I have read your article regarding migrating to kaafir countries being kufr. Does this mean that it is Waajib for Muslims living in non-Muslim countries to go back to their countries?
Answer
If it is possible to migrate back to the Muslim country from whence one came, then yes, it will be Waajib to flee from the kaafir country. For example, Pakistanis in foreign kuffaar countries are able to return to their country since they are citizens over there.
