Question
I understand that when the Mahdi will come he will bring true liberation to all the Muslim lands. But regarding the current state and situation in Palestine, is there any Islamic evidence that says that Palestine will stay under the control of the Israeli government until the coming of Al Mahdi? Is it possible for it to be freed from the Israeli government and returned to the Muslims before the Mahdi comes?
Answer
There is no directive whatsoever of the Shariah regarding the current status of Palestine or how long will it remain under the domination of the Yahood. Allah knows best. Any thing is possible. But we do not know. Only Allah Ta'ala knows.
However, speculatively, we can venture to say that based on the current treasonist attitude of Muslims all over the world, including Palestine, the prospects for Muslim victory in Palestine are exceedingly improbable. It appears that victory will now be only when Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam) arrives.
