I read in the tafseer of Qaadi Baydaawi that it is waajib to migrate from a country where you can't live according to Islam - a country where it is forbidden to make Fard ibaadat or it is compulsory to commit haraam or the fear of oppression causes fitnah in your deen. Since it is waajib, and even if it is only mustahab (as there is no islamic state now in the world), where is it preferred to go? Is it in a so-called Muslim country or a kuffar state that is less oppressive to Muslims? Can you advise on a destination? So we can't pray Jum'uah and Eid Namaaz. It is illegal to make Qurbaani yourself. It must be made following kufr method in a slaughterhouse. What is the solution?
