Answer

A maslahah which is in flagrant conflict with the Shariah and which leads to zina of the eyes and mind is mal-oon and mardood. Mufti Taqi is a liberal and a lost soul, hence he fabricates such haraam, stupid 'maslahah' justifications. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "In fact, man has baseerat over his nafs even if he puts forth excuses." The argument of the molvi is stupid and baatil. Nothing can justify the mufti's indulgence in the blatant act of fisq and fujoor he had perpetrated with his brazen and flagrant engagement with the kaafirah.
