Could lawyers form part of the judicial apparatus on a genuine Islamic state?

Question

Could lawyers form part of the judicial apparatus on a genuine Islamic state?

Answer

The Shariah's judicial system is the product of Wahi, hence it cannot be supplemented with any of the ingredients of the Taaghooti western or other man-fabricated systems. Lawyers of the kind in the system of Taaghoot will have no role to play in a genuine Islamic state where cases are decided in terms of such evidence and procedures decreed by Allah Ta'ala.
