7 August 2024 al haq bulletin Among most Muslims, includ- ing the Ulama, there is an evil tendency which is extremely inimical to Imaan. This is the attitude of deleting Allah Ta‟ala from occurrences, events and upheavals which develop in creation. All theo- ries and ideas proffered to ex- plain events set Allah Ta‟ala aside. In fact, Allah Ta‟ala is the furthest from the minds when analyses and theories are presented to explain devel- opments and events. This is an attitude of kufr of which even the Ulama are oblivious. While the Ulama recite the Qur‟aan Majeed and are aware of numerous Aayaat which attribute all events to Allah Ta‟ala, they delete Him from the equation. They react to events as if the Qur‟aan Majeed is irrelevant and the Aayaat meaningless, only val- id for Tilaawat. For example the mammoth political upheavals in Gazza which are currently of topical importance, is attributed to a variety of theories and con- spiracies, all of which exclude Allah Azza Wa Jal from the equation. Yet Allah Ta‟ala states in His glorious Qur‟aan Majeed: “Not an atom in the earth nor in the heaven nor anything smaller nor anything bigger is hidden from your Rabb, but it is Recorded in a Clear Ki- taab.” (Yoonus, Aayat 61) “By Him are the Keys of the Ghaib. No one knows it be- sides Him. He is aware whatever is on the land and in the ocean, and not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth (underground) nor any- thing moist or dry, but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 59) “O my son! If there is even an atom inside a rock or in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) While the Saudi kufr regime engages in a satanically „grandiose‟ city project to put fiction to shame, it finds itself miserably incompetent to organize crowd control and to systematize and fa- cilitate smooth movement of the Hajj crowds. Just imagine! The hujjaaj have to walk 15 km in the intense desert heat to reach the Jamraat for pelting. All alternate routes to the Jamraat have been blocked off to ensure only a one way flow of people. This unbeara- ble hardship has been im- posed on the Hujjaaj to pre- vent the „greater‟ hardship of a possible stampede with large scale death and injury consequences should there be a two way movement. This hopeless and miserable system speaks volumes for the gross incompetency of the Saudi authorities. The mind is boggled and can never fathom any of the great and wonderful operations of Allah Ta‟ala. The Qur‟aan Majeed is re- plete with Aayaat proclaiming the supreme power of Allah Ta‟ala. “Verily, Allah is All- Powerful over all things.” Then, the Aqeedah of Taqdeer is integral to Imaan. Denial of this Aqeedah expels the denier from the fold of Islam. Regarding the calamities which befall mankind, Mus- lims and non-Muslims, jinn kind and animal kind, and in all creation, the Qur‟aan Majeed informs us in many Aayaat: “Whatever misfortune befalls you on earth or in yourselves, is recorded in a Kitaab before We bring it into existence. Verily, that is for Allah simple. (Al-Hadeed, Aayat 22) “Whatever misfortune befalls you is the consequence of what your hands have earned, and He overlooks much (of your transgressions without punish- ing you).” (As-Shuraa, Aayat 30) “No misfortune befalls (you) except with the permission of Allah.” (At-Taghaabun, Aayat 11) The Qur‟aan and Ahaadith are also replete with warnings of dire Athaab (Punishment) for treachery, gross transgres- sion, abstention from Amr Bil Ma‟roof, etc. The Ulama are well aware of these Aayaat and Ahaadith, but the predic- tions of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) are material- izing right in front of our eyes, and among these is the almost total abstention from Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahyi Anil Munkar. This signifies the im- minence of the aam (universal) Athaab of Allah Ta‟ala for this treacherous Ummah. When calamities on a geno- cidal scale settle on the Um- mah, these must be understood as Athaab by the decree of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal. It is of the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal to deracinate and wipe out a community of treacherous transgressors. Thus, what is unfolding today in Gazza is by the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Do not delete Allah Azza Wa Jal from the Gazza up- heavals. The Yahood and their American and other supporters are mere cogs in the Divine Scheme. Israel, U.S.A. and the entire world of the kuffaar are unable to lift a finger to harm Muslims if it is not willed and decreed by Allah Azza Wa Jal. All of these kuffaar forces are part of the Armies of Allah Ta‟ala. In this regard the Qur‟aan Majeed states: „No one knows the Armies of your Rabb except Him.” (Al-Muddath-thir, Aayat 31) “Unto Allah belongs the ar- mies of the heavens and of the earth And, Allah is All-Aware and All-Wise.” (Al-Fatah, Aayat 4) Stating with clarity that even the kuffaar enemies of the Muslims are part of the Army of Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Qur‟aan Majeed says: “When the first of the two Promises (of Punishment) came, We sent against you (Bani Is- raaeel) such of Our servants (they were kuffaar) who were powerful in war. Then they penetrated the homes (and cit- ies), and it was a Promise fulfilled.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 5) “Then when the second Prom- ise came (it was to enable them -the kuffaar) to disfigure your faces and to enter the Musjid (Al-Aqsa) just as they had done the first time, and they destroyed everything they overran.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) The kuffaar, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, floods, hurricanes, fires, locusts, and every other calamity which befall mankind from time to time belong to the Armies of Allah Azza Wa Jal. When He grabs a people for punish- ing them, nothing can then save them – no one can then help them. We are currently witnessing the Divine Appre- hension – Allah‟s Athaab – in Palestine: “Thus, such is the Apprehen- sion of your Rabb when He grabs (apprehends, catches, arrests) towns (its people) whilst they are oppressors. Verily His Apprehension is painful and severe.” (Hood, Aayat102) The Athaab is the culmination of the abolition of the Shariah and acceptance of the law of Taaghoot and the immoral western life of fisq and fu- joor. It will now just run its prescribed course while the entire world stand as silent, impotent spectators. brutalize the Ummah only to the degree permitted by Allah Ta‟ala. Of their own, they are powerless. The only Operator is Allah Azza Wa Jal. It therefore never befits Muslims to dwell in ignorance regarding the causes underly- ing their misery and the ca- lamities which are befalling them nor should they search for answers and solutions in the ways and methodology of the kuffaar. The Qur‟aan and the Ahaadith explain with clarity the remedy and solu- tion for the hardships and ca- lamities under which the Um- mah is languishing today. The only reason for the misery of the Ummah is Mus- lim treachery and abandon- ment of Islam. The only solu- tion is Inaabat Ilallaah, that is to turn unto Allah Ta‟ala with Taubah (Repentance), Is- tighfaar (Seeking for- giveness), Taa-at (Obedience to the Shariah) and Ibaadat (Worship). Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Whatever is by Allah is avail- able only by Obedience to Him.” By Him is our pros- perity, success and victory. Commanding the Qur‟aanic Solution, Allah Ta‟ala says: “Turn unto your Rabb (with repentance) and submit fully to Him before there comes the Athaab, then you will not be aided.” And, follow that most beautiful (Shariah) revealed to you from Your Rabb before there comes to you the Athaab suddenly whilst you do not understand. (Az-Zumar, 54, 55) The Athaab of Allah Ta‟ala comes suddenly and swiftly, and it will run its prescribed course, and no amount of duas of the pious people at that time will be of any benefit. This is the Sunnah of Allah Ta‟ala: “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Al- lah.” The Athaab of Gazza is staring us all in the face. Heed the writing on the wall. Heed the warning. No one knows who is next on the List of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal for His Athaab. May Allah Ta‟ala have mercy on us all. May He bestow to us the taufeeq of Inaabat. (Continued from page 2) “Remember that time when We freed you (Bani Israaeel) from the people of Fir‟oun. They would severely punish (torture) you. They slaughtered your sons and left your females (alive). In it was a great trial (for you) from your Rabb.” (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 49) It was indeed a great trial and an Athaab for the treach- ery of Bani Israaeel. However, NAPA- KISTAN (THE IMPURE LAND) is a more befitting name for that land of corrup- tion, fisq, fujoor and kufr. The regime of Napakistan is decid- edly kufr. This most unfortu- nate and miserable country never had an Islamic regime since its very inception be- sides a very brief spell under President Zia who had at- tempted to establish the Shari- ah as the Law of the Land, but he had failed. The claim that this country was carved out of the Indian sub-continent to be a land of Islam where the Sha- riah will find free play was a mammoth dastardly LIE. It was a satanic stunt by fussaaq/ kuffaar western bootlicking politicians to pull wool over the eyes of Muslims. The failure of Zia was the natural consequence of the kufr of the populace. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your deeds are your rulers.” The rulers are merely the mirror reflect- ing the condition of the popu- lation. Allah Ta‟ala imposes the reign of corrupt, tyrannical rulers on a corrupt people. The entire government of Napakistan is MURTAD. Al- lah Ta‟ala states in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “Those who do not govern according to that (Shariah) revealed by Allah, verily, they are KAAFIROON.” A Muslim has been con- victed and sentenced to jail with an additional monetary fine for availing himself of his Qur‟aanic right of taking a se- cond wife. Yet, the RUBBISH government‟s RUBBISH law dubs the RUBBISH KUFR Act which abolishes the Qur‟aan, as “The Muslim Family Laws Ordinance. There is nothing „Muslim‟ about a piece of copro KUFR legislation which smacks vio- lently and satanically against the Qur‟aan Majeed. The MURTAD members of the KUFR regime of Napa- kistan will still have to roast in the Fire of Jahannam. They were created specifically for being Hasabu Jahannam (Fuel for Hell-Fire). May Allah Ta‟ala destroy these Mur- taddeen who are giving effect to the conspiracies of the Ya- hood and Nasaara. Man convicted for solemnizing se- cond marriage without first wife's consent Family court sentences man to seven months imprisonment, imposes fine of Rs500,000 Rana YasifMarch 16, 2024 LAHORE: A family court sentenced a man in Lahore to seven months imprisonment, im- posing a fine of Rs500,000, on Saturday for solemnizing a second marriage without the consent of his first wife. “Muhammad Aurangzeb Khan accused is held guilty and con- victed for the offence under section 6(5) of the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961”, judge Adnan Liaqat‟s maintained in his order. Petitioner Zona Nasar stated in her complaint that she married Aurangzeb Khan on Septem- ber 24, 2011. She contended that Khan contracted a second marriage without obtaining her consent thereby, violating the provisions outlined in the Muslim Family Laws Ordi- nance,1961. The petitioner presented in court her marriage certifi- cate, birth certificate, and B- Form of the couple's child as well as an attested copy of the accused's second marriage cer- tificate. She also submitted testimonies from witnesses. In his defense, the accused maintained that it was only after his first wife‟s permis- sion that he contracted the se- cond marriage, adding that he did not conceal his marital sta- tus. Khan accused the prosecu- tion witnesses of deposing against him falsely. To back his claims, the ac- cused produced a copy of a suit for dissolution of mar- riage, complaints of the wife‟s alleged misconduct, and other documents. His counsel argued that the accused contracted the mar- riage with his first wife‟s ver- bal permission and that she was aware of it, but did not file any complaint earlier. He bestows it to whom- ever of His servants He wills. And the ulti- mate end of success is for the Muttaqeen.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 128) Just as Allah Ta‟ala had permitted, in fact decreed, the slaughter of tens of thousands of baby boys of Bani Israaeel by Fir‟oun, so too, in the same way is Allah Ta‟ala today al- lowing the Yahood to perpe- trate genocide in Gazza. Only those whose Imaan has be- come blinded by gross trans- gression and treachery fail to see the Hand of Allah Azza Wa Jal orchestrating the events and upheavals in Gazza and in all creation. In Your power is goodness. Verily, You are All Powerful over all things.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He bestows it to whomever of His servants He wills. And the ultimate end of success is for the Muttaqeen.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 128) It is only Allah Azza Wa Jal Who has granted power and domination to the U.S.A. and the kuffaar in general. It is on- ly Allah Azza Wa Jal who can displace and disgrace them. But the tables will be turned only if the Muslim Ummah turns its moral and spiritual tables. “For every nation there is an appointed (prescribed) time. When the appointed time ar- rives, it shall not be delayed nor advanced by a second.” (Al-Araaf, Aayt 34) The U.S.A., Israel and the kuffaar in general are atheists. They have no concept of The Creator and His operations, hence they dwell in the decep- tion of their current worldly power and prosperity. They believe that their power will be perpetuated eternally. Lamentably, this is today also the understanding of Muslims. No empire endures for ev- er. But these kuffaar fail to understand the lessons of his- tory. Their crass materialist brains have blinded them. Thus they fail to understand what reality is. The time for the defeat and demise of today‟s superpow- ers are prescribed by Allah Ta‟ala. Once the appointed time arrives, these superpow- ers will become history. “O People of Imaan! Do not take the Yahood and Nasaara as friends. They are friends of one an- other. Whoever from you (Muslims) who befriends them (should know) that verily he is among them. Verily, Allah does not guide a nation of zaalimeen.” “You will see those in whose hearts lurks a disease (of hypocrisy) racing among them, saying: „We fear that some misfortune will befall us.” (Al-Maaidah 51 & 52) The BOOTLICKERS are the likes of Reverend Abraham Bham, Menk, Solly Moolla, Pundit Arshad, MJC Mu- naafiqs, UUCSA Munaafiqs, Daarush Shaitaan (daarul ih- saan) Munaafiqs and many others. These are the hypocrites who had closed the Musaajid, suspended Jumua Salaat, abol- ished the Five Daily Fardh Jamaat Salaat, who had public- ly proclaimed that the Mu- saajid are the worst carriers of disease, who had removed copies of the Qur‟aan Majeed from the Musjid on the under- standing that these Holy Cop- ies of Allah‟s Kalaam were spreading the covid disease, and they are the scoundrels who had become the Friends of the Kuffaar court to beg for the closure of the Musaajid. Beware of these bootlicking frauds and robbers of Imaan. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 71 Page 7 The brutality and mercilessness of the Yahood are the conse- quences of the La‟nat (Curse) of Allah Azza Wa Jal on them. Mentioning His La‟nat on the Yahood, Allah Ta‟ala says in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “The kuffaar of Bani Israaeel were cursed by the Tongues of Daawood and Isaa Ibn Mar- yam. That was because of their gross disobedience and (because) they used to trans- gress the limits (of the Shari- ah). They would not prohibit evil which they perpetrated. Indeed, vile was it which they committed.” (Al-Maaidah, 78, 79) Thus, Bani Israaeel on the whole is an accursed nation. An evil embedded in the Ya- hood is cowardice. Allah Ta‟ala had commanded the Ya- hood to invade Jerusalem to wage Jihad and to install them- selves as the Rulers. But they flagrantly displayed their cow- ardice by resolutely refusing to accept the order of Allah Ta‟ala issued by their Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam). Re- ferring to this episode of their cowardice, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “(Musaa said): „O my people! Enter the Holy Land (Jerusalem) which Allah has ordained for you, and do not renege on your backs, for then you will become the losers.” “They said: „O Musaa! Verily, therein (in Jerusalem) is an extremely powerful nation, and most certainly we shall not en- ter the city until they do not get out from there. If they get out from it, then surely we shall enter.‟ Then two men from those who feared Allah and on whom Allah had bestowed His Favour, said: „Storm them from the doorway! If you enter it (the City), then verily you will be victorious. And, repose trust on Allah if indeed you are Mu‟mineen.” They said: „O Musaa! We shall definitely never enter the City as long as they (the kuffaar) are therein. Therefore, go! – You and your Rabb and fight (the kuffaar). We shall most certainly sit here.” (Al-Maaidah, 21-24) With a heavy heart, dissoci- ating himself from the coward- ly and treacherous Yahood, Hadhrat Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) supplicated to Allah Ta‟ala: “O my Rabb! Verily, I have no power except on myself and my Brother (Haroon). Therefore, separate us from a nation of Faasiqeen.” Then Allah said: “Verily, it (Jerusalem) is forbidden for them for forty years. They will wander aimlessly (in confu- sion) in the land. Now do not grieve over a nation of Faasiqeen.” (Al-Maaidah, 25, 26) The La‟nat of Allah Azza Wa Jal has perpetually settled on the Yahood, hence one of their salient moral attitudes is extreme cowardice. And, this is the cause of their brutality. Just as they had reacted with ex- treme cowardice when com- manded to wage Jihad, so too today they are demonstrating the same cowardice. They dare not enter the Tunnels from whence Hamas has been fighting and defeating them. Despite seven months of the most intensive, murderous and brutal aerial bombing and cow- ardly firing on and murdering unarmed civilians, mostly women and children, Israel has miserably failed to achieve its proclaimed military objectives. It has miserably failed to defeat and eliminate Hamas who rela- tively speaking is absolutely no match for the military might of the U.S.A. Remember that Ha- mas is not fighting only the cowardly Yahood. Hamas is pitted against the US super- power who is arming Israel with billions of dollars of mili- tary equipment. Israel is merely one more American base from the 150 military bases the US has globally. The Cowardly Yahood are experts in only murdering un- armed civilians, women and children. Hamas and the other Palestinian Resistance groups remain intact and the Re- sistance is being maintained and sustained by the Fadhl of Allah Ta‟ala despite the gross disobedience of Palestinians. Allah Ta‟ala has hitherto not totally abandoned them. That is why Israel has failed despite its seven months of genocidal aer- ial bombing which has reduced the land to rubble by the Per- mission of Allah Azza Wa Jal. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 71 Page 8 The interfaith ideology shared by the munaafiq boot- lickers in the Ummah requires acceptance of atheism, shirk and kufr. This satanic ideolo- gy while not tolerating de- nunciation of kufr and shirk, demands of Muslims to be tol- erant of shirk and kufr. At their interfaith kufr dia- logue sessions, the „Muslim‟ bootlickers have to exchange niceties, sit and listen to the kufr and shirk outpoured by the Yahood, Nasaara, Hindus and atheists. However, when engaging the kuffaar on religious issues, the Qur‟aan Majeed com- mands Da‟wat and Tableegh of Islam. Thus, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “Say: „O People of the Book! Come towards a common Be- lief between us and you (and that is): That we should not worship anyone except Allah, and that we should not associ- ate anything with Him, and that we should not take some of us as gods besides Allah. Then if they turn their backs (on Tauheed), then say: „Bear witness that verily, we are Muslims.” (Aal-e-Imraan Aayatb 64) In Islam there is no room for compromising on Aqeedah. Da‟wat demands proclama- tion of the unadulterated Haqq. CALAMITY “From whence has this (calamity) come? Say (to them O Muhammad!): „It is from yourselves.‟ Verily, Allah has power over all things.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 165) Calamities are the conse- quence of our own misdeeds, disobedience and treachery. Thus, there is no reason for surprise when Allah Ta‟ala withholds His Nusrat (Aid) from Muslims who are being persecuted, oppressed and bru- talized by the Yahood, Nasaara and Hindus. “Whatever calamity befalls you, it is (the consequence) of your own perpetration. And, He forgives much (of your misdeeds).” (Shura, Aayat 30) NA-PAKISTAN- ANOTHER DISGUISED DARUL KUFR A GAY CLUB FOR NAPA- KISTAN! 'NOC sought for gay club’ in Abbottabad Web Desk 04:09 PM | 9 May, 2024 ABBOTTABAD – An unusual request has reportedly landed at the office of the Deputy Com- missioner of Abbottabad, stirring both curiosity and controversy in the conservative Pakistani town. An application has reportedly been submitted to the official, seeking a No Objection Certifi- cate (NOC) for the establishment of a gay club in the heart of Ab- bottabad. The application reportedly submitted by PreetumGiani seeks to set up the "Lorenzo Gay Club" in Abbottabad. (End of report) Pakistan (NAPAKISTAN – THE IMPURE LAND) was ostensibly, but deceptively billed as a land where Islam will find free play. It was con- veyed by the initial fussaaq/ zindeeq founders of this coun- try that the land would be a Darul Islam. But, alas! It is a kufristaan not much different from all the other Muslim lands which have been effec- tively transformed into Darul Kufr. The organization refers to the numbers as “notable and worri- some.” In the last half year since October 7, Eran received 172,000 re- quests for mental health support by phone or internet. This aver- ages 33,000 per month, with a higher-than-average number (44,000) in the war‟s first month. The average daily call load since the beginning of the war stands at 920. On October 7 alone, the organi- zation dealt with more than 3,500 incoming calls. This compares to 500 calls on a routine Saturday. There has been a 10 percent in- crease over the usual number of calls from men, a population that tends to call the hotline infre- quently. Many calls came from soldiers (male and female) on regular and reserve duty, as was reflected by the fact that 41% of calls re- ceived by the hotline were from people between the ages of 18 and 35. Children and teens under age 17 called in at a rate 125% higher than the same period last year. This increase was particularly evident in the early weeks of the war. Eran notes an increase of 950% in calls relating to anxiety, trau- ma, and loss as compared to the same six months in 2022-2023. As the war continued, there was also a surge in calls about depres- sion, loneliness and general emo- tional distress. Of the 38,240 young people to age 24 who called the hotline, 60% were female and 40% male. A third of these calls had to do with anxiety and trauma. One in every five calls dealt with deep mental anguish. Question Is it permissible for Mus- lims in India to vote for a non -Muslim secular political par- ty? According to the Ulama in India it is „waajib‟ to vote. Muslims are being oppressed, persecuted and even lynched by the orthodox Hindus who are today in power. The stat- ed policy of the extremist Hin- dus is to commit genocide - to kill or convert all Muslims to Hinduism and all Musjids will be made temples of idol worship. Answer The reasoning underlying the permissibility view in In- dia is valid. Voting in this case is not for accepting the law of Taghoot. It is a strategy in a situation of life and death. Based on the principles of the Shariah, it will be permissible to vote in India. However, it is essential that Muslims understand that despite the Fiqhi permissibil- ity, it is never the solution. It will not save Muslims from the Athaab of Allah Azza wa Jal. The punishment of Allah in India is in the form of brutal oppression of the cow and idol worshippers. The Punishment of Allah Ta‟ala cannot be averted nor elim- inated by voting or by any other means besides repent- ance, obedience and Sabr. When Bani Israaeel com- plained to Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) about the brutal oppression and perse- cution of Fir‟oun, he advised them: “Seek help from Allah and have Sabr (Patience). Verily, The earth belongs to Allah. He bestows it to whomever Of His servants He wills. And, the ultimate victory is for the Muttaqeen.” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 71 Page 10 “That is so because Allah will not change (eliminate) any Favour which He had be- stowed to a nation until they change that which is with- in themselves. Verily, Allah is All-Hearing, All- Knowing. (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 53) “ Verily, Allah does not change the condition of a nation until they themselves change what is within themselves. When Allah wills evil (calamity/punishment) to befall a nation, then there is none who can avert it.” (Ar-Ra‟d, Aayat 10) The oppression, plunder and pillage of Muslims in Bur- ma is an ongoing brutal sa- ga of genocide. While Muslims are impotent and silent observers of the gen- ocide sagas in which mil- lions have been killed, in- jured, pillaged and plun- dered, their focus is never on Allah Ta‟ala. Allah Ta‟ala has been completely deleted from the equation. We claim to be Muslims believing in the Qur‟aan and in whatever Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had said, yet there is no im- portance attached to the Qur‟aan and Hadith which appear to have been relegat- ed to the realm of the an- tique. It is necessary to under- stand that the hardships and misery suffered by the Muslims of Burma and elsewhere are the effects of the decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The consequence of transgression is the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Allah Ta‟ala does not snatch away the good and prosperous conditions of a community without valid reason. Since Muslims in Burma (and elsewhere) have changed obedience for disobedience - since they have become treacher- ous to Allah Ta‟ala – since they have traversed in their transgression of fisq and fu- joor beyond the point of redemption, Allah Ta‟ala has inflicted his Athaab on them in the form of the Buddhist oppression and brutality which have been the continuous fate of the Burmese Muslims for many decades. The Athaab of Allah a‟ala is the effect of zulm which the people have committed on themselves as the Qur‟aan states explicitly. The Qur‟aan states: “We have not committed zulm on them. But they have oppressed themselves (hence the Punishment).” The Qur‟aan Majeed states with clarity and em- phasis that Allah Ta‟ala changes the condition of a people only if they change the condition of their hearts. Since the Burmese Muslims (as well as other Muslims who are suffering) refuse to change their condition of fisq, fujoor and kufr, the Athaab continues incessant- ly. Allah Ta‟ala has aban- doned them because they refuse to reform and return to the Deen. In the refugee camps where tens of thousands are languishing in squalor, ignorance and poverty, they waste away their lives with fisq and fujoor (disobedience and immo- rality). We have seen in these refugee camps many Huffaaz and others who are able to impart basic Deeni Ta‟leem to the thou- sands of children growing up like animals and kuffaar. But it does not oc- cur to these idle and hope- less men to conduct Mak- tab classes in the camps to teach the children. However, if outsiders pay them salaries, they will teach. There is simply no Deen in these suffering masses of people. Even in the camps they are lost in sin and transgression. They sink deeper into the quag- mire of sin and transgres- sion. He said his team had received testimonies and seen satellite images, online videos and pic- tures indicating that Buthidaung town had been “largely burned”. “We have received infor- mation indicating that the burning did start on May 17 … two days after the military had retreated from the town … and the Arakan Army claimed to have taken full control of the village.” One survivor had described seeing dozens of dead bodies as he fled Buthidaung, while another had said he was among tens of thousands who fled the town only to find themselves blocked by the Arakan Army on the road west towards Maungdaw town. Other survivors also said AA members had abused them and extorted money from them as they tried to make their way to Rohingya villages south of the town. In the weeks leading up to the burning of Buthidaung, Rodehaver said the rights of- fice had documented renewed attacks on Rohingya civilians by both the AA and the mili- tary in northern Rakhine, in- cluding through air strikes. (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) The swiftness of the vile transformation of Arabia is the Writing on the Wall for the destruction of the kufr regime and the villainous populace. Among the Waajibaat (compulsory factors) of Ta- waaf is for able persons to walk, not to ride to execute the Tawaaf. The hukm for omitting a Waajib act is to re- peat the Tawaaf. If it is not re- peated, the Dumm penalty will become obligatory. That is, a goat/sheep has to be slaughtered as compensation for the omission of the Waajib act. It is haraam to ride in any contraption or on a mount without valid reason when making Tawaaf. Nowadays, the kufr Saudi regime has fabricated the sys- tem of gokarts to fun-drive hujjaaj for executing Ta- waaf. The introduction of carts is indeed a shaitaani ploy to destroy the Hajj of people. In fact, they wave to passengers in carts they pass thus making a huge haraam mockery of the Ta- waaf. They further compound their haraam villainy with pictures and videos. Hajj and Umrah have become fun- fares for most people. There is no need for surprise when horrendous calamities over- take this Ummah. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 71 Page 14 “Muslim” tourists, especial- ly women during their haidh periods are polluting the Ho- ly Site of Musjidul Aqsa. Musjidul Aqsa is not confined to the relatively small Musjid building where the daily Sa- laat is performed by a negli- gible number of musallis. The entire compound of 35 acres constitutes Musjidul Aqsa. Women during their haidh periods also invade the compound to pollute the sanctity of Mujidul Aqsa. Their visit to the Musjid un- der guise of ibaadat is pure shaitaaniyat. They conduct themselves just like the kuffaar do. It is therefore not surprising that Allah Ta‟ala is permit- ting the Yahood to grab con- trol of the Musjidul Aqsa and to dictate the terms of entry. Muslims have been slaugh- tering and consuming beef in India since time immemorial. The brutality and oppression by the savage Hindu cow- worshippers are unprecenden- tal. Be this as it may. It is es- sential for Muslims to under- stand that whatever happens in creation is by the decree of Allah Ta‟ala. The Qur‟aan Majeed states: “Nothing is hidden from your Rabb, be it an atom in the earth or in the skies nor any- thing smaller or bigger than it, it is recorded in a Clear Book.” “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is neither a seed in the dark- ness of the earth nor anything dry or moist but it is recorded in a Clear Book.” Allah Ta‟ala is aware of the zulm (oppression and brutality) being meted out to Muslims in India and else- where. He sees and He hears. He has the power to stop the oppression, but He does not. And that is because the zulm of the kuffaar is a form of Divine Punishment for our own zulm against our- selves and Allah Ta‟ala. The zulm on Muslims perpe- trated by the kuffaar is the punishment for Muslim treachery against Allah Ta‟ala. Muslims have in reali- ty abandoned Islam despite professing verbally to be Muslims, hence Allah Ta‟ala witholds His Nusrat (Aid) and punishes us with kuffaar zulm. The only solution is Inaabat Ilallaah. That is, to turn to Allah Ta‟ala with Taubah (Repentence) and to adopt the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Minus obedience and ibaadat there will always be failure, misery and humili- ation for Muslims. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Whatever is by Allah, is ob- tainable by means of Obedi- ence,” Safety, protection, honour and power are all by Allah Ta‟ala. Is there a valid difference of opinion on the question of voting for kuffaar candi- dates or for Muslim candi- dates who are fussaaq, but they fully support the kuffaar laws? ANSWER Voting is not permissible. While many molvis say that it is permissible, they are in error. They have no valid Shar‟i daleel for their stupid, baatil view. Voting for a kuffaar dispensation is to vote for Taghoot. The Qur‟aan Majeed brands as „kaafiroon‟ those who de- cide/adjudicate according to the law of Taghoot. The molvis here in South Africa are totally, in entirety, abso- lutely bereft of any Shar‟i ba- sis for their stupid opinion of permissibility. Their only „daleel‟ is what Mufti Muhammad Shafi (Rahmatullah alayh) had opined. Firstly, Hadhrat Mufti Shafi‟s opinion was for the setting in Pakistan which in his view could still be re- deemed and saved from the brink of Jahannam if men of the Deen could seize the reins of power, become the govern- ment, abrogate the constitu- tion of Taghoot and institute the Shariah as the Law of the Land. But that was a „distant pipe dream‟ which was unat- tainable, but which the hon- ourable Mufti Sahib could not foresee. Secondly, western influences stunted the wisdom which stems from the stolid con- servatism of the Ideology of the Sunnah, hence there was an interpretive mellowing of the rustic style of the Shariah to surrender to the demands of the crass kufr western code with its immoral social con- ventions. It is most unfortunate, in fact tragic, that even our senior Ulama having fallen by the wayside of spiritual stagnation and retrogression which was the fatal consequence of the creeping disease of Imaani desensitization resulting from proximity and mingling with the fussaaq and kuffaar. In- stead of Amr Bil Ma‟roof and Da‟wat, they surrendered with docility to kowtow and bootlick the political leader- ship which consisted of Mu- naafiqeen and Murtaddeen. They forgot that Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) proclaimed on the occasion of taking possession of the City of Jerusalem: “We are a Na- tion whom Allah has elevated with Islam.” It is of the demands of the Of- fice of the Ulama who are supposed to be the Representa- tives of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to state their fatwas in the shadow of the Qur‟aan: “Seek aid from Al- lah and have Sabr, for verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He apportions it to whomever of His servants He wills. And, the ultimate victory is for the Muttaqeen.” This Sabr and Divine Aid are the constituents of the Qur‟aanic Code of life (the Shariah) which are the vital requisites for success and prosperity which cannot be acquired by watering down the Shariah for the sake of submitting to the law of Tag- hoot. Should validity be eked out from the Shariah like blood from a stone for predicating Mufti Shafi‟s view with per- missibility, then it has to be incumbently related to the then prevailing Pakistani scenario. It is absolutely ludicrous and glaringly haraam to cite Mufti Shafi‟s fatwa as the Maqees Alayh for transfer- ring the ruling of permissibil- ity to voting here in South Af- rica where all the candidates are the illegitimate progeny of Iblees, including those juhala and fussaaq who mas- querade as Muslims when in reality they are Munaafiqeen. Thus, we can state without hesitation and mildly that the molvis who promote voting for Taghoot are Juhhaal at the minimum. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 71 Page 16 While Gazza and its people are being brutally massacred and the land reduced to rub- ble, there are Palestinian shaitaani elements concerned with their haraam football sport. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that every sport of the Muslim is haraam. In addition to haraam sport, Palestinians had adopted a life style in total conflict with Islam. They live more like the Yahudis. Since they had cast Islam behind their backs, they are today suf- fering the consequences of their treachery unto Allah Ta‟ala. Since the time of having lost Palestine in 1948, they have drifted further and further from the Deen. When Muslims transgress beyond the point of no return, then the greater punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal overtakes them. In this regard the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “We shall most assuredly give them to taste from the lesser punishment, not the greater Punishment, for per- haps they will return (to the Path of the Deen.)” Since the lesser punishments over the decades has not been heeded, the “greater” punish- ment has finally overtook them. Israel cannot lie to its people for a long time and has already lost the war with the Palestini- an Resistance movement Ha- mas, according to an analysis by retired Major General Yizkhak Barik and published in the Israeli newspaper Maariv on Sunday. “What is happening in the Ga- za Strip and against Hezbollah in Lebanon will blow up in our faces sooner or later, and then the truth will be revealed in all its hiddenness,” Barik wrote, accusing the Israeli leadership of living “in an illusion”. Barik warned that Israel is not ready for a regional war, which would be “thousands of times more difficult and seri- ous than the war in the Gaza Strip”. “Every day our soldiers are killed and seriously injured (in Gaza -PC) by booby traps and explosives when they enter (…) houses without any in- spection, and without using appropriate measures,” he wrote. Barik accused the Israeli Army Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi of being “detached and silent” and of “appointing colonels and lieutenant colonels” after losing “control of the territory a long time ago”. Having in mind that Israel‟s two objectives are the disman- tlement of Hamas and the re- turn of the captives, Barik said that the Israeli “Minister of Defense and Chief of Staff conducted the war with a tacti- cal vision and not a strategic vision,” noting that “a war cannot be won only in tactical battles.” “We have already lost the war with Hamas, and we are also losing our allies in the world,” Barik admitted, stating that Israeli Prime Minister Benja- min Netanyahu, Defense Min- ister Gallant, and Halevi “are leading us nowhere!” culations were all wrong, and their policies needed a horizon beyond what they thought of. There is no deity but I. I am the King of kings. The hearts of kings are in My Hand (Control). When My servants obey Me, I turn the hearts of their kings towards them with kindness and mercy. And, when they disobey Me, I turn the hearts of their rul- ers against them with wrath and vengeance. Then they (the rulers) severely oppress them. Therefore, do not con- cern yourselves with vilifica- tion (abusing of) the rulers. Resort to Allah with Taubah (repentance). Then will He be merciful to you” In this Hadith, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentions with clarity several vital factors underlying politi- cal upheavals: 1. Only Allah Ta‟ala is in control. 2. Oppression, brutality, genocide of the kings, rulers and governments are by the decree of Allah Ta‟ala. 3. The solution for the mis- ery, suffering and humil- iation of Muslims is to turn unto Allah Ta‟ala with Repentance and Obedience. 4. Vilifying the rulers and looking askance at the kuffaar for help will nev- er solve the problems of this Ummah. They are living in refugee camps inside Israel. Israeli harbours are lying idle and factories are closed. And, the mercy of your Rabb is better than the (wealth, etc.) they amass.” (Az-Zukhruff, Aayat 32) Although the western kuffaar who believe them- selves to be enlightened and progressive clamour much about the concept of equali- ty, in reality they are the worst offenders and oppres- sors of mankind. Their idea of equality is confined to im- morality and obscenity. For them men and women are equals and both sexes must share the same toilet. Can you kindly ad- vise whether this Fatwa is correct and if not, is it possi- ble (by way of your circulars) to inform people in the public domain of the correct stance to adopt so that they are not misled. Please clarify urgent- ly as the elections are taking place next week. A. There is nothing for us to advise regarding the corrupt fatwas which promote voting for the law of Taghoot. There is nothing for us regarding fur- ther clarification. We have clarified and emphasized that voting is a Taghooti system. Whoever desires to follow the fatwa which advocates the law of Taghoot, the choice is his. Seek clarification from the en- tities which disgorge corrupt fatwas in their bootlicking ex- ercises. Q. Will the one who votes be- come a kaafir? A. While voting is haraam, there is no need to traverse be- yond this ruling into the realm of Takfeer. While we say that voting is haraam, we do not resort to Takfeer of the moron scoundrels. Q. Here in Sri Lanka where I am, Sunni Imaams of Mus- jids performed Janaazah Sa- laat (Ghaaib) for the Shiahs who were killed in the heli- copter crash. We are Shaafis. I protested and exclaimed that according to Imaam Shaafi (Rahmatullah alayh) Shiahs are not Muslims. I as well as some others walked out. What is the status of the- se Imaams? A. Alhamdulillah! You acted correctly by abstaining from the haraam invalid „salaat‟ which the jaahil imaam had performed for the kaafir Shiah. These bootlicking Imaams are generally juhhaal (great igno- ramuses), hence they are una- ble to distinguish between jam and faeces. It is an act of kufr to perform janaazah salaat for kuffaar. SELF-OPPRESSION “Allah does not oppress even an iota.” (An-Nisaa‟, Aayat 40) “It was not Allah Who was unjust to them. But they had oppressed themselves.” (Al-Ankaboot, Aayat 40) The calamities and the genocide perpetrated by the Yahood are the conse- quences of the zulm which Muslims have inflicted on themselves with their treachery and abandon- ment of Islam. ONLY HE CAN HELP “If Allah aids you, then no one can defeat you, and if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you? The Mu‟mineen should have Tawakkul (Trust) on Allah.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 160) It is just unfortunate that Muslims have miserably failed to understand this reality.
