Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) A Brother from India writes: Last Friday I was on a safar (journey) towards Kochi (a city in India) to deliver some goods and I was passing through anoth- er city named Mangalore. But since I was crossing this city highway at the time of Jumuah, I intended to stop at a mosque in Mangalore. A khateeb was deliv- ering a speech regarding reli- gious tolerance. This place (Mangalore) is a hotbed for com- munal clashes and there is lot of oppression and fitnah going around here all the time. So this kind of topic about religious tol- erance for speech was certainly acceptable. (No, it was not acceptable. The fitnah against Muslims in India is Hindu oppression and brutali- ty. Muslims in India do not initi- ate clashes. They are all spine- less. Only Hindus with the active connivance of the Hindu security forces brutalize Muslims who are all sitting ducks bereft of any physical and spiritual mettle. They do not even stand up in their own defence, They allow the Hindu barbarian, mushrik cow worshippers and consumers of cow urine and cow dung to terrorise and brutalize them. The moron khateeb‟s stupid talk re- garding „tolerance‟ was there- fore misdirected. He should pre- sent his stupid advice to the Hin- dus whose boots he is licking. - Al-Haq) But the deviancy started at the point of his speech when he used the term „Wahdat al- Adyaan‟ which he translated as „Unity of Religions‟. This made me uncomfortable and I thought that how can there be "unity" with baatil? Later he elaborated briefly on this term „Wahdat al-Adyaan‟ calling it a Sufi "concept". He went on to quote Ibn 'Arabi (rahimahullah) first, claiming that he (Ibn 'Arabi) opined that "all religions are one," then he jumped on to describing an inci- dent involving Mansoor Hallaaj (rahimahullah) and someone he called as Abdullah bin Tahir. Abdullah bin Tahir was quarrel- ing with a Jew in the market of Baghdad, and he blurted out (to the Jew) “Dog!” Passing then by his side was Mansoor Hallaaj who showed his anger at Abdul- lah and told him: “Don‟t make your dog bark!”, and he with- drew in haste. When the quarrel ended, Ab- dullah went to find him at his ( Hallaaj's) home, but he looked away from him. Abdullah apolo- gized and he calmed down. Then Hallaaj said to Abdullah: “My son, the religious faiths, all of them, arise from God the Most High. He assigned to each group a creed, not of their own choice, but of His choice, which He im- posed on them. I would have you know that Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and the other religious de- nominations may have different names and contrasting appella- tions, but their Goal, Himself, suffers neither difference nor contrast.” The Khateeb after presenting this story went on to say: "look! This is a saint who is showing love to other religions and this is what the Awliya called as „Wahdat al-Adyaan.‟ Later after the salaat it was announced in the mosque that there is going to be an Interfaith meeting with some local Christian pastors at some location on Sunday. This Interfaith programme announce- ment gave me the context of the speech he delivered and I left the place to resume my journey. The following questions came to my mind and these questions have made me worried: 1. What is this „Wahdat al- Adyaan‟? I have heard about a state of fana called wahdat al- wujood but I have never heard of this term, wahdatul adyaan or concept ever before. Pardon my ignorance, can you please ex- plain me what is Wahdat al- Adyaan? 2. If Wahdat al-Adyaan means "Unity of Religions" then are these interfaithers justified to use this as a "proof" to justify their mock sense of "interfaith" jaahi- liyyat? 3. I fear that these people will start quoting the above- mentioned incident of Mansoor Hallaaj (rahimahullah) to make befool the unaware masses. What has Wahdat al-Adyaan got to do with the incident of Man- soor Hallaaj? 4. Please explain the lofty status of Islam in comparison of all other baatil religions. (End of the Brother‟s letter) ANSWER The type of „tolerance‟ promoted by the khateeb is kufr inspired by Iblees. In Islam there is no such satanic concept as „wahdat al-adyaan‟ (unity of religions). (Continued on page 10) From the misery-stricken Land of Shaam comes this report and complaint: Dear Sheikh, We would like to request advice from you. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has taught us that Deen is Naseehah (Advice), especially when the advice is from our elders and seniors. Our question is regarding the group known as HTS (Harkat Tahreer Shaam) in Syria. There is too much to say here but l will try to keep it as brief as possible. The group and its actions: It is known to you our dear Sheikh that during the early days of the Jihad in Syria there were many groups and there was an absence of law and order which made way for all sorts of unjusti- fiable actions. There was no secu- rity. Without getting too much into the details many Muhajireen and Ansaar with Ghairah for their Deen joined Jabhat Al- Nusrah which was the name at that time. Currently the name is HTS. The group, under a variety of pretexts, since it's initiation, did not waste time to attack other groups. Those with the group at that time did not doubt the group‟s intentions in doing so as many of those that were attacked where not the best of people. As time went by they did not stop these actions until eventually a stage was reached that they would go against anyone who spoke against them or criticised them. This group still claims that it's project is Islamic. However, we mention here some of their actions. I will start with the legal sys- tem. The group (HTS) claims that torture is permissible lslamically. Among their acts of torture they are perpetrating are electrocuting people with cables attached to generators, hanging people from ceilings for extended periods of time, stripping people of all their clothes, ripping out their nails, terrorising their family members, denying family members infor- mation as to where their loved ones are and denying them con- tact. The list goes on. Mufti Taqi Uthmani Saheb tweeted these two lines on twit- ter: ‗Now there is a plan of estab- lishing ten cinema halls in Madinah Munawwarah – Inna lillaahi wa Inna ilayhi Raajioon. Words are unable to (adequately) express grief for this. ‗What is there no rightly guided (or intelligent) man among you?‖ (Commenting further, the Sister says): It is really a shame! I asked him if he will tell Allah Ta‘ala on the Day of Qiyaamat: ‗I wrote these two lines‘? I also wrote to him to explicitly mention the name of the murtad, MBS and to condemn him.‖ (End of the Sister‟s letter) Our Comment Allah Ta‟ala states in His Qur‟aan Majeed: “If you turn away (abandon your obligation), then He (Allah) shall substitute you with others who will not be (so treacherous) like you.” When the Ulama abandon their Fardh obligation of Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar, then Allah Ta‟ala appoints even laypeople and even fussaaq to execute this duty. While the Ulama are large- ly silent like „dumb devils‟, pi- ous lay people such as this Con- cerned Sister, take over the re- sponsibility of Amr Bil Ma‟roof. Taqi Sahib‟s two-lined extremely lukewarm comment is never a valid discharge of the obligation of Amr Bil Ma‟roof. In fact, due to his close embrace with the fussaaq, fujjaar and kuffaar gov- ernment personnel, he utterly lacks the spiritual stamina for proclaiming the Haqq as is re- quired by Allah Azza Wa Jal. Justifying the plan for the con- struction of ten brothels in Madi- nah Munawwarah and thereby converting this Holiest of Islam‟s Cities into the stinking, rotten, immoral likes of western cities, the Son of Iblees (MBS) said that the cinemas will not be within the precincts of the Haram (the holy sanctuary) of Madinah Munawwarah. It will be beyond this boundary. This is a satanic delusionary argument which may fool and delude morons. Only those whose brains are denuded of intelligence will swallow this notoriety. In terms of the Shariah, relevant to the Ahkaam of the Deen, the entire Arabian Peninsula, in fact every Muslim land, are Harams where the imposition of the Sha- riah is Waajib. An act or an insti- tute which is haraam (unlawful), is not haraam only within the precincts of the boundaries of the Harams of Makkah and Madi- nah. Anything which is haraam according to the Shariah, remains haraam in all places, not only in the two Harams. Therefore, brothels and cinemas are haraam even beyond the Haram pre- cincts of Madinah Munawwarah. Thus, the justification proffered by the Munaafiq/Murtad MBS shaitaani creature has absolutely no validity. The proposed establishment of ten cinemas in Madinah Munawwarah was expected. In fact, the next step of licensed brothels in faithful emulation of Hollywood, Bollywood and Ibleesywood should come as no surprise despite the grief and lamentability with which the hearts of the Mu‟mineen will be stricken. The kuffaar regime cur- rently in sway, has effectively converted Arabia into Daarul Kufr. The stage is elaborately being prepared for Dajjaal. The MBS Munaafiq/Kuffaar re- gime has abolished the Fardh Sa- laat in the Haram Shareef. It has banned Jumuah Salaat. It has banned Hajj and Umrah. In a nutshell, it has abolished the en- tire Shariah. Using the covid plot of the atheists as cover, the MBS regime is incrementally introduc- ing more draconian laws of kufr to ensure prevalence of the con- spiracy of Iblees. But, they all are stupidly unaware that while they plot, Allah Ta‟ala too plots, and He is the best of plotters. Their conspiracies will be re- duced to failure. Everything, down to the minutest detail, is in reality the decree of Allah Ta‟ala. Whatever is hap- pening today will run its course and come to an end when the Di- vine Decree relevant to it signals termination. In this regard, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “By Him are the keys of the Ghaib (i.e. what is unseen and unknown to us). No one knows this, but He. He is aware of whatever is in the land and the ocean. Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.” Those Muslims, despite the pre- vailing state of kufr, who still desire to go to Saudi Arabia for a mock umrah and a mock hajj, are bereft of sincerity. In the name of Ibaadat their desire is to go for haraam holidaying. THE STUPIDITY OF THE TALIBAN A Sister from Pakistan writes: Mufti Saheb since the day these Taliban stepped in the Presiden- tial palace they have developed a fascination for giving statements and press releases. One of them being that women will be al- lowed to work in government offices within the “boundaries of Shariat”. How can they be so stupid and devoid of any sense. Don't they know that there are no jobs in government as well as the private sector in their devastated country, and that the Shariat does not permit women to work in government departments. Even if one assumes that there are jobs, they should clearly an- nounce that men will be given jobs as they bear the responsibil- ity to earn and support the fami- ly. Two days back their education minister Molvi Noorullah Muneer gave this statement on a video (I read it in an online news paper). Can't these Taliban just remain quiet knowing that the eyes and ears of the Kuffar and oth- er governments are glued and strained towards them, wait- ing to pounce on each and every word they say. Why can't they just stay silent and work towards building their war ravaged coun- try within their means with Ta- wakkal on Allah Ta'ala? What can one do other than dua. PAKISTAN – WATER ZULM Q. I wish to know what is the ruling of the Shariah regarding use of Water in a River for agri- cultural, irrigation, residential uses etc.? Do riparian regions have more right to utilise such water than those living down- stream? I ask this as my family is from Kashmir, where the largest rivers of Pakistan origi- nate. However, the people of that region of Kashmir under Pakistan control have no right to use the water that flows in their own land. The rivers, dams and reservoirs are all un- der the control of the Pakistan government, who produce all the electricity and distribute it all downstream while Kashmiris get nothing from this. Is this Islamic? A. It is satanic. The government of Pakistan is kuffaar. That is why they are committing the zulm of preventing people from using the natural waters of the rivers. All human beings and an- imals are free, absolutely free according to Islam, to use natural water without anyone‟s consent. Natural water, wherever it may be, even if on private land, may not be regarded as personal property. It is haraam to prohibit any person or animal from (Continued on page 3) Al Haq Bulletin 64 Page 3 QUESTION My family and I have French passports. Some of these pass- ports recently expired. I was re- luctant to renew the passports of my wife and daughters. The reason is that the French au- thorities do not accept photos in which someone has a head cov- ering. As we are living in the UK since a few years and I know that the British authorities allow Reli- gious headwear for passport pho- tos, I explored the option of ap- plying for British citizenship in order to get British passports so that we can overcome the issue of head covering in French pass- ports. However I have learnt that, as part of the British citizenship ap- plication, a person has to take a 'pledge of loyalty' in the follow- ing words: “I will give my loyalty to the United Kingdom and respect its rights and freedoms. I will up- hold its democratic values. I will observe its laws faithfully and fulfil my duties and obligations as a British Citizen.” Additionally, the person has also to swear an 'oath of alle- giance' in the following words: “I (YOUR NAME) swear by Al- mighty God that on becoming a British Citizen, I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Se- cond, her Heirs and Successors according to law.” The above 'oath of allegiance' is not absolutely necessary and if a person prefers, an 'affirmation of allegiance' can be said as a substitute in the following words: “I (YOUR NAME) do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and affirm that on becoming a British Citizen, I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Maj- esty Queen Elizabeth the Second, her Heirs and Successors, ac- cording to law.” Some fatwas I came across seem to offer some leeway if people seek to qualify for and secure a citizenship even if it en- tails acknowledging outwardly the kind of statements described above. Please shed some light on this issue ? Is there really any scope for a Muslim to say these words (viz. the pledge in addi- tion to the oath or affirmation mentioned above) in order to get British citizenship ? What are the implications for a Muslim saying those words ? ANSWER All people who become citi- zens of a country give the oath of allegiance to the kuffaar govern- ment. When this oath is given, then it is incumbent to abide by the oath. If the oath includes sub- mission to flagrant haraam and kufr, then obviously it will not be permissible to become a citizen of that country. It is not permissible to become a citizen of the U.K. or of any other country because the oath of allegiance in this case makes in- cumbent acceptance of blatant kufr laws such as acceptance of homosexuality, lesbianism, etc. Hence, regardless of the wording of the „pledge of allegiance‟, it is haraam to become a citizen of the U.K. even if there is no ex- plicit kufr stated in the phraseol- ogy of the pledge. Furthermore, both forms of the „pledge of allegiance‟ men- tioned by you are not permissi- ble. The pledge of loyalty re- quires one to submit to the ava- lanche of haraam, kufr, fisq and fujoor which constitute integral constituents of the law. A Mus- lim should never think of mi- grating to a kaafir country for worldly reasons, e.g. business, employment, etc. Regarding the requisite of photos without head-covering, it is an argument devoid of signifi- cance in the light of the fact that photos are haraam even with headgear. It is devoid of Shar‟i substance. It is haraam for even males to take photos. When there is no compulsion, then it remains haraam and sinful for even men to have their photos taken. One is not compelled to become a cit- izen of U.K. or France or of any other Daarul Kufr/Harb nor is one compelled to submit to this kabeerah (major) sin for travel- ling to Saudi Arabia which is currently also Daarul Kufr, for the sake of Umrah or Hajj. Thus, female photos with or without head-covering are the same. All such photos are haraam. Therefore, giving the pledge of allegiance to any government of any country, whether a kaafir land or a Muslim land, is not permissible. All such pledges require obedience to kufr, fisq and fujoor. It is not merely the issue of the wording. drinking, taking and using natu- ral water. What the kuffaar re- gime of Napakistan is doing is pure shaitaaniyat. Not so long ago they attacked the points of Muslim Shishani after failing in many attempts to take him out of his points of Ribat in the most treacherous of ways. A friend of mine who used to work closely with Muslim Shishani said: “They asked to meet Muslim Shishani at one stage. Aware of their treachery, Shishani agreed but had placed some of his men around the ven- ue where they asked to meet. As expected there was no meeting rather there were some security personnel who attempted to arrest him!!! Are these the manners and ways of Mujahi- deen??? Muslim Shishani then signalled to his guys who rushed to his assistance and freed him. Eventually when they didn't find any excuse they began to lie, as usual, and spread false, slander- ous rumours (Buhtanun Atheem) about Muslim Shishani, they then attacked his points. Also by the testimony of Abu Sulyman Al-Australi who was a member of the Jabhat Al-Nusra security council , but became dis- illusioned and left the liberated territories, Abu Muhammad Al- Jolani would have people com- plain about oppression on them. Then he would take out a note- book and pen as if to write notes, in the words of Abu Sulyman he would start scribbling on the notebook but write absolutely nothing!!! Are these permissible actions for the leaders whom Al- lah Ta‟ala has given responsibil- ity over the Muslims??? Abu Sulyman also described the group as „people who are just after power, that's all‟. When he was also appointed over prisoners he banned torture and unlawful detention of suspects. He was therefore immediately removed (Continued from page 1) (Continued on page 9) Al Haq Bulletin 64 Page 4 Question Please comment on the follow- ing statement made by a mod- ernist: “It is a settled Shariah princi- ple that a Muslim citizen residing in a modern non-muslim consti- tutional state, based on the rule of law, enters into an explicit or tacit agreement with the state, in terms of which he or she is obliged to obey all neutral laws and regulations, enacted in the public interest, which fall within the very wide category of mubah or what is described as merely permitted or neutral matters, ex- amples are traffic and town plan- ning laws.” The modernist backs up his claim with a reference from Ad -durul Mukhtaar which says: ―….Because obedience to the Imaam in things which are not sinful is Fardh. The action of the Imaam centres on expedi- ency.‖ The objective of the mod- ernist is to convince Muslims that it is a requirement of the Shariah for them to obey the government‘s corona protocols, and if they disobey, they will be sinful. Is this correct in terms of the Shariah? Will a Muslim who disobeys the laws of the kuffaar country of which he is a citizen be deemed sinful in terms of the Shariah? Answer The brains of the modernist is convoluted with kufr, hence he is not blessed with the bounty of brain-application. What he has disgorged in his statement is rubbish. It is clear that this chap is a bootlicker of the kuffaar. In his bootlicking, he seeks to ap- pease his kuffaar masters with his egregious misinterpretation of the texts of the Shariah. The statement which the mor- on has ripped out of Ad-Durrul Mukhtaar has no relationship with a kuffaar state. It applies to an Islamic state, and none of the present Muslim lands governed by kuffaar regimes is an Islamic state, not even Afghanistan where currently the “Taliban” have treacherously betrayed the Ummah by violating their Cove- nant with Allah Azza Wa Jal. The “Imaam” mentioned in the quote by the moron modern- ist refers to the Khalifah or the Sultan or the Haakim of an Is- lamic state. It does not refer to the president or regime of a non- Muslim country. It is absolutely preposterous to understand that it is Fardh for a Muslim to obey man-made laws, and disobeying such laws being sinful, thereby making him liable for Jahannam in the Aakhirah. The conse- quence of disobeying Fardh is Jahannam, and its denial is kufr. Thus, in terms of the convo- luted logic of the moron modern- ist, a Muslim who denies and re- jects the hallucinated fardhiyat of traffic and town planning laws enacted by those who wallow in janaabat, najaasat and kufr be- comes a murtadd. Also, the term fardh in the context of the statement cited from Ad-Durrul Mukhtaar does not have the technical Fiqhi meaning. It merely conveys the importance and essentiality of obeying the MUSLIM IMAAM in all rules/laws which are per- missible in Islam. Disobedience of such laws enacted by even the Imaam of the Islamic state is not sinful. It is not punishable in the Aakhirat. While Ad-Durrul Mukhtaar is concerned with the Imaam of an Islamic State, the moron rips out a Shar‟i issue from its con- text to apply it to a “modern non -Muslim constitutional state”. At least the modernist has saved his skin from the fatwa of kufr by predicating the obedience to “neutral laws and regulations” which are presumed to be such enactments which are not in con- flict with the Shariah. No one has any issue with such rules and regulations which are not in vio- lation of the Shariah. However, despite the beneficial objectives of such rules and regulations, disobedience is not sinful in terms of the Shariah. Thus, his claim that the Muslim “is obliged to obey” such laws should not be understood to mean that it is technically Waajib, and that dis- obedience of such manmade laws is sinful. The modernist moron, dwell- ing in confusion states that the Muslim citizen living in a non- Muslim state “enters into an ex- plicit or tacit agreement with the state” to obey all the trash enact- ed by the state. Here the fellow mentions two opposites: explicit and tacit. What are his grounds for claiming an explicit agree- ment between Muslim citizens and the state? Which document of obedience, which sacrament of allegiance do Muslim citizens pledge obedience, the violation of which will render them fussaaq? The moron should ex- plain the basis for claiming that there exists an explicit agree- ment. In a bid to cover his moronity, he paradoxically says “or tacit”. What is the basis for even this hallucinated tacit or implied agreement? The reality is that there is no agreement whatsoever with the state, neither explicit nor tacit. Just as all non-Muslims in the non-Muslim state are citi- zens, Muslims of a “modern non- Muslim constitutional state” are also citizens. Citizens are not outsiders. They are not in the country on the basis of tempo- rary visas. They are not in the category of the Musta‟min (one who enters Darul Kufr with a vi- sa). If the outsider Muslim knows that he will be required/ compelled to act in conflict with the Shariah in the non-Muslim state, then it will be haraam for him to enter with a visa. The principle of Laa ghadra fi daaril harb (There is no treachery in darul harb), applies to a Muslim who acquires permission (a visa) from the kuffaar state to visit daarul kufr. This Muslim is obliged to obey all the laws which the moron describes as “neutral”, that is, such laws which are not in conflict with the Shariah. If he is required to sub- mit to haraam, then it will be haraam for him to visit daarul kufr/harb. But germane to Muslim citi- zens in the non-Muslim state, the issue of ghadr does not apply. It is perfectly permissible to adopt measures to save oneself from the zulm (oppression and injus- tice) of the state. Some of our greatest Fuqaha and Aimmah Mujtahideen living in Daarul Is- lam had also sided with the re- bels to displace the existing Khilaafat, e.g. the Khilaafate of Bani Umayya with the Khilaafate of Banu Abbaas. And this they did despite the Shariah having been fully implemented by the Ameerul Mu‟mineen of the time. These Fuqaha who were also Auliya of high rank understood the Laws of the Qur‟aan and Sunnah which a million moron modernists will never be able to comprehend. The moron should tell the baboons in the mountain regarding the „fardhiyat‟ of obey- ing kuffaar regimes on the basis of some hallucinated „explicit‟ or „tacit‟ covenant. The moron modernist has fab- ricated his stupidity on the basis of hallucination due to perhaps substance abuse. He is clearly a bootlicker, and the objective of life of all bootlickers is the haraam boodle which is the focus of their existence. Insha-Allah, as time permits, the other stupidities of the moron shall be rebutted. Question Musjids in U.K. are charging membership fees on the basis of ethnicity. Nearly all Gujarati (Indian) Musjid Organisations have a system of membership. Gujarati families are required to become a member of the local Musjid. The Trustees and the Manage- ment Committees decide whom to take as member. In most cases Pakistani residents are not al- lowed to become members, but their children are admitted in the Madrasahs and charged double fees. The Pakistani families have no choice but to send their chil- dren to our Madrasahs as Gujara- ti Madrasahs have a better sys- tem of Deeni education. In a Gujarati family once a boy turns 18 years, he has to be- come a member. I feel that there is no need to say much about the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) government of India. Their actions upon the populace in general, and upon the Muslims of India in particu- lar, are well known to the coun- try and the world. While I under- stand the principle that "your deeds are your rulers", and that moral reformation is exceedingly urgent, there are a couple of lo- gistic issues on which I seek clarity: 1. Under such conditions, how rea- sonable is it for Muslims and es- pecially Muslim women to exit their homes to cast their vote in the elections? Election queues are long and the crowds at each polling booth may swell to hun- dreds, along with presence of police and politically affiliated ruffians. The concern increases in constituencies where Muslims are a small minority among the voting populace. And all this for a vote which may be ultimately defrauded or hacked. 2. I wish to ask you regarding Muslim politicians or political workers who associate with the BJP party or support the party in any way. The BJP idolaters will be eliminated only when their di- vinely ordained course has ter- minated. Regardless of endeav- ours by Muslims and others to remove the evil government, they will not succeed as long as the BJP‟s divinely chalked course does not end. Muslims should not embark on any action which is in conflict with the Shariah regardless of any perceived benefits. Our per- ceptions which are in conflict with the Shariah are shaitaani inspirations and traps to derail us from Siraatul Mustaqeem. 2) The Muslims who work with the BJP are sell-outs and traitors. Their Imaan dangles on a thread if not already extinguished. They lick the boots and hinds of the Hindu mushrik zaalimeen for evil worldly and nafsaani objec- tives. The only course for Muslims is Inaabat ilallaah. Allah Ta‟ala says in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “Turn unto Allah (in repent- ance) all of you, O Mu‟minoon!, so that you are victorious.” The BJP is the consequence of Muslim evil and rebellion against Allah Ta‟ala. Confirm- ing this fact, the Qur‟aan Shareef states: “Whatever misfortune befalls you, is the consequence of what your hands have earned, and He forgives much (of your mis- deeds).” However, shaitaan has blinded Muslims and tricked them into believing that they (Muslims) are the „mazlumeen‟ (the op- pressed), whilst on the contrary, they are the Zaalimeen who are oppressing themselves. Seeking aid from Allah Ta‟ala is not restricted to making dua. The very first requi- site is total submission to His Shariah and adoption of the Sun- nah – the Sunnah as it has reached us from the Sahaabah, not some weird concept of the „sunnah‟ proffered by the mod- ernist zanaadaqah and the boot- licking mercenary molvis and sheikhs of this era. Nikah and Janaza are also done in accordance with their mem- bership and even if a member of the family pays a fee for the ser- vice, the imaam also is paid a fee for all nikahs he performs. Is this system permissible in the Shari- ah? Answer The facilities of a Musjid are free for all Musallis. The mem- bership fees are in emulation of kuffaar who have such fees for members of their temples. The double fees for Madrasah teach- ing is haraam. There is no valid Shar‟i basis for this discrimina- tion based on ethnicity. While lower fees and no fees are per- missible on the basis of poverty and low income, double fees on the basis of ethnicity are haraam. There is no Shar‟i validity for becoming a member at the age of 18 or any other age. The mem- bership itself is impermissible. Denying children Waajib Deeni ta‟leem merely because their parents are not members is zulm and haraam. Denying ta‟leem because of parents unable to pay fees or not willing to pay, is also haraam. Qur‟aanic ta‟leem may not be withheld from children or from adults on the basis of non- payment of fees. The „arrear‟ fees are aggravat- ed zulm and haraam. This is re- ally ridiculous zulm. Paying the imam for performing Janaazah Salaat is haraam. QURANIC ADVICE The Quranic prescription for Al- lah‟s aid is stated in the follow- ing aayaat: „Musa said to his people: “Seek aid with Allah and be patient. Verily, the earth belongs to Al- lah. He grants its domination to whomever He wishes among His servants. The ultimate victo- ry is for the pious.” “Perhaps your Rabb will soon destroy your enemies and install you as rulers on earth. He will then see how you behave.” “O my people! Seek forgiveness from your Rabb and turn to- wards Him (in obedience). He will then send upon you benefi- cial rains in abundance and add strength to your strength. Do not turn your backs (on Allah) as transgressors.” The Quran is clear in its advice. The bottom line for Muslim suc- cess and power is obedience to Allah Ta‟ala. Muslims should learn to behave and act like Muslims. The pre- sent Arab powers, far from their previous prestige, have indeed greatly deteriorated in stature to such an extent that they are now known for everything un-Islamic. These include their exploitation of labour, oppression of others, opulent and decadent lifestyles, betrayal of their own race, war mongering, extremism in reli- gion, manipulation and selective application of religion, and the cherry on the top – their open love, alliance, and adoration of USA and Israel. If this love was kept hidden in the heart, one could still be in doubt, but the Arab leaders have demonstrated themselves their willingness to be the Zio-Western underdog and poodle on all levels: economic, social, political and even reli- gious. The only thing now left to change is the Saudi flag. The pure Kalimah (Islamic Creed) should be removed and be re- placed by a woman in a bikini. But being a friend of the devil is no ordinary task. You need to do two things to be afforded this disgraceful privilege. Firstly, you have to sell your religion – a de- mand which is currently being fulfilled; and secondly, you have to take your Lord and Protector to be the mighty West, the formida- ble East, or anyone else besides the One Almighty. But today‟s Arab rulers want to be styled as “King” and „Emirs.” What difference is there then between them and people like Firoun, Qarun, and Abu Jahal? Let it be known that such leaders do not represent the Mus- lim ummah, nor the lands they rule over. Rather, they represent the great demon Iblees, and his terrorist henchmen in the USA, UK, France, India, Israel and in other countries leading the trend of mass murder, mass corruption, and mass destruction on earth. Muslims do not regard such lead- ers as their guides, even if they are styled “Custodians of the Two Holy Mosques,” and appear in holy garb now and then. They are just secular political leaders who have turned their back on Islam and are enjoying the sun- shine and hay of this earth for as long as they can. Although Arab treachery has been prevalent for many years, albeit covertly, it has now taken a bold twist with the rise of the pre- sent Crown Prince MbS, a mere lad of 32, who seems to be bent on satanising the Holy Lands up- on which our noble Prophet Mu- hammad and his venerable Sa- habah (Companions) trod. Swing- ing from the ultra-conservatism to ultra-modernism, women who were forced to don full body cov- ering and not allowed to drive at all, are now allowed to go naked on „international standard‟ resort beaches, travel without maharim (legal guardians), seek employ- ment in the private sector, and attend musical concerts, cinemas and night clubs. The once feared “Shariah Police” are now not on- ly downsized, but also down- dumbed. Having previously had far reaching powers, they now can only offer friendly „advise‟ to transgressors with no legal clout at all. Shops can now remain open during prayer times, and nude billboards are appearing all over the scene. The new reforms have largely taken women out of the sanctity of their homes and transformed them into sexual symbols. But more fearful developments have taken place on the religious front. For years, leading scholars bold enough to criticize the poli- cies of the Kingdom have been silently jailed, but this year more than 40 top-ranking shuyookh have been jailed in one fell swoop - jailed solely because they speak the truth to a tyrant taghoot. Shortly thereafter, the world was shocked when one of the famous royal blue-eyed Imams of the Haram said that Is- rael is an ally to the Muslims, and an Imam who spoke out against Israel on a Jumu‟ah platform was dubbed “an escaped madman” and forcibly removed from the podium. Sadly, all the current Imams and teachers in the coun- try are state-owned and state- controlled. Teaching Islam for them is just like teaching a histo- ry lesson to a bunch of 8 year olds. Every talk is scripted and monitored, and every lesson de- livered is recorded. But if this is not serious enough, to further appease their western patrons, all the university and madrassah Islamic textbooks of the country have been sent to the Pentagon for “revising and modernizing.” I have not seen any of these “Pentagon ap- proved” textbooks yet, but I‟m pretty sure they will probably contain the following teachings: 1) All religions are equal. The Jew, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu and Taoist are all equal. Every- one can pray in anybody‟s tem- ple, in whichever way, via an idol, an image or a bonfire, it will be the same God. Any person from any race can intermarry too, and the forbidden teachings of one religion will not apply to fol- lowers of the next religion. 2) Muslims are a peaceful people. When others murder, rape or bomb them, it‟s because of their own sins, and a form of well- deserved divine punishment upon them. There is no such a thing as Jihad, speaking the truth or de- fending the oppressed. Even when children of six and grand- mothers of 68 are gang raped, mind your own business, as these are internal issues of different countries. 3) The current Muslim western- approved political leaders are your true leaders and spiritual guides. They are not the law, but above the law and divine. They need to be obeyed in all respects, even in the disobedience of the One and True Almighty. Fear them, not the Almighty. They are wise, powerful, sinless, and your ticket to peace. 4) Everyone has a choice on how to live and to treat their body. The LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisex- ual, & Transgender) movement is legitimate, and sexual perversity is a natural disposition. Qur‟anic references to homosexuality re- fers to the act of rape (forced sex- ual intercourse), not the nature of the intercourse. 5) Israel has a right to exist and is unilaterally entitled to the land they illegally invaded. Masjid al- Aqsa belongs to the Zionists, since the conquest of Jerusalem by Sayyadina Umar ibn al- Khattab is not recognized by in- ternational secular law. Besides, both being Semite, the Jews and Arabs are brothers. The Palestini- ans and all those who support the resistance constitute an “Axis of Evil” and must be eradicated. 6) Everyone should adopt Sufi Islam and indulge in all forms of weird dancing and chanting to enhance their spiritual states. The study of the Qur‟an, Sunnah and any authentic Islamic literature should also be abandoned. Rather just blindly follow and over- venerate your Shaikh (Sufi Men- tor) who would most probably be on the payroll too. If you want to protest or say anything against the government, do so in a peace- ful online petition or in a con- trolled street demonstration. Re- member, trouble-makers are al- ways marked. 7) The current world order is not to be challenged. Politically, your fate is sealed and humiliation is your destiny. All things good and pure are now old-fashion. If a Muslim desires a peaceful exist- ence, he/she should modernize and be in the service of the preva- lent philosophy. There is no such a thing as ummatic brotherhood, a desire to unify the Muslim world under a righteous Caliph, forbidding the evil or promoting the good. Every person should be for himself, and avail himself to all the attractions and pleasures of the world currently on offer, even in the Holy Lands. Now having firm control over the religious class and the mass- es, even the Royal family and po- litical elite have not been spared. For a successful Islamic government (Khilafate), the essential requisite is a spiritu- ally and morally reformed Islam- ic ummah. There does not exist any such Islamic ummah any- where today in the Islamic world. Therefore, even if a pious man or group of Muslims succeed in in- stalling themselves in govern- ment, they will not succeed in the endeavour to implement the Sha- riah because they will be con- fronted by corrupt Muslim mass- es who will not allow the Shar‟i process to be introduced. Reformation It was precisely for the successful implementation of the Shariah that Islamic government was pre- ceded by a thirteen year period of spiritual and moral reformation during the time of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Once the community was Islami- cally prepared, there was no diffi- culty in the implementation of the Shariah among the masses. It was not possible to introduce Islamic Law among masses who are inimical to the Shariah. A people who has become western- ized and who has abandoned the Sunnah of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) will sabotage the deeni efforts of benign Islam- ic rulers. The rulers will be com- pelled to enlist the services of the un-islamic masses to maintain the working of the country. If those who man the country‟s services have no Islamic inclinations and Islamic character, they will resort to a variety of stratagems and co- operate with the enemies to bring about the fall of the Islamic rul- ers. Roohani and Islaahi training are, therefore, essential for the success of any Islamic govern- ment. Force It is not possible to implement the shariah in a corrupt commu- nity by force. There will be a need for large scale repression, imprisonment and killings if force has to be used to implement the Shariah among a people who has lost its Islamic character. The sunnah way is, therefore, Taleem. Muslims should be educated and the Sunnah explained to them. As long as Muslims do not adopt the Sunnah voluntarily, there is no hope for the success of any Is- lamic government. The view of first capturing the means of power and then enforc- ing the Shariah in an inimical populace is to put the cart before the horse. There is no hope of success. Muslims are so alienated from Islam, that they will readily vote for an unislamic party or any irre- ligious group to rule them rather than submit to Shar‟i rule. Under such circumstances, one can only expect the wrath of Allah Ta‟ala to descend on the Ummat. This is the lamentable plight of the present day Ummah all over the world. Muslims themselves have an aver- sion for Islam, hence they so quickly adopt foreign and immoral cultures as their ways of life. There is no wonder that so many hardships & disasters are settling over Muslims on all fronts. only released after their fortunes were looted, and their economic and political clout vastly dimin- ished. The more ills in the form of resorts, cinemas, casinos, concerts, night clubs, musicals, comic cons, and forbidden entertainment is intro- duced to bridge the deficit, the more people will suffer. As an example, a beach resort is pro- posed to be built on the Red Sea between the towns of Umluj and Al-Wajh in northern Hejaz. This project will involve „50 islands upon 34 000 square kilometres in a global up-market tourism and leisure mega-development‟ and will be „governed by laws on par with international standards.‟ This will allow women to wear bikinis in the pool and beach are as Vision 2030 is aimed at bring- ing prosperity to this beleaguered country, but by 2030, the country may be already turned to dust. A hadith speaks about Madinah al- Munawwarah becoming desolate at the end of time, and huge ar- mies emanating from Sham at- tacking the forces of Imam al- Mahdi in Makkah al- Mukarramah. The Shi‟ah have a 40 year start in apostasy over the Saudis! Khomeini, like MbS, was a Shi‟ah asset who not only disfig- ured Islam beyond recognition (Shi‟ism equals Zionism), but whose presence in the Middle East have kept the Arabs in bal- ance. The only difference is that the Bedouin Arabs are not pol- ished diplomats enough to hide their alliances with the Zionists, but the Iranians are. The Shi‟ah have been secretly funded by Is- rael to destabilize the Arab world for four decades now, and have also been granted the green light by the UN to develop nuclear ca- pability. In retrospect, the Arabs have not been allowed to win an easy war in Syria and Yemen de- spite their vast weapon arsenals in seven years, but they are stupid enough not to realize these glar- ing discrepancies. Thus, the Mu‘minoon should have tawakkul on Allah.‖ (Aal Imraan, Aayat 160) Numerous Aayaat in the Qur‟aan Majeed as well as many Ahaadith testify with great clarity and empha- sis that Nusrat (Divine Aid) which is imperative for defeating the kuffaar and for gaining Victory in the Battlefield, is possible only with the Help of Allah Azza Wa Jal. If Allah Ta‟ala abandons us, then there can never be success and vic- tory for Muslims. Defeating the kuffaar is not possible without Al- lah‟s aid. Victory for the Mujaahideen is never possible as long as they are surrogates of the kuffaar powers. Every Jihadi group, without any exceptions, the Taliban included, is a miserable, spineless, bootlicking protégé of some kuffaar power. All Jihadi outfits are surrogates, primar- ily of the U.S. Currently the Taliban are in the process of moulting their deceptive Shariah face, and have metamorphosed into bootlickers of Russia, China and Iran. In Syria, the largest Jihadi outfit, namely HTS, is the surrogate of Turkey. Its „jihad‟ will endure as long as Turkey‟s policy formulated for the region permits it. In the struggle to expel the Soviet Union from Afghanistan, the Afghans were the surrogates of the U.S. op- erating via the channels of the Paki- stani government whose intelli- gence agency planned the ground operations. In Kashmir, the Jihadi groups compulsorily function under the Pakistani Intelligence Service. Their „jihad‟ is subservient to Paki- stan‟s policy which is in turn dictat- ed by the presence of the Hindu forces in Kashmir. In Bosnia, the Mujaahideen were the surrogates of the West, and in particular of the U.S. This in a nutshell is the reality of all Jihadi cliques. Nowhere in the world has true Islamic Jihad been waged in recent centuries. All the howls about „Jihad‟ are the decep- tive slogans of the surrogates of the West. The sincere foot-soldiers who have joined these Jihadi outfits seeking „martyrdom‟ are genuine morons. They are absolute juhala. They operate as bandits, but justify their banditry under the banner of „jihad‟. And the worst of the so- called Jihad outfits is the Rubbish called ISIS which was a Surrogate of America. But now it seems that for American usage, ISIS has out- lived its utility. It will not at all be surprising if America creates anoth- er jihadi cartel to execute its global policy in Ukraine. Most certainly, their torture tactics are grotesque and HARAAM without the slightest vestige of doubt. Even if there is a genuine need to apprehend an opponent, torture is never permissible. People who profess to be Muslims but resort to torture for punishing their ad- versaries display lack of Imaan. Their brutality is ZULM which will not go unpunished by Allah Azza Wa Jal. Regarding Zulm (cruelty, brutality, injus- tice), Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―The Duas of three persons are Mustajaab (readily accepted by Allah Ta‘ala). The Dua of a fa- ther; the Dua of a Musaafir, and the Dua of the MAZLOOM (the victim of cruelty)… Allah raises the Dua of the Mazloom above the clouds, and the portals of heaven are opened for it. And Rabb (Allah Azza Wa Jal) says: ‗By My Grandeur! I shall assur- edly aid you even if it be after some time.‘ ‖ If the charges levelled at HTS are true, then they must take note that the CURSES of those they have brutalized and op- pressed have found their target of Qubuliyat by Allah Azza Wa Jal. HTS must not be lulled into any kind of complacency and indif- ference because of the respite Al- lah Ta‟ala has granted them. The Punishment will overtake them. The Zaalimeen will not escape Divine Chastisement for zulm. It is absolutely revolting and horrendously shocking to learn that those who proclaim them- selves as „Mujaahideen‟ stoop to (Continued from page 3) (Continued on page 10) Millions of Muslims having been forced to flee from their homelands are scattered all over the world. The vast majority of these Muhaajireen are living in squalor, abject poverty, igno- rance and in corruption and crime-ridden refugee camps. They are leading purposeless lives just like animals or even worse. There is no gainsaying that their plight is actually the pun- ishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal for their fisq, fujoor and kufr. In their homelands they lived like the kuffaar oblivious of being Muslims and that they are here on earth for a short while to pre- pare for the Meeting with Allah Ta‟ala in Qiyaamah. “Whatever calamity befalls you is due to that which your hands have earned. And (despite your evil), He forgives much.” (Qur‟aan) Almost all of these Muhaajireen are shockingly ignorant of even the basic tenets of the Deen. Their children are growing up as kuffaar and criminals in these evil refugee camps supervised by villains and kuffaar. Both their dunya and Aakhirat are ruined. Yet, they fail to understand why they are being punished. The present generation of chil- dren in refugee camps will to- morrow be adults totally lost to Islam. There is no Tahaarat, no Salaat, no Tilaawat and no basic understanding of the Deen among the refugees, and the condition of their children is worse. The greater Jihad today is not with the kuffaar, but against the fisq, fujoor and kufr of Mus- lims. It does not occur to these refu- gees languishing in squalor and ignorance in filthy camps to es- tablish Salaat and to see to the basic Deeni ta‟leem of their chil- dren. They live like animals. For the acquisition of Nusrat (Help) from Allah Ta‟ala, the impera- tive need is for the refugees as well as for the Mujaahideen to practically implement the Shari- ah to the best of their ability. But with the appalling state of jahaalat this is the furthest from their minds. Men of intelligence who have Islam at heart, and who have ac- cess to the refugee camps, should wage Jihad against ignorance. Today this Jihad has prior im- portance. Muslims have first to be converted to Islam and trans- formed into practical Muslims. Only then can Divine Aid be ex- pected. The imperative and immediate need is to establish Makaateeb for the ta‟leem of the Qur‟aan Majeed and for basic Deeni masaa-il. The slide to kufr can be stemmed and eliminated only by means of ta‟leem and tarbiyat. The refugee camps should be dotted with maktabs to impart Qur‟aanic ta‟leem. Added to this, Jamaat Salaat must be established. Minus Ja- maat Salaat, the people who are hovering on the precipice of kufr will tomorrow become con- firmed kuffaar. The Muhaajireen are in desper- ate need of mass ta‟leemi and tarbiyati programmes. There is absolutely no other way of pre- serving their Imaan. On the one side the mujaahideen are fighting among themselves, and on the other side the muhaajireen are being devoured by gross igno- rance and kufr. Concerned Mus- lims who have the means and the ability, should take up this chal- lenge. There are many even among the muhaajireen who are able to teach the Qur‟aan and the basic tenets of the Deen. The Mujaahideen who are making no headway on the battlefield should establish the Maktab sys- tem in the camps to save this drowning segment of the Um- mah. May Allah Ta‟ala guide them and us all to understand the cause for this Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Minus this under- standing, there is no possibility for a solution. “If you help (the Deen of) Allah, He will help you. And, if He abandons you, then who is there besides Allah to help you?” (Qur‟aan) “Help is only from Allah, The Mighty, The Wise.” (Qur‟aan) Al Haq Bulletin 64 Page 10 In fact Islam came to eradicate all religions (Hadmul Adyaan). Stating this concept of the de- struction of all religions besides Islam, the Qur‟aan Majeed de- clares: ―Verily, the Deen by Al- lah is only Islam.‖ The one who propagates the kufr concept of „unity of religions‟ is a murtad if he professes to be a Muslim. The claim that the Sufiya (Auliya) propounded this con- cept is a dastardly shaitaani LIE. It is monstrously false to attrib- ute this kufr-shirk concept to the Sufiya. These Auliya had written innumerable Kitaabs on Deeni issues. They did not propound the shirki concept which has been falsely ascribed to them. There never was a single Wali of Allah Ta‟ala who had ever prop- agated the kufr concept promot- ed by the murtad khateeb. Ha- dhrat Ibn Arabi (Rahmatullah alayh) was a great Wali of Allah Ta‟ala. Statements of the Sufiya uttered during haalaat (spiritual states of ecstasy) are mutilated with kufr and shaitaani interpre- tation by the people of Baatil. Statements of Ibn Arabi (Rahmatullah alayh), Mansur Hallaaj and other Sufiya (Rahmatullah alayhim), which are in conflict with the Shariah, may not be cited and presented as daleel for the rubbish kufr concept of „unity of religions‟ which the current shaitaani inter- faith movement is also propagat- ing. The jahaalat and kufr of the khateeb are conspicuous and its butlaan (invalidity) is glaringly manifest. To promote his kufr, the fellow brings as daleel an ep- isode of dispute between a Mus- lim and a Jew and the comment of Mansur Hallaaj. How can a loose statement blurted out by a person centuries after Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ab- rogate the Qur‟aan – cancel the Fundamentals of Islam? How can statements of people ever nullify the Islamic concept of Tauheed structure on the basis of the Qur‟aan and Sunnah? Mansur Hallaaj is not the name of any Source of the Shari- ah. His statement is not a daleel for formulating any belief or practice. Islam was completed and perfected within the very lifetime of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). It is satanic ignorance to attempt to introduce in Islam a concept which is ex- cessively repugnant to the Tau- hid propagated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Assuming that the statement has been reliably attributed to Mansur, it shall be set aside, re- jected as baatil. Mansur was not a Nabi to abrogate any belief, tenet or teaching of Islam. In all probability, the statement has been fabricated and erroneously attributed to Mansur Hallaaj. It was on account of certain state- ments of kufr that Mansur Hallaaj (Rahmatullah alayh) was executed, and the correctness of the execution was confirmed by his Shaikh, Hadhrat Junaid Baghdaadi (Rahmatullah alayh) who was Imaamus Sufiya. Statements of the Auliya which conflict with the Shariah have no validity. It is kufr to fab- ricate any belief based on such statements which are in stark conflict with the Shariah. Showing love for the religions of baatil as the murtad khateeb pro- claimed is kufr. How can a Mus- lim show love for baatil religions for which Allah Ta‟ala Himself registers His Abhorrence in the Qur‟aan Majeed? The Qur‟aan Majeed is replete with Aayat re- cording Divine Abhorrence for religions other than Islam, espe- cially for the type of idolatry – Hindu idolatry – which demands worship to stone idols manufac- tured by the worshipper himself. Addressing the ignorant follow- ers of other religions, the Qur‟aan Majeed says: ―Say (O Muhammad, to the believers of false deities): ‗What do you command me (Muhammad) to worship (deities) other than Allah! O you JAAHILOON!‘ Verily, it was revealed to you and to those before you that if you commit shirk (Hindu-Puja of idols), then most certainly your (good) deeds will be destroyed, and most assuredly you will be among the losers (destined for Jahannam).‖ (Az-Zumar, Aayats 64, 65) Nabi Hood (Alayhis salaam) said to his idol-worshipping peo- ple: ―I make Allah as my Wit- ness, and you (idol-worshippers) also testify that verily, I am free of (the idols) with which you commit shirk (by worshipping them) besides Allah…‖ (Hood, Aayats 54/55) In rejection of the false reli- gion of the Christians, Nabi Isaa (Alayhis salaam) said: ―What! Do you worship be- sides Allah such (deities) which neither harm nor benefit you while Allah is The One Who Hears and Who Knows? Say (O Isaa!): ‗O People of the Book! Do not commit ex- cesses in your deen which is not the truth, and do not follow the vain desires of people who have most certainly gone astray from aforetime, and who have misled numerous people, and they devi- ated from the Straight Path.‘ ‖ (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 76,77) Dissociating from the false religion of his father, Nabi Ib- raahim (Alayhis salaam) said: ―O my people! Verily, I am free from the (idols) with which you commit shirk (ascribe part- ners to Allah)… I am not among the mushrikeen.‖ (Al-An‘aam, Aayats 78, 79 ) While this murtad khateeb advocates love for the shirk and idols of the Hindus whom he is bootlicking, the Qur‟aan Majeed commands: ―Verily, they (the Mush- rikeen) have taken the shayaa- teen (devils) as friends besides Allah while they think that they (Continued from page 1) (Continued on page 11) the satanic level of degradation of such torture which hitherto we understood to be the trade mark of only the kuffaar in general (Americans, British, Russians), and their bootlicking sinister agencies such as the intelligence personnel of the kufr regimes in Muslim countries. Zulm is the outstanding feature of all cow- ards. Muslims who adopt torture as a method for punishing adver- saries, join the league of these kuffaar cowards by employing the same brutal haraam methods on other Muslims who also claim to be Mujaahideen. The rivalry among the jihaadi outfits is a satanic disease in all countries where these groups op- erate. They are engaged more in fighting and killing among them- selves instead of unitedly con- fronting the enemy. HTS should understand that they will be denied even the mor- al support and the Duas of Mus- lims. It is not permissible to make dua for a group which engages in such dastardly zulm which is comprehensible if perpetrated by the kuffaar. But such haraam bru- tal conduct is never possible for those who claim to be Muslims fighting in the Path of Allah Ta‟ala. The HTS and all others who claim to be „mujahideen‟ must necessarily study the lives of the Sahaabah. Never did the Sahaabah practice torture. Read the life anecdotes of Sultan Sa- laahuddin and take lesson. Regarding the true Mujaahi- deen, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “Muhammad is the Rasool of Allah. And those with him (the Sahaabah) are most stern against the kuffaar, most merciful among themselves. You will see them in Ruku‟ and Sajdah seeking the kindness of Allah and (His) Pleasure…..” (Al-Fath, Aayat 29) “… They are powerful against the kuffaar (but) kind (and hum- ble) towards the Mu‟mineen. They wage jihad in the Path of Allah, and they do not fear the reproach of those who insult…..” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 54) The evil characteristics dis- played by HTS and/or any other similar „jihaadi‟ outfit render them allies of the kuffaar. They do not have the haziest idea of the meaning of Jihad whose Maqsood (Divine Objective) is nothing besides I‟laa Kali- matillaah – To raise the Word of (Continued from page 9) (Continued on page 11) Al Haq Bulletin 64 Page 11 are guided.‖ (Al-A‘raaf, Aayat 30) While the jaahil khateeb pro- motes love for Hindu idolatry, the Qur‟aan commands hatred for their false religion of idola- try. Thus, Allah Ta‟ala states: “Verily for you (O Muslimeen!) there is a Beautiful Example in Ibraaheem and those who were with him (the Mu‟mineen). Re- member when he said to his peo- ple: „Verily, we are free from you and also from the idols you are worshipping besides Allah. We reject you and enmity and hatred has developed between us and you (Mushrikeen) for all time, until such time that you (come on to the Truth) and be- lieve in Allah, The One.‟ ” (Al-Mumtahinah, Aayat 4) These are a few Aayaat ran- domly taken from the Qur‟aan Majeed which command abhor- rence for all religions besides Islam. The Qur‟aan Majeed is loaded with Verses condemning all religions as falsehood, and excoriating all worshippers of false religions, in particular idol- worshippers. The khateeb was obviously bootlicking the Hin- dus. In the process of his despic- able bootlicking he eliminated his Imaan. His ignorance is shockingly lamentable. How can a Muslim promote love for kufr and shirk when the Qur‟aan, the Ahaadith and the Ijma‟ of the Ummah so vehemently castigate and refute idol-worship, cow-worship and all forms of religions besides Is- lam. Rejecting with emphasis and greatest clarity all religions be- sides Islam, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: ―Whoever follows a religion other than Islam, never ever will it be accepted from him, and in the Aakhirah he will be among the losers… These (mushrikeen — their punishment is that on them is the LA‘NAT (CURSE) of Allah, and of the Malaaikah, and of entire mankind. Therein (i.e. in Hell-Fire) will they dwell forever. The punishment shall not be decreased for them, nor will they be given any respite.‖ (Aal Imraan, 85, 86, 87) The answers to your numbered questions are as follows: Q.1 What is this „Wahdat al- Adyaan‟? I have heard about a state of fana called wahdat al- wujood but I have never heard of this term, wahdatul adyaan or concept ever before. Pardon my ignorance, can you please ex- plain me what is Wahdat al- Adyaan? A. There is no such concept as „wahdatul adyaan‟ in Islam. This is a concept of kufr and shirk of deviates. It is slanderous to at- tribute this kufr idea to the Sufi- ya (Auliya). Deviates have delib- erately misinterpreted ambiguous statements of some Sufiya who had made seemingly un-Islamic statements during states of ecsta- sy. Any such statements which are in conflict with the Shariah are set aside or given a suitable interpretation to bring them in line with the Shariah. Some of the statements of ostensible kufr have also been falsely ascribed to the Sufiya. Q.2 If Wahdat al-Adyaan means „Unity of Religions‟ then are the- se interfaithers justified to use this as a „proof‟ to justify their mock sense of „interfaith‟ jaahi- liyyat? A. Since there is simply no such concept of kufr in Islam, the de- viates have no Islamic basis for their unity of religions fabricated false concoction. There is abso- lutely no basis for them in Islam to justify their rubbish concept of kufr and shirk. Q.3 I fear that these people will start quoting the above- mentioned incident of Mansoor Hallaaj (rahimahullah) to befool the unwary masses. What has Wahdat al-Adyaan got to do with the incident of Mansoor Hallaaj? A. Let us momentarily assume that Mansoor Hallaaj did utter statements which lead to the idea of „unity of religions‟. On the basis of this assumption there is no Muslim whose Imaan is valid and healthy who will accept that the Qur‟aan and the Ahaadith can be abrogated/cancelled by an utterance of a man in ecstatic in- toxication some centuries after Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Many deviates and hypocrites had dotted the history of Islam. It does not flow from their preach- ings and concepts of kufr and shirk that the Islam of the Qur‟aan becomes cancelled. On- ly such people who are destined to be fuel for Jahannam will re- nounce their Imaan and allow themselves to be ensnared into the trap of Iblees. True Muslims believe in the Qur‟aan, not in the utterances and concepts of men who appeared after the finaliza- tion and perfection of Islam. The murtad khateeb had promot- ed his concept of kufr to bootlick the Christian interfaithers. While he may be at pains to cunningly promote Christian shirk and kufr, the Qur‟aan Majeed rejects and condemns with much emphasis the Christian concept of trinity. Now how is it possible for Islam to unite with a religion which has the doctrine of trinity (three gods in one) as its pivotal belief. Con- demning the Christians, the Qur‟aan Majeed says that the Nasaara claimed that Nabi Isaa (alayhis salaam) was the „son of Allah‟, and condemning the Ya- hood, the Qur‟aan states that the Jews claimed that Uzair (Alayhis salaam) was the „son of Allah‟. The Qur‟aan has only criticism and condemnation for all reli- gions other than Islam. How can there be „unity of religions‟; when the Qur‟aan states with great clarity and emphasis that the mushrikeen will dwell in Hell-Fire eternally? Q.4 Please explain the lofty sta- tus of Islam in comparison of all other baatil religions. A. You should have asked to ex- plain the despicable status of baatil religions. All Muslims know that Islam is the Absolute Truth. It is the Deen which ema- nated from Allah Azza Wa Jal. It was transmitted by the Chief of the Malaaikah, Hadhrat Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam), and the Recip- ient of the noblest and highest of Allah‟s creation, Hadhrat Nabi Muhammad (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He was the last and final Rasool of Allah Ta‟ala. He was the Seal of the long Chain of Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam). Anyone who impugns the Ab- soluteness of Islam‟s Absolutism with any assonant in any of its (Islam‟s) spheres commits kufr and denudes himself of his Imaan. Regarding the status of kuffaar and the status of the Mu‟mineen, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: ―Verily, the kuffaar of Ahl-e- Kitaab (People of the Book) and the Mushrikeen will be in the Fire of Jahannam wherein they will dwell forever. Indeed, they are the worst of creation. Verily, they who have Imaan and practise virtuous deeds, in- deed they are the best of crea- tion. Their reward by their Rabb will be Eternal Orchards (of Jannat) below which flow riv- ers. Therein will they dwell for- ever. Well-pleased is Allah with them, and well-pleased are they with Him. This (Reward) is for him who fears his Rabb.‖ (Surah Bayyinah) The status of all religions and ideologies besides Islam, accord- ing to the Qur‟aan is GHUTHA (RUBBISH). HTS and all other groups claiming to be in the Path of Al- lah must understand well that true Mujaahideen are not in the field to injure, brutalize and kill Mus- lims. No group has a monopoly of operating in the arena of Jihad. The current scenario in Shaam is not of the Khalifah fighting the kuffaar. Therefore, those who re- fuse to join HTS may not be clas- sified as Ahl-Bughaat. They are not rebels and traitors. HTS has no Shar‟i right to hoist itself as the Khalifah. Currently, in fact since its establishment, HTS and for that matter all the jihaadi groups have not even com- menced valid Jihaadi activity against the Assad Devil. Mutual rivalry and internecine fighting appear to be their dominant ac- tivity. In the Land of Shaam, HTS cannot claim to be the sole repos- itory of Jihad. I have read your article re- garding migrating to kaafir countries being kufr. Does this mean that it is Waajib for Mus- lims living in non-Muslim countries to go back to their countries? A. If it is possible to migrate back to the Muslim country from whence one came, then yes, it will be Waajib to flee from the kaafir country. For example, Pa- kistanis in foreign kuffaar coun- tries are able to return to their country since they are citizens over there. Q. Is the Crescent moon and the Star the symbol of Islam? What is its Shariah status? A. Although the crescent and star has become a symbol of Is- lam, it is not Sunnah. It is per- missible. It has no Sunnah sig- nificance. Q. How is it to listen to the bayaans of Sheikh Awlaki? A. Sheikh Awlaki was a staunch Salafi. Laymen should not listen to his talks, for they are bound to deviate. They will not under- stand at what point his talk is deviating. Therefore, laymen should not listen to his bayaans. Q. Al Mahmoud Foundation Trust of Lilongwe, Malawi has organized a 40 day Fajr Salaat competition. Is it permissible to participate in such a competi- tion? A. In South Africa there is a shaitaani, deviated evil group which we call Devil‟s Team while they dub themselves „deen team‟. It appears that the Al Mahmoud Foundation Trust of Lilongwe, Malawi has contract- ed the disease of kufr and mock- ery of the Deen from the South African Devil‟s Team. The „Fajr‟ competition is a haraam mockery of Salaat. It is akin to kufr. These deviates are inspired by Iblees. It is haraam to partici- pate in their satanic competi- tion. Q. The High Court of Lahore has decreed that a marriage during the Iddat is not baatil (invalid), and that the couple marrying during the woman‘s Iddat cannot be charged with zina. Is this correct according to the Shariah? A. The Lahore High Court is not a Shariah court. It is a court which operates according to kufr law. Pakistan is not a country governed by the Shariah. Nikah during Iddat is not valid. How- ever, it is correct that the couple cannot be charged with the crime of zina. This is because of the lack of Shar‟i evidence for proving zina. Furthermore, those who believe that Nikah during Iddat is valid become kaafir. They lose their Imaan. Q. You call many scholars with different names such as Rever- end, etc. Why such names? From history did the previous Ulama-e-Haq also speak in this manner? Is it permitted for me to use such names for these so-called scholars? A. They are not ulama. They are rascals and scoundrels of the vil- est breed of Ibleesi agents. The titles, reverend, pundit, villains, scoundrels, etc. for Munaafiqeen of the likes of Bham, Moolla, Menk, Rawat, Vanker and the glut of agents of Iblees, are very mild and perhaps respectful. These characters need to be im- paled and crucified. They are NOT Muslims. Salaat behind them is not permissible. It is not permissible to perform their Ja- naazah Salaat when they perish nor is it permissible to bury them in the Muslim Qabrustaan. Their carrion bodies should be thrown into the city dump for animals to devour. That was one form of punishment meted out to murtaddeen during the Salafus Saaliheen era. We are dealing with scoundrels of the worst kind. They are murtaddeen out to demolish Islam. Q. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had in his fi- nal moments advised that Jews and Christians be expelled from Arabia. However, we are in- formed that today they are al- lowed even in the Haram of Madinah Tayyibah. Can this ever be allowed? A. Expulsion of the Yahood and Nasaara from Jazeeratul Arab was not an „advice‟. It was a vigorous Command which the Sahaabah executed and Arabia was purified from Yahood and Nasaara presence until just very recently when the Saudi murtad regime cancelled the Shariah. The command applies to Jazeer- atul Arab – the entire Arabian Peninsula. The current murtad regime of Iblees directed by the illegitimate son of shaitaan is the writing on the wall for massive upheavals of fitnah and fasaad. The Axe of Divine Wrath will strike swiftly and disastrously. Q. I've witnessed with my own eyes that this chap named Im- raan Moosa is invited to the homes of Ulama and Islamic scholars. These Ulama enter- tain and dine with him despite him committing the worst of acts of shirk and kufr under the heavens. What is the condition of these Ulama? This is in Le- nasia. A. The molvis who dine (and wine) with the mushrik politi- cian are Signs of Qiyaamah. They are among the villains about whom our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “…they will be the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky.” These molvis of evil demolish the Deen. About them Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He who honours a faasiq aids in the demolition of Islam.” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) expressed great fear for these vile vermin masquerad- ing as Ulama. He said that he fears them more than Dajjaal. not unite under one banner. But they are required by Islam to col- lectively plan and systematize and synchronize their plans and actions against the enemy. Allah Ta‟ala commanding this action states in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “And all of you hold fast on to the Rope of Allah, and do not split (among yourselves).” All of you Jihadi groups should hang your heads in shame! You should quit and disappear into the mountains to attend to moral purification. Go and first excoriate the evil nafs of all its villainy. Then only will you be- come qualified for Jihad. Current- ly, you are rotten to the core, hence you survive as bandits em- ploying the brutal tactics of the enemies of Islam. You brutalize Muslims and you lie in the name of Islam! These are not traits of a Mujahid‟s or a Muslim‟s charac- ter. You should feel ashamed of yourselves for all the harm and damage you are causing with your in-fighting and zulm. Take a lesson from the U.S. enemy of Islam. To achieve its goal of the expulsion of the Soviet Union from Afghanistan, the U.S. had united all the Afghan warring fac- tions, fielded them unitedly as „Mujaahideen‟ and ultimately succeeded in its objective of hu- miliating and expelling its enemy, the Soviet Union. Now when this kaafir US ene- my of Islam could succeed in uniting the various Afghan fac- tions who had no perception of Jihad and its Objective, why can the HTS and the other groups not unite to fight the enemy despite all of them claiming to be fighting Fi Sabeelillaah with a stated objective of establishing Khilaafate and the Shariah? The glaringly conspicuous fac- tor for the inability to unite and for the internecine blood-letting is moral corruption. These „mujaahideen‟ are primarily juha- la who are totally unaware of the Waajib and vital requisite of Is- laah of the Nafs. Since they are bereft of moral excellence, they act like animals in submission to nafsaani instincts. How is it ever possible for a true Muslim to tor- ture a man who recites: Laailaha illallaah ? In fact, it is Haraam to torture even the enemy. It is haraam to torture a captured kaaf- ir even if the kuffaar had tortured Muslims. Torture has absolutely no scope of operation in Islam. The aforementioned Naseehat answers your two questions. In brief, the answers are: (1) If what you have said is true, and if HTS does not undergo a major overhaul and a major cleansing of its haraam activities, then it will be haraam to join it, and also haraam to remain with it. (2) Advice for the redundant Muhaajireen appears on page 9 in this Bulletin. May Allah Ta‟ala grant every- one the taufeeq to morally re- form. For success and victory, Islah of the nafs is the vital requi- site. It is the fundamental basis for victory against the kuffaar. (Continued from page 11)
