aan-burning kuffaar, not the producers of blasphemous caricatures of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), not the global Satanists such as the U.S.A. and U.K., nor any other kuffaar or satanic force. The worst enemies of Islam are the evil, rubbish, trash molvis and sheikhs who, while masquerading as Muslims, dig up the foundations of Islam with their blatant kufr interpretations and boot and hind licking of the kuffaar who utilize these most miserable molvi/ sheikh miscreants to cunningly, under Deeni guise, propagate atheism, kufr and satanism. For this goal have the Satanists set up the interfaith platform of kufr and satanism. These vile molvis and sheikhs of deception such as the MJC, NNB Clique molvis, Menk, Moolla, Solomon and other mobs of deviates of similar ilk are indeed worse than khanaazeer. They constitute the greatest dangers for the Muslim Ummah. Nevertheless, they will not succeed in the attainment of their pernicious shaitaani goals because Allah Ta'ala Himself has given the guarantee of safeguarding His Deen. And this defence of the Deen is divinely executed via the agency of the Ulama-e-Haqq who are the Waaritheen (Heirs) of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Even the damage and destruction they cause to the Deen are decreed by Allah Azza Wa Jal whose Wisdom and Taqdeer are unfathomable to our created minds with their extremely finite ability of comprehension. Allah Ta'ala says in His glorious Qur'aan: "Not an atom nor anything smaller or bigger, remains hidden from your Rabb, but it is recorded in a Clear Book." "Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. He is aware of whatever is in the land and ocean. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book." Therefore, the Ulama-e-Haqq are never in a state of stress and distress. Their focus is on the Taqdeer of Allah Azza Wa Jal. They are tiny, but powerful cogs in the Divine Machinery devised by Allah Ta'ala for the protection of His Deen about which He says: "Verily, We have revealed the Thikr (the Qur'aan, the Deen, the Divine Shariah), and verily, We are its Protectors." Today the myriad of Shaitaan's agents comprising of the murtad 'muslim' masses, especially the products of university brothels, the murtad regimes in sway in the lands of Islam, the liberals, the modernists and deviates of a variety of hues are all united in the satanic mission to crush Islam. But, they fail and will never succeed, for there will for all times until the end of earthly time, be that Taaifah-e-Haqq who will proclaim the Haqq of this Deen from the hilltops of the dunya. About this Taaifah-e-Haqq, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "There will ever remain a Taaifah (small group) of my Ummah on the Haqq until the arrival of the Hour (of Qiyaamah). Those who oppose them or do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." Among the signs of Qiyaamah is that the dunya (worldly and nafsaani objectives) will be pursued with the a'maal (deeds) of the Aakhirah. While ostensibly a project will be demonstrated as a Deeni service it will in reality be motivated by material, worldly and mercenary motives. Today, the madaaris, musaajid, relief projects, qiraa't concerts, 'deeni' jalsahs, mass merrymaking I'tikaafs, salaatul istisqaa', formation of so-called deeni organizations, publishing Islamic literature, etc., etc., all come within the purview of pursuing the dunya with the a'maal of the Aakhirat. Narrating a Hadith to this effect, Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas'ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: "How will you be when you will be engulfed by a fitnah which will make the elders senile and the young ones old and the people will regard this fitnah to be sunnah? If anything is omitted of this fitnah, they will say: 'The Sunnah has been abandoned.' The people asked: 'When will such an event be?' He said: 'When your Ulama (of the Haqq) have disappeared, when your qaaris become abundant, when your Fuqaha are a few, when your umaraa (rulers and wealthy) are abundant, when your trustworthy are few, when the dunya will be searched for with the amal of the Aakhirah and when knowledge (of the Deen) will be acquired for purposes other than the Deen.' " Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "The Madrasah made a circus If a certain Madrasah (which was wracked by student and teacher fitnah – strife and mischief) had implemented my advice, all the fitnah would have been effectively eliminated. However, for implementing that advice the need was for strength of heart and determination. A system cannot be implemented with weakness and laxity. To implement a system, severity and fortitude are requisites. My advice was that the Madrasah should expel all the students and dismiss the staff, and the Madrasah should be closed. Then a public announcement should be made explaining the factors which led to the closing of the Madrasah, and that the Madrasah will re-open when the atmosphere becomes conducive. Thereafter, on re-opening the Madrasah, a written pledge should be taken from the students and also from the Ustaadhs to the effect that if they violate the terms of the pledge, they will be expelled/ dismissed. Since the Madrasah did not implement this advice, it has become a circus. The Muhtamim came to me. I explained to him that now the Madrasah has become like a lifeless body. Now, even if the Madrasah progresses (by way of the admission of numerous students and construction of buildings), the progress will be like the bloating of a carcass. But when the bloated carcass ultimately bursts, the entire town will be revolted by the terrible stench. The attitude and demeanour of the Talaba of that Madrasah have now undergone a drastic metamorphosis. It is difficult to distinguish now between that Madrasah and Aligarh University. Is it Aligarh college or a Deeni institution? How can there be Noor when the methodology of our Akaabir has been abandoned? How can there be barkat? All of this fitnah is the consequence of the evil and misfortune of modernism. Modernism has affected the dress, appearance and attitude of the Talaba. The staff of the Madrasah (Muhtamim and Asaatizah) are subservient to the Talaba. The only reason for this subservience is the fear of being deprived of teaching (due to them having become mercenaries teaching the Deen for the gain of the dunya). In the understanding of these Asaatizah, the Madrasah itself is Maqsood bith-Thaat – (the Objective per se). Hadhrat Maulana Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh) had stated unequivocally that the Madrasah is not Maqsood. The actual Maqsood is Ridha-e-Ilaahi (the Pleasure of Allah) whether the Madrasah remains or disappears. The people have abandoned the correct Usool (Principles), hence the entire world is trapped in distress. The government is distressed by its populace, father by the son, Ustaadh by the Talaba, Shaikh by the mureed, husband by the wife, employer by the employee. If the correct principles are instituted and the limits observed, there will be no worry and distress." "Anarchy has appeared in the land and the ocean because of the perpetration of the hands of men, so that He (Allah) gives them a taste of some of their (evil) deeds." (Qur'aan) University of Sydney Professor in Public Health Simon Chapman points to recent Dutch research which identified 185 different industrial uses of a pig – including the use of its haemoglobin in cigarette filters. Prof Chapman said the research offered an insight into the otherwise secretive world of cigarette manufacture, and it was likely to raise concerns for devout Muslims and Jews. The Dutch research found pig haemoglobin – a blood protein – was being used to make cigarette filters more effective at trapping harmful chemicals before they could enter a smoker's lungs. Religious texts at the core of both of these faiths specifically ban the consumption of pork. "I think that there would be some particularly devout groups who would find the idea that there were pig products in cigarettes to be very offensive," Prof Chapman said today. "The Jewish community certainly takes these matters extremely seriously and the Islamic community certainly do as well, as would many vegetarians." (End of report) Q. Is it permissible to smoke cigarettes? A. Smoking, buying and selling cigarettes are haraam even if pig's blood is not used in its manufacture. The destruction to health is a 100% confirmation. Question The government of Pakistan force the Ulama of the Darul Ulooms to toe the line by promoting its policies. They are required to attend conferences that suit its Baatil agendas, to show the public that Ulama are in agreement with Baatil. They feel that if the Deobandi Ulama speak out against the Baatil Shia, Barelwi etc., this will cause civil unrest within Pakistan. So they are pushing these unity conferences. Barelwis have a rapidly growing following. Karachi lights up like Christmas in Rabiul Awwal. People like Tariq Jameel and Tariq Masood seem to be working directly for them in the push for 'Unity'. The Wifaaq in Pakistan has split. Jamiatur Rasheed and Binnori Site Area have formed their own Board. They have become supporters of the government. What are the Ulama-e-Haqq who have Madaaris supposed to do in this scenario? If they refuse to toe the line, the government officials create many problems which could lead to even imprisonment. Government pressure indirectly applied is causing a strain on the Ulama who have to operate Madaaris. Answer The strain and worry of the evil government of Napakistan can be easily resolved by the Ulama, if they are truly Ulama -e-Haqq. For Ulama whose focus is on Allah Ta'ala and the Aakhirah and whose objective in operating the Madaaris is the Pleasure of Allah Ta'ala, the government's haraam pressurizing should not be of much concern. However, when the focus is diverted from the Maqsood (Objective) of operating Darul Ulooms, then Ulama of weak Imaan will throw in the towel, submit and bootlick the fussaaq, fujjaar, kuffaar government. Then they will compromise, dilute and mangle the Shariah. This is what even Mufti Taqi is guilty of. Worldly and nafsaani objectives constrain them to resort to haraam compromising. Then they find satanic interpretations to uphold the evil policies of the vile government. Once the wealthy fussaaq in Deoband had created a huge fitnah. They wanted a prominent wealthy faasiq to be instated as a member of Darul Uloom's Shura. Hadhrat Maulana Rashid Ahmed Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh) resolutely rejected this haraam demand of the community. The amount and degree of fitnah created by the supporters of the wealthy faasiq threatened to close down the Darul Uloom if the faasiq's appointment was not accepted. The fitnah was so intense and threatening that even Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) somewhat relented and advised Hadhrat Gangohi to accept the demand of the fussaaq. In Hadhrat Thanvi's view, acceptance was the lesser evil. The greater evil was the closing down of the great and noble Institution of Darul Uloom. But, Hadhrat Maulana Gangohi (Rahmatullah alayh), adopting the stance of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu), and rejecting Hadhrat Thanvi's proposal, said: "Madrasah Maqsood nahi. Ridha-e-Ilaahi Maqsood he." (The objective is not the Madrasah. The Objective is the Pleasure of Allah Ta'ala). He stated with great clarity and emphasis that if the Madrasah must close in consequence of the fitnah, "LET IT CLOSE". But, never shall he transgress the Shariah by accepting the appointment of a faasiq to a position of Trust. The firmness of Hadhrat Gangohi completely eliminated the doubt of Hadhrat Thanvi who acknowledged the correctness of the stance of Hadhrat Gangohi. Thus, the faasiq was not accepted and the Darul Uloom did not close down. The Nusrat of Allah Ta'ala was at hand. This should be the stance of the Ulama-e-Haqq. When the vile, fussaaq, fujjaar, kuffaar government officials arrive to pressurize them (the Ulama of the Madaaris), the latter should tell them: "Go to Jahannam!". If the Madaaris have to close down as a result of the firm stance of the Haqq, let them close. The Ulama will lose nothing. On the contrary, they will gain the Ridha of Allah Ta'ala for their firm stance of the Haqq crafted for His Ridha. They can close the Madaaris only if Allah Ta'ala so decrees. When a Madrasah no longer serves the real and true Objective of the Deen, then Allah Ta'ala will allow its closure. Nowadays most Darul Ulooms produce mercenaries and treacherous molvis who barter away the Deen and their Imaan for the miserable jeefah of the dunya. The Ulama should remain firm on the Haqq. If the government closes the Madaaris, let them do so. Then the Ulama can teach a handful of sincere Talaba in their homes. For molvis, sheikhs and so-called buzrugs who crawl into the company of rulers and government officials, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Verily, the worst of the qurraa are those who visit the rulers." Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) also said for such 'scholars for dollars' there is a Valley in Jahannam called Jubbul Huzn (The Pit of Grief). The intensity of heat of this Pit of Grief constrains Jahannam "to seek refuge 400 times daily." It was always the practice of all true Ulama to shun the company of rulers, sultans, kings and government officials. There are numerous episodes of such noble shunning. Once the Ameer (Ruler) of Egypt, Abu Mansoor visited Imaam Tahaawi (Rahmatullah alayh). On seeing the Noor glittering from the noble countenance of Imaam Tahaawi, the Ameer was overwhelmed by awe and reverence. He then said to Imaam Tahaawi: "I wish to marry my daughter to you." Imaam Tahaawi: "I do not accept it". Ameer: "Do you need any wealth?" Imaam Tahaawi: "I have no need of it." Ameer: "Should I allocate for you land?" Imaam Tahaawi: "No!" Ameer: "Ask me for whatever you desire." Imaam Tahaawi: "Guard your Deen. Practise (righteousness) before your Maut. Beware of oppressing the people." This was the attitude and practice of all our Akaabir Ulama of bygone times. ABOUT THE MUSAAJID OF ALLAH AZZA WA JAL It is necessary to remind the Ummah of the Munaafiqeen masquerading as Muslims in our midst. During the recent covid satanism, this vile Menk murtad, Ibnus Shaitaan, maligning Allah Ta'ala and the Houses of Allah Azza Wa Jal, said: "...telling you guys wait for 2 weeks, 3 weeks and then talk again. Let's see how you change your tune. We are telling you from now, you know the masjid is one of the super spreaders simply because we go down in sujood. When you down in sujood, you breathe the carpet, that carpet for the next nine to fourteen days anyone who comes down there you are gone, in the sense that the chances of you catching it up are almost 80 percent. Look at that. So I'm trying to tell you guys this is something serious, take it seriously. If your old folks want to go visiting, no one must visit you, and you don't..." (End of the slanderous kufr of Menk the Munaafiq) This vile idea urinated into his putrified brains by Iblees adequately and conspicuously portrays the nifaaq and kufr of this Agent of Iblees. Is it ever possible for even a faasiq and faajir to slander and revile Allah Ta'ala so despicably as this Munaafiq enemy of Islam? Q. Not so long ago, Mufti Taqi was granted the high honour of 'Sitara-e-Imtiaz' (The Star of Distinction). In the photo it appears that he is wearing a cross like Christians. Is such an award valid and permissible according to the Shariah? A. Such shaitaani awards of 'distinction' are doled out by morons to morons. The government of Pakistan is kuffaar and Mr.Taqi who wears the stupid emblem of the kuffaar is a moron. When brains are corrupted by the nafs and worldly objectives, then the ability of distinguishing between right and wrong is effaced. Mr.Taqi is supposed to be a senior mufti, but in accepting the stupid award and parading himself like a kaafir clown with a cross dangling around his neck, he has only exhibited his craving for worldly glory, and this is called hubb-e-jah (love for name and fame). Did he acquire such satanism from the Akaabir whom he claims to be following? But in the process of pursuing such despicable nafsaani objectives, a man makes a clown and a fool of himself. Regarding such molvis who seek name and fame under guise of the Deen, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that on the Day of Qiyaamah, a molvi/aalim will be ushered into the Divine Presence. He will be interrogated and asked about his pursuits in the world. He will say that he had rendered service to the Deen with his knowledge. Most certainly this picture is not a digital picture, hence even in terms of his own understanding it is a confirmed confounded Tasweer for which Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has sounded the "Worst Punishment" on the Day of Qiyaamah. "O our Rabb! Do not make our hearts crooked (to stray), after You have guided us. Bestow on us your Mercy. Verily, You are the Great Bestower (of Rahmat)." (Qur'aan) The worst misguidance is the misguidance after Allah Ta'ala has guided. While the kufr government of Pakistan has doled out a stupid award to Taqi Sahib, this same government had awarded the Kaafir Vaccine Devil, Bill Gates with another silly award dubbed Hilal-e-Pakistan (The Crescent of Pakistan). Indeed that country is truly NAPAKISTAN (IMPURE LAND) The tide of kufr, fisq and fujoor which has drowned Saudi Arabia cannot be attributed to only Mr. Murtad Bin Shaitaan. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Your deeds are your rulers." Allah Ta'ala imposes on people rulers in consonance with the deeds of the population. Thus, Mr.MBS is merely the mirror reflecting the villainy, evil, fisq, fujoor and kufr of the vast majority of Saudi citizens. If the general populace was pious, never would the shaitaan have been able to succeed with the deluge of kufr, fisq and fujoor which has in entirety eliminated the semblance of Shariah which had existed in Saudi Arabia once upon a time. The following press report confirms that the majority of the Saudi are in fact munaafiqeen and kaafireen: Saudi Gazette report RIYADH – The opening ceremony of Riyadh Season 2021 witnessed a global presence through the opening parade, which was accompanied by a concert by the international rapper Pitbull, amid a vast audience that exceeded 250,000 people. The world-famous wrestler 'The Undertaker' introduced Pitbull at the ceremony that was held as part of the opening parade of Riyadh Season 2021. After his concert, Pitbull expressed his great pleasure at having the opportunity to be part of the opening of Riyadh Season and perform in front of the vast audience that filled the venue throughout the party. The concert by the American rapper bears a special significance for the global entertainment industry that characterizes the events and programs of Riyadh Season 2021 that started on Wednesday, and which contain many international entertainment concepts. The events of Riyadh Season 2021 began on Wednesday, and their activities are distributed in 14 entertainment zones throughout Riyadh. They include entertainment activities, electronic challenges, cafes, restaurants and stores that reflect the diversity represented by Riyadh Season in local, regional and international customs and traditions. The following is a statement of a leader of the Chinese Muslims (the Uyghurs, Kazakhs, etc.): FRANCES MARTEL The leader of the exiled government of East Turkistan – the western, largely Uyghurpopulated region China refers to as Xinjiang – told Breitbart News this weekend that China takes its friendship with the Taliban "very seriously," as it could soon help lead to Beijing establishing a "strong foothold" in the Persian Gulf. Prime Minister Salih Hudayar of the East Turkistan Government in Exile, a democratically elected body representing the people of the region, expressed little hope that the Taliban, a radical Islamist organization, would object in any way to China's ongoing genocide of Muslim people in East Turkistan. Since at least 2017, the Chinese Communist Party has established an estimated 1,200 concentration camps in the region to imprison ethnic Uyghurs, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, and other Muslim ethnic minorities. Survivors of the camps accuse Communist Party agents of mass murder, extreme torture, gang rape, slavery, and live organ harvesting. Outside of the camps, China has implemented a mass sterilization campaign to eliminate the native populations of Xinjiang and replace them with imported Han people from eastern China. Salih Hudayar, founder of the East Turkistan National Awakening Movement, leads a rally outside the White House to urge the United States to end trade deals with China and take action to stop the oppression of the Uyghur and other Turkic peoples August 14, 2020 in Washington, DC. The ETNAM and East Turkistan Government in Exile (ETGE) groups submitted evidence to the international criminal court, calling for an investigation into senior Chinese officials, including Xi Jinping, for genocide and crimes against humanity. (Photo by Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images) Both the administrations of President Donald Trump and Joe Biden have formally decreed China's actions in East Turkistan to constitute genocide. The Taliban, however – which claims to adhere to strict sharia, or Islamic law, and represent the will of Muslim people – have openly refused to acknowledge the genocide, instead urging China to invest in Afghanistan and vowing to persecute Uyghurs under the guise of fighting terrorism. The Taliban is now functioning as the government of Afghanistan after ousting the former regime on August 15. That day, Taliban jihadists surrounded Kabul, prompting then-President Ashraf Ghani to flee the country. China has not formally recognized the Taliban as the legitimate government of Afghanistan, but has falsely referred to the terrorist organization's conquest as a manifestation of the "will and choice of the Afghan people," an indication it will soon do so. China's warmth towards the Taliban, Hudayar told Breitbart News, was a product of the geopolitical significance of Afghanistan to the Communist Party's greater plans for global influence. "The role of Afghanistan cannot be underestimated concerning China's strategy," Hudayar said. "I think the Chinese take cooperation with the Taliban very seriously as this relationship is crucial for the safety and continuation of China's Belt and Road Initiative." The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a Chinese global infrastructure plan in which Beijing offers developing countries predatory loans to be used on lavish infrastructure projects, such as ports and railways. When the countries can no longer pay them, China seizes the properties. China is actively using the BRI to colonize parts of Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Afghanistan is particularly significant to the plan, however, as it is located directly between China and the Middle East and Europe. "The Chinese are building a naval base in the Pakistani port of Gwadar in Baluchistan, intending to own a stake in the Persian Gulf. China is also building a modern airport in Tashkurgan (inside East Turkistan)," Hudayar noted. "This airport is being made to help ensure a Chinese stake in the Persian Gulf. In addition, when we look at the radar stations in the Maldives and other places, it's clear that China is spreading its net." Conversely, Hudayar told Breitbart News, a stable Taliban regime will require prodigious funding to keep Afghans from returning to a state of civil war, and "the only country that can provide this to the Taliban is China." "To remain in power, the Taliban needs to please the Afghan people and develop the county to a certain extent. It takes a lot of money, expertise, and strategy to achieve this goal," he noted. Taliban spokesmen have repeatedly made public statements to this effect since the August 15 takeover, urging global investment in its jihadist regime. "We need the reconstruction of Afghanistan, the people of Afghanistan need the budget. The [central bank] shall need the budget," a desperate Suhail Shaheen, a Taliban spokesman, told the Chinese government network CGTN last week. China, in turn, has pressured American officials not to economically sanction Taliban jihadists in response to their widespread human rights abuses. The fact that China is currently engaging in a genocide against Muslim peoples will not result in any tension between Beijing and the Taliban, Hudayar predicted. "The Taliban will never sever ties with the Chinese due to China's ongoing genocide of Uyghurs, but in fact, they will act on the Chinese demands as they have done so numerous times," Hudayar told Breitbart News in remarks this weekend. "The Taliban have already clearly stated that they won't be interfering in China's so-called 'internal affairs' regarding the Uyghur genocide." The East Turkistan government holds that the genocide of the Muslim peoples of the region is not an "internal" issue because East Turkistan is not a legitimate province of China, but an occupied territory worthy of sovereignty. Hudayar noted the Taliban has a long history of cooperation with China that precedes its takeover of Kabul, stemming back to the Taliban harboring Uyghur jihadists under the guise of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM). China claims ETIM is a radical Islamist terrorist group that poses a concrete danger to the Chinese heartland. The U.S. government removed ETIM from its list of designated terrorist organizations last year on the grounds that no evidence suggests that it exists. The former Afghan government arrested ten Chinese nationals last year on the grounds, initially, of being ETIM members. The investigation subsequently revealed at least one was a Chinese intelligence agent with ties to the Haqqani Network, a jihadist group with close ties to the Taliban, and the group appeared to be in Kabul to fabricate the existence of a terror cell. "The Taliban will not use their Islamic identity to pressure China as they have already sold the Uyghurs to China and acted upon Chinese demands numerous times in the past," Hudayar argued, citing the creation of "ETIM" under the Taliban's nose and the proximity between the Taliban and the Haqqani network terrorists allegedly meeting with the Chinese intelligence agents last year. "The existence of Uyghur jihadists in Afghanistan under the Taliban was because of the behest of China. Because China needed Uyghur jihadists to portray Uyghurs as 'terrorists,' and China still needs them to help justify its ongoing genocide in East Turkistan," Hudayar continued. " These jihadists will exist as long as China needs them and they will be disarmed overnight if China wishes. Its important to note that these jihadists have long pledged allegiance to the Taliban and they have designated the Taliban as the 'Emir (Commander) of Muslims,' so they must obey the Taliban." Hudayar warned the rise of the Taliban was a boon for the Chinese government and thus not just a threat to the people of East Turkistan, but to the world. "My concern in this respect is not solely about East Turkistan but the international community as a whole. Fate again has benefited Chinese expansionism, and that is a catastrophe unfolding for the entire world," Hudayar said. "At this rate, China will have a strong foothold in the Persian Gulf very soon. The calamity of the Belt and Road Initiative, China's desire to have ports in the Mediterranean, its aggressive push in the Indo-Pacific, and its Neo-colonialism in Africa are vital issues escaping the international community's attention." Kgaugelo Masweneng Urgent steps must be taken to reduce high levels of medically unnecessary caesarean births in the medical schemes population, the Council for Medical Schemes has said. A newly released report by the council claims the overall caesarean section (CS) rate for the medical schemes industry was 77.4%, which is among the highest in the world. According to the report the rate of caesarean births, most of which are likely to be elective, has remained high in the population covered by medical schemes. "It is estimated nearly 15% of pregnant women will experience obstetric complications during their pregnancy, and CS delivery will be a life-saving intervention for between 3.6% and 6.5% of cases. "C-section births continue to increase despite the known associated adverse health outcomes. "These include increased risk of infection, surgical and anaesthetic complications, reduced likelihood of breastfeeding, and risks for the baby," report said. The epidemiology and trends of CS births in the medical schemes population was done between 2015 and 2018. … "A high reimbursement rate for CS deliveries is a likely driver for the very high prevalence of CS in the medical schemes populations." — TimesLIVE (The Herald) On the occasion of a memorable victory against the Romans, Hadhrat Umar, the Khalifah (Radhiyallahu anhu), wrote to Hadhrat Abu Ubaidah Bin Al-Jarraah (Radhiyallahu anhu), the supreme Commander of the Muslim army: "O People of Imaan! Know that verily, you did not gain victory over your enemy by means of numerical superiority nor by means of military hardware. There is no power and no strength but with Allah. You gained victory with His Aid, grace and kindness." In this regard the Qur'aan Majeed states: "There is no Nusrat (Aid) except from Allah, The Mighty, The Glorious." Once upon a time the Taliban were breakers of idols. Today, Alas! They have become preservers and protectors of idols. With eye on China investment Taliban now preserve Buddhas News Report March 28, 2022 Thenews.com MES AYNAK, Afghanistan: The ancient Buddha statues sit in serene meditation in the caves carved into the russet cliffs of rural Afghanistan. Hundreds of meters below lies what is believed to be the world's largest deposit of copper. Afghanistan's Taliban rulers are pinning their hopes on Beijing to turn that rich vein into revenue to salvage the cash-starved country amid crippling international sanctions. The fighters standing guard by the rocky hillside may once have considered destroying the terracotta Buddhas. Two decades ago when the Taliban were first in power, they sparked world outrage by blowing up gigantic Buddha statues in another part of the country, calling them pagan symbols that must be purged, reported American news agency. But now they are intent on preserving the relics of the Mes Aynak copper mine. Doing so is key to unlocking billions in Chinese investment, said Hakumullah Mubariz, the Taliban head of security at the site, peering into the remnants of a monastery built by first-century Buddhist monks. "Protecting them is very important to us and the Chinese," he said. Previously, Mubariz commanded a Taliban combat unit in the surrounding mountains battling with US—backed Afghan forces. When those troops capitulated last year, his men rushed to secure the site. "We knew it would be important for the country," he said. The Taliban's spectacular reversal illustrates the powerful allure of Afghanistan's untapped mining sector. Successive authorities have seen the country's mineral riches, estimated to be worth $1 trillion, as the key to a prosperous future, but none have been able to develop them amid the continual war and violence. Now, multiple countries, including Iran, Russia and Turkey are looking to invest, filling the vacuum left in the wake of the chaotic US withdrawal. But Beijing is the most assertive. At Mes Aynak, it could become the first major power to take on a large-scale project in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, potentially redrawing Asia's geopolitical map. In 2008, the administration of Hamid Karzai signed a 30-year contract with a Chinese joint venture called MCC to extract high-grade copper from Mes Aynak. Studies show the site holds up to 12 million tons of the mineral. But the project got tied up in logistical and contract problems, and it never got past some initial test shafts before it ground to a halt when Chinese staff left in 2014 because of continued violence. Mere months after the Taliban seized Kabul in August, consolidating power over the country, the group's newly installed acting Minister for Mining and Petroleum Shahbuddin Dilawar urged his staff to re-engage Chinese state—run companies. Ziad Rasheedi, the ministry's director of foreign relations, approached the consortium made up by MCC, China Metallurgical Group Corporation and Jiangxi Copper Ltd. Dilawar has had two virtual meetings with MCC in the last six months, according to company and ministry officials. He urged them to return to the mine, terms unchanged from the 2008 contract. (End of news report) After coming to power, the Taliban have changed course. From Siraatul Mustaqeem they have drifted and are now in stark collision with the Shariah. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "(The Muttaqeen are) those, when We grant them power (to rule) on earth, they establish Salaat, pay Zakaat and command virtue and prohibit vice." They have lost their Imaani bearings and are now victims of the cult of bootlicking the kuffaar. The Deen has been relegated into the realm of oblivion. About such unfortunate people, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Those who search for the pleasure of the people and in this process court the displeasure of Allah, He will cast them to the people. (That is, they will be deprived of His Pleasure and Aid)." The kuffaar whom these unfortunate ignoramuses are bootlicking will yet kick them (the Taliban) with the very boots they are licking today. They do not believe what is mentioned in the Qur'aan Majeed: "There is no friend and no helper for you besides Allah." The world's 26 richest people own the same wealth as the poorest half of humanity, Oxfam said on Monday, urging governments to hike taxes on the wealthy to fight soaring inequality. A new report from the charity, published ahead of the World Economic Forum in Davos, also found that billionaires around the world saw their combined fortunes grow by $2.5bn (R34.6bn) each day in 2018. The world's richest man, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, saw his fortune increase to $112bn (R1.5-trillion) in 2018, Oxfam said, pointing out that just 1 % of his wealth was equivalent to the entire health budget of Ethiopia, a country of 105- million people. The 3.8-billion people at the bottom of the scale, meanwhile, saw their wealth decline by 11% in 2018, Oxfam said, stressing that the growing gap between rich and poor was undermining the fight against poverty, damaging economies and fuelling public anger. "People across the globe are angry and frustrated," Oxfam executive director Winnie Byanyima warned. The numbers are stark Between 1980 and 2016, the poorest half of humanity pocketed just 12 US cents (R1.66) on each dollar of global income growth, compared with the 27 cents (R3.74) captured by the top 1%, the report found. Oxfam warned that governments were exacerbating inequality by increasingly under-funding public services such as healthcare and education at the same time as they consistently under-taxed the wealthy. Calls for hiking rates on the wealthy have multiplied amid growing popular outrage in a number of countries over swelling inequality. In the US, new congress woman Alexandria OcasioCortez made headlines earlier this month by proposing to tax the ultra-rich up to 70%. The self-described Democratic Socialists proposal came after President Donald Trump's tax reforms cut the top rate in 2018 from 39.6% to 37%. And in Europe, the "yellow vest" movement that has been rocking France with anti-government protests since November is demanding that President Emmanuel Macron repeal controversial cuts to wealth taxes on high earners. "The super-rich and corporations are paying lower rates of tax than they have in decades," the Oxfam report said, pointing out that "the human costs — children without teachers, clinics without medicines — are huge". "Piecemeal private services punish poor people and privilege elites," it said, stressing that every day, about 10,000 people die due to lacking access to affordable healthcare. The report, released as the world's rich, famous and influential began arriving for the plush annual gathering at the luxury Swiss ski resort town, urged governments to "stop the race to the bottom" in taxing rich individuals and huge corporations. Oxfam found that asking the richest to pay just 0.5% extra tax on their wealth "could raise more money than it would cost to educate all 262 -million children out of school and provide healthcare that would save the lives of 3.3- million people." AFP (The Herald) "Soon shall We cast terror in the hearts of the kuffaar because they associated partners with Allah – (shirk) for which no proof was revealed. Their abode is the Fire." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 151) "Terror in the hearts of the kuffaar" – that was in the inceptional stage of Islam during the era known as Khairul Quroon (The Noblest Ages) when the people were Muslims in the true meaning of the term as expounded in the Qur'aan and Sunnah. Regarding the later nations, specifically the Ummah of current times, there is another divine Dispensation. In this regard, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "The time will dawn when the (kuffaar) nations (with their coalitions) will devour you." Someone asked: 'Will it be because of our minority (few in number) that day?' Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: 'On the contrary, you will be numerous (billions), but you will be ghutha (rubbish) such as the flotsam of floodwaters. Allah will take out the fear for you from the hearts of your enemies and He will cast wahan in your hearts.' Someone asked: 'O Rasulullah! What is wahan?' He said: 'Love of the dunya and detestation for Maut.' It is this wahan coupled with fear for shadows which has made Muslims the bootlickers of the kuffaar. Just ponder on the Taliban! After fearlessly fighting for more than 20 years and defeating the world's kuffaar superpowers, they became afflicted with the disease of WAHAN which debased them so terribly that they crawled to the cow-worshipping and idol-worshipping Hindus of India for wheat, vaccines, etc. It is this disease of WAHAN which has effaced from their brains and hearts the objective of their Jihad. Now it is only the love of the dunya which is the determining factor of their new bootlicking ideology. Qur'aan's Message for the NNB Clique & MJC cartel "They (the deviates) take the shayaateen as friends besides Allah, and they hallucinate that they are guided." (Al-A'raaf, Aayat 30) Q. One molvi said that it was on the basis of maslahah (expediency) that Mufti Taqi had interviewed the female reporter. Was the maslahah valid? Was it permissible for him to engage with the faasiqah kaafirah without observing purdah? A. A maslahah which is in flagrant conflict with the Shariah and which leads to zina of the eyes and mind is mal-oon and mardood. Mufti Taqi is a liberal and a lost soul, hence he fabricates such haraam, stupid 'maslahah' justifications. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "In fact, man has baseerat over his nafs even if he puts forth excuses." The argument of the molvi is stupid and baatil. Nothing can justify the mufti's indulgence in the blatant act of fisq and fujoor he had perpetrated with his brazen and flagrant engagement with the kaafirah. Q. The Taliban appear to follow the path of liberalism. What is happening to the Taliban? A. The Taliban, the vast majority, have abandoned the Shariah. The little of the Shariah which remains with them is due to their aged Ameer who is still of the old Guard. They have betrayed Islam. Q. What is the Shariah's view on hunger strikes? A. Hunger strikes are haraam. It is a kaafir method. If a man dies as a result of a hunger strike, it will be akin to suicide.
