Indeed even moun- tains can be displaced with their plots.” (Ibraaheem, Aayat 46) In the final analysis it is the Decree of Allah Ta‘ala that prevails. In fact Allah Ta‘ala is the Real Actor and Orches- trator of all events in crea- tion. The Qur‘aan states that “Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but Allah is aware.” Our created minds with their finite comprehension can nev- er fathom the mysteries and ways of operation of Allah Ta‘ala. While we have to in- cumbently believe in the Taqdeer of Allah Azza Wa Jal, we have to be alert and understand the forces operat- ing around us. For gaining naseehat the Asbaab (ways and means) may be exam- ined. It is with this under- standing that we examine the current war between Afghan- istan and Pakistan. This war between the two Muslim nations was plotted by Trump. Not so long ago, during the course of this cur- rent year, Trump had invited Asif Munir, the Pakistani ar- my chief to the USA where Trump hosted him. This was most significant. To say the least, it is extremely intri- guing for the American presi- dent to bypass and ignore the government of Pakistan, and to invite the army general who should supposedly not be related to the political affairs of the country. By inviting the Pakistani Army Chief, not the president or prime minister of Pakistan, Trump had astutely begun un- folding his plot for the war between Pakistan and Af- ghanistan. Trump, is well aware that in Pakistan real power is with the Army, not with the civilian government which is subservient to the Army. Will such non- Muslims also be committed to everlasting punishment in the Hereafter? A. Allah Ta‘ala, answering your question says: “Say (O Muhammad, to the kuffaar): „Should We inform You of the worst losers with regard to (good) deeds?‟ They are those whose (good/ virtuous/humanitarian) efforts are destroyed in this worldly life while they think that they are practicing virtu- ous deeds.” (Al-Kahf 103 & 104) Minus the fundamental Pivot of Imaan, deeds of virtue will have absolutely no value in the Aakhirah. Allah Ta‘ala rewards in this world the kuffaar for their virtuous deeds. In the Hereafter, they have no share of success and salvation. Even Fir‘oun had engaged in considerable hu- manitarian service. He used to feed thousands of poor daily. Being concerned about is- sues beyond our control and power is futility inspired by Iblees. These kuffaar who engage in humanitarian deeds of virtue are the makhlooq (creation) of Allah Ta‘ala. Whatever Allah Ta‘ala will do with them in the Aakhirah is His Prerogative. Stating this Prerogative, Nabi Isaa (Alayhis salaam) responds to Allah Ta‘ala as stated in the following Aayat: “If You (O Allah!) punish them, then verily, they are Your slaves (You have the right to do with them as You will). And, if You forgive them, most certainly, You are The Mighty, The Wise. (It is Your Prerogative to do so).” Whatever, will happen to the kuffaar humanitarian workers and the like in the Aakhirah, is not our concern. It is the concern of Allah Az- za Wa Jal Alone. Beware of the evil inspirations of Shai- taan who cunningly spreads his snare to dilute and de- stroy Imaan with such stu- pid wasaawis which breed doubts of kufr. THE HAQQ “.......He (Allah) is the Haqq (Truth), and verily, whatever they (the interfaithers) call besides Him is baatil (false/ satanism).” (Luqmaan, Aayat 30) Every way, method and concept besides the Divine Shariah is Baatil. The attempt of the so-called ‗Muslim‘ interfaithers is baatil – false and kufr. The Deen of Allah Ta‘ala has no room for compromise, dilution and pollution such as the ‗abraham accord‘ and other kufr ‗accords‘ fabricated by the enemies of Islam.‖ UNITY – AN EMPTY PIPEDREAM Unity of the Ummah is a pipe dream which will never be practically attainable. This dunya is the arena for conflict between Haqq and baatil, vice and virtue, hence the conflict will be perpetual. Once Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) stopped at a Musjid and performed two raka‘ts Salaat. After the Sa- laat he engaged in a very lengthy dua. After the dua he said to the Sahaabah: ―I sup- plicated to my Rabb for three things. Two duas were ac- cepted and the third one was refused. I asked my Rabb not to destroy my Ummah by drought. This was accepted. Then I asked my Rabb not to drown my Ummah. This was accepted. Then I asked my Rabb that my Ummah should not fight amongst themselves. This dua was not accepted.‖ The Tablighi Jamaat fac- tions, Darul Uloom Deoband breaking up into two factions, Mazaahirul Uloom splitting into two factions, the innumer- able internecine Muslim wars of the past, and currently the war between Afghanistan and Pakistan are all examples of the dissension in the Ummah caused by Allah Ta‘ala in consequence of the treachery of Muslims. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 3 Question A prominent ―Shaykh‖ has in writing provided the following guidance to the public when voting in a democratic system. Are his advices sound and valid in the Shariah? I‘ve pro- vided an accurate summary: (i) Taqwa necessitates not slandering or backbiting an- other Muslim who supports a different candidate/party. Do- ing so results in blessings and Divine Assistance being lost. Our Comment: Forget about Taqwa. This „prominent‟ sheikh is in fact a jaahil. He has no proper conception of the meaning of Taqwa. Accord- ing to the Shariah, gheebat (back-biting and buhtaan (slandering) are major sins from which even Fussaaq and Fujjaar have to abstain. Taqwa is a concept of high spiritual elevation which does not admit within its scope even putting the foot first in the left shoe. Supporting any of these fussaaq/fujjaar/kuffaar po- litical candidates is to sup- port Taaghoot. All these candidates are agents of Taaghoot. It is haraam to vote for any candidate who is a cog in the law-making machine of Taaghoot. The Qur‟aan explicitly and ve- hemently prohibits partici- pation in the law-process of Taaghoot. (ii) The vote must be to please Allah, i.e. vote for the candi- date that‘ll best serve the Mus- lims and humanity in general. Our Comment: Pork cannot be devoured to please Al- lah. Gambling, fornication, fisq, fujoor and kufr cannot be perpetrated to ever please Allah Ta‟ala. It is a foul deception of Iblees to commit haraam deeds and misdeeds to „please Allah‟. Such pleasing is kufr. But this „prominent‟ sheikh be- ing a jaahil trapped in the tentacles of Iblees fails to understand the plot of shai- taan. When brains become eburnated in consequence of shaitaani entrapment, then the ability to distinguish between halaal and haraam is effaced. Voting for the system of Taaghoot per se is haraam. The Nusoos of the Qur‟aan conforming this prohibition are explicit and abundant. Just as the health of Mus- lims cannot be served with halaalized pork and wine, so too can Muslim affairs not be served by participa- tion in the law-process of Shaitaan. (iii) Importance of unity be- tween Muslims despite politi- cal rivalries. Come together and support candidate that‘s best for the Muslims and the country. Our Comment: Unity on the basis of kufr, fisq and fu- joor is NEVER possible for Muslims. The Unity which Allah Ta‟ala commands is clearly stated in the Qur‟aan: “Hold on firmly to the ROPE of ALLAH”. The Rope of Allah is the Deen – Shariah – the Qur‟aan and Sunnah. Unity of the Um- mah is possible only on this one basis, that is the Shari- ah. Unity on baatil is never valid nor permissible nor possible. Unity on baatil is kufr. The „prominent‟ sheikh is plodding the path of baatil with his advocacy of kufr. All political candidates posing as „Muslims‟ do not serve the Muslims. They are there for their own mone- tary and other despicable motives and objectives. Their very Imaan is ques- tionable. it dangles on a thread if indeed It has not already been deracinated by the dalliance with the kufr system of Iblees. (iv) Voting is very important because it‘s the means to electing the best candidate for the Muslim community. Our Comment: The „prominent‟ sheikh is simply disgorging what he has already excreted above. No candidate in the system of Taaghoot is „best‟ for Muslims. All such candi- dates when elected excrete rubbish from their mouths. They have no affinity with the Deen because they are bereft of Imaan. But the „prominent‟ sheikh is trapped in his jahaalat, hence his indurate Aql is incapable of comprehend- (Continued on page 4) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 4 The Palestinian prisoners being released are likely to be in “horrific” condition because Palestinians in Is- raeli jails are subjected to the most “brutal and violent torture”, academic Basil Farraj says. “We know that since Octo- ber 7 [2023], while torture and violence will have been systematically practised in- side Israeli prisons, these prisoners have been subject- ed to a brutal campaign,” Farraj, a professor at Birzeit University in the occupied West Bank, told Al Jazeera. “They have been brutally beaten, tortured and violat- ed. We‟ve witnessed and heard stories of sexual vio- lence.” Farraj says the conditions of Palestinian prisoners in Is- raeli jails will continue and the release of the prisoners “does not mean the end of the struggle” of others who remain in Israeli prisons. (Al Jazeera) ing the notoriety he is pro- moting. (v) Not voting may bring pow- er to the wrong person. Our Comment: Indeed, this „prominent‟ sheikh is a mor- on, and only a moron is in- capable of understanding his own ignorance. Can this miscreant „prominent‟ sheikh cite a single exam- ple of „wrong persons‟ coming to power in conse- quence of Muslims abstain- ing from voting in the kuffaar system? On the con- trary, all Muslim countries which are governed by the system of Taaghoot have devils voted to power by the Muslim electorate. In a kufr system, only „wrong persons‟ come to power. All participants in the system of Taaghoot are agents of Iblees. They are corrupt and rotten to the core without a single ex- ception. Since no true Mus- lim will ever be a candidate in a kuffaar system, the logi- cal consequence is for wrong persons to be elect- ed. There can never be right persons in a system of Taaghoot. (vi) Necessary to make Du‘a to enable us to make the right choice and that Allah Ta‘ala grants success to those who will serve the country without any prejudice/wrongdoing. Our Comment: It is haraam to make dua for anything which is haraam. It is haraam to make dua for haraam wealth, for fornica- tion, for liquor, etc. In fact, it is kufr to make dua for a Muslim who participates in the system of Taaghoot. Dua should be made for the safety of his Imaan, for him to realize the folly of par- ticipating in kufr and for safety from the vile clutch- es of „prominent‟ sheikhs whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) feared “even more than Dajjaal”. Muslims are expected to ap- ply correctly the Aql be- stowed to them by Allah Ta‟ala. It is was the style of Bani Israaeel of bygone eras to elevate their molvis and buzrugs to the level of god- hood, hence the Qur‟aan criticizing them says: “They take ahbaar and their ruhbaan as gods besides Allah, and also Isaa the Son of Maryam.” There is no conundrum in understanding the evil of the systems of Taaghoot. Fol- lowing „prominent‟ deviat- ed sheikhs will not be a valid reason for salvation from Jahannam. The matter is simple to understand and comes within the scope of the command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): “Seek a Fatwa from your heart.” (Continued from page 3) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 5 In fact (only) Allah is your Protector, and He is the best of helpers.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 150) We are inhabiting an ex- tremely evil and dangerous era in which crime, murder, hijacking, kidnapping, etc., etc., etc. are rapidly incre- mental. Understand well that the police and the entire secu- rity apparatus of the country cannot protect you. In fact, even law officers are com- plicit in the perpetration of these crimes. Our Protector is only Al- lah Ta‘ala. However, the price of Divine Protection is Taa- at (Obedience) and Ibaadat (Worship). Every morning and every evening adopt the following prescription: Surah Ikhlaas three times Surah Falaq three times Surah Naas three times Aayatul Kursi once (And Allah will protect you from the people.) This is a portion of Aayat 67 of Surah Al-Maaidah. When this Aayat was re- vealed, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) told those Sahaabah who used to guard him: ―You can now take leave. Allah has promised to protect me.‖ The Sahaabah then no longer acted as bodyguards for our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Of utmost importance is to always remember that the aid and protection of Allah Ta‘ala are negated with the wanton commission of sins, especially cellphone filth, immorality, hasad (jealousy), disobedience to parents, and blithe disregard for the laws of the Shariah. In addition to obedience and ibaadat, Allah Ta‘ala in- structs in the Qur‘aan: ―Arrange your defence.......‖ Muslims should be alert. Be watchful of your surroundings when you emerge from your home and place of business. Do not carelessly emerge and enter. If you have a firearm, ensure that you will be able to defend yourself (of course with Allah‘s help) immediate- ly if a gang of thugs rush to kidnap you. Maut comes at its appointed time with the permission of Allah Ta‘ala. Therefore do not hesitate uti- lizing your firearm when the kidnapping thugs rush at you. Do not panic. Take the Name of Allah Ta‘ala, and defend yourself. Allah is the Protector! “Do not become cowardly. Do not sue for peace (Do not agree to a ceasefire). You will be victorious, for Allah is with you, and never will He allow your deeds to go to waste.” (Surah Muham- mad, Aayat 35) This is possible only with valid Imaan – the Imaan which is today lacking in the Um- mah. “Speaking to Israeli Channel 12, Trump described the Gaza agreement as "his greatest po- litical achievement." The White House confirmed it continues to oversee implementation of the first phase, which includes: A full ceasefire The withdrawal of Israeli oc- cupation forces The gradual release of prison- ers on both sides The deal marks a major turn- ing point in the war on Gaza, with eyes now on whether all phases of the agreement will proceed smoothly in the com- ing days. On October 9, Khalil al- Hayya, the head of Hamas in Gaza and the chief Palestinian negotiator, announced that an agreement had been reached to end the war and aggres- sion against the Palestinian people, after two years of a brutal and ceaseless war that killed over 67,000 Palestini- ans.” (Al Jazeera) Trump‘s ‗greatest political achievement‘ is a farce. It is a deception - a plot - to elimi- nate Hamas. Trump is the prime supporter of the Israeli genocidal war which has been continuing for two years un- der the command and di- rective of the USA. The USA has provided multi-billions of dollars of military equipment (Continued on page 6) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 6 Allah Ta‘ala is withholding His Nusrat (Aid) from the Pal- estinian Muslims because they have rebelliously and treacher- ously refused to “help” Allah Ta‘ala. Referring to the reposi- tories of His Nusrat, Allah Ta‘ala states: “Most assuredly Allah will help those who help Him. Ver- ily, Allah is powerful and mighty.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 40) Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Cre- ator of millions of universes, pivots His Nusrat on the aid which Muslims are required to present to Him. What ‗aid‘ does the Most Powerful and the Mightiest Creator demand from His weak creatures? Ex- plaining the aid He seeks from us, Allah Ta‘ala states: “They are those, if We estab- lish them on earth (with the power to rule), they establish Salaat, give Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit evil.” (Al-Hajj, Aayat 41) To aid and establish His Deen is to aid Him. But Ha- mas has miserably failed to aid the Deen of Allah Ta‘ala. De- spite the sovereignty Allah Ta‘ala had granted them and the power to govern Gazzah, they degenerated incremental- ly into treachery against Allah Ta‘ala. The Shariah was ex- punged. Now they are being expunged by the Athaab of Al- lah Ta‘ala. When Allah Ta‘ala grants sovereignty to a nation, He keeps them under observation. If they descend into the morass of transgression – fisq, fujoor and kufr, Allah Ta‘ala will re- move them with His Athaab. Confirming this, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Perhaps soon will your Rabb destroy your enemy and ap- point you as the rulers on earth. Then He will watch how you acquit yourself.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 129) “Perhaps soon your Rabb will have mercy on you (and install you as the rulers). But if you return (to your rebellion and treachery), We too shall return (with Our punishment). (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 8) on a regular basis throughout the two year period. Since their objective has not been attained despite the unprece- dented two-year brutal killing of tens of thousands of people, mostly women and children, and despite the shocking dev- astation of the greater part of Gazzah, Trump has decided to achieve the objective of his plot with deception and by lur- ing Hamas into disarming. Should Hamas disarm, the end game of the plot will be simple to execute. What they have failed to achieve by two years of brutal war, they are now endeavoring to achieve by cunning talk. Warning Muslims of the traps of the kuffaar, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Do not become cowardly. Do not sue for peace (Do not agree to a ceasefire). You will be victorious, for Allah is with you, and never will He allow your deeds to go to waste.” (Surah Muhammad, Aayat 35) This is the Promise of Al- lah Ta‘ala for true/genuine Mu‘mineen. If only Muslims can understand, revert to the Sunnah, reform themselves, then there will be no ‗super power‘ capable of commit- ting the genocide of Trump and Netanyahu. But due to extreme deficiency of Imaan, Muslims are battered and compelled into bootlicking the kuffaar enemy. Despite the much- proclaimed ‗ceasefire‘, there is no ‗full ceasefire‘. Muslims in Palestine are being injured and killed daily during this farcical ‗ceasefire‘. There is no real withdrawal of the evil Israeli forces. Israel is hold- ing 58% of Gazzah. It has demarcated this captured section with its ‗yellow line‘. The release of prisoners is in reality only in favour of Isra- el. While Hamas has re- leased all Yahoodi prisoners, more than 10,000 Palestinians are languishing in brutal conditions of torture in the prisons of the Israeli Yahood. May Allah Ta‘ala guide Muslims. May the eyes of Muslims open to understand that their disgraceful bootlick- ing of the kuffaar is the cause for their humiliation and de- feat. (Continued from page 5) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 7 “Say: „He (Allah) is able to send a punishment on you from above or from below your feet, or split you into factions (thereby wrapping you in internecine fighting) and cause some of you to taste the bru- tality of others. See, how We explain the Signs so that they may understand.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 65) The flare-up of hostilities be- tween Afghanistan and Paki- stan, former close allies, and above all both being Muslims, is an example of the Punish- ment of Allah Ta‘ala men- tioned in the aforementioned Aayat of the Qur‘aan Majeed. One form of punishment stat- ed in this Aayat is splitting into warring factions. Both sides are indiscrimi- nately killing those of their own kind. It does not occur to them that they are the Reciters of the same Kalimah—that they are all part of the Ahlus Sunnah – that they have all along been close neighbours. Blinded with their nafsaani ob- jectives, they have set aside the call and demand of their Imaan and of Islam, and are engaging in an insane, satanic struggle of killing their own kind. In general all the kuffaar are highly pleased with this de- velopment. However, in partic- ular, the Hindu mushrikeen of India are deriving the greatest fun and benefit from the in- ternecine war of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Both these countries are treacherous and showing blithe disregard for the Shariah. The Taliban‘s treachery is ex- tremely lamentable and shocking. While Pakistan has always been a satanic state since its inception, the fact re- mains that Pakistan had hosted and provided substan- tial support to the Afghans, both the Taliban and the pre- Taliban government, during their struggles and Jihaad against the Soviet Union and the USA coalition of aggres- sors. Pakistan had provided sanctuary for hundreds of thou- sands of Afghans for about 60 years. After decades of hosting and aiding, the Taliban as well as the pre-Taliban Rabbaani government, have blatantly displayed their treachery by embracing India, the arch- enemy of Pakistan. Without the slightest vestige of shame and without any conscience whatsoever, the Taliban exhib- ited their ingratitude for the decades of Pakistani kindness by their obsequious bootlick- ing of the filthy cow-urine drinkers and worshippers of idols. This is an evil commen- tary of the abject low level of the decrepit Imaan of the Tali- ban. The Taliban are the prima- ry cause for the current rup- ture and termination of the once friendly relationship be- tween these two Muslim fac- tions. It is the embrace with India which is intolerable to Pakistan that has led to the war between them. Pakistan had expelled hundreds of thousands of Afghans who had been living in Pakistan for decades. Regardless of the reasons for the expulsion stated by Pakistan, the actual reason was the Taliban‘s em- brace with the evil Modi Mushrik government. The Tal- iban is guilty of the worst kind of treachery by its bootlick- ing embrace of India. It is this treachery which Pakistan can- not justifiably tolerate. But in the final analysis the war between these two Mus- lim neighbours is the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It is Pun- ishment for the treachery of both countries against Allah Ta‘ala. “Fasaad (anarchy) has ap- peared on the land and ocean as a consequence of the (misdeeds) perpetrated by the hands of the people so that He gives them to taste some of the consequences which their hands have perpetrated. Perhaps they may return (to the Path of the Deen.) (Qur‟aan) THE MUTTAQEEN “Know that verily Allah is with the Muttaqeen. Allah knows who the Muttaqeen are.” (Qur‟aan) “DO NOT INCLINE TOWARDS THEM” “Do not incline towards the oppressors, for then the Fire will touch you. For you (Muslims) there are no friends (and protectors) besides Allah. (If you incline to the oppressors), then you will not be aided (by Allah).” (Hood, Aayat 113) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 8 Taaloot made preparations for Jihaad. He moved with his ar- my. When they reached a river which had to be crossed, he made an announcement. Refer- ring to this announcement, the Qur‘aan Majeed says: “When Taaloot departed with the army, he said: „Verily, Al- lah will cast you into trial with the river. Whoever drinks from it (the water of the river) will not be with me. Whoever does not drink of it will be with me, except drinking one handful.‟ All, but a few, drank from it.” (Al-Baqarah) Only one handful of water was allowed. The water was clear and cool. The soldiers were tired and thirsty. This event took place at the river of Ur- dun (Jordan). Only 313 per- sons had obeyed Taaloot and had refrained from drinking the water. This was the same number as the participants on the occasion of the Battle of Badr. After the army had crossed the river, all those who had satiat- ed themselves with the water said that they do not have the power to fight against such a powerful giant as Jaaloot. However, the small sincere group with trust on Allah Ta‘ala said that there were many small groups which had defeated large armies with the permission of Allah Ta‘ala. In the army of Taaloot was a youth, Daawood who later was appointed the Nabi. He was not known for courage or any physical prowess. He was the youngest of his father‘s sons. It was Dawood (Alayhis sa- laam) who killed Jaaloot. In the wake of the fall of Jaaloot, the Amaaliqah were routed and defeated by Bani Israaeel. JIHAAD OR SABR If Muslims have the power, they should embark on Qitaal (Jihaad). If they lack such power, then the option is only Sabr. Anything in-between is baseless. These in-between ways are not comprehensible (from the Islamic perspec- tive). All in-between ways of this era are in taqleed (blind following) of the kuffaar. This was the Sunnah of the Muslims while in Makkah. When they migrated to Madi- na and gained the power, they took the sword and at- tacked Makkah. Act within the limits of the Shariah. It is indeed an accursed idea that the meth- ods of the Ambiyaa (Alayhimus salaam) are re- garded as being ineffective while one‘s fabricated ways are effective. A method will be effective if it courts the pleasure of Allah Ta‘ala, not in displeasing Him. The gross treachery and villainy of fisq and fu- (Continued on page 10) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 9 When Hadhrat Taaloot took leave from Nabi Shamweel (Alayhis salaam) on his Jihaad campaign, the Nabi presented him with a suit of armour and said that the person on whom this armour fits will be the one to kill Jaaloot the kaafir king against whom Taaloot with his army would wage Jihaad. At the time of setting out on his Jihaad campaign, the army consisted of 80,000 men. Taa- loot had instructed the army not to drink the water of a riv- er in Filisteen which they had to cross on their way to fight the kuffaar Amaaliqah nation. It was a long and arduous march across the wilderness and mountains. They were ex- tremely thirsty and the water of this particular river was crystal clear, cold and sweet. The men could not resist their desire to drink. As they crossed the river, all of them except 313 drank of the water. Instead of the water quenching their thirst, it increased their thirst. The more they drank, the thirstier they became and their stomachs became bloat- ed. All those who drank of this water lost courage and had no resolve to continue the march. Hadhrat Taaloot (Alayhis sa- laam) was left with 313 sin- cere Mujaahideen to wage Ji- haad. Hadhrat Daawood (Alayhis salaam) who was a youth at that time was also one of the 313. Along the way Hadhrat Daa- wood (Alayhis salaam) had picked up three pebbles. These pebbles miraculously spoke and said that with them Jaaloot would be killed. They said that they were of the stones which had killed the people of Nabi Loot (Alayhis salaam). Finally the two armies faced each oth- er. Jaaloot had a hundred thou- sand soldiers in his army. He looked with contempt at the tiny group of 313 Muslims. He was perplexed and also embar- rassed to pit his powerful army of a hundred thousand against this small mob of men. He be- lieved that it was unchivalor- ous to engage the tiny mob. He sent a message to Taaloot (Alayhis salaam) stating that his band of followers was unfit to fight his army, hence he should abandon his ridiculous idea. He demanded that Taa- loot accepts his (Jaaloot‘s) domination. Taaloot (Alayhis salaam) announced to his men: “Is there any one among you who will confront Jaaloot and cut off his head?” He further despatched the following re- sponse to Jaaloot: “We are out to fight in the path of Allah. Do not be deceived by the pau- city of our number and the su- periority of your army. My Al- lah will ensure that I gain vic- tory over you.” Then, a soldier clad with ar- mour and armed with sword and spear, came riding on horseback to confront the tiny group of Taaloot (Alayhis sa- laam). When he approached the lines of Taaloot‘s army, he (this soldier) proclaimed: “I am Jaaloot. I am sufficient for all of you.” He arrogantly challenged them to engage him in battle. Hadhrat Taaloot again called for anyone in his small army to step forward to fight and kill Jaaloot. He said: “I shall award half of my king- dom and marry my daughter to the one who kills Jaaloot.” When there was no response from his army, Taaloot re- solved to engage Jaaloot in combat. Just as he was about to set off to engage Jaaloot, a young man from his army came forward with a sling in his hand. He made Salaam and said: “Have no fear. With the command of Allah I shall fight and kill Jaaloot.” Taaloot: “To which clan do you belong? What is your name? Young man: “I am an Is- raaeeli. My name is Daawood. My six brothers are also with you in this army.” Taaloot: “Did you ever partic- ipate in fighting?” Two of Daawood‘s brothers who had come to Taaloot said: “He never fought with anyone. He had never participated in any fighting. He never even saw any battle. He will never be able to fight with the pow- erful, experienced Jaaloot (who was a giant of a man).” Taaloot remembering the ar- mour presented to him by Nabi Shamweel (Alayhis salaam) had already tested it on the Mujaahideen. It fitted no one. Now feeling con- fident, Taaloot ordered Daa- wood (Alayhis salaam) to pro- ceed and to fight Jaaloot. When Jaaloot saw Daawood (Alayhis salaam) without the usual battle weapons, he asked: “With what are you go- ing to fight me?” Showing him the pebbles, Daawood (Alayhis salaam) said: “With these pebbles shall I crack your head and kill you.” Jaaloot: “Kings are not fought with stones. Get away before you are slaughtered.” Daawood: “You are a dog. Dogs are chased away with stones. I have come to fight you at the command of Allah Ta‟ala.” Thus, Daawood (Alayhis sa- laam) fitted a pebble in his cat- apult and shot at Jaaloot. The pebble struck Jaaloot on the chest with such force that the kaafir dropped down dead in- stantaneously. According to another version, the pebble struck him on the head. One pebble landed on one side of Jaaloot‘s army and killed nu- merous kuffaar. Another peb- bled landed in the midst of the army causing havoc and con- fusion. What relationship does he (Ghandi) have with Islam and Muslims? The Congress (Indian Congress party) is purely a Hindu political move- ment. The objective of this party is the destruction of Is- lam and Muslims, and to expel Muslims from Hindustan. This is the fundamental objective of this body. Its objectives are the same as those of Bolshevism. The entire world is aware of the persecution, oppression and destruction which Bolshevism had perpetrated on Muslims, Islam, the Musaajid and the Madaaris. Everything was destroyed. If these people (the Hindus) who clamour ‗Soraaj! Soraaj! (Home-Rule) achieve success, then India will become a land of bloodshed. Killing will become the order of the day. It is extremely dangerous for Muslims to join the Con- gress or to join with the Hin- dus in any venture. This meth- od can never be described as being from the objectives of the Shariah. They are extremely averse to see the perpetuity of the Signs of Islam in India. The incidents of Kashmir and Kan- pur bear testimony for this. They are the enemies of the lives and wealth of Muslims. Do not take the Yahood and Nasaara as friends. They are mutual friends. Whoever from among you (Muslims) be- friends them, verily he is of them. While one faction has opted to disgracefully em- brace the Hindu mushrikeen of India, the other faction ap- pearing to be the weaker one is averse to this evil relation- ship. Those who have fallen into the lap of the filthy mush- rikeen of India have either un- knowingly been ensnared into the conspiratorial trap of America or they have been bribed to further the American plot. The lure of dollars is ir- resistible for those who are bereft of Taqwa. The U.S.A. has its focus on the Bagram Airbase in Af- ghanistan. It is aware that tak- ing this base will not be a simple task. Thus the plot en- visages bogging down the Taliban in a war with Paki- stan. Whilst the Taliban will be entangled in the meshes of the ugly war with Pakistan, the US will be relatively free to retake the Bagram Airbase. The Taliban will not be able to cope in a war against two ene- mies, viz. Pakistan and America. Pakistan is opening several fronts of hostilities to bog down the Taliban. Lending support for this theory is the fact that recently the Pakistani army general was invited to the Whitehouse where the Clown Trump em- braced and praised the moron general. Undoubtedly, millions of dollars in the form of brib- ery have played a decisive role to enlist the co-operation of the Pakistani army in the furtherance of the satanic plot of the US. There is no intelligence and no goodness in shunting the blame for the Ummah‘s miserable state of humiliation on to the Yahood and Nasaara because these kuffaar are today dominating the world and oppressing Mus- lims by the command and de- cree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. “.......We sent against you (i.e. Bani Israaeel, the Muslim Ummah of that era) such of OUR Servants who were ex- tremely powerful in war. Thus, they penetrated the homes (of Muslims), and it was a Prom- ise fulfilled.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 6) “......(They penetrated the homes) so that they could dis- figure your faces and so that they could enter the Musjid (Musjidul Aqsa) just as they had entered (and desecrated it) the first time, and so that they could utterly devastate everything they overran.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) In the context of these Qur‘aanic Verses, “Our Servants” refer to the Mush- rikeen under Bukht Nasar (Nebucanazar). Allah Ta‘ala had dispatched these idol worshippers from Iraq to punish the Muslim Ummah of that era. The scenario described in the aforementioned Verses of the Qur‘aan Majeed is today being re-enacted in Palestine in particular, and elsewhere in a lesser degree of brutality, but which is set to increase. The increase in kuffaar brutality and oppression is in propor- tion to the degree of Muslim treachery – treachery against Allah Ta‘ala by indulgence in fisq, fujoor and kufr. That the West is the ruler of the world today is an unde- niable reality. Allah Ta‘ala has selected these kuffaar to be the rulers of the earth in this era. Whilst their colonial- ism has superficially ended, it is ever alive today. The brains of all nations, especially of the treacherous Muslim Um- mah, are colonized and have been fitted in the straitjacket of Western serfdom. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 19 Question: Why can‟t a Mus- lim attend the funeral of his/ her non-Muslim parents? To say the least, it is so insensi- tive and disrespectful not to attend the funeral. Instead of bringing non-Muslims closer to Islam, such conduct drives them away. Answer To say the least, your thinking is the effect of gross deficien- cy of Imaan. A Muslim may not attend the funeral of even his parents who are non- Muslims for the simple rea- son that he is supposed to be a Mu‘min, not a half-baked , hybrid known as ‗moslem‘. He cannot participate in the funeral of kuffaar because he is a Mu‘min. It is essential for Muslims to understand the ‗Red Line‘ for safeguarding their Imaan. The Red Line may not be crossed in violation of the commands of Allah Ta‘ala. Crossing the Red Line will be entry into the domain of Kufr and everlasting Jahannam. Many Muslims of these times, due to convolution of their Imaan as a consequence of western education, em- brace kuffaar in ways which jettison their own Imaan. Al- lah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “O People of Imaan! Do not take as friends your fathers and your brothers if they prefer (love) kufr over Imaan. Those from amongst you who befriend them, verily, they are the Zaalimoon.” (At-Taubah, Aayat 23) “It is not valid (i.e. not per- missible) for the Nabi and the Mu‟mineen to pray for the forgiveness of the Mushrikeen even if they are close relatives after Allah has clarified for them that, verily they (the Mushrikeen) are the companions of the Blazing Fire.” (At-Taubah, Aayat 113) It is not permissible for Muslims to supplicate for the forgiveness of even their parents who are kuffaar nor is it permissible to participate in their funeral and burial ser- vices. The only supplication permissible for them is to make Dua of Hidaayat – of Imaan – for them. Allah Ta‘ala had forbidden even His friend, Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis sa- laam) from making dua for his kaafir father, and even our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was prohibited from making dua for his par- ents. Proffering arguments in support of the inclination to- wards kuffaar is the effect of gross deficiency of Imaan. This inclination is exhibited especially on the occasion of the funerals of parents/ relatives who are kuffaar. ALLAH’S OBLIGATION “It is Our obligation to save (and aid) the Mu‟mineen.” The aid of Allah Ta‘ala is reliant on Imaan. If Muslims are true Mu‘mineen, the Aid of Allah Azza Wa Jal will be swiftly forthcoming. The con- dition for qualifying as a recipient of His Aid is Ta- qwa. Minus Taqwa, a Muslim will not be among the Mut- taqeen who deserve the aid of Allah Ta‘ala. Allah Ta‘ala says: “And Allah is aware of the Muttaqeen.” (At-Taubah, Aayat 44) “Thus, the Mu‟minoon should have tawakkul (Trust) on Allah.” (At-Taubah, Aayat 51) The Qur‘aan Majeed is re- plete with the theme of Ta- qwa and Tawakkul. Tawakkul stems from Taqwa, and Ta- qwa is acquired by total submission to the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah. Only then will the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala become halaal for the downtrodden, humili- ated suffering Ummah. Al- lah‘s Nusrat is not forthcom- ing because Muslims have betrayed Allah Ta‘ala. They have abandoned the Deen, hence Allah Ta‘ala has aban- doned us. Therefore, the entire world is unable to aid and save the Muslims of Palestine current- ly undergoing the process of genocide which in reality is the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. “If Allah abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” (Qur‟aan) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 20 THEY CONFINE ALLAH AZZA WA JAL TO CREATED FINITE SPACE Question Salafis deny that they are attributing physical body to Allah Ta‟ala. They claim to have the belief held by the Salaf of the Khairul Quroon era. They further say that non-Salafis do not believe in the Attributes of Allah Ta‟ala as mentioned in the Qur‟aan. They ascribe metaphorical and allegorical meanings to the Attributes of Allah Ta‟ala. Are these claims cor- rect? Answer The first issue to understand regarding the deviate salafis of these times is that they are bigotted morons. Secondly, although they have appropriat- ed for themselves the ‗Salaf‘ label, their convoluted ideas and beliefs have no relation- ship with the beliefs of the Salafus Saaliheen of the Khairul Quroon era. Thus, they are fake and fraudulent ‗salafis‘ who have split into a number of deviant sects. The attribution of anthropo- morphism (tajseem) to Allah Azza Wa Jal is the logical conclusion of the beliefs of these deviant Salafis. They are not among the Salafus Saali- heen whom we follow. Our belief is simple and devoid of ambiguity. We believe as the Qur‘aan states: “He (Allah) has revealed to you (O Muhammad!) the Kitaab (Qur‟aan). From it are the Muhkamaat Aayaat which constitute Ummul Kitaab (the Mother of the Book) while oth- er (some Aayaat) are the Mu- tashaabihaat (allegorical.) Those (such as these devi- ant salafis) in whose hearts is crookedness (deviance) pursue the allegorical verses of the Kitaab, seeking fitnah (discord/dissension) and they seek the interpretation of the (allegorical verses). None knows their interpre- tation besides Allah. Those grounded in Ilm (Knowledge of the Deen) say: „We believe in these (allegorical verses). All (of these aayaat) are from our Rabb.‟ And, only the people of intelligence de- rive lesson.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 7) The Belief (Aqeedah) of the Ahlus Sunnah from the very era of the Sahaabah, is ensconced in this Aayat of the Qur‘aan-e-Kareem. The pres- ence of Mutashaabihaat (Verses with metaphorical/ allegorical meanings) are stated and confirmed with clarity and emphasis in the Aayat. Denial of this fact, and seeking to minimize and ne- gate its effect by Ta‟weel Baatil (Baseless interpreta- tion) is the occupation of the deviant salafis of our age. The Qur‘aan Majeed men- tions about the Hands and Calf of Allah Ta‘ala. The Qur‘aan mentions the Presence of Allah Azza Wa Jal on the Throne, His Presence on earth, His Presence with us being closer than our jugular vein. Aayaat of this kind are the Mutashaabihaat (Allegorical). Most certainly such Verses are not among the Muhkamaat which are the Aayaat pertaining to the Ahkaam of the Shariah. When Imaam Maalik (Rahmatullah alayh) was asked about the Mutashaabi- haat, specifically the Verse mentioning the Presence of Allah on the Throne, he re- plied: “Belief in it is compul- sory, and questioning it is Bid‟ah.” In other words, it is incumbent to believe in what- ever the meaning of the Mu- tashaabihaat is and to abstain from probing and delving into imagination. And, above all, it is haraam to ascribe such meanings to the Allegorical Verses, which attribute defi- ciency in Him. The deviant salafis ascribe deficiency to Allah Azza Wa Jal with their belief of demar- cating a specific area in space for Allah Azza Wajal. It is their belief that Allah Ta‘ala is confined on the Throne, and that He is not Omnipresent. This is in blatant conflict with the Qur‘aan Majeed. While the Qur‘aan says that Allah Ta'ala is on the Throne, it also says: “He (Allah) is the Ilaah in the (Continued on page 21) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 21 heaven and the Ilaah on earth.” (Az-Zukhruf, Aayat 84) “It is He (Allah) Who has created the heavens and the earth in six days, then made Istiwaa (whatever it may mean) on the Arsh. He knows whatever enters the earth and whatever emerges from it, and whatever descends from the sky and whatever ascends to it. He is with you wherev- er you are, and Allah sees whatever you are doing.” (Al-Hadeed, Aayat 4) This Aayat categorically states that Allah Ta‘ala is everywhere. He is Omnipres- ent. He is on the Throne and He is with every person and wherever one may be. “Whenever there is a secret gathering of three, He is the fourth of them. When there are five, He is the sixth of them. Whether they are less or more than this, He is with them wherever they may be.” (Al-Mujaadalah, Aayat 7) This Aayat also confirms the Omnipresence of Allah Ta‘ala. As to the manner of His Presence, we are silent. It is impossible to know or un- derstand the manner of the Attributes of Allah Azza Wa Jal. While the Ahlus Sunnah be- lieve in the Presence/ Omnipresence of Allah Ta‘ala as stated in the Qur‘aan without ascribing any meaning/interpretation, the salafi deviates claim that the first part of the Aayat pertaining to Presence on the Throne has a literal meaning, and the second part pertaining to Presence with us and Pres- ence on earth have the meta- phorical meaning of ‗knowledge‘. That is: Allah is with us with His knowledge. Now who is guilty of „ta‟weel‟? We or the deviates? Our understanding of the Aayaat is uniform while the salafis resort to subjective selection for their interpreta- tion. While these deviates claim that they do not ascribe in- terpretation to the attributes of Allah Ta‘ala, their claims are lies. Allah Ta‘ala states explicitly in the Qur‘aan Majeed that He is every- where – in the heavens and on earth. Rejecting this Qur‘aanic claim, they say that Allah Ta‘ala is only on the Throne thus confining Him to created space with the logical conclusion of tajseem (anthropomorphism). Salafis cannot digest this averment of Allah Ta‘ala, hence they ascribe a meta- phorical meaning, saying that Allah‘s Presence means presence with His knowledge. But we, the Ahlus Sunnah say that Allah Ta‘ala is Omnipresent without us understanding His Attrib- ute of Omnipresence. The same pertains to all His At- tributes. We believe in the correct- ness and truth of the Qur‘aan- ic aayaat which mention the Hands, Face, etc. of Allah Ta‘ala. The exact meaning is left to Allah Ta‘ala. We do not know. The Ahlus Sunnah does not refute the Qur‘aan- ic claim of Hands, etc. But the moron Salafis seek to deceive ignorant Muslims with their lie, namely, that we deny what Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan about His Hands, etc. We have explained the de- viation of these Salafis in our book, The Scourge of Salafi‟ism, as well as in sever- al books and many articles available on our website. (Continued from page 20) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 79 Page 22 Khilaafat i.e. being a khalifah (representative) of a Shaikh-e -Tariqat (Tasawwuf). Some khalifahs are authorized to accept mureeds while some may only proffer naseehat and guidance. In this era khilaafat has be- come a joke. Toms, Dicks and Harries are also appoint- ed as khalifahs. Then these fake, bogus ‗khalifahs‘ in turn appoint their own khalifahs. The whole system of Bay‘t has become excessively cor- rupted. The ‗shaikhs‘ and ‗khalifahs‘ of today are like highway robbers and bandits or worse. Bandits rob people of their physical wealth whereas these bogus ‗khalifahs‘ rob people of their Akhlaaq and Imaan. It is therefore imperative to reflect and be extremely cau- tious when accepting a ‗shaikh‘ to be ones Murshid (spiritual guide). Sometimes even a genuine, expert Shaikh of Tasawwuf errs in his choice of a kha- lifah. When he learns of his error, he makes haste in re- voking the khilaafat and he also makes a public an- nouncement to put people on their guard. One such an- nouncement appears on this page. INTERFAITHERS Interfaithers – those who par- ticipate in the interfaith plot conspired specifically by the Western Kuffaar – the Yahood and Nasaaraa – to dismantle Islam and convert Muslims to kufr, are munaafiqeen mas- querading as Muslims whether knowingly or unknowingly. Regarding these Munaafiqeen who constitute one of the gravest dangers for the Imaan of the ignorant masses, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Verily, they are RIJS (FILTH). Beware of such molvis. The surest sign of the kufr and deviation of a molvi/ sheikh is participation in in- terfaith dialogue. Interfaith is unambiguous and confirmed KUFR. It is hereby announced to all and sundry that due to the confidence on which Khilaafat and Ijaazat-e-Bait had been granted to Mufti Munir Akhun of America no longer remaining, his Khilaafat and Ijaazat-e-Bait were revoked (cancelled) some time ago. He was also informed in writing of the rev- ocation. The need for this current an- nouncement is that he is still proclaiming himself to be a khalifah (of Maulana Mu- hamamd Akhtar). According to the instruction of Hadhrat Hakeemul Ummat Maulana Shah Ashraf Ali Thaanvi (Rahmatullah alayh), the khilaafat of any khalifah who is found indulging in any sins, will be regarded as revoked (cancelled). Among such sins are: 1. Appearing on television and internet. 2. Taking or publishing pic- tures (photos) and making movies. 3. Not observing Shar‘i Pur- dah. 4. Participating in un-Islamic (Ghair Shar‟i) functions. 5. I understand that when the Mahdi will come he will bring true liberation to all the Muslim lands. But re- garding the current state and situation in Palestine, is there any Islamic evidence that says that Palestine will stay under the control of the Israeli government until the coming of Al Mahdi? Is it possible for it to be freed from the Israeli gov- ernment and returned to the Muslims before the Mahdi comes? A. There is no directive what- soever of the Shariah regard- ing the current status of Pales- tine or how long will it re- main under the domination of the Yahood. Allah knows best. Any thing is possible. But we do not know. Only Allah Ta‘ala knows. However, speculatively, we can venture to say that based on the current treasonist atti- tude of Muslims all over the world, including Palestine, the prospects for Muslim victory in Palestine are ex- ceedingly improbable. It ap- pears that victory will now be only when Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam) arrives. Q. Could lawyers form part of the judicial apparatus on a genuine Islamic state? A. The Shariah‘s judicial system is the product of Wa- hi, hence it cannot be supple- mented with any of the ingre- dients of the Taaghooti west- ern or other man-fabricated systems. Lawyers of the kind in the system of Taaghoot will have no role to play in a genuine Islamic state where cases are decided in terms of such evidence and procedures decreed by Allah Ta‘ala. Q. Is it permissible for Mus- lims to join the flotillas sail- ing towards Palestine with aid? A. It is not permissible to join these kuffaar flotillas for Palestine. The entire action from beginning to end is haraam regardless of any good intention. The method is of the kuffaar. The people on these boats are exposed to zina. Men and women are huddled together. Music is rampant. Kuffaar chatter and prattle reign. Liquor is con- sumed. They sing and dance. The entire atmosphere is kuffaar. How can a Muslim ever sit in such company wal- lowing in najaasat and haraam? “Its trustees are only the Muttaqoon, but most of them do not understand. Their Salaat by the Bait is nothing but clapping of hands and whistling. Therefore (now) taste the Punishment because of the kufr you used to perpetrate.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 34, 35) “Only those should administrate the Musaajid of Allah who believe in Allah, the Last Day, establish Salaat, pay Zakaat and fear none besides Allah.” (At-Taubah, Aayat 18) The first Aayat castigates the mushrikeen who used to be the custodians of the Bait (Ka‘bah). The second Aayat states the imperative condi- tions for qualifying as a Muta- walli (Trustee) of a Musjid. Today, the trustees of most Musaajid are like the mushrikeen. They lack in en- tirety qualification for being Musjid trustees. Even their salaat is akin to the clapping of hands and whistle of the mushrikeen. They suffer from gross Imaani deficiency, and many even are bereft of Imaan. Their presence as trustees of Musjids is in fact a fortui- tous juxtaposition of the igno- rance of Muslims and their ill- gotten wealth. They are, at a minimum, fussaaq and fujjaar, needed to be ignominiously booted out.
