Al-Haq Bulletin Number 81

30 March 2026 al haq bulletin ALLAH’S ATHAAB IS DESTROYING THEIR OIL WEALTH — POETIC JUSTICE The miserable munaafiq, mur- tad American backyard states of Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi, etc. are in a state of incredi- ble shock and consternation having realized that their ‗god‘, USA, has miserably failed to protect them against the resolute onslaught of missile attacks by Iran. It is by the decree of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal that these brothel kuffar tourist haunts constructed for the immoral satanic jaunts of hundreds of thousands of kuffaar tourists, are now observing the de- struction of their oil facilities by barrages of Iranian mis- siles. They are being pum- meled back into the camel age which undoubtedly is in their best interest. Perhaps they will emerge from their stupor of kufr, shirk, fisq and fu- joor. “Fasaad (anarchy, strife, corruption) has appeared on earth and the ocean as a consequence of what the hands of people have perpe- trated, so that He (Allah Ta‟ala) gives them to taste some of the (evil deeds) which they have committed, for perhaps they may return (to Siraatul Mustaqeem).” (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) The enormous wealth in the wake of the Ni‘mat of oil was respite which Allah Ta‘ala had granted to these miserable bootlickers of the western kuffaar. They are now being hemmed in. Their oil industry has suffered the severest of losses in the wake of Iranian missile strikes. The surest sign for im- pending Divine Chastisement is immorality accompanied by opulence. In this regard, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “When We intend to de- stroy a town (city or country), (Continued on page 14) BULLETIN No. 81 Shawwaal 1447 / April 2026 PO BOX 3393 - PORT ELIZABETH - 6056 - SOUTH AFRICA THE BAND OF HAQ “There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) “DO NOT CONFLATE HAQ WITH BAATIL (Qur’aan) Our sympathy for Iran in the current conflagration is a clear stance bereft of any conflation with the baatil religion of Shi‘ism. There is no doubt in the Kufr of the Shiahs. Shiahs are out of the fold of Islam. The current war is Kuffaar vs Kuffaar. Despite this, our sympathy is with Iran and the desire is that Allah Ta‘ala grants Iran victory and a re- sounding defeat to the barbari- ans of America and the mur- derers of Israel. Our sympathy is well mirrored in the sympa- thy of the Sahaabah on the oc- casion of the clashing of the two kuffaar super powers of that era, namely the Roman and Persians empires. Support and sympathy should not be conflated with Aqeedah (Belief). There is no such conflation in our stance hence confusion may not be read into it. Support/sympathy for Iran in no way whatsoever imply compromise with the abhorrent kufr beliefs of Shi- ahs nor does it dilute opposi- tion for the kufr of Shi‘i be- liefs. The American-Israeli war is an attack on the Ummah and Islam. It is the continuation of (Continued on page 22) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 2 Trump has threatened Hamas with dire consequences if it does not disarm ‗very soon‘. Hamas will be able to shrug off this threat as satanic and stupid drivel only if its fighters are Mu‘mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan, not mere tech- nical ‗Muslims‘. “Those who responded to the Call of Allah and His Rasool after having been afflicted with calamity--- for those among them who practice vir- tue and adopt Taqwa there is a great Reward.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 172) The ‗great reward‘ is the help of Allah, the pleasure of Allah and victory over the kuffaar. But this ‗Great Reward‘ is for those who practice virtue and cultivate Taqwa. “They are those to whom the people (the mushrikeen) said: „Verily the people (kuffaar) have formed a coalition against you, therefore fear them. (Instead of fear) it (this threat) increased them (the Mu‟mineen) in Imaan, and they responded: „Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best of helpers.‟ “Then they (the Mu‟mineen) returned (from the battlefield) with the bounty (victory and the spoils of war) from Allah and with grace without adversity (defeat) befalling them. And, they pursued the Pleasure of Allah (by way of obedience and ibaadat). Al- lah is the One of Magnificent Bounties.” “Verily, that was only shai- taan who instils fear into his friends. Therefore, do not fear them, and fear only ME (Allah), If indeed you are Mu‟mineen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayaat 173 – 175) These Aayaat of the Qur‘aan Majeed command the Mu‘mi- neen not to fear the friends of Shaitaan such as the barbarian clown Trump and the brutal torturer Netanyahu. Fear in the heart of the Mu‘mineen is for only Allah Ta‘ala, not for shadows and phantoms. The barbarian clown Trump, threatening Hamas, said: ―Well we (Trump and Netanyahu) talked about Ha- mas, and we talked about dis- armament, and they‘re be giv- en a very short period of time to disarm, and we‘ll see how it works out.‖ It is this type of satanic fear to which the aforementioned Aayaat refer. Shaitaan inspires these Barbarians and Savages to issue such threats which are meaningless for the true Mu‘mineen. But the problem with Muslims, including Ha- mas and its likes, is that they are not Mu‟mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan. So, instead of responding: “Allah suffices for us, and He is the best of helpers.”, Mus- lims are overwhelmed with fear which constrains them in- to bootlicking the enemy in- stead of waging Jihad in the Name of Allah Ta‘ala. But, as long as the fighters of Hamas do not adopt Taqwa by prac- ticing virtue as stated in the aforementioned Aayaat, they will not have the Roohaaniyat (spiritual stamina) to respond as commanded by Allah Ta‘ala. It is gross weakness of Imaan which has pummeled Hamas into accepting a non- existent ‗ceasefire‘ - a cease- fire which never was a cease- fire from day one. Hamas had capitulated humiliatingly. It was a cunning plot to weaken the resolve of Hamas to fight, and to grab land in pursuit of the ‗greater israel‘ plot. Hamas had defied the US and Israeli aggression/ genocide for two years. It has now laid down its arms most despicably while the aggres- sion and brutality of the US and Israeli are on the increase. The victory stated in the Qur‘aan is reserved for Muslims who are Mu‘mineen in the meaning of the Qur‘aan. Muslims who are ‗kuffaar‘ in almost all spheres and as- pects of life should not ex- pect the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala. They will remain bootlickers and bootleggers. If Hamas can only under- stand the Qur‘aan and imple- ment the prescriptions of the Qur‘aan, it will experience the wonderful phenomenon of Allah‘s Nusrat leading to de- cisive victory over the satan- ic coalition of the Yahood and Nasaaraa‘. But if Allah Ta‘ala has not decreed hidaayat for Hamas, there will be nothing but humili- ating defeat. (Continued on page 3) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 3 The Shuhada (Martyrs) are alive. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan: “Do not say about those killed in the Path of Allah that they are dead. In fact, they are alive, but you do not under- stand.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 154) Once Khalifah Haaroon Ar- Rasheed asked Muhammad Battaal about any amazing event which had occurred to him in the land of the Romans. He narrated the following episode: ―One day while I was walking in the fields I heard the hooves of a horse behind me. When I turned I saw a fully armed horse-rider. He approached me and greeted. I responded. He asked if I had seen a man who is called Battaal. I said that I am Battaal. He alighted from his horse, embraced me and kissed my feet. I asked him: ―Why are you doing this?‖ He said: ―I have come to be at your service.‖ I made Dua for him. Suddenly four armed horsemen approached us. My companion asked: ―Do you permit that I engage them in battle?‖ I said: ―Yes.‖ Then they clashed for an hour, and finally killed him. Then they advanced to attack me. I said to them: ―If you desire to fight with me, then grant me respite to arm myself with the weapons of my slain companion and to mount his horse. They said: ―You may do so.‖ After I armed myself, I said to them: ―You are four and I am one. This is unfair. Let one of you advance on me.‖ Thus one of them stepped forward. We fought and I killed him. The second one came forward. We fought and I killed him too. Then came the third one. I killed him as well. O Ameerul Mu‘mineen! The fourth one came and we fought fiercely until his spear and my spear broke. Then we dismounted from our horses. He took his sword and shield, and so did I. We fought fiercely. Then the hilts of my sword and his sword broke, and our swords fell to the ground. Then we wrestled. This continued until the evening, and the sun set. Neither did I defeat him nor did he defeat me. I said to him: ―Today I have missed Salaat.‖ He said: ―The same with me.‖ He was a bishop. I said to him: ―Do you agree that we halt to perform our missed worship and rest for the night? In the morning we can resume our combat.‖ He said: ―So shall it be.‖ Thus, I engaged in Allah‘s ibaadat while he also worshipped. In the morning we resumed our combat. I overpowered him and sat on his chest ready to kill him with my dagger. He pleaded: ―Give me another chance.‖ I agreed, and the fight resumed. My foot slipped and he overpowered me. He sat on my chest and intended to kill me. I said to him: ―I had given you a chance. Will you not give me also a chance?‖ He said: ―So it shall be.‖ Then we wrestled for the third time. Again he overpowered me, and sat on my chest ready to kill me. I said to him: ―One for one. Be magnanimous another time.‖ He said: ―Let it be so.‖ We wrestled for the fourth time, and once again he overwhelmed me. Then he said: ―Now I realize you are Battaal I shall most certainly bring peace to the land of the Romans by eliminating you.‖ I said: ―Never! If my Rabb wills.‖ He said: ―Tell your god to save you from me.‖ O Ameerul Mumineen! As he lifted his dagger to slaughter me, I beheld a wondrous scene. My slain companion stood up, lifted his sword and severed the head of the one on top of me. Then he (my slain companion) recited the Qur‘aanic aayat: “Never think that those who are slain in the path of Allah are dead, infact they are alive; by their Rabb they are nourished.” “If Allah aids you, none can defeat you, but if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 2) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 4 Shaikh Muhammad Ali Tirmizi (rahmatullah alayh) was among the very great Auliya. He was a Muhaddith, Faqeeh, Mufassir and a Mujtahid. He was the repository of great spiritual mysteries. He had compiled numerous kitaabs on different subjects of the Deen. During the close of his earthly term of life he called a colleague, Hadhrat Abu Bakr Warraaq. Shaikh Tirmizi gave him a kitaab and instructed him to cast it into the river. Hadhrat Abu Warraaq departed with the kitaab. Along the way when he examined the contents he discovered that it was a treasure trove of spiritual mysteries. His heart was averse to destroy such a rare treasure trove. He hid the book at home and reported that he had cast it into the river. Hadhrat Tirmizi asked: ―When you cast it into the river, what did you see?‖ Abu Bakr Warraaq said: ―I saw nothing. Only the disappearance of the kitaab.‖ Hadhrat Tirmizi: ―You did not cast the kitaab in the river. Now go this very moment and cast the kitaab into the river, and report to me what you have seen.‖ Filled with shame and remorse, he took the kitaab and fulfilled the obligation of casting it into the river. As the kitaab was about to strike the surface of the water, he observed a wonderous scene. A beautiful box with its lid open, miraculously appeared from under the surface of the water and the kitaab landed snugly into it. The lid closed and the box disappeared under water. Astonished by this wonderful enactment, Hadhrat Warraaq hastened to report what he had observed. However, before he could explain, Hadhrat Tirmizi said: ―Now you have cast it into the water.‖ Hadhrat Warraaq: ―For Allah‘s Sake, explain the mystery.‖ Hadhrat Tirmizi: ―I had compiled in that kitaab such wonderful spiritual mysteries of the Sufiya which all the wise men (Ulama and Fuqaha) of the world will fail to understand. Hadhrat Khidhr (alayhis salaam) instructed me to cast it into the river. Allah Ta‘ala ordered a fish to deliver the box to the spot where the kitaab will be assigned, and Allah Ta‘ala ordered the water to deliver the box to Hadhrat Khidhr (alayhis salaam). HAMAS HAS FAILED Hamas is supposed to be an Islamic Movement, and so does the West regard it. But in reality, there is nothing much of Islam in Hamas. While they were governing Ghazzah, the law of Taaghoot was the law of the land, not the Shariah. One of the Palestinian groups comprising the Re- sistance is marxist/atheist who are the worst of kuffaar – worse than Trump and Netan- yahu - worse than the Yahood and Nasaara. Allah Ta‘ala had granted Hamas the opportunity to gov- ern a land, but it had miserably failed. This failure was im- mensely aggravated by the kuffaar lifestyle and corrupt beliefs of the Palestinians. Hence, Allah Ta‘ala snatched away power from Hamas, and He has apprehended the popu- lace with His Athaab which is still in progress. “Indeed the Apprehension of Allah is Pain- ful. (Qur‟aan) The decree of Allah Ta‘ala cannot be thwart- ed, and the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal does not change: “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Al- lah.” (Qur‟aan) The consequence of rebel- lion and of fisq and fujoor piled on kufr is the type of Athaab currently being enacted in Palestine and elsewhere in Muslim countries. THE KUFR OF “EQUAL RIGHTS” The prime minister of Pa- kistan, Shehbaz Sharif, said on 25th December: “Ensuring interfaith har- mony and equal rights for all citizens, especially minorities, is a key priority for his gov- ernment as Christians in Pa- kistan observe Christmas.” Licking the boots of the western kuffaar by rejecting the Shariah‘s Law as applica- ble to Dhimmis. Rejection of the Shariah is adoption of the Law of Taaghoot, and on- ly a Taaghooti state governs by the law of Taaghoot.‖ AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 5 T R A N S G E N D E R / H O M O S E X U A L I T Y / LESBIANIC ACTIVITY IN THE LAND OF THE IMPURE BY what stretch of Imaani logic can Pakistan ever be an Islamic state when, like its kuffaar western democracy partners in kufr and Taaghooti law, it pro- vides succour, rights and re- spectability to even such speci- mens of humanity whom Allah Azza Wa Jal had eliminated from the surface of the earth with showers of brimstone from the heaven. The fate of the na- tion of Nabi Loot (Alayhis sa- laam) is well known, and the ee- rie atmosphere surrounding the Dead Sea remains to this day a silent witness to the destruction inflicted on them by Allah Ta‘ala. But, the kufr regime of Na- pakistan professing to be an ‗islamic‘ state had enacted a transgender Act to award and safeguards rights for the (Continued on page 6) “Many were the Ambiya with whom many of the Ribbiyoon (devoted companions) fought (in Jihaad). Despite the hardships which befell them in the Path of Allah, they did not lose courage, nor did they become weak, nor did they become hopeless. Al- lah loves the Saabireen. Their only Call was that they said: „Our Rabb! Forgive our sins and our transgres- sion in our affairs, and plant our feet firmly (against the enemy), and help us against the nation of kaafireen. Then Allah granted them the worldly reward (of victory) and the beautiful reward of the Aakhirat. Allah loves the Muhsineen (those who practice virtue).” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayaat 146, 147, 148) In all eras of the history of mankind, there were Ambiya waging Jihad in the Path of Allah. With them were small bands of Companions (Sahaabah/Ribbiyyoon) who had displayed admirable re- solve, resilience and courage in the battlefield. They never sued for ‗ceasefire‘ and so- called peace. Ceasefire in terms of the Shariah is dis- graceful capitulation and ig- noble defeat. Ceasefire or defeat is the consequence of either putrid, emaciated Imaan or lack of Imaan. Ceasefire is disgrace- ful bootlicking which is the profession of bootlickers not of genuine Mujaahideen. True Fighters of Allah do not understand defeat and dis- armament which is currently being imposed on Hamas. Bootlicking Trump and Net- anyahu is the consequence of having abandoned the Shari- ah of Allah Ta‘ala which is in reality rejection of Islam. While ‗Muslims‘ profess to be Muslims, the vast majority of them are kuffaar, hence they are experts in the pro- fession of disgracefully boot- licking the kuffaar. Since the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala was with the Sa- haabah and Ribbiyyoon, vic- tory was always with them. Victory for the Mu‘mineen is not reliant on military superi- ority, numerical and arma- ment superiority. For the Mu‘mineen victory depends on Imaani perfection. Thus the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “Many were the small bands (of Mujaahideen) who defeated large armies with the permission of Allah. Allah is with the Saabireen.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 249) “When they (the Mujaahideen) confronted Jaaloot and his armies, they said: “O our Rabb! Bestow to us endurance, plant our feet firmly and help us against the nation of kaafireen. “Thus did they defeat them (the kuffaar) with the permission of Allah.” (Al-Baqarah, 249, 250) The Sahaabah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) were famous for their victo- ries against great odds - against the huge armies of the then superpowers. Both the Roman and Persian empires were crushed by the Sahaa- bah. Their victories were due to the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala. They had the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala - the Aid which Allah Ta‘ala is today withholding from the grossly rebellious, evil and treacherous Um- mah. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 6 “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah.” (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 77) In several Aayaat of the Qur‘an Shareef does Allah Azza Wa Jal declare that “His Sunnah (Way) never changes”. One of His un- changeable ways is meting out Athaab to recalcitrant and rebellious Muslims when they have transgressed the point of no redemption – the point of no return to Siraatul Mus- taqeem. When there is no in- tention of reformation and return to obedience, then the confirmed Sunnah of Athaab overtakes them. They are then utterly destroyed. Currently, Palestine is one such example. Another example of the un- changeable Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal is that He un- leashes His Athaab by har- nessing the kuffaar and send- ing them against Muslims. Elaborating this Divine Sun- nah, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “We apprized Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab that most assuredly you will spread anarchy on earth twice, and you will perpetrate mas- sive anarchy. (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 4) Thus, when the first of the two promised (predictions) came, We sent against you (Bani Israaeel) such of Our (kuffaar) servants who were powerful warmongers. Then they pene- trated (your) homes. That was a Promised fulfilled. ………. (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 5) Then came the second Promise so that they (the kuffaar) could disfigure your faces (with brutality) and so that they enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered it the first time, and so that they destroy every- thing they overran.” (Al-Israa‟, Aayat 7) “Our servants” mentioned in the aforementioned Aayat refers to the kuffaar forces under the Babylonian idol- worshipping king Bukht Nas- sar. This Divine Sunnah selects such kuffaar to punish Mus- lims, who themselves would be destroyed after the pre- scribed Punishment has run its course. Allah Ta‘ala had selected the kaafir, Fir‘oun to persecute, brutalize and to se- verely punish the evil, rebel- lious Bani Israaeel who were the then Muslim Ummah. Af- ter the divinely prescribed Punishment had been execut- ed, Allah Ta‘ala destroyed Fir‘oun and his legions by drowning them all. In the present era, the one unchangeable Sunnah of Al- lah Ta‘ala is in the form of Trump and Netanyanu. The extreme arrogance and bru- tality displayed by these two kuffaar barbarians confirm that today Trump is Fir‘oun, and Netanyahu his Hamaan, the righthand man of Fir‘oun. After the Sunnah of the Athaab for the Palestinians has run its prescribed course, Al- lah Ta‘ala will destroy these two barbarians along with their legions. “Never think that Allah is oblivious of the actions of the zaalimoon (oppressors).” (Ibraaheem, Aayat 42) transgender miscreants. Thus, the Transgender Bill passed by the National Assembly of Napaki- stan, reads: “A Bill to provide for protec- tion, relief and rehabilitation of rights of the transgender persons and their welfare……..” Expounding the kufr of Tag- hoot on this issue, the Act states: “A transgender person shall have the right to be recognized as per his or her self-perceived gen- der identity, as such, in accord- ance with the provisions of this Act.” (We gave added the emphasis) This is a brief, very brief, comment on the kufr of the Transgender Act enacted by the kufr state of Pakistan in dia- metric conform with the Shari- ah, that is: the Qur‘aan and Sun- nah. How can such a vile kufr, western bootlicking regime ev- er be termed ‗Islamic‘? (Continued from page 5) TRANSGENDER/ HOMOSEXUALITY/ LESBIANIC ACTIVITY IN THE LAND OF THE IMPURE AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 7 A weird satanic attitude dis- played by Muslims when they are trapped into chaos and an- archy is to ascribe blame to the USA, Israel and other agencies of the Yahood and Nasaara such as Mossad and CIA. The most recent example of such stupidity is the huge po- litical upheaval, the rioting and terrorism devastating Iran. While it is quite evident that foreign intelligence agencies are involved in fomenting cha- os and anarchy, the objective being destabilization of the country, the actual devastation is caused by the evil people of the land. The function of the foreign intelligence services is limited to inviting, instigating and providing money and weap- ons. The actual evil work of arson, destroying and killing is executed by the incorrigi- bly evil people themselves. It is unintelligent to blame the devil/shaitaan for the sins one commits. The act of shaitaan is to set the trap. People then become his vic- tims of their own free will. The foreign intelligence agencies do not have the pow- er to compel the evil popula- tion to indulge in anarchy, destruction, burning, killing, looting, etc. Allah Ta‘ala had fore- warned Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis salaam) of the threat of Iblees. When Nabi Aadam (Alayhis salaam) committed the error and was consequent- ly expelled from Jannat, he did not attribute his error to shaitaan. He wept profusely and supplicated: “O Our Rabb! We have oppressed ourselves. If You do not for- give us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be the los- ers.‖ He did not blame shai- taan. Shaitaan had invited Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis sa- laam) to commit the error. However, Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis salaam) blamed himself for his act of diso- bedience. In the Aakhirat, the argu- ment of being misled will have no validity. The evil ig- norant people will be pun- ished. They will not be able to justify their villainy by ascribing blame to Mossad, CIA, the Yahood and Nasaara. The Qur‘aan Majeed, elaborating this issue, says: “If only you could see the zaalimoon (oppressors/ transgressors) standing before their Rabb. Each one will be passing the blame to the other. Those of lesser status (the rank and file) will say to those of pride (the leaders and the like): „If it were not for you, we would have been Mu‟mineen.‟ The people of pride (the leaders who had misled the ignoramuses) will reply: „Did we prevent you from the guidance (of Imaan) after it came to you? In fact you are criminals.‟ Those of lesser status will say to the people of pride (who had misled them): „In fact, it were your schemes day and night when you in- structed us to deny Allah and that we should ascribe part- ners to Him.‟ Then will they suppress their (futile) regret when they see the Athaab. We shall place yokes (of fire) on the necks of the kuffaar. They will be punished for only what they had perpetrated.” (Sabaa‟, Aayaat 31 -34) “Shaitaan will say when the matter (in Qiyaamah) is decid- ed: „...............I had no con- trol over you except that I in- vited you (to my plots and schemes). Then you (of your own accord) responded to me (and accepted my schemes). Therefore, do not blame me. Blame yourselves. I cannot be a helper for you (today) nor can you be helpers for me.” (Ibraaheem, Aayat 22) Although the threat of for- eign intelligence agencies menacing the countries is an established fact, such threat is given practical expression by the villainous people of the country, not by the foreign intelligence agencies and not by the devil. The plots of the Yahood and Nasaara ene- mies attain fruition by the truculence of the vile people of the land. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 8 Question According to Al-Haq Paki- stan is not an Islamic state. However, in the year 2016, a fatwa prepared by the Inter- national Islamic University, and signed by 1,800 scholars stated that Pakistan is an Is- lamic state. What is your re- sponse? Please comment in detail. Answer Pakistan, since its very incep- tion, never was an Islamic state. Its Fussaaq/Fujjaar Mu- naafiq founders also had not proclaimed the country to be an Islamic state. They had merely dangled the chimera of an ‗islamic state‘ to beguile simple molvis and ignorant Muslims who had leanings towards the Deen. This de- ception was perpetrated to gain Muslim support for the establishment of Pakistan. But, at no stage did any government of Pakistan even make an attempt to establish a Shar‘i state or to convert the kufr regime into an Islamic State. With the solitary ex- ception of President Ziyaaul Haq, who had not succeeded, there never was any move- ment of any of the successive kufr governments to intro- duce the Shariah as the Law of the Land. The Law of Taaghoot is the supreme law of NaPakistan (the Impure Land). And, about this kufr law, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are indeed kaafiroon.” (Al- Maaidah, Aayat 44) “Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are zaalimoon” ( Al- Maaidah, Aayat 45) “Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are faasiqoon.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 47) Jinnah, the founder of Paki- stan, in a broadcast to the peo- ple of the United Sates in 1948, said: “I do not know what the ultimate shape of this constitu- tion is going to be, but I am sure that it will be a demo- cratic type, embodying the es- sential principles of Islam…… Islam and its idealism have taught us democracy…… In any case Pakistan is not going to be a theocratic state - to be ruled by priests with a divine mission. We have many non-Muslims –Hindus, Christians and Parsis – but they are all Pakistanis. They will enjoy the same rights and privileges as any other citizens and will play their rightful part in the affairs of Pakistan.” The Munaafiq made it abun- dantly clear that Pakistan would not become a Shariah (theocratic) state. It will be a kuffaar western-type demo- cratic state. Whatever, he had disgorged is the antithesis of the Shariah. His statement pertaining to ―the essential principles of Is- lam‖ is zukhruful qawl of Iblees to beguile simple and moron molvis and ignorant Muslims – to dupe them into believing that Islam will be Law of the land. But, the 80 year history of Pakistan has confirmed that Islam never was the Law of the country. On the contrary it is the law of Taghoot (western democra- cy - kufr democracy - shai- taani democracy) which has all along governed this mis- erable, unfortunate, Napaki- stan. It was never formed for promoting Islam – the Shariah and the Sunnah. “Cease to be Muslims” Brazenly stating his kufr ide- ology, Jinnah said: “We are starting with this fundamental principle that we are all citizens of one state…. I think we should keep that in front of us as our ideal and you will find that in course of time Hindus would cease to be Hindus and Muslims would cease to be Muslims, not in the religious sense because that is the personal faith of each individual, but in the po- litical sense as citizens of the state.” Stark KUFR! Blatant KUFR! Mincing his words to de- (Continued on page 9) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 9 ceive, the miserable architect of Napakistan was simply spewing zukhruful qawl uri- nated into his brains by Iblees. The deception of this adorned inspiration of Iblees has blind- ed the spiritual vision of the 1,800 scholars who have mis- erably failed to distinguish between the demands of Imaan and the Kufr snare of Iblees. However can it be possible for Muslims to ―cease being Mus- lims politically‖ when every aspect of the Shariah is inex- tricably interwoven with Imaan. It is not possible to excise any sphere of life from the Shariah. Being ‗Muslim‘ in one‘s private ca- pacity, that is, the restriction of Islam to ritual acts of worship, and being kaafir (ceasing to being Muslim) in the political dimension, is KUFR which expels one from the fold of Islam. Allah Ta‘ala states in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “What! Do you believe in part of the Kitaab and reject a part? The punishment of those from you who do so, is disgrace in this worldly life, and on the Day of Qiyaamah they shall be assigned to the severest punishment.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 85) “O People of Imaan! Enter into Islam fully (completely), and do not follow in the foot- steps of shaitaan, for verily he is for you an open enemy.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 208) When some Muslims who had converted from Judaism de- sired to practice some Jewish customs, this Aayat was re- vealed. In the same style of partial acceptance of Islam, did the Jinnah chap envisage an ‗islam‘ divested of its po- litical dimension. He was deceptively coating kufr de- mocracy – the rule of Taaghoot - with some Islamic hues which just could not stick on his kufr model. Never ever can the Mu‘mineen ―cease to be Muslim‖ in any aspect and sphere of life. De- leting any aspect of the Shari- ah is kufr. A theocratic state? “At a press conference, Jin- nah was asked: “Will Paki- stan be a secular or theocratic state”. Jinnah responded: “You are asking me a ques- tion that is absurd. I do not know what a theocratic state means.” Yes, he did not know what a Shariah state is because he was a kaafir of the Munaafiq order. By Al Jazeera Staff and News Agencies Published On 27 Jan 2026 The lower house of the French Parliament has voted in favour of banning children aged be- low 15 years from social me- dia, amid growing concerns about online bullying and mental health risks. In a session late on Monday night, the National Assembly legislators approved the bill by a vote of 130 to 21. The legis- lation will now go to the Sen- ate before a final vote in the lower house. In a post on X, President Emmanuel Macron hailed the vote as a ―major step‖ to pro- tect French children and teen- agers. He had pointed to social media as one factor to blame for violence among young people, reflecting rising public angst over the impact of social media on minors. ―The emotions of our children and teenagers are not for sale or to be manipulated, either by American platforms or Chi- nese algorithms,‖ Macron said in a video broadcast on Satur- day. The president said he wanted the ban in place in time for the start of the next academic year in September. Centrist lawmaker Laure Mil- ler, who presented the bill, told the lower chamber that the law was ―setting a clear boundary in society and say- ing social media is not harm- less‖. ―Our children are reading less, sleeping less, and comparing themselves to one another more,‖ she continued. ―This is a battle for free minds.‖ Former Prime Minister Gabri- el Attal, who leads Macron‘s Renaissance party in the lower house, added that ―social me- dia platforms will then have until December 31 to deacti- vate existing accounts‖ that do not comply with the age limit. The French ban would require platforms to block access to young teenagers through age- verification mechanisms com- pliant with European Union law. Far-right lawmaker Thierry Perez also supported the bill, saying it responded to a ―health emergency‖. ―Social media has allowed everyone to express themselves, but at what cost to our children?‖ Perez said. Australia was the first country to ban children aged below 16 on social media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube in De- cember. Countries including the United Kingdom, Denmark, Spain and Greece are also studying a social media ban. The European Parliament has called for the EU to set mini- mum ages for children to access social media, although it is up to member states to im- pose age limits. Enforcing such bans can be difficult. The Australian gov- ernment acknowledged the rollout of its ban would be bumpy after children claiming to be younger than 16 years flooded the country‘s social media feeds with messages gloating about their continued ability to access networks. The French legislation also extends an existing ban on smartphones in junior and middle schools to cover high schools. A Harris Interactive survey in 2024 showed 73 percent of the French public supported a ban on social media access for those below 15 years. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 11 The following Bill of Kufr vividly and conspicuously demonstrates the KUFR status of Napakistan (so-called Paki- stan). Islamabad Capital Territory Child Marriage Restraint Bill 2025 Statement by Jamshed Kazi, UN Women Country Repre- sentative, Pakistan Date: Tuesday, 20 May 2025 UN Women Pakistan com- mends the National Assembly and Senate of Pakistan for the historic passage of the Islama- bad Capital Territory Child Marriage Restraint Bill 2025. This significant legislation, ta- bled in the National Assembly by MNA Dr. Sharmila Faruqui establishes 18 as the minimum legal age for marriage for girls. It marks a landmark advance- ment in safeguarding children's rights and promoting gender equality in Pakistan. The bill's passage shows Pa- kistan's dedication to ending child marriage and protecting girls' health, education, and fu- ture. We commend Dr. Sharmila Faruqui, Senator Sher- ry Rehman, and all supportive lawmakers for ensuring a safer, just future for the country's chil- dren. Looking ahead, implementa- tion will be crucial. UN Women calls on the Government of Pa- kistan to establish effective en- forcement mechanisms, conduct extensive public awareness campaigns to educate communi- ties about the new law, and strive to harmonize similar pro- tections across all remain- ing provinces. These measures are vital to ensure that every girl in Pakistan, irrespective of her location, is safeguarded from child marriage. UN Women remains commit- ted to working alongside the Government and its partners to ensure the effective implemen- tation of this vital legislation— so that every girl can enjoy her right to a safe childhood and a promising future, with no one left behind. (End of the Compound KUFR adopted by the KUFR regime of Napakistan) COMMENT 1800 MORON Molvis dwell- ing in either compound jahaalat or aspiring for worldly gains from the Napa- kistani authorities, had issued a stupid haraam ‗fatwa‘ pro- claiming the KUFR regime to be an Islamic State when in reality the regime is among the most treacherous enemies of Islam and the enemy of Allah Azza Wa Jal. While the Kufr regime mas- querading as ‗Muslim‘ is out to bootlick the West and to crawl under the skirts of or- ganizations of western prosti- tutes, it incrementally enacts laws of stark kufr in violent rejection of the Qur‘aan and its Shariah. This kufr law of criminal- izing marriage under the age of 18 is part of the western kuffaar plot to destroy Islam. With the flagrant and treach- erous collaboration of the kufr regimes in Muslim countries, the western kuffaar have es- tablished their satanic appa- ratus of wiping out Islam in a manner similar to the elimi- nation of Islam in the former Muslim states of the Soviet Union. Today, the regimes in Uz- bekistan, Tajkistan, etc. are virulently and violently anti- Islam. This virulent hatred for Islam displayed by these former Soviet states and by Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt, will soon be the order of the day in Napakistan. The evil regime in Napakistan is following staunchly in the satanic footsteps of these former Muslim states which are today in the category of Darul Kufr. NAPAKISTAN – KUFR PILED ON KUFR Jehanzeb AbbasiJanuary 25, 2026 Islamabad: “The Supreme Court of Paki- stan has issued a landmark ruling on Sunday, clarifying that men who marry a se- cond time without the con- sent of their first wife or the approval of the arbitration council may face both crimi- nal and civil proceedings. This ruling marks a significant clarification of Muslim family law, ensuring that women‘s consent is central to the legali- ty of subsequent marriages.‖ COMMENT This is yet another glaringly kufr law in violent denial of the Shariah. This kufr law fur- ther confirms the Darul Kufr status of Napakistan. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 12 What is an Islamic State? The molvis who are enamoured by western culture, are at stupid pains to portray western de- mocracy in Islamic hues. They have really slipped terribly from Siraatul Mustaqeem on such a simple issue regarding which the Qur‘aan declares: “Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are indeed kaafiroon.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 44) The Qur‘aan Majeed ex- plicitly describes the law of the kuffaar as the law of Taaghoot (Shaitaan). An Islamic State is a country where the Law of the Land is the Shariah –the Qur‘aan and the Sunnah. But in Pakistan, the Law of Taaghoot governs the land. The constitution of the country is scrap paper fit for the toilet. The so-called ‗shariah‘ courts are a huge fraud perpetrated to beguile morons and to soothe the convoluted brains of mor- on molvis whose focus is riv- eted to the dunya. The regime of Pakistan is KUFR. The rulers are Mur- taddeen and Munaafiqeen who worship in even Chris- tian temples. Western law and concepts override the Sha- riah. By what stretch of Imaani logic can such an evil regime be described as Islam- ic? While the fisq (immoral- ity) of the rulers does not can- cel the Islamic status of the country, the imposition of the law of Taaghoot obliterates the Islamic State. As long as the Law is the Shariah, the country will remain an Islam- ic State and the fisq and fu- joor of the corrupt rulers will not cancel its Islamic status. But when the Shariah itself is abrogated or made subservi- ent to the law of Taaghoot, the country ceases being an Islamic State. 7 hours ago 19/02/2026 Lucy Williamson Middle East corre- spondent BBC When a US-imposed cease- fire halted the Gaza War last October, Hamas's war for sur- vival against Israel switched into a battle for control at home. The war had left the group's disciplined military units shat- tered into guerrilla forces, and most of its leaders killed; Gaza's buildings and infra- structure were largely de- stroyed, its population dis- placed, and its economic life in ruins. More than 72,000 Gazans were killed by Israeli attacks during the conflict, the Hamas-run health ministry says. Four months on, Gazans say Hamas is again extending its control over security, tax reve- nue, and government services, raising questions about its long -term strategy, and whether it is prepared to give up its weapons and authority, as now required under the second stage of Donald Trump's peace plan. "Hamas regained control of more than 90% of the areas where it is present," said Mo- hammed Diab, an activist in Gaza. "Its police and security agen- cies have returned, and are now present in the streets, con- trolling crime and pursuing those it labels as collaborators and people with opinions. Citi- zens must go to the Hamas au- thorities for identity cards or health procedures, and it is al- so reasserting control over the judiciary and courts." At markets across Gaza, stallholders describe regular police patrols – and a renewed iron grip on official fees and taxes. ……………….. Since the ceasefire, food and some other basic goods are flowing into Gaza more freely. The few key traders with a li- cense to bring them in from Israel say Hamas have reim- posed strict control over taxing the imports. ……………. A Hamas spokesman, Hazem Qassem, said the Gaza Strip was in a state of emer- gency and that "exceptional measures" were required. "Some traders maintain links (Continued on page 13) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 13 with the [Israeli] occupation and attempt to generate exces- sive profits, so administrative bodies sometimes need to act firmly with traders who refuse to cooperate or meet required obligations," he said. "This is purely a governmental matter and has no relation to Hamas." The Israeli army says there are daily attacks against its forces by Hamas. Four Israeli soldiers have been killed since the ceasefire began. Hamas, in turn, points to re- peated Israeli attacks, which Gaza's Health Ministry says have killed 603 Palestinians. The IDF recently released grainy footage of several fig- ures running through Gaza's debris, who it identified as "armed terrorists" approaching troops in the area of Gaza tem- porarily controlled by Israel under Trump's peace plan. Asked whether two years of intense military conflict had failed to achieve the destruc- tion of Hamas's military capa- bilities - a key Israeli war goal – Lt Col Shoshani said the group had been heavily dimin- ished, but was now trying to rebuild.‖ (Continued from page 12) More than two years of bru- tal, intense bombing and mili- tary intrusion, aggression and genocide which have secured the brutal murder of almost 80,000 civilians and injured over 100,000, have miserably failed to disarm Hamas. Hav- ing militarily failed to achieve the goal of disarming and de- feating Hamas, the Yahood and Nasaara barbarians are seeking to achieve their objec- tive by ‗talks‘ and bogus ‗ceasefires‘. That is currently the endeavour of the clown Trump. They will fail to disarm Ha- mas. The only way that Hamas will be disarmed is by a dis- graceful surrender. Only if Ha- mas disgracefully surrenders, will the enemies of Islam achieve their objective. Warn- ing against seeking peace with the enemy, the Qur‘aan states: “Do not become cowardly and do not call for peace (ceasefire). You will be victo- rious. Allah is with you, and He will not negate your deeds.” HE DOES NOT OPPRESS “Verily, Allah does not op- press (anyone) Even be it the extent of an atom.” (An-Nisaa’, Aayat 40) “This (sending of Messengers) is because your Rabb Does not destroy towns un- justly whilst its Inhabitants are unaware (of the conse- quences Of their sin and transgression).” (Al-An’aam, Aayat 131) The massive political up- heavals – the suffering and genocide at the hands of the brutal kuffaar - which are pulverizing the Muslim Um- mah and their lands are with- out the slightest vestige of doubt the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah. The events in Palestine, Kashmir, Burma, etc. are acts of Di- vine Punishment. The Qur‘aan Majeed cate- gorically negates oppression and injustice from Allah Azza Wa Jal, and it confirms that the Chastisement does not settle on people and towns while the inhabitants are in- nocently unaware of their disobedience, transgression and treason. It is the flagrant and blatant denial of the Law of Allah Ta‘ala and the bla- tant attitude of treason which invite the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala. Regardless of our emotion- al feelings and our lambasting the kuffaar aggressors and murderers, the irrefutable fact remains that the Punishment is being meted out by Allah Azza Wa Jal at the hands of His kuffaar ‗servants‘. The Punishment will run its prescribed divine course. No one can thwart the De- cree of Allah Ta‘ala. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 14 Q. Does this Hadith refer to the present war against Iran? Could it be a reference to the flames of the burning oil fa- cilities? “From ʿUbādah ibn al- Ṣāmit, who said: The Messen- ger of Allah (peace and bless- ings be upon him) said: “If you see a red column in the east in Ramadan, then store food a year, for it is a year of famine.” And from ʿAbd al-Wahhāb ibn Bakht: It reached me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “In Ramadan there will be a sign in the sky like a bright column, and in Shawwāl there will be turmoil, and in Dhū al- Qaʿdah there will be destruc- tion.” And from the narration of Khālid ibn Maʿdān: “It will appear as though it is a pillar of fire rising from the east in the month of Ramadan. All the people of the earth will see it. Whoever witnesses that should prepare (store) food for his family for a year.” A. The Hadith does not re- fer to the war in Iran. The Hadith mentions that it will be a glittering pillar of light visible to all people on earth wherever they may be. Fur- thermore, the Hadith refers to a glittering light IN the sky, not to a fire burning on earth like the clouds of smoke from the burning fuel tanks. Nevertheless, in view of the current war it is wise to stock up essential foodstuff. If the war continues for a length of time, countries which rely on imported food- stuff will suffer great shortag- es. We command the opulent ones of the town (i.e. give them respite). Thus do they indulge flagrantly in sin in the town. Then Our Decree (of Punishment) becomes jus- tified for them. Then We ut- terly annihilate them.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) All of these American pup- pet vassal states including Saudi Arabia were snug in the idea of American protec- tion. They believed that the American paper ‗super power‘ was unassailable and that the imaginary ‗protection‘ which had de- ranged their brains and ego provides adequate defense, and that there is no power on earth which can touch them. Iran has burst their bub- ble of snug stupidity. It has now dawned on these misera- ble murtad regimes that re- turning to the Camel Age is a dreaded reality staring them in the face. Iran has demon- strated this fact with its ability of devastating and demolishing the infrastruc- ture and wells of wealth on which the murtaddeen have based their pride, arrogance, fisq, fujoor and kufr. What is happening in the Middle Eastern arena is the consequence of the evil and villainy of immorality and irtidaad which these puppet states have so arrogantly and proudly flaunted for many decades. The Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala which was long ago written on their walls is now materializing in the form of the destruction inflicted on them by Iran. Now all of these Ameri- can vassal states are reeling in consternation and confu- sion while their puny ‗empires‘ are being devastat- ed right in front of their eyes. Muslims should supplicate to Allah Ta‘ala to return these miserable murtaddeen back to the Camel and Bedouin Age, and that they never re- cover the opulence which had deracinated their Imaan. The miserable murtad re- gime had allocated the land for the temple of shirk during a visit by the Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi, the murderer of Muslims in India with his stated policy of con- verting all Muslims into Hin- dus and all Musaajid into tem- ples of idol-worship. Then the Decree (of Our Punishment) is ordained. Then We utterly Deracinate them". (Qur'aan) In one of the vilest and most obscene displays of satanism ever witnessed by the world, the scum kuffaar regime of the Dubai Brothel American pup- pet state, recklessly squan- dered $7 million (about R70 million rands) in a one minute fireworks display in a satanic ritual of worship. The Qur'aan- ic epithet of 'Brothers' of Shai- taan mentioned in the aayat: "Verily, the wasters are the brothers of the Shaitaan.", had perhaps never applied more aptly to any community than to the Dubai fussaaq morons. Reporting the obscene show of Satanism, the AFP agency says: "Dubai has shattered the world record for the largest ever pyrotechnic display on New Year's Eve with a show involving more than half mil- lion fireworks, Guinness World Records says". Condemnation for the Dubai culture of satanism and immo- rality which boggles the minds of even kuffaar humanity fails to locate in the dictionary words strong enough for de- scribing the shaitaaniyat which has been so flagrantly and brutally flaunted. The sources said: “The in- crease in the cost of the cele- brations this year due to the extended time the fireworks to break the previous world record.” The Dubai has registered a world record in the Guinness Book of Records, while 2014 received its most dramatic fireworks display lasted for 6 minutes, and used the ex- truded 489.651.” (Dubai Business News) V22#11 “Rome will be defeated in the nearer land (i.e. Shaam), and after their defeat they will be victorious within a few years. All affairs are in Allah’s control from all times. And on that day will the Mu’minoon rejoice (over the victory of the Romans).” Allah helps with His Nusrat (Aid) whomever He wills. He is the Mighty, the Most Merciful.” (Ar-Room, 1, 2, 3, 4,5) These Aayaat refer to the clash between the Roman and Persian empires. The Persians were mushrikeen and the Ro- mans were of the Ahl-e- Kitaab. Therefore, the sympa- thies of Sahaabah were with the Romans whose victory they yearned. These two super powers of that era clashed in the Land of Shaam at Azra-aat and Busra. In this major battle the Romans were defeated. The defeat of the Romans ex- tremely grieved the Sahaa- bah. On this occasion, Allah Ta‘ala revealed the aforemen- tioned Verses stating that within a few years the Ro- mans would defeat the Per- sians, and that all affairs are controlled by Him, hence the need to reconcile our under- standing with the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Both super powers were kuffaar. The victory of the Persians did not create the idea of them being on the true path, nor did the later victory of the Romans mean that they were the repositories of the Truth. The religions of both groups were baatil. But, the Qur‘aan Majeed, states explic- itly that Allah Ta‘ala aids whomever He wills. In the aforementioned Vers- es, Allah Ta‘ala declares that “all affairs are in His con- trol”. Nothing happens with- out the direct intervention and decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur‘aan states: “Nothing, not an atom in the earth or in the heaven is hidden from your Rabb, and be it even something smaller or bigger (than an atom) but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab. (Qur‟aan) “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is neither A seed in the darkness of the earth nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book.” (Qur‟aan) First, the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala was with the fire-worshipping Persians, (Continued on page 19) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 19 hence their victory over the Romans. After a few years, the Aid of Allah Ta‘ala was with the Romans who defeat- ed the Persians. It is of paramount im- portance for Muslims to al- ways maintain the focus on Allah Ta‘ala. Whatever is to- day transpiring in the USA- Israel-Iran war, is being or- chestrated by Allah Ta‘ala. All the upheavals in the Mid- dle East – the destruction and devastation – are by the de- cree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Wisdom and Mysteries of Allah Azza Wa Jal are unfath- omable. While today the sympathies of Muslims are with Iran, and we hope victory for Iran, it is only Allah Ta‘ala Who decides the ultimate outcome: “To Him belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all affairs return unto Allah.” (Quraan) This refrain is repeated nu- merous times in the Qur‘aan Majeed. Allah Ta‘ala decides all issues and all affairs. Thus, if victory will be for the brutal Americans and Is- raelis, Muslims have to recon- cile their understanding with the Decree of Allah Ta‘ala. If victory will be for Iran, it will also be the decree of Al- lah Ta‘ala with which Mus- lims will ‗rejoice‘ as men- tioned in the aforementioned Aayaat of Surah Room. The Sahaabah had rejoiced over the victory of the Romans because they were of the Ahl- e-Kitaab, and there was as yet no clash between the Sahaa- bah and the Romans. Today, our sympathy has changed in favour of Iran, and this is due to the American-Israeli brutal- ity perpetrated on the Pales- tinian Muslims. Our sympathy is not the understanding of Shiahs being Muslims. Iran is also on the path of baatil germane to belief. Further- more, these Yahood and Nasaara of today are pre- dominantly atheists. Atheists are not from the Ahl-e-Kitaab. (Continued from page 18) BEWARE OF THE IN- TERFAITH TRAP Some molvis are of the view that Amr Bil Ma‘roof re- quires only presentation of Fadhaa-il (Virtues). They are averse to stating the Truth if some feathers will be ruf- fled. In terms of their under- standing of ‗hikmat‘, diplo- macy requires bootlicking. This bootlicking attitude is tantamount to Kitmaanul Haqq (Concealing the Truth). Mentioning an example of proclaiming the Truth, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: (Ibraaheem said to his fa- ther): ―O my father! Verily there has come to me such Ilm (Knowledge) which has not come to you. Therefore follow me, for I shall guide you to the Straight Path. O my father! Do not wor- ship Shaitaan. Verily, Shai- taan was unto Ar-Rahmaan disobedient. O my father! Verily, I fear that a punish- ment from Ar-Rahmaan will settle on you, then you will become the friend of Shaitaan.‖ (Maryam, 43,44, 45) Further ruffling the feathers of his audience, Nabi Ibraa- heem (Alayhis salaam) said: ―Verily, we dissociate from you and the (idols) which you worship besides Allah. We have rejected you, and hatred and enmity have surfaced between us and you forever until you believe in Allah, The One..‖ (Al-Mumtahinah,Aayat 4) Commending Nabi Ibraa- heem (Alayhis salaam) for his proclamation of the Haqq, Allah Ta‘ala says: ―Verily, there is a beautiful pattern (of life) for you in Ibraaheem and those with him. Remem- ber when he said to his peo- ple…(the above verse 4).” There is no trace of inter- faith compromise and boot- licking in the declaration of the Haqq by the Ambiyaa (Alayhimus salaam) and the Ulama-e-Haqq. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Proclaim the Haqq even if it is bitter.” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 20 March 24, 2026 Articles, Commentary By Robert Inlakesh This war destroys the US military‘s power projection, cripples its role in West Asia, demonstrates it is a liability to allies, while representing a victory for its two top ene- mies, Russia and China. As the US-Israeli war of aggres- sion continues to escalate and President Trump makes new threats against Iran‘s energy in- frastructure, the Islamic Republic and its allies are edging closer towards inflicting a historic de- feat on the world‘s top super- power. This is not hyperbole; instead, it can be demonstrated through the facts on the ground. From day one of the attack on Iran, the United States and Israel have proudly claimed to have achieved enormous victories. Initially telling the public that this conflict would only last four days, we are steadily heading towards the one-month mark with no end in sight. So far, there has been no clear war goal artic- ulated, nor is there a real excuse presented as to why it had to happen as it did. Beyond assassinating Iran‘s Su- preme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, a number of other high-ranking officials, as well as striking Iranian infrastructure, there has yet to be any major blow delivered to the Islamic Re- public. There is certainly nothing that could be argued to represent a strategic victory for Washing- ton and Tel Aviv either. In fact, Israel‘s assassinations during the 12-day war, in June of 2025, actually delivered a bigger blow to the Iranian military lead- ership, along with killing nuclear scientists. The Israeli Mossad even succeeded in effectively sabotaging Iranian air defenses at the beginning of the war and suc- cessfully utilized a large number of agents to carry out armed ac- tion inside the country. This time, the agents appear to have been a relative non-factor, and Iran retaliated much quicker than it did during the 12-day war. Despite this, day in and day out, US President Donald Trump and his Secretary of War Pete Hegseth continue to present to the public contradictory claims regarding how they are allegedly winning the war. How Iran is Defeating the US Empire The US government has repeat- edly claimed that Iran‘s navy is ―at the bottom of the ocean,‖ that its air force and air defenses have been ―destroyed,‖ while Trump himself claimed that ―90% of Iran‘s missiles‖ had been elimi- nated. However, the US military itself continues to announce it is tar- geting more Iranian naval ves- sels, while the Islamic Republic itself has shown video footage of underground facilities where its naval assets are stored. The Ira- nian air defenses, which were allegedly destroyed according to the Trump administration, man- aged to intercept an F-35 fighter jet, forcing it to conduct an emer- gency landing, while they are shooting enemy drones out of the sky on a daily basis. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force continues to fire wave af- ter wave of ballistic missiles, di- rectly impacting US military fa- cilities across the Persian Gulf and Israeli targets. It also launch- es its own drone swarms. In ad- dition to the IRGC, the Iranian Armed Forces also have their own separate drone attack units that operate around the clock. Iranian attacks, along with the support of their Iraqi allies, have now forced a full NATO with- drawal from Iraq, as US forces take round-the-clock missile and drone hits to their bases. Every US base in the Persian Gulf, Iraq, and Jordan has been dam- aged, in some cases entirely de- stroyed. Hezbollah also returned to the scene in Lebanon, stronger than ever, with its arms stock- piles replenished, managing to prevent the Israeli military from advancing in south Lebanon, all after both Tel Aviv and Wash- ington claimed that the party had been defeated. The USS Abraham Lincoln air- craft carrier was fired upon and has been forced to retreat, out of active striking distance of Iran, as the USS Gerald R. Ford is in need of repairs. The IRGC even fired missiles at the British-US military base in Diego Garcia, revealing that they possess mis- siles that can strike targets at over 4,000 kilometers. Every day or so, there is another surprise that Tehran appears to be able to pull off. What have the Israelis and Americans done in return? They bomb civilian are- as, police stations, and oil stor- age facilities in order to create acid rain across Tehran. They also strike the openings and exits to missile bases, which are simp- ly dug out and remain largely unaffected. Iran has retaliated each time a new escalation is committed by either the US or Israel, whether that be against oil facilities, wa- ter desalination plants, or nuclear facilities. Tehran does not show (Continued on page 21) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 21 any signs of weakness; large crowds show up in support of their government. Because Iran is no longer export- ing food during the war, the pric- es of goods on the shelves have actually decreased, as govern- ment subsidies are being offered, as well as free public transport. The blockade of the Strait of Hormuz has meant that the Per- sian Gulf Arab states have taken enormous economic hits, while the price of oil has skyrocketed and is having a major impact on the global economy. It is an oil crisis worse than that of 1973. Fertilizer costs, too, have in- creased; over 40% so far. Things have gotten so bad that the US is now weighing lifting the sanctions on Iran in order to allow purchases of its oil, just to bring the costs down. A move that the Trump administration has tried to repackage as some kind of strategic move, but is evi- dently a sign of how terribly the war is going for them. Iran‘s oil production is also up to a high that hasn‘t been seen in at least 46 years, meaning that since the revolution in 1979 against the US-backed Shah, birthing the Islamic Republic, the country‘s production has never reached such levels. As of now, only na- tions that gain Iran‘s permission are able to purchase or transit through the Gulf of Hormuz. In other words, they have total dom- inance. Escalation Without a Plan Donald Trump‘s depictions of Iran as a nation that is defeated, without any military capabilities and with a scared remaining leadership, are the opposite of reality. If anything, it appears that the Islamic Republic is only becoming more entrenched and popular, as one would expect given that a foreign attack target- ing the nation‘s civilian popula- tion is ongoing. Ebrahim Zolfaghari, the spokes- man of Khatam al-Anbiya Cen- tral Headquarters (Iran‘s Unified Military Command), openly mocks the US leadership, even recently stating, ―Hey Trump, YOU‘RE FIRED! You‘re famil- iar with this sentence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya.‖ While it is undeniable that the US and Israelis may have the technological edge, they are simply out of their depth and have no viable military strategy. As a next step, it is likely that the US could try to deploy ground forces to take over islands in the Persian Gulf, but this will change nothing even if they succeed. In all likelihood, it will be a costly endeavor that will result in little more than a photo op and fail to actually open the Strait of Hor- muz. Capturing Kharg Island from Iran will not stop Iran from blocking ships from transiting the Persian Gulf; that‘s simply not how things work. Tehran may even decide to just allow the US to take it over, then hit it relentless- ly with missiles and drones. As for the Strait of Hormuz, as long as Iran has missiles capable of sinking ships and mines that can do the same, it remains closed. Which brings us to the conclu- sion: Iran is defeating the United States. Yet, it is not Washington that is making its own decisions; it is clearly under the control of policymakers in Tel Aviv. This is not a war for the United States‘ interests—it is a war for Israel‘s interests. The Israeli calculation, as I have been writing about here for Pal- estine Chronicle for months, is that if they manage to inflict enough damage to Iran‘s civil infrastructure—targeting electric- ity, agriculture, its industrial ca- pacity, oil and gas, water, etc.— then it believes it can weaken the government in the long term. It is a Syrian regime-change tactic, but it is ultimately a costly gam- ble that doesn‘t appear to be working right now. In Syria, the regime change didn‘t come dur- ing the war; it happened due to the sanctions and lasting devasta- tion to the country. Israel knows that it is only the United States military that can deliver blows harsh enough to have a chance at crippling Iran in the long run, so it has used its puppet—Donald Trump—to commit to a war that no past ad- ministration would dare attempt. The US president is compro- mised and is willing to drag his nation, as well as the entire West, down in order to please Israel. This war destroys the US mili- tary‘s power projection, cripples its role in West Asia, demon- strates it is a liability to allies, while representing a victory for its two top enemies, Russia and China. Washington is also now draining its military stockpiles, compromising its military readi- ness, should it seek to engage in hostilities with either Moscow or Beijing. Although predicting the future is impossible, as of right now, this is shaping up to be the most disastrous US war, perhaps in its history. https://www.palestinechronicle.com/ outlasting-the-superpower-the-reasons- why-iran-is-beating-uhe-us-and-israe (Continued from page 20) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 22 the Crusades in another dimen- sion. The plot is to swallow the entire land of Palestine and Shaam which will be followed by a plot to capture Turkey, Pakistan, etc. for the West. Eliminating Iran is part of the western plot to demolish the Ummah and Islam. The USA and Israel are not concerned with the religion of Iran in the way Muslims are viewing it. As far as the west- ern kuffaar are concerned, Iran is part of Islam, and it is this country which in their under- standing has prevented them from attaining their dark and sinister objective of annexing Palestine and Shaam to their empire. Hence, the current war is the first stage in the plot to eliminate the Ummah and Is- lam, which of course they will not achieve. If the Irani impediment is removed, Israel and USA be- lieve that the entire Middle East will fall into their lap. The greater Israel scheme en- visages Yahudi control and rule of the entire Middle East, including Saudi Arabia. There is no secret in this regard. It is the stated plot of the Yahud. As the matter currently stands, almost all the countries in the Middle East are the lackeys and vassals of America. All the regimes in these Muslim lands are murtad/kuffaar. All the regimes of all the Muslim countries have already been annexed to the western empire, hence all of the regimes cur- rently in Muslim countries are virulently anti-Islam. There are only small pock- ets of resistance fighting in the name of Islam despite there being extremely little of Islam in the Resistance. For America and Israel, Iran is part of this ‗Islamic‘ Resistance, hence the war. For these western kuffaar, Iran must be obliterated in or- der to make way for crushing Islam and the Ummah. Thus, from the western perspective, Iran is the bulwark blocking the realization of their perni- cious plot. If there had been a viable, genuine Islamic state today, then it would have been its ob- ligation to militarily aid Iran despite the kufr of its religion. But such aid for the Shi‘i country in no way whatsoever brings about a conflation of religions. Shiahs remain kuffaar, and on the issue of Deen there is no compromise whatsoever. Should Iran emerge victorious, it will not imply truth just as its victory over the Romans during the era of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) did not imply truth. Baatil remains baatil re- gardless of worldly success and victory. Some Muslims who are vo- ciferously supporting Iran are in fact munaafiqeen in our midst. They are manipulating the current crisis to subtly and cunningly promote Shi‘ism. Muslims should beware and not lapse into confusion by any of the battle successes of Iran. The snare of shaitaan is extremely subtle. There are many agents of Iblees prowl- ing in the community. In the name of ‗Aqsa‘, they sew the seeds of the kufr religion of the Shiahs. “Do not cloak the Truth with baatil whilst you are aware.” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 1) Q. Although this war was launched full of lies. I have little sympathy for the Irani- ans considering for how many years they have butch- ered Muslims and spread their venom. A. Your feelings towards the Shiahs is understandable. We are in agreement with you despite our emotional leanings being in favour of an Irani victory over the brutal Ya- hood and Nasaara murderers and barbarians whose objec- tive is to extinguish Islam and the Ummah. But then, we are required to set aside our emo- tional feelings and beware of confusing the issues of poli- tics and Imaan. Shiahs are kuffaar. Their beliefs are violently in con- flict with the Aqaaid of Is- lam. From this perspective, obviously we may not dilute our opposition. However, from the reality prevailing on the ground, victory for Iran is our heartfelt wish although we do not make such a dua. The Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal will prevail. His de- cree is not in need of our duas. Whatever the outcome will be, it will be the Hukm of Allah Azza Wa Jal which Muslims have to accept, and with which we have to recon- cile our emotional feelings. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 23 Q. Is the Fons Vitae group of scholars a reliable Islamic source of Islamic knowledge. Can I refer to them? A. Fons Vitae is a conglomer- ate of Shaitaan. The jaahil western ‗scholars‘ of this society are agents of Iblees. Never refer to them for any matter pertaining to the Deen. They are a kufr interfaith car- tel whose objective is to de- stroy Islam with their satanic system of interpretation ac- quired from their atheist university professors. Understand well that their tails of donkey degrees do not qualify them to voice themselves on any topic of Islam. These moron chaps lack in the comprehension of even the rudiments of Istinja and Tahaarat, yet they have set themselves up as ‗mujtahids‘ when in reality they are juha- la wallowing in compound jahaalat and kufr. These morons who are bereft of Is- lamic academic qualification proclaim themselves as ex- perts in the various branches of Islamic Knowledge while in reality they are deceits em- ployed by the western inter- faith establishment to under- mine Islam in the name of ‗islam‘. Do not touch their publica- tions with a barge pole. Their publications are designed spe- cifically for misleading ignorant Muslims and trapping them in kufr. They seek to fabricate a new religion under the name of Islam. This so-called „new generation of scholars‟ are, in Qur‘aanic terms, “Humurum Mustanfirah” – wild donkeys fleeing from a lion. There is no affinity be- tween them and true Islam – the Islam of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The list of names of their moron scholars is more than adequate to understand who these juhala are. They are all plants of Iblees. By Al Mayadeen English Source: Al Mayadeen net 25 Mar 2026 03:58 Iran‘s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) has is- sued a direct warning to the US 82nd Airborne Division, cautioning that it could face the same fate as US aircraft carriers previously forced to withdraw under Iranian pres- sure. Commenting on reports of an imminent US troop deploy- ment to West Asia, the IRGC addressed American forces, stating: ―Do you remember Gerald Ford and Abraham Lincoln?‖ The statement referenced the withdrawal of US naval assets from the region following Ira- nian strikes and threats, signal- ing Tehran‘s readiness to con- front any new deployment. The Guard emphasized that the 82nd Airborne Division, one of the US Army‘s most prominent rapid-response units, is being closely moni- tored as part of the evolving strategy. Recent incidents involving US naval forces have exposed the vulnerability of Washington‘s military presence in the re- gion. The USS Gerald Ford, long promoted as the centerpiece of US naval dominance, was forced out of active deploy- ment after a fire onboard, with reports indicating it could be sidelined for months— highlighting operational fragil- ity despite its advanced capa- bilities. Meanwhile, Iranian forces tar- geted the USS Abraham Lin- coln, forcing it to withdraw under the pressure of sustained strikes. Growing doubts are emerging within US forces over the war on Iran, with troops raising concerns about unclear objec- tives, rising casualties, and the danger of a ground invasion. Reports indicate increasing frustration and stress among troops, with some questioning their role and considering leaving the military. https:// english.almayadeen.net/news/ politics/irgc-to-us-82nd--you- will-face-fate-of-uss-gerald- for AL-HAQ BULLETIN 81 Page 24 Q. A shaikh says that Jihad is only defensive. Is he cor- rect? A. The bootlicking ‗shaikh‘ should renew his Imaan. It is a grievous error to believe that all Jihaad is defensive. What kind of ‗defensive‘ ji- had was it for the Khalifah in Madina to send armies to fight the Romans and Per- sians. The objective of Jihaad is I‟laa Kalimatullah. Almost all the Jihaad campaigns of the Sahaabah were offensive. Yes, minus Islaah, there will be no victory. Thus, Is- laah is Waajib. Jihaad will always remain a Waajib obli- gation just as Salaat will al- ways remain Fardh even if the Ummah abandons it. The shaikh is in error. Q. Is suicide bombing per- missible in Islam? A. It is permissible for a Mus- lim to cast himself in battle against a vastly superior, stronger enemy regardless of the enemy‘s number or wea- ponry. Even if one Muslim charges into the midst of a 100 armed kuffar to fight them, it is permissible. De- spite the heavy odds against him, there is the possibility, no matter how remote, of him emerging alive. In this scenario, killing him- self is not the intention even though all indications are that he will be killed. However, if he is fitted with explo- sives to act as a ‗suicide bomber‘, he goes into battle with the intention to kill him- self. Regardless of the nobili- ty of his intention, his method and intention of killing him- self are not permissible. Q. Is it possible that this war led by USA and Israel on Iran may create some "breathing space" for the Sunni populace to practice on Deen and cripple to an extent the Shiah menace from spread- ing? A. Anything is possible. But what is certain, is the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. He is the Real and Actual Orches- trator of the upheavals tran- spiring in His creation. He knows and we know not. It is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal which is playing out in front of us in the variety of forms we are observing. Whether palatable or unpalata- ble, we have to learn to rec- oncile ourselves with the De- crees and Machinations of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. No one can fathom the mystery and se- crets of Divine Operations. This is a ―step forward,‖ according to the Egyptian Jesuit, one that runs counter to what other countries do in the region, many of which are still under the thumb of Islamic totalitarian- ism. The UAE's openness compared to other Muslim nations is further evinced by the presence of 24 churches on its territory, partially built with funds provided by local rulers. "There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." (Hadith) ALLAH'S ATHAAB IS DESTROYING THEIR OIL WEALTH — POETIC JUSTICE The miserable munaafiq, murtad American backyard states of Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi, etc. are in a state of incredible shock and consternation having realized that their 'god', USA, has miserably failed to protect them against the resolute onslaught of missile attacks by Iran. It is by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal that these brothel kuffar tourist haunts constructed for the immoral satanic jaunts of hundreds of thousands of kuffaar tourists, are now observing the destruction of their oil facilities by barrages of Iranian missiles. They are being pummeled back into the camel age which undoubtedly is in their best interest. Perhaps they will emerge from their stupor of kufr, shirk, fisq and fujoor. "Fasaad (anarchy, strife, corruption) has appeared on earth and the ocean as a consequence of what the hands of people have perpetrated, so that He (Allah Ta'ala) gives them to taste some of the (evil deeds) which they have committed, for perhaps they may return (to Siraatul Mustaqeem)." (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) The enormous wealth in the wake of the Ni'mat of oil was respite which Allah Ta'ala had granted to these miserable bootlickers of the western kuffaar. They are now being hemmed in. Their oil industry has suffered the severest of losses in the wake of Iranian missile strikes. The surest sign for impending Divine Chastisement is immorality accompanied by opulence. In this regard, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "When We intend to destroy a town (city or country), We command the opulent ones of the town (i.e. give them respite). Thus do they indulge flagrantly in sin in the town. Then Our Decree (of Punishment) becomes justified for them. Then We utterly annihilate them." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) All of these American puppet vassal states including Saudi Arabia were snug in the idea of American protection. They believed that the American paper 'super power' was unassailable and that the imaginary 'protection' which had deranged their brains and ego provides adequate defense, and that there is no power on earth which can touch them. Iran has burst their bubble of snug stupidity. It has now dawned on these miserable murtad regimes that returning to the Camel Age is a dreaded reality staring them in the face. Iran has demonstrated this fact with its ability of devastating and demolishing the infrastructure and wells of wealth on which the murtaddeen have based their pride, arrogance, fisq, fujoor and kufr. What is happening in the Middle Eastern arena is the consequence of the evil and villainy of immorality and irtidaad which these puppet states have so arrogantly and proudly flaunted for many decades. The Athaab of Allah Ta'ala which was long ago written on their walls is now materializing in the form of the destruction inflicted on them by Iran. Now all of these American vassal states are reeling in consternation and confusion while their puny 'empires' are being devastated right in front of their eyes. Muslims should supplicate to Allah Ta'ala to return these miserable murtaddeen back to the Camel and Bedouin Age, and that they never recover the opulence which had deracinated their Imaan. "DO NOT CONFLATE HAQ WITH BAATIL (Qur'aan) Our sympathy for Iran in the current conflagration is a clear stance bereft of any conflation with the baatil religion of Shi'ism. There is no doubt in the Kufr of the Shiahs. Shiahs are out of the fold of Islam. The current war is Kuffaar vs Kuffaar. Despite this, our sympathy is with Iran and the desire is that Allah Ta'ala grants Iran victory and a resounding defeat to the barbarians of America and the murderers of Israel. Our sympathy is well mirrored in the sympathy of the Sahaabah on the occasion of the clashing of the two kuffaar super powers of that era, namely the Roman and Persians empires. Support and sympathy should not be conflated with Aqeedah (Belief). There is no such conflation in our stance hence confusion may not be read into it. Support/sympathy for Iran in no way whatsoever imply compromise with the abhorrent kufr beliefs of Shiahs nor does it dilute opposition for the kufr of Shi'i beliefs. The American-Israeli war is an attack on the Ummah and Islam. It is the continuation of the Crusades in another dimension. The plot is to swallow the entire land of Palestine and Shaam which will be followed by a plot to capture Turkey, Pakistan, etc. for the West. "Do not cloak the Truth with baatil whilst you are aware." (Qur'aan) Trump has threatened Hamas with dire consequences if it does not disarm 'very soon'. Hamas will be able to shrug off this threat as satanic and stupid drivel only if its fighters are Mu'mineen in the meaning of the Qur'aan, not mere technical 'Muslims'. "Those who responded to the Call of Allah and His Rasool after having been afflicted with calamity--- for those among them who practice virtue and adopt Taqwa there is a great Reward." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 172) The 'great reward' is the help of Allah, the pleasure of Allah and victory over the kuffaar. But this 'Great Reward' is for those who practice virtue and cultivate Taqwa. "They are those to whom the people (the mushrikeen) said: 'Verily the people (kuffaar) have formed a coalition against you, therefore fear them. (Instead of fear) it (this threat) increased them (the Mu'mineen) in Imaan, and they responded: 'Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best of helpers.' "Then they (the Mu'mineen) returned (from the battlefield) with the bounty (victory and the spoils of war) from Allah and with grace without adversity (defeat) befalling them. And, they pursued the Pleasure of Allah (by way of obedience and ibaadat). Allah is the One of Magnificent Bounties." "Verily, that was only shaitaan who instils fear into his friends. Therefore, do not fear them, and fear only ME (Allah), If indeed you are Mu'mineen." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayaat 173 – 175) These Aayaat of the Qur'aan Majeed command the Mu'mineen not to fear the friends of Shaitaan such as the barbarian clown Trump and the brutal torturer Netanyahu. Fear in the heart of the Mu'mineen is for only Allah Ta'ala, not for shadows and phantoms. The barbarian clown Trump, threatening Hamas, said: "Well we (Trump and Netanyahu) talked about Hamas, and we talked about disarmament, and they're be given a very short period of time to disarm, and we'll see how it works out." It is this type of satanic fear to which the aforementioned Aayaat refer. Shaitaan inspires these Barbarians and Savages to issue such threats which are meaningless for the true Mu'mineen. But the problem with Muslims, including Hamas and its likes, is that they are not Mu'mineen in the meaning of the Qur'aan. So, instead of responding: "Allah suffices for us, and He is the best of helpers.", Muslims are overwhelmed with fear which constrains them into bootlicking the enemy instead of waging Jihad in the Name of Allah Ta'ala. But, as long as the fighters of Hamas do not adopt Taqwa by practicing virtue as stated in the aforementioned Aayaat, they will not have the Roohaaniyat (spiritual stamina) to respond as commanded by Allah Ta'ala. It is gross weakness of Imaan which has pummeled Hamas into accepting a non-existent 'ceasefire' - a ceasefire which never was a ceasefire from day one. Hamas had capitulated humiliatingly. It was a cunning plot to weaken the resolve of Hamas to fight, and to grab land in pursuit of the 'greater israel' plot. Hamas had defied the US and Israeli aggression/ genocide for two years. It has now laid down its arms most despicably while the aggression and brutality of the US and Israeli are on the increase. The victory stated in the Qur'aan is reserved for Muslims who are Mu'mineen in the meaning of the Qur'aan. Muslims who are 'kuffaar' in almost all spheres and aspects of life should not expect the Nusrat of Allah Ta'ala. They will remain bootlickers and bootleggers. If Hamas can only understand the Qur'aan and implement the prescriptions of the Qur'aan, it will experience the wonderful phenomenon of Allah's Nusrat leading to decisive victory over the satanic coalition of the Yahood and Nasaaraa'. But if Allah Ta'ala has not decreed hidaayat for Hamas, there will be nothing but humiliating defeat. "If Allah aids you, none can defeat you, but if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?" (Qur'aan) The Shuhada (Martyrs) are alive. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan: "Do not say about those killed in the Path of Allah that they are dead. In fact, they are alive, but you do not understand." (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 154) Once Khalifah Haaroon Ar-Rasheed asked Muhammad Battaal about any amazing event which had occurred to him in the land of the Romans. He narrated the following episode: "One day while I was walking in the fields I heard the hooves of a horse behind me. When I turned I saw a fully armed horse-rider. He approached me and greeted. I responded. He asked if I had seen a man who is called Battaal. I said that I am Battaal. He alighted from his horse, embraced me and kissed my feet. I asked him: "Why are you doing this?" He said: "I have come to be at your service." I made Dua for him. Suddenly four armed horsemen approached us. My companion asked: "Do you permit that I engage them in battle?" I said: "Yes." Then they clashed for an hour, and finally killed him. Then they advanced to attack me. I said to them: "If you desire to fight with me, then grant me respite to arm myself with the weapons of my slain companion and to mount his horse. They said: "You may do so." After I armed myself, I said to them: "You are four and I am one. This is unfair. Let one of you advance on me." Thus one of them stepped forward. We fought and I killed him. The second one came forward. We fought and I killed him too. Then came the third one. I killed him as well. O Ameerul Mu'mineen! I said to him: "Today I have missed Salaat." He said: "The same with me." He was a bishop. I said to him: "Do you agree that we halt to perform our missed worship and rest for the night? In the morning we can resume our combat." He said: "So shall it be." Thus, I engaged in Allah's ibaadat while he also worshipped. In the morning we resumed our combat. I overpowered him and sat on his chest ready to kill him with my dagger. He pleaded: "Give me another chance." I agreed, and the fight resumed. My foot slipped and he overpowered me. He sat on my chest and intended to kill me. I said to him: "I had given you a chance. Will you not give me also a chance?" He said: "So it shall be." Then we wrestled for the third time. Again he overpowered me, and sat on my chest ready to kill me. I said to him: "One for one. Be magnanimous another time." He said: "Let it be so." We wrestled for the fourth time, and once again he overwhelmed me. Then he said: "Now I realize you are Battaal I shall most certainly bring peace to the land of the Romans by eliminating you." I said: "Never! If my Rabb wills." He said: "Tell your god to save you from me." O Ameerul Mumineen! As he lifted his dagger to slaughter me, I beheld a wondrous scene. My slain companion stood up, lifted his sword and severed the head of the one on top of me. Then he (my slain companion) recited the Qur'aanic aayat: "Never think that those who are slain in the path of Allah are dead, infact they are alive; by their Rabb they are nourished." Shaikh Muhammad Ali Tirmizi (rahmatullah alayh) was among the very great Auliya. Hadhrat Tirmizi asked: "When you cast it into the river, what did you see?" Abu Bakr Warraaq said: "I saw nothing. Only the disappearance of the kitaab." Hadhrat Tirmizi: "You did not cast the kitaab in the river. Now go this very moment and cast the kitaab into the river, and report to me what you have seen." Filled with shame and remorse, he took the kitaab and fulfilled the obligation of casting it into the river. However, before he could explain, Hadhrat Tirmizi said: "Now you have cast it into the water." Hadhrat Warraaq: "For Allah's Sake, explain the mystery." Hadhrat Tirmizi: "I had compiled in that kitaab such wonderful spiritual mysteries of the Sufiya which all the wise men (Ulama and Fuqaha) of the world will fail to understand. Hadhrat Khidhr (alayhis salaam) instructed me to cast it into the river. Allah Ta'ala ordered a fish to deliver the box to the spot where the kitaab will be assigned, and Allah Ta'ala ordered the water to deliver the box to Hadhrat Khidhr (alayhis salaam). The prime minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, said on 25th December: "Ensuring interfaith harmony and equal rights for all citizens, especially minorities, is a key priority for his government as Christians in Pakistan observe Christmas." Licking the boots of the western kuffaar by rejecting the Shariah's Law as applicable to Dhimmis. Rejection of the Shariah is adoption of the Law of Taaghoot, and only a Taaghooti state governs by the law of Taaghoot." Hamas is supposed to be an Islamic Movement, and so does the West regard it. But in reality, there is nothing much of Islam in Hamas. While they were governing Ghazzah, the law of Taaghoot was the law of the land, not the Shariah. One of the Palestinian groups comprising the Resistance is marxist/atheist who are the worst of kuffaar – worse than Trump and Netanyahu - worse than the Yahood and Nasaara. Allah Ta'ala had granted Hamas the opportunity to govern a land, but it had miserably failed. This failure was immensely aggravated by the kuffaar lifestyle and corrupt beliefs of the Palestinians. Hence, Allah Ta'ala snatched away power from Hamas, and He has apprehended the populace with His Athaab which is still in progress. "Indeed the Apprehension of Allah is Painful. (Qur'aan) The decree of Allah Ta'ala cannot be thwarted, and the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal does not change: "Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah." (Qur'aan) The consequence of rebellion and of fisq and fujoor piled on kufr is the type of Athaab currently being enacted in Palestine and elsewhere in Muslim countries. "Many were the Ambiya with whom many of the Ribbiyoon (devoted companions) fought (in Jihaad). Despite the hardships which befell them in the Path of Allah, they did not lose courage, nor did they become weak, nor did they become hopeless. Allah loves the Saabireen. Their only Call was that they said: 'Our Rabb! Forgive our sins and our transgression in our affairs, and plant our feet firmly (against the enemy), and help us against the nation of kaafireen. Then Allah granted them the worldly reward (of victory) and the beautiful reward of the Aakhirat. Allah loves the Muhsineen (those who practice virtue)." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayaat 146, 147, 148) In all eras of the history of mankind, there were Ambiya waging Jihad in the Path of Allah. With them were small bands of Companions (Sahaabah/Ribbiyyoon) who had displayed admirable resolve, resilience and courage in the battlefield. They never sued for 'ceasefire' and so-called peace. Ceasefire in terms of the Shariah is disgraceful capitulation and ignoble defeat. Ceasefire or defeat is the consequence of either putrid, emaciated Imaan or lack of Imaan. Ceasefire is disgraceful bootlicking which is the profession of bootlickers not of genuine Mujaahideen. True Fighters of Allah do not understand defeat and disarmament which is currently being imposed on Hamas. Bootlicking Trump and Netanyahu is the consequence of having abandoned the Shariah of Allah Ta'ala which is in reality rejection of Islam. While 'Muslims' profess to be Muslims, the vast majority of them are kuffaar, hence they are experts in the profession of disgracefully bootlicking the kuffaar. Since the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta'ala was with the Sahaabah and Ribbiyyoon, victory was always with them. Victory for the Mu'mineen is not reliant on military superiority, numerical and armament superiority. For the Mu'mineen victory depends on Imaani perfection. Thus the Qur'aan Majeed says: "Many were the small bands (of Mujaahideen) who defeated large armies with the permission of Allah. Allah is with the Saabireen." (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 249) "When they (the Mujaahideen) confronted Jaaloot and his armies, they said: "O our Rabb! Bestow to us endurance, plant our feet firmly and help us against the nation of kaafireen. "Thus did they defeat them (the kuffaar) with the permission of Allah." (Al-Baqarah, 249, 250) The Sahaabah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) were famous for their victories against great odds - against the huge armies of the then superpowers. Both the Roman and Persian empires were crushed by the Sahaabah. Their victories were due to the Nusrat of Allah Ta'ala. They had the Aid of Allah Ta'ala - the Aid which Allah Ta'ala is today withholding from the grossly rebellious, evil and treacherous Ummah. T R A N S G E N D E R / H O M O S E X U A L I T Y / LESBIANIC ACTIVITY IN THE LAND OF THE IMPURE BY what stretch of Imaani logic can Pakistan ever be an Islamic state when, like its kuffaar western democracy partners in kufr and Taaghooti law, it provides succour, rights and respectability to even such specimens of humanity whom Allah Azza Wa Jal had eliminated from the surface of the earth with showers of brimstone from the heaven. The fate of the nation of Nabi Loot (Alayhis salaam) is well known, and the eerie atmosphere surrounding the Dead Sea remains to this day a silent witness to the destruction inflicted on them by Allah Ta'ala. But, the kufr regime of Napakistan professing to be an 'islamic' state had enacted a transgender Act to award and safeguards rights for the transgender miscreants. Thus, the Transgender Bill passed by the National Assembly of Napakistan, reads: "A Bill to provide for protection, relief and rehabilitation of rights of the transgender persons and their welfare…….." Expounding the kufr of Taghoot on this issue, the Act states: "A transgender person shall have the right to be recognized as per his or her self-perceived gender identity, as such, in accordance with the provisions of this Act." (We gave added the emphasis) This is a brief, very brief, comment on the kufr of the Transgender Act enacted by the kufr state of Pakistan in diametric conform with the Shariah, that is: the Qur'aan and Sunnah. How can such a vile kufr, western bootlicking regime ever be termed 'Islamic'? "Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah." (Al-Israa', Aayat 77) In several Aayaat of the Qur'an Shareef does Allah Azza Wa Jal declare that "His Sunnah (Way) never changes". One of His unchangeable ways is meting out Athaab to recalcitrant and rebellious Muslims when they have transgressed the point of no redemption – the point of no return to Siraatul Mustaqeem. When there is no intention of reformation and return to obedience, then the confirmed Sunnah of Athaab overtakes them. They are then utterly destroyed. Currently, Palestine is one such example. Another example of the unchangeable Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal is that He unleashes His Athaab by harnessing the kuffaar and sending them against Muslims. Elaborating this Divine Sunnah, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "We apprized Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab that most assuredly you will spread anarchy on earth twice, and you will perpetrate massive anarchy. (Al-Israa', Aayat 4) Thus, when the first of the two promised (predictions) came, We sent against you (Bani Israaeel) such of Our (kuffaar) servants who were powerful warmongers. Then they penetrated (your) homes. That was a Promised fulfilled. ………. (Al-Israa', Aayat 5) Then came the second Promise so that they (the kuffaar) could disfigure your faces (with brutality) and so that they enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered it the first time, and so that they destroy everything they overran." (Al-Israa', Aayat 7) "Our servants" mentioned in the aforementioned Aayat refers to the kuffaar forces under the Babylonian idol-worshipping king Bukht Nassar. This Divine Sunnah selects such kuffaar to punish Muslims, who themselves would be destroyed after the prescribed Punishment has run its course. Allah Ta'ala had selected the kaafir, Fir'oun to persecute, brutalize and to severely punish the evil, rebellious Bani Israaeel who were the then Muslim Ummah. After the divinely prescribed Punishment had been executed, Allah Ta'ala destroyed Fir'oun and his legions by drowning them all. In the present era, the one unchangeable Sunnah of Allah Ta'ala is in the form of Trump and Netanyanu. The extreme arrogance and brutality displayed by these two kuffaar barbarians confirm that today Trump is Fir'oun, and Netanyahu his Hamaan, the righthand man of Fir'oun. After the Sunnah of the Athaab for the Palestinians has run its prescribed course, Allah Ta'ala will destroy these two barbarians along with their legions. "Never think that Allah is oblivious of the actions of the zaalimoon (oppressors)." (Ibraaheem, Aayat 42) TRANSGENDER/ HOMOSEXUALITY/ LESBIANIC ACTIVITY IN THE LAND OF THE IMPURE A weird satanic attitude displayed by Muslims when they are trapped into chaos and anarchy is to ascribe blame to the USA, Israel and other agencies of the Yahood and Nasaara such as Mossad and CIA. The most recent example of such stupidity is the huge political upheaval, the rioting and terrorism devastating Iran. While it is quite evident that foreign intelligence agencies are involved in fomenting chaos and anarchy, the objective being destabilization of the country, the actual devastation is caused by the evil people of the land. The function of the foreign intelligence services is limited to inviting, instigating and providing money and weapons. The actual evil work of arson, destroying and killing is executed by the incorrigibly evil people themselves. It is unintelligent to blame the devil/shaitaan for the sins one commits. The act of shaitaan is to set the trap. People then become his victims of their own free will. The foreign intelligence agencies do not have the power to compel the evil population to indulge in anarchy, destruction, burning, killing, looting, etc. Allah Ta'ala had forewarned Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis salaam) of the threat of Iblees. When Nabi Aadam (Alayhis salaam) committed the error and was consequently expelled from Jannat, he did not attribute his error to shaitaan. He wept profusely and supplicated: "O Our Rabb! We have oppressed ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall surely be the losers." He did not blame shaitaan. Shaitaan had invited Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis salaam) to commit the error. However, Hadhrat Aadam (Alayhis salaam) blamed himself for his act of disobedience. In the Aakhirat, the argument of being misled will have no validity. The evil ignorant people will be punished. They will not be able to justify their villainy by ascribing blame to Mossad, CIA, the Yahood and Nasaara. The Qur'aan Majeed, elaborating this issue, says: "If only you could see the zaalimoon (oppressors/ transgressors) standing before their Rabb. Each one will be passing the blame to the other. Those of lesser status (the rank and file) will say to those of pride (the leaders and the like): 'If it were not for you, we would have been Mu'mineen.' The people of pride (the leaders who had misled the ignoramuses) will reply: 'Did we prevent you from the guidance (of Imaan) after it came to you? In fact you are criminals.' Those of lesser status will say to the people of pride (who had misled them): 'In fact, it were your schemes day and night when you instructed us to deny Allah and that we should ascribe partners to Him.' Then will they suppress their (futile) regret when they see the Athaab. We shall place yokes (of fire) on the necks of the kuffaar. They will be punished for only what they had perpetrated." (Sabaa', Aayaat 31 -34) "Shaitaan will say when the matter (in Qiyaamah) is decided: '...............I had no control over you except that I invited you (to my plots and schemes). Then you (of your own accord) responded to me (and accepted my schemes). Therefore, do not blame me. Blame yourselves. I cannot be a helper for you (today) nor can you be helpers for me." (Ibraaheem, Aayat 22) Although the threat of foreign intelligence agencies menacing the countries is an established fact, such threat is given practical expression by the villainous people of the country, not by the foreign intelligence agencies and not by the devil. The plots of the Yahood and Nasaara enemies attain fruition by the truculence of the vile people of the land. Question According to Al-Haq Pakistan is not an Islamic state. However, in the year 2016, a fatwa prepared by the International Islamic University, and signed by 1,800 scholars stated that Pakistan is an Islamic state. What is your response? Please comment in detail. Answer Pakistan, since its very inception, never was an Islamic state. Its Fussaaq/Fujjaar Munaafiq founders also had not proclaimed the country to be an Islamic state. They had merely dangled the chimera of an 'islamic state' to beguile simple molvis and ignorant Muslims who had leanings towards the Deen. This deception was perpetrated to gain Muslim support for the establishment of Pakistan. But, at no stage did any government of Pakistan even make an attempt to establish a Shar'i state or to convert the kufr regime into an Islamic State. With the solitary exception of President Ziyaaul Haq, who had not succeeded, there never was any movement of any of the successive kufr governments to introduce the Shariah as the Law of the Land. The Law of Taaghoot is the supreme law of NaPakistan (the Impure Land). And, about this kufr law, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are indeed kaafiroon." (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 44) "Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are zaalimoon" ( Al-Maaidah, Aayat 45) "Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are faasiqoon." (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 47) Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, in a broadcast to the people of the United Sates in 1948, said: "I do not know what the ultimate shape of this constitution is going to be, but I am sure that it will be a democratic type, embodying the essential principles of Islam…… Islam and its idealism have taught us democracy…… In any case Pakistan is not going to be a theocratic state - to be ruled by priests with a divine mission. We have many non-Muslims –Hindus, Christians and Parsis – but they are all Pakistanis. They will enjoy the same rights and privileges as any other citizens and will play their rightful part in the affairs of Pakistan." The Munaafiq made it abundantly clear that Pakistan would not become a Shariah (theocratic) state. It will be a kuffaar western-type democratic state. Whatever, he had disgorged is the antithesis of the Shariah. His statement pertaining to "the essential principles of Islam" is zukhruful qawl of Iblees to beguile simple and moron molvis and ignorant Muslims – to dupe them into believing that Islam will be Law of the land. But, the 80 year history of Pakistan has confirmed that Islam never was the Law of the country. On the contrary it is the law of Taghoot (western democracy - kufr democracy - shaitaani democracy) which has all along governed this miserable, unfortunate, Napakistan. It was never formed for promoting Islam – the Shariah and the Sunnah. "Cease to be Muslims" Brazenly stating his kufr ideology, Jinnah said: "We are starting with this fundamental principle that we are all citizens of one state…. I think we should keep that in front of us as our ideal and you will find that in course of time Hindus would cease to be Hindus and Muslims would cease to be Muslims, not in the religious sense because that is the personal faith of each individual, but in the political sense as citizens of the state." Stark KUFR! Blatant KUFR! Mincing his words to deceive, the miserable architect of Napakistan was simply spewing zukhruful qawl urinated into his brains by Iblees. The deception of this adorned inspiration of Iblees has blinded the spiritual vision of the 1,800 scholars who have miserably failed to distinguish between the demands of Imaan and the Kufr snare of Iblees. However can it be possible for Muslims to "cease being Muslims politically" when every aspect of the Shariah is inextricably interwoven with Imaan. It is not possible to excise any sphere of life from the Shariah. Being 'Muslim' in one's private capacity, that is, the restriction of Islam to ritual acts of worship, and being kaafir (ceasing to being Muslim) in the political dimension, is KUFR which expels one from the fold of Islam. Allah Ta'ala states in the Qur'aan Majeed: "What! Do you believe in part of the Kitaab and reject a part? The punishment of those from you who do so, is disgrace in this worldly life, and on the Day of Qiyaamah they shall be assigned to the severest punishment." (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 85) "O People of Imaan! Enter into Islam fully (completely), and do not follow in the footsteps of shaitaan, for verily he is for you an open enemy." (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 208) When some Muslims who had converted from Judaism desired to practice some Jewish customs, this Aayat was revealed. In the same style of partial acceptance of Islam, did the Jinnah chap envisage an 'islam' divested of its political dimension. He was deceptively coating kufr democracy – the rule of Taaghoot - with some Islamic hues which just could not stick on his kufr model. Never ever can the Mu'mineen "cease to be Muslim" in any aspect and sphere of life. Deleting any aspect of the Shariah is kufr. A theocratic state? "At a press conference, Jinnah was asked: "Will Pakistan be a secular or theocratic state". Jinnah responded: "You are asking me a question that is absurd. I do not know what a theocratic state means." Yes, he did not know what a Shariah state is because he was a kaafir of the Munaafiq order. By Al Jazeera Staff and News Agencies Published On 27 Jan 2026 The lower house of the French Parliament has voted in favour of banning children aged below 15 years from social media, amid growing concerns about online bullying and mental health risks. In a session late on Monday night, the National Assembly legislators approved the bill by a vote of 130 to 21. The legislation will now go to the Senate before a final vote in the lower house. In a post on X, President Emmanuel Macron hailed the vote as a "major step" to protect French children and teenagers. He had pointed to social media as one factor to blame for violence among young people, reflecting rising public angst over the impact of social media on minors. "The emotions of our children and teenagers are not for sale or to be manipulated, either by American platforms or Chinese algorithms," Macron said in a video broadcast on Saturday. The president said he wanted the ban in place in time for the start of the next academic year in September. Centrist lawmaker Laure Miller, who presented the bill, told the lower chamber that the law was "setting a clear boundary in society and saying social media is not harmless". "Our children are reading less, sleeping less, and comparing themselves to one another more," she continued. "This is a battle for free minds." Former Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, who leads Macron's Renaissance party in the lower house, added that "social media platforms will then have until December 31 to deactivate existing accounts" that do not comply with the age limit. The French ban would require platforms to block access to young teenagers through age-verification mechanisms compliant with European Union law. Far-right lawmaker Thierry Perez also supported the bill, saying it responded to a "health emergency". "Social media has allowed everyone to express themselves, but at what cost to our children?" Perez said. Australia was the first country to ban children aged below 16 on social media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube in December. Countries including the United Kingdom, Denmark, Spain and Greece are also studying a social media ban. The European Parliament has called for the EU to set minimum ages for children to access social media, although it is up to member states to impose age limits. Enforcing such bans can be difficult. The Australian government acknowledged the rollout of its ban would be bumpy after children claiming to be younger than 16 years flooded the country's social media feeds with messages gloating about their continued ability to access networks. The French legislation also extends an existing ban on smartphones in junior and middle schools to cover high schools. A Harris Interactive survey in 2024 showed 73 percent of the French public supported a ban on social media access for those below 15 years. The following Bill of Kufr vividly and conspicuously demonstrates the KUFR status of Napakistan (so-called Pakistan). Islamabad Capital Territory Child Marriage Restraint Bill 2025 Statement by Jamshed Kazi, UN Women Country Representative, Pakistan Date: Tuesday, 20 May 2025 UN Women Pakistan commends the National Assembly and Senate of Pakistan for the historic passage of the Islamabad Capital Territory Child Marriage Restraint Bill 2025. This significant legislation, tabled in the National Assembly by MNA Dr. Sharmila Faruqui establishes 18 as the minimum legal age for marriage for girls. It marks a landmark advancement in safeguarding children's rights and promoting gender equality in Pakistan. The bill's passage shows Pakistan's dedication to ending child marriage and protecting girls' health, education, and future. We commend Dr. Sharmila Faruqui, Senator Sherry Rehman, and all supportive lawmakers for ensuring a safer, just future for the country's children. Looking ahead, implementation will be crucial. UN Women calls on the Government of Pakistan to establish effective enforcement mechanisms, conduct extensive public awareness campaigns to educate communities about the new law, and strive to harmonize similar protections across all remaining provinces. These measures are vital to ensure that every girl in Pakistan, irrespective of her location, is safeguarded from child marriage. UN Women remains committed to working alongside the Government and its partners to ensure the effective implementation of this vital legislation— so that every girl can enjoy her right to a safe childhood and a promising future, with no one left behind. (End of the Compound KUFR adopted by the KUFR regime of Napakistan) COMMENT 1800 MORON Molvis dwelling in either compound jahaalat or aspiring for worldly gains from the Napakistani authorities, had issued a stupid haraam 'fatwa' proclaiming the KUFR regime to be an Islamic State when in reality the regime is among the most treacherous enemies of Islam and the enemy of Allah Azza Wa Jal. While the Kufr regime masquerading as 'Muslim' is out to bootlick the West and to crawl under the skirts of organizations of western prostitutes, it incrementally enacts laws of stark kufr in violent rejection of the Qur'aan and its Shariah. This kufr law of criminalizing marriage under the age of 18 is part of the western kuffaar plot to destroy Islam. With the flagrant and treacherous collaboration of the kufr regimes in Muslim countries, the western kuffaar have established their satanic apparatus of wiping out Islam in a manner similar to the elimination of Islam in the former Muslim states of the Soviet Union. Today, the regimes in Uzbekistan, Tajkistan, etc. are virulently and violently anti-Islam. Jehanzeb AbbasiJanuary 25, 2026 Islamabad: "The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a landmark ruling on Sunday, clarifying that men who marry a second time without the consent of their first wife or the approval of the arbitration council may face both criminal and civil proceedings. This ruling marks a significant clarification of Muslim family law, ensuring that women's consent is central to the legality of subsequent marriages." COMMENT This is yet another glaringly kufr law in violent denial of the Shariah. This kufr law further confirms the Darul Kufr status of Napakistan. What is an Islamic State? The molvis who are enamoured by western culture, are at stupid pains to portray western democracy in Islamic hues. They have really slipped terribly from Siraatul Mustaqeem on such a simple issue regarding which the Qur'aan declares: "Whoever does not adjudicate according to that (Law) which Allah has revealed, verily they are indeed kaafiroon." (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 44) The Qur'aan Majeed explicitly describes the law of the kuffaar as the law of Taaghoot (Shaitaan). An Islamic State is a country where the Law of the Land is the Shariah –the Qur'aan and the Sunnah. But in Pakistan, the Law of Taaghoot governs the land. The constitution of the country is scrap paper fit for the toilet. The so-called 'shariah' courts are a huge fraud perpetrated to beguile morons and to soothe the convoluted brains of moron molvis whose focus is riveted to the dunya. The regime of Pakistan is KUFR. The rulers are Murtaddeen and Munaafiqeen who worship in even Christian temples. Western law and concepts override the Shariah. By what stretch of Imaani logic can such an evil regime be described as Islamic? While the fisq (immorality) of the rulers does not cancel the Islamic status of the country, the imposition of the law of Taaghoot obliterates the Islamic State. As long as the Law is the Shariah, the country will remain an Islamic State and the fisq and fujoor of the corrupt rulers will not cancel its Islamic status. But when the Shariah itself is abrogated or made subservient to the law of Taaghoot, the country ceases being an Islamic State. 7 hours ago 19/02/2026 Lucy Williamson Middle East correspondent BBC When a US-imposed ceasefire halted the Gaza War last October, Hamas's war for survival against Israel switched into a battle for control at home. The war had left the group's disciplined military units shattered into guerrilla forces, and most of its leaders killed; Gaza's buildings and infrastructure were largely destroyed, its population displaced, and its economic life in ruins. More than 72,000 Gazans were killed by Israeli attacks during the conflict, the Hamas-run health ministry says. Four months on, Gazans say Hamas is again extending its control over security, tax revenue, and government services, raising questions about its long -term strategy, and whether it is prepared to give up its weapons and authority, as now required under the second stage of Donald Trump's peace plan. "Hamas regained control of more than 90% of the areas where it is present," said Mohammed Diab, an activist in Gaza. "Its police and security agencies have returned, and are now present in the streets, controlling crime and pursuing those it labels as collaborators and people with opinions. Citizens must go to the Hamas authorities for identity cards or health procedures, and it is also reasserting control over the judiciary and courts." At markets across Gaza, stallholders describe regular police patrols – and a renewed iron grip on official fees and taxes. ……………….. Since the ceasefire, food and some other basic goods are flowing into Gaza more freely. The few key traders with a license to bring them in from Israel say Hamas have reimposed strict control over taxing the imports. ……………. A Hamas spokesman, Hazem Qassem, said the Gaza Strip was in a state of emergency and that "exceptional measures" were required. "Some traders maintain links with the [Israeli] occupation and attempt to generate excessive profits, so administrative bodies sometimes need to act firmly with traders who refuse to cooperate or meet required obligations," he said. "This is purely a governmental matter and has no relation to Hamas." The Israeli army says there are daily attacks against its forces by Hamas. Four Israeli soldiers have been killed since the ceasefire began. Hamas, in turn, points to repeated Israeli attacks, which Gaza's Health Ministry says have killed 603 Palestinians. The IDF recently released grainy footage of several figures running through Gaza's debris, who it identified as "armed terrorists" approaching troops in the area of Gaza temporarily controlled by Israel under Trump's peace plan. Asked whether two years of intense military conflict had failed to achieve the destruction of Hamas's military capabilities - a key Israeli war goal – Lt Col Shoshani said the group had been heavily diminished, but was now trying to rebuild." More than two years of brutal, intense bombing and military intrusion, aggression and genocide which have secured the brutal murder of almost 80,000 civilians and injured over 100,000, have miserably failed to disarm Hamas. Having militarily failed to achieve the goal of disarming and defeating Hamas, the Yahood and Nasaara barbarians are seeking to achieve their objective by 'talks' and bogus 'ceasefires'. That is currently the endeavour of the clown Trump. They will fail to disarm Hamas. The only way that Hamas will be disarmed is by a disgraceful surrender. Only if Hamas disgracefully surrenders, will the enemies of Islam achieve their objective. Warning against seeking peace with the enemy, the Qur'aan states: "Do not become cowardly and do not call for peace (ceasefire). You will be victorious. Allah is with you, and He will not negate your deeds." "Verily, Allah does not oppress (anyone) Even be it the extent of an atom." (An-Nisaa', Aayat 40) "This (sending of Messengers) is because your Rabb Does not destroy towns unjustly whilst its Inhabitants are unaware (of the consequences Of their sin and transgression)." (Al-An'aam, Aayat 131) The massive political upheavals – the suffering and genocide at the hands of the brutal kuffaar - which are pulverizing the Muslim Ummah and their lands are without the slightest vestige of doubt the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah. The events in Palestine, Kashmir, Burma, etc. are acts of Divine Punishment. The Qur'aan Majeed categorically negates oppression and injustice from Allah Azza Wa Jal, and it confirms that the Chastisement does not settle on people and towns while the inhabitants are innocently unaware of their disobedience, transgression and treason. It is the flagrant and blatant denial of the Law of Allah Ta'ala and the blatant attitude of treason which invite the Athaab of Allah Ta'ala. Regardless of our emotional feelings and our lambasting the kuffaar aggressors and murderers, the irrefutable fact remains that the Punishment is being meted out by Allah Azza Wa Jal at the hands of His kuffaar 'servants'. The Punishment will run its prescribed divine course. No one can thwart the Decree of Allah Ta'ala. Q. Does this Hadith refer to the present war against Iran? Could it be a reference to the flames of the burning oil facilities? "From ʿUbādah ibn al-Ṣāmit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If you see a red column in the east in Ramadan, then store food a year, for it is a year of famine." And from ʿAbd al-Wahhāb ibn Bakht: It reached me that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In Ramadan there will be a sign in the sky like a bright column, and in Shawwāl there will be turmoil, and in Dhū al-Qaʿdah there will be destruction." And from the narration of Khālid ibn Maʿdān: "It will appear as though it is a pillar of fire rising from the east in the month of Ramadan. All the people of the earth will see it. Whoever witnesses that should prepare (store) food for his family for a year." A. The Hadith does not refer to the war in Iran. The Hadith mentions that it will be a glittering pillar of light visible to all people on earth wherever they may be. Furthermore, the Hadith refers to a glittering light IN the sky, not to a fire burning on earth like the clouds of smoke from the burning fuel tanks. Nevertheless, in view of the current war it is wise to stock up essential foodstuff. If the war continues for a length of time, countries which rely on imported foodstuff will suffer great shortages. SNIPPETS FROM THEIR TRAJECTORY OF FISQ, FUJOOR, SHIRK AND KUFR THE FIRST HINDU TEMPLE IN ABU DHABI The government of Abu Dhabi donated 20,000 square meters of land for this monument of the worst kind of kufr and shirk – a temple of idols for idol-worship. The miserable murtad regime had allocated the land for the temple of shirk during a visit by the Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi, the murderer of Muslims in India with his stated policy of converting all Muslims into Hindus and all Musaajid into temples of idol-worship. To mark the satanic occasion of the opening of the temple, the Murtad Shaikh of Abu Dhabi and his wife actively participated in the Hindu ritual ceremonies of shirk and kufr. The murtad sheikh himself was holding the deepak plate and performing the Hindu ritual of archaana while his shaitaanah, murtaddah wife was holding the holy ramanayan frantha on her head during the Hindu religious prayer function. DUBAI ALSO HAS A SIKH TEMPLE AND CHRISTIAN CHURCHES Construction of temples and churches in Muslim lands is strictly prohibited by Islam. But all of these miserable kufr states masquerading as 'muslim' including Saudi Arabia pride themselves with temples and churches. Dubai's $1.5 billion Atlantis resort opens with lavish party (taken from the website:chitramala Dubai: The A-list celebrities came, they partied, and when the world's biggest ever fireworks display began just after midnight, Atlantis was declared officially open and Dubai witnessed the most extravagant and expensive party in its history. Over 2,000 of the world's rich and famous were flown to Dubai on Thursday for the launch of the Atlantis Palm Jumeirah, a £1 billion (Rs 80 billion) mega-resort built on a man-made island shaped like a palm tree in the Persian Gulf. At a time when recession, bailout and pink-slips are part of everyday lingo, there was little sign of parsimony as the organisers rolled out the red carpet —— and presumably the cash as well - for the one-night party. The cost of the "freebie of the century', according to London's Daily Mail, was a mere £20 million, or Rs 160 crore. No one paid for an air ticket and the travel bill itself was estimated to be £3 million (Rs 24 crore), the paper said. World's top celebrities, including Robert De Niro, Charlize Theron, Lindsay Lohan, Janet Jackson, Dame Shirley Bassey, The Duchess of York, Michael Jordan, Chris Tucker and Lily Allen dined on signature dishes prepared by Atlantis' multi-Michelin-starred chefs Santi Santamaria, Michel Rostang, Giorgio Locatelli and Nobu Matsuhisa. And if it's Dubai, it has to be Bollywood: besides Shah Rukh, actresses Rani Mukerji and Priyanka Chopra and movie mogul Yash Chopra rubbed shoulders with local royalty. Atlantis Dubai, a pink maze of arches that looms large on the city's skyline, includes an aquarium boasting 65,000 sea creatures, including sharks, eels and rays, a water park and a priceless sculpture made of 3,000 hand blown pieces of glass. The hotel's signature Bridge Suite, which features floor-to-ceiling views of Dubai, costs over £25,000 (Rs 20 lakh) a night. With such a select crowd at Atlantis, some will stay on for four days, there were issues over who would put up where. Oprah, a role model for women in West Asia whose talk shows have the highest ratings in the Gulf among English language programmes, was allotted the super-exclusive suite suspended between the resort's two towers. But when she pulled out of the party, the honour of spending the first night went to King Khan, who owns a resort on the Palm islands and is said to be keen on the property business in the Emirates. UAE: Massive Buddha statue installed on Abu Dhabi highway By News Editor 07/O4/2019 A 10m-tall statue of Buddha has been installed on one of the main highways connecting Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The installation is part of the Louvre Abu Dhabi exhibition, and the introduction of this Buddhist monument follows the opening of a Hindu temple by one of the princes of the UAE1 These moves have been described by some as unprecedented steps towards "polytheising" the region. Although the statue is already installed on the Sheikh Zayed Road, the launch will take place on April 7th and will be part of the so-called Highway Gallery's second edition. A total of ten pieces, dubbed 'artwork', will be installed on the road in the days to come, and will be seen by thousands of road users. The installation of the Buddhist statue comes a year after an Emirati prince inaugurated the opening of the UAE's first Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, as well as the visit by Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi, in February 2018." (End of report) The Response of Allah Ta'ala for this brazen and blatant kufr and shirk has come in the form of Iranian missiles. May the destruction be complete and perfect. "A wave of apparent Saudi social media accounts have been promoting and calling for the return of ancient Arabian deities as part of the kingdom's national heritage, amind the country's push to replace its religious identity with a more nationalist one. One user on X, posted pictures of the ancient Arabian goddess 'Al-Uzza', showing initated rituals surrounding the statue and existing figures of it displayed in Saudi museums. …….. "Due to the statues and deities being part of the peninsula's history, the Saudi government gives so much importance for the ancient Arabian gods because our past is a part of our future………." Yes, Jahannam is their future. This was the Land of Idol-Breakers. Today it has become a land of idol-makers. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had mentioned that among the signs of Qiyaamah is that Arab women will gyrate around idols with their backsides swaying. The stage for Qiyaamah is being set. Dubai Does It Again| Woman Shows Herself Willingly Eating Man's P00 For Fun In Dubai Just when social media was trying to heal and come to terms with shocking revelations on the extent to which women are subjected to dehumanizing and degrading sexual treatment in Dubai; another video has been circulating online showing yet another different view of the nittygritty Dubai The United Arab Emirates has become the latest haven for wealthy men and wealth-seeking women. Along the way it has gained considerable notoriety for the dehumanizing things rich men do to women, ……………. These are some of many weird sexual fantasies and BDSM sexual practices that rich men in Dubai can allegedly afford." The rot and filth of zina of the worst unimaginable kinds are absolutely revolting. How is it ever possible for the Satanists of the Dubai kind to ever escape the Punishment of Allah Ta'ala. It is indeed pleasant to observe the Divine Chastisement overtaking these rotten stinking hubs of prostitution. The Punishment has come in the form of Iranian Missiles. It will indeed be balm for the wounded hearts of Muslims if these Missiles succeed to devastate, flatten, eliminate and obliterate these filthy brothel bases of America. R70 MILLION 5 MINUTE SACRIFICE AT THE ALTAR OF IBLEES " And, when We intend to destroy a land (with its people), We instruct its affluent ones, then they recklessly indulge in fisq (immorality). Then the Decree (of Our Punishment) is ordained. Then We utterly Deracinate them". (Qur'aan) In one of the vilest and most obscene displays of satanism ever witnessed by the world, the scum kuffaar regime of the Dubai Brothel American puppet state, recklessly squandered $7 million (about R70 million rands) in a one minute fireworks display in a satanic ritual of worship. The Qur'aanic epithet of 'Brothers' of Shaitaan mentioned in the aayat: "Verily, the wasters are the brothers of the Shaitaan.", had perhaps never applied more aptly to any community than to the Dubai fussaaq morons. Reporting the obscene show of Satanism, the AFP agency says: "Dubai has shattered the world record for the largest ever pyrotechnic display on New Year's Eve with a show involving more than half million fireworks, Guinness World Records says". Condemnation for the Dubai culture of satanism and immorality which boggles the minds of even kuffaar humanity fails to locate in the dictionary words strong enough for describing the shaitaaniyat which has been so flagrantly and brutally flaunted. The callousness and total insensitivity of these human shayaateen are starkly portrayed by the colossal Syrian Muslim suffering silhouetted in the background. That these devilish specimens of humanity inhabiting the U.S. outpost in the desert are Muslims, is inconceivable. The Divine Instruction stated in the above mentioned Qur'aanic aayat refers to the initial stage of the impending Chastisement which will arrive promptly and execute its full task of destruction at the appointed time. The initial stage is actually the prelude of respite. " Then when their appointed moment (of destruction) arrives, it shall not be delayed by a moment, nor advanced." (Qur'an) The ruin and destruction which will yet deracinate and efface that impure and immoral U.S. puppet regime along with the immoral citizenry cannot be in the too distant future. V22#07 DUBAI SPENDS HALF A BILLION DOLLARS ON THE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS "Informed sources said that the celebrations of the city of Dubai costs of the new year 2015, amounted to $ 460 million, according to estimates from an initial, which is more than three times the cost of the launch of fireworks in all of Germany on the occasion of the new year, which amounted to 124 million euros ($150 million). The sources, who declined to give their names in remarks told Anatolia Thursday, the cost would increase by about $60 million for the previous year 2014, an increase of 15%, where the cost of the celebrations and then $ 400 million, noting that the final cost may be approaching half a billion dollars. The UAE has seen huge celebrations of the start of the new year, marked by fireworks lit up the sky of the state, amid demand from citizens, residents and visitors to watch the activities of the celebrations. The sources said: "The increase in the cost of the celebrations this year due to the extended time the fireworks to break the previous world record." The Dubai has registered a world record in the Guinness Book of Records, while 2014 received its most dramatic fireworks display lasted for 6 minutes, and used the extruded 489.651." (Dubai Business News) V22#11 "Rome will be defeated in the nearer land (i.e. Shaam), and after their defeat they will be victorious within a few years. All affairs are in Allah's control from all times. And on that day will the Mu'minoon rejoice (over the victory of the Romans)." Allah helps with His Nusrat (Aid) whomever He wills. He is the Mighty, the Most Merciful." (Ar-Room, 1, 2, 3, 4,5) These Aayaat refer to the clash between the Roman and Persian empires. The Persians were mushrikeen and the Romans were of the Ahl-e-Kitaab. Therefore, the sympathies of Sahaabah were with the Romans whose victory they yearned. These two super powers of that era clashed in the Land of Shaam at Azra-aat and Busra. In this major battle the Romans were defeated. The defeat of the Romans extremely grieved the Sahaabah. On this occasion, Allah Ta'ala revealed the aforementioned Verses stating that within a few years the Romans would defeat the Persians, and that all affairs are controlled by Him, hence the need to reconcile our understanding with the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Both super powers were kuffaar. The victory of the Persians did not create the idea of them being on the true path, nor did the later victory of the Romans mean that they were the repositories of the Truth. The religions of both groups were baatil. But, the Qur'aan Majeed, states explicitly that Allah Ta'ala aids whomever He wills. In the aforementioned Verses, Allah Ta'ala declares that "all affairs are in His control". Nothing happens without the direct intervention and decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur'aan states: "Nothing, not an atom in the earth or in the heaven is hidden from your Rabb, and be it even something smaller or bigger (than an atom) but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab. (Qur'aan) "Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is neither A seed in the darkness of the earth nor anything moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Book." (Qur'aan) First, the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta'ala was with the fire-worshipping Persians, hence their victory over the Romans. After a few years, the Aid of Allah Ta'ala was with the Romans who defeated the Persians. It is of paramount importance for Muslims to always maintain the focus on Allah Ta'ala. Whatever is today transpiring in the USA-Israel-Iran war, is being orchestrated by Allah Ta'ala. All the upheavals in the Middle East – the destruction and devastation – are by the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Wisdom and Mysteries of Allah Azza Wa Jal are unfathomable. While today the sympathies of Muslims are with Iran, and we hope victory for Iran, it is only Allah Ta'ala Who decides the ultimate outcome: "To Him belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all affairs return unto Allah." (Quraan) This refrain is repeated numerous times in the Qur'aan Majeed. Allah Ta'ala decides all issues and all affairs. Thus, if victory will be for the brutal Americans and Israelis, Muslims have to reconcile their understanding with the Decree of Allah Ta'ala. If victory will be for Iran, it will also be the decree of Allah Ta'ala with which Muslims will 'rejoice' as mentioned in the aforementioned Aayaat of Surah Room. The Sahaabah had rejoiced over the victory of the Romans because they were of the Ahl-e-Kitaab, and there was as yet no clash between the Sahaabah and the Romans. Today, our sympathy has changed in favour of Iran, and this is due to the American-Israeli brutality perpetrated on the Palestinian Muslims. Our sympathy is not the understanding of Shiahs being Muslims. Iran is also on the path of baatil germane to belief. Furthermore, these Yahood and Nasaara of today are predominantly atheists. Atheists are not from the Ahl-e-Kitaab. BEWARE OF THE INTERFAITH TRAP Some molvis are of the view that Amr Bil Ma'roof requires only presentation of Fadhaa-il (Virtues). They are averse to stating the Truth if some feathers will be ruffled. In terms of their understanding of 'hikmat', diplomacy requires bootlicking. This bootlicking attitude is tantamount to Kitmaanul Haqq (Concealing the Truth). Mentioning an example of proclaiming the Truth, the Qur'aan Majeed states: (Ibraaheem said to his father): "O my father! Verily there has come to me such Ilm (Knowledge) which has not come to you. Therefore follow me, for I shall guide you to the Straight Path. O my father! Do not worship Shaitaan. Verily, Shaitaan was unto Ar-Rahmaan disobedient. O my father! Verily, I fear that a punishment from Ar-Rahmaan will settle on you, then you will become the friend of Shaitaan." (Maryam, 43,44, 45) Further ruffling the feathers of his audience, Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) said: "Verily, we dissociate from you and the (idols) which you worship besides Allah. We have rejected you, and hatred and enmity have surfaced between us and you forever until you believe in Allah, The One.." (Al-Mumtahinah,Aayat 4) Commending Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) for his proclamation of the Haqq, Allah Ta'ala says: "Verily, there is a beautiful pattern (of life) for you in Ibraaheem and those with him. Remember when he said to his people…(the above verse 4)." There is no trace of interfaith compromise and bootlicking in the declaration of the Haqq by the Ambiyaa (Alayhimus salaam) and the Ulama-e-Haqq. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Proclaim the Haqq even if it is bitter." March 24, 2026 Articles, Commentary By Robert Inlakesh This war destroys the US military's power projection, cripples its role in West Asia, demonstrates it is a liability to allies, while representing a victory for its two top enemies, Russia and China. As the US-Israeli war of aggression continues to escalate and President Trump makes new threats against Iran's energy infrastructure, the Islamic Republic and its allies are edging closer towards inflicting a historic defeat on the world's top superpower. So far, there has been no clear war goal articulated, nor is there a real excuse presented as to why it had to happen as it did. Beyond assassinating Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, a number of other high-ranking officials, as well as striking Iranian infrastructure, there has yet to be any major blow delivered to the Islamic Republic. There is certainly nothing that could be argued to represent a strategic victory for Washington and Tel Aviv either. In fact, Israel's assassinations during the 12-day war, in June of 2025, actually delivered a bigger blow to the Iranian military leadership, along with killing nuclear scientists. The Israeli Mossad even succeeded in effectively sabotaging Iranian air defenses at the beginning of the war and successfully utilized a large number of agents to carry out armed action inside the country. How Iran is Defeating the US Empire The US government has repeatedly claimed that Iran's navy is "at the bottom of the ocean," that its air force and air defenses have been "destroyed," while Trump himself claimed that "90% of Iran's missiles" had been eliminated. However, the US military itself continues to announce it is targeting more Iranian naval vessels, while the Islamic Republic itself has shown video footage of underground facilities where its naval assets are stored. The Iranian air defenses, which were allegedly destroyed according to the Trump administration, managed to intercept an F-35 fighter jet, forcing it to conduct an emergency landing, while they are shooting enemy drones out of the sky on a daily basis. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force continues to fire wave after wave of ballistic missiles, directly impacting US military facilities across the Persian Gulf and Israeli targets. It also launches its own drone swarms. In addition to the IRGC, the Iranian Armed Forces also have their own separate drone attack units that operate around the clock. Iranian attacks, along with the support of their Iraqi allies, have now forced a full NATO withdrawal from Iraq, as US forces take round-the-clock missile and drone hits to their bases. Every US base in the Persian Gulf, Iraq, and Jordan has been damaged, in some cases entirely destroyed. Hezbollah also returned to the scene in Lebanon, stronger than ever, with its arms stockpiles replenished, managing to prevent the Israeli military from advancing in south Lebanon, all after both Tel Aviv and Washington claimed that the party had been defeated. The USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier was fired upon and has been forced to retreat, out of active striking distance of Iran, as the USS Gerald R. Ford is in need of repairs. The IRGC even fired missiles at the British-US military base in Diego Garcia, revealing that they possess missiles that can strike targets at over 4,000 kilometers. Every day or so, there is another surprise that Tehran appears to be able to pull off. What have the Israelis and Americans done in return? They bomb civilian areas, police stations, and oil storage facilities in order to create acid rain across Tehran. They also strike the openings and exits to missile bases, which are simply dug out and remain largely unaffected. Iran has retaliated each time a new escalation is committed by either the US or Israel, whether that be against oil facilities, water desalination plants, or nuclear facilities. Tehran does not show any signs of weakness; large crowds show up in support of their government. Because Iran is no longer exporting food during the war, the prices of goods on the shelves have actually decreased, as government subsidies are being offered, as well as free public transport. The blockade of the Strait of Hormuz has meant that the Persian Gulf Arab states have taken enormous economic hits, while the price of oil has skyrocketed and is having a major impact on the global economy. It is an oil crisis worse than that of 1973. Fertilizer costs, too, have increased; over 40% so far. Things have gotten so bad that the US is now weighing lifting the sanctions on Iran in order to allow purchases of its oil, just to bring the costs down. A move that the Trump administration has tried to repackage as some kind of strategic move, but is evidently a sign of how terribly the war is going for them. Iran's oil production is also up to a high that hasn't been seen in at least 46 years, meaning that since the revolution in 1979 against the US-backed Shah, birthing the Islamic Republic, the country's production has never reached such levels. As of now, only nations that gain Iran's permission are able to purchase or transit through the Gulf of Hormuz. In other words, they have total dominance. Escalation Without a Plan Donald Trump's depictions of Iran as a nation that is defeated, without any military capabilities and with a scared remaining leadership, are the opposite of reality. If anything, it appears that the Islamic Republic is only becoming more entrenched and popular, as one would expect given that a foreign attack targeting the nation's civilian population is ongoing. Ebrahim Zolfaghari, the spokesman of Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters (Iran's Unified Military Command), openly mocks the US leadership, even recently stating, "Hey Trump, YOU'RE FIRED! You're familiar with this sentence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya." While it is undeniable that the US and Israelis may have the technological edge, they are simply out of their depth and have no viable military strategy. As a next step, it is likely that the US could try to deploy ground forces to take over islands in the Persian Gulf, but this will change nothing even if they succeed. In all likelihood, it will be a costly endeavor that will result in little more than a photo op and fail to actually open the Strait of Hormuz. Capturing Kharg Island from Iran will not stop Iran from blocking ships from transiting the Persian Gulf; that's simply not how things work. Tehran may even decide to just allow the US to take it over, then hit it relentlessly with missiles and drones. As for the Strait of Hormuz, as long as Iran has missiles capable of sinking ships and mines that can do the same, it remains closed. Which brings us to the conclusion: Iran is defeating the United States. Yet, it is not Washington that is making its own decisions; it is clearly under the control of policymakers in Tel Aviv. This is not a war for the United States' interests—it is a war for Israel's interests. The Israeli calculation, as I have been writing about here for Palestine Chronicle for months, is that if they manage to inflict enough damage to Iran's civil infrastructure—targeting electricity, agriculture, its industrial capacity, oil and gas, water, etc.— then it believes it can weaken the government in the long term. It is a Syrian regime-change tactic, but it is ultimately a costly gamble that doesn't appear to be working right now. In Syria, the regime change didn't come during the war; it happened due to the sanctions and lasting devastation to the country. Israel knows that it is only the United States military that can deliver blows harsh enough to have a chance at crippling Iran in the long run, so it has used its puppet—Donald Trump—to commit to a war that no past administration would dare attempt. The US president is compromised and is willing to drag his nation, as well as the entire West, down in order to please Israel. This war destroys the US military's power projection, cripples its role in West Asia, demonstrates it is a liability to allies, while representing a victory for its two top enemies, Russia and China. Washington is also now draining its military stockpiles, compromising its military readiness, should it seek to engage in hostilities with either Moscow or Beijing. Although predicting the future is impossible, as of right now, this is shaping up to be the most disastrous US war, perhaps in its history. https://www.palestinechronicle.com/ outlasting-the-superpower-the-reasons-why-iran-is-beating-uhe-us-and-israe Q. Although this war was launched full of lies. I have little sympathy for the Iranians considering for how many years they have butchered Muslims and spread their venom. A. Your feelings towards the Shiahs is understandable. We are in agreement with you despite our emotional leanings being in favour of an Irani victory over the brutal Yahood and Nasaara murderers and barbarians whose objective is to extinguish Islam and the Ummah. But then, we are required to set aside our emotional feelings and beware of confusing the issues of politics and Imaan. Shiahs are kuffaar. Their beliefs are violently in conflict with the Aqaaid of Islam. From this perspective, obviously we may not dilute our opposition. However, from the reality prevailing on the ground, victory for Iran is our heartfelt wish although we do not make such a dua. The Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal will prevail. His decree is not in need of our duas. Whatever the outcome will be, it will be the Hukm of Allah Azza Wa Jal which Muslims have to accept, and with which we have to reconcile our emotional feelings. Q. Is the Fons Vitae group of scholars a reliable Islamic source of Islamic knowledge. Can I refer to them? A. Fons Vitae is a conglomerate of Shaitaan. The jaahil western 'scholars' of this society are agents of Iblees. Never refer to them for any matter pertaining to the Deen. They are a kufr interfaith cartel whose objective is to destroy Islam with their satanic system of interpretation acquired from their atheist university professors. Understand well that their tails of donkey degrees do not qualify them to voice themselves on any topic of Islam. These moron chaps lack in the comprehension of even the rudiments of Istinja and Tahaarat, yet they have set themselves up as 'mujtahids' when in reality they are juhala wallowing in compound jahaalat and kufr. These morons who are bereft of Islamic academic qualification proclaim themselves as experts in the various branches of Islamic Knowledge while in reality they are deceits employed by the western interfaith establishment to undermine Islam in the name of 'islam'. Do not touch their publications with a barge pole. Their publications are designed specifically for misleading ignorant Muslims and trapping them in kufr. They seek to fabricate a new religion under the name of Islam. This so-called 'new generation of scholars' are, in Qur'aanic terms, "Humurum Mustanfirah" – wild donkeys fleeing from a lion. There is no affinity between them and true Islam – the Islam of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The list of names of their moron scholars is more than adequate to understand who these juhala are. They are all plants of Iblees. By Al Mayadeen English Source: Al Mayadeen net 25 Mar 2026 03:58 Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a direct warning to the US 82nd Airborne Division, cautioning that it could face the same fate as US aircraft carriers previously forced to withdraw under Iranian pressure. Commenting on reports of an imminent US troop deployment to West Asia, the IRGC addressed American forces, stating: "Do you remember Gerald Ford and Abraham Lincoln?" The statement referenced the withdrawal of US naval assets from the region following Iranian strikes and threats, signaling Tehran's readiness to confront any new deployment. The Guard emphasized that the 82nd Airborne Division, one of the US Army's most prominent rapid-response units, is being closely monitored as part of the evolving strategy. Recent incidents involving US naval forces have exposed the vulnerability of Washington's military presence in the region. The USS Gerald Ford, long promoted as the centerpiece of US naval dominance, was forced out of active deployment after a fire onboard, with reports indicating it could be sidelined for months— highlighting operational fragility despite its advanced capabilities. Meanwhile, Iranian forces targeted the USS Abraham Lincoln, forcing it to withdraw under the pressure of sustained strikes. Growing doubts are emerging within US forces over the war on Iran, with troops raising concerns about unclear objectives, rising casualties, and the danger of a ground invasion. Reports indicate increasing frustration and stress among troops, with some questioning their role and considering leaving the military. https:// english.almayadeen.net/news/ politics/irgc-to-us-82nd--you-will-face-fate-of-uss-gerald-for Beirut (AsiaNews) - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has adopted a new law that bans "all forms of discrimination based on religion, caste, creed, doctrine, race, colour or ethnic origin," Fr Samir Khalil Samir told AsiaNews. This is a "step forward," according to the Egyptian Jesuit, one that runs counter to what other countries do in the region, many of which are still under the thumb of Islamic totalitarianism. The UAE's openness compared to other Muslim nations is further evinced by the presence of 24 churches on its territory, partially built with funds provided by local rulers. As a local bishop once said, "The UAE is the only country where Christians are well treated". Is he correct? A. The bootlicking 'shaikh' should renew his Imaan. It is a grievous error to believe that all Jihaad is defensive. What kind of 'defensive' jihad was it for the Khalifah in Madina to send armies to fight the Romans and Persians. The objective of Jihaad is I'laa Kalimatullah. Almost all the Jihaad campaigns of the Sahaabah were offensive. Yes, minus Islaah, there will be no victory. Thus, Islaah is Waajib. Jihaad will always remain a Waajib obligation just as Salaat will always remain Fardh even if the Ummah abandons it. The shaikh is in error. Q. Is suicide bombing permissible in Islam? A. It is permissible for a Muslim to cast himself in battle against a vastly superior, stronger enemy regardless of the enemy's number or weaponry. Even if one Muslim charges into the midst of a 100 armed kuffar to fight them, it is permissible. Despite the heavy odds against him, there is the possibility, no matter how remote, of him emerging alive. In this scenario, killing himself is not the intention even though all indications are that he will be killed. However, if he is fitted with explosives to act as a 'suicide bomber', he goes into battle with the intention to kill himself. Regardless of the nobility of his intention, his method and intention of killing himself are not permissible. Q. Is it possible that this war led by USA and Israel on Iran may create some "breathing space" for the Sunni populace to practice on Deen and cripple to an extent the Shiah menace from spreading? A. Anything is possible. But what is certain, is the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. He is the Real and Actual Orchestrator of the upheavals transpiring in His creation. He knows and we know not. It is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal which is playing out in front of us in the variety of forms we are observing. Whether palatable or unpalatable, we have to learn to reconcile ourselves with the Decrees and Machinations of Allah Azza Wa Jal. No one can fathom the mystery and secrets of Divine Operations.
