I am writing to ask you for advice on the political situation in India. I feel that there is no need to say much about the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) government of India. Their actions upon the populace in general, and upon the Muslims of India in particular, are well known to the country and the world. While I understand the principle that "your deeds are your rulers", and that moral reformation is exceedingly urgent, there are a couple of logistic issues on which I seek clarity: 1. In a few months, elections are scheduled to be held in the North -Indian province of Uttar Pradesh (UP). The ruling BJP seeks a return to power and are campaigning aggressively. In my opinion, the elections are a farce and the results are probably a foregone conclusion. I base my opinion on the bizarre occurrences during the previous elections when even constituencies of western UP - such as in Deoband - were won by the BJP. Election fraud and hacking of vote-machines were suspected. These suspicions were never proved, although the capturing of the entire election machinery and investigating agencies by the national government cannot be ruled out. I must add that, occasionally, elections in other parts of the country have gone against the BJP where they have lost. However, the province of UP has been their big support base and communal hate-mongering as well as oppression by the state police in this province is arguably the worst in the entire country. Under such conditions, how reasonable is it for Muslims and especially Muslim women to exit their homes to cast their vote in the elections? Election queues are long and the crowds at each polling booth may swell to hundreds, along with presence of police and politically affiliated ruffians. The concern increases in constituencies where Muslims are a small minority among the voting populace. And all this for a vote which may be ultimately defrauded or hacked. 2. I wish to ask you regarding Muslim politicians or political workers who associate with the BJP party or support the party in any way. Particularly, the status of this man called Jamal Siddiqui and others like him. I have copy-pasted verbatim below a couple of articles reported by an online news website "www.theprint.in". Somebody told me about the reported article, so I went ahead and looked it up online. In particular, the first article among these two was absolutely infuriating to sit through for me, and I can only apologise profusely to you for making you read through it. I am at a loss for anything to say, but please know that I am just really sorry for forwarding it to you. (End of query)

May Allah Ta'ala guide Muslims and save us all from the consequences of our misdeeds. May Allah Ta'ala eliminate the Hindu mushrik zaalimeen.
1) Regardless of the prevailing situation, it will not be permissible for Muslim women to emerge from their homes, mingle with kuffaar, fussaaq, fujjaar and hooligans to cast votes. They should remain at home and make dua. In fact, this should also be the stance of Muslim men. There is no succour in bootlicking the kuffaar. There is no safety for Muslims in attempting to lick the boots of this and that kuffaar political entities.
The primary problem is that our focus is not at all on Allah Ta'ala. We fail to understand that it is only Allah Azza Wa Jal Who installs and removes rulers/governments. The hacking and defrauding occurring during elections are also cogs in the Divine Machinery to give effect to the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The BJP idolaters will be eliminated only when their divinely ordained course has terminated. Regardless of endeavours by Muslims and others to remove the evil government, they will not succeed as long as the BJP's divinely chalked course does not end.
Muslims should not embark on any action which is in conflict with the Shariah regardless of any perceived benefits. Our perceptions which are in conflict with the Shariah are shaitaani inspirations and traps to derail us from Siraatul Mustaqeem.
2) The Muslims who work with the BJP are sell-outs and traitors. Their Imaan dangles on a thread if not already extinguished. They lick the boots and hinds of the Hindu mushrik zaalimeen for evil worldly and nafsaani objectives. This miserable rat, Ja-maal, is a bootlicker of the cow worshippers and drinkers of cow urine. His brains are corrupted with kufr. This man is not a Muslim. He is shaitaan in human form, hence he has the satanic audacity of likening the deeds of Modi, the devil-worshipper, to the practices of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam).
The only course for Muslims is Inaabat ilallaah. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed:
"Turn unto Allah (in repentance) all of you, O Mu'minoon!, so that you are victorious."
The BJP is the consequence of Muslim evil and rebellion against Allah Ta'ala. Confirming this fact, the Qur'aan Shareef states:
"Whatever misfortune befalls you, is the consequence of what your hands have earned, and He forgives much (of your misdeeds)."
However, shaitaan has blinded Muslims and tricked them into believing that they (Muslims) are the 'mazlumeen' (the oppressed), whilst on the contrary, they are the Zaalimeen who are oppressing themselves. Says the Qur'aan Majeed: "These are the limits of Allah. Whoever transgresses these limits, verily he has oppressed himself."
Only when Muslims understand the root cause of their disease, repent and seek aid from Allah Ta'ala, will His Nusrat (Help) arrive. Seeking aid from Allah Ta'ala is not restricted to making dua. The very first requisite is total submission to His Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah – the Sunnah as it has reached us from the Sahaabah, not some weird concept of the 'sunnah' proffered by the modernist zanaadaqah and the bootlicking mercenary molvis and sheikhs of this era.
