18 September 2026al haq bulletin KUFFAAR YAHOOD DESECRATION “A mob of 169 Israeli settlers have stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, heavily pro- tected by Israeli forces, the Pal- estinian Wafa news agency has reported, citing the Jerusalem Governorate. After entering through Bab al-Maghariba, the settlers performed Talmudic prayer rituals in the mosque‘s courtyards. Non-Muslims are permitted to visit the Al-Aqsa compound, but performing prayers is not al- lowed under a 1967 status quo agreement governing the site. Radical settler groups have called on their supporters to par- ticipate en masse in incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque under the pretext of celebrating the Jewish New Year. Israeli authorities use Jewish holidays to close roads and impose severe restrictions on the movement of Palestinians across the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, Wafa re- ported.‖ As painful as it may be for Muslims to stand as silent im- potent observers to view the desecration of Musjidul Aqsa, it is not at all surprising. The first to desecrate the sanctity of the Musaajid all over the world are Muslims them- selves. The very first Right of the Musjid, viz. Jamaat Salaat by the community, is not validly fulfilled by Muslims. Then among the worse acts of dese- cration is providing the Mus- jid as platforms for kuffaar to enter and pontify their muck and mullock to Muslims who sit like miserable mice listen- ing to what the enemies of Al- lah have to pontify to them. When Muslims desecrate the sanctity of the Musaajid then Allah Ta‘ala , in order to punish Muslims, imposes the chastisement of kuffaar dom- ination. Then the kuffaar are allowed by Allah Ta‘ala to forcefully and barbarically penetrate into the Musaajid to desecrate and destroy. Re- ferring to kuffaar desecrating the Musaajd, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “When the first of the two Promises materialized, We sent against you (Bani Is- raaeel, the Muslim Ummah of (Continued on page 2) BULLETIN No. 83 Rabiul-Awwal 1447 / September 2026 PO BOX 3393 - PORT ELIZABETH - 6056 - SOUTH AFRICA THE BAND OF HAQ “There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Jazakallah” The Molvi Sahib’s Com- ments ―What we're concentrating on is that the people from other coun- tries, from the Continent of Afri- ca, they are being targeted, that they must leave the country. And as I explained that we can't see the cry of the man who is at the very low end, who is just making ends meet or not making ends meet. We cannot under- stand their cry. So they have got a valid cry that, look, the presi- dent or the government or the officials at the borders or whoev- er it is, is to blame. People are just walking in and this is caus- ing takleef in the country. Now you'll get some people, they say: "But who made these borders?" So if you don't believe in the borders, then why did you come through the border? So when it suited you to come through the border — and you get some peo- ple, they say: "No, Islam doesn't doesn't recognize borders. There's no such thing as borders. This is all man-made and every- thing." So that that is a valid point. But now, you can't undo that. These borders are already there. (Continued on page 9) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 2 Hadhrat Aasim Bin Muham- mad (rahmatullah alayh) once observed in Makkah Mukarra- mah a Yahudi acquaintance supplicating to Allah Ta‘ala with great fervour and humili- ty. He narrated: ―I was amazed by the beauty of the Yahudi‘s Islam. I asked him to explain the circumstances of his em- brace of Islam. He explained as follows: ―I went to Hadhrat Abu Ishaaq Ibraaheem Aajri Ni- shapuri at a time when he was stoking the brick-baking fur- nace. I demanded payment of the debt he owed me. He said to me: ‗Become a Muslim and fear that fire whose fuel will be men and stones.‘ I said to him: ‗O Abu Ishaaq! My being a kaafir does not affect you in any way. However, you too will enter that Fire.‘ Hadhrat Abu Ishaaq said: ‗Are you re- ferring to Allah‘s statement (in the Qur‘aan): „Every one of you will pass through the Fire.‟? I said: ‗Yes!‘ He asked me to give him my garment. I removed it and gave it to him. He wrapped my garment inside his garment and threw the bundle into the blazing furnace. After a long time had passed, he became ecstatic. While screaming and crying profusely, he plunged into the blazing furnace. The heat was at its intensity. He retrieved the bundle from the middle and exited safely from the other side of the furnace. This feat instilled great fear in me. In utter amazement I saw the bundle of clothes in his hand unscathed by the fire. There was not the slightest ef- fect on the bundle. When he opened the bundle, I was shocked to see that despite his garment which was the outer one being unscathed, my gar- ment which was inside his gar- ment had become a black coal. It was burnt out. Then he com- mented: ‗In exactly the same way, Mus- lims who will pass through Jahannum in terms of the Qur‘aanic verse, will not be burnt. Just as my garment was not burnt while your garment notwithstanding being on the inside was reduced to a coal, so too will the Fire of Jahan- num not burn Muslims who will pass through it.‘ This wonderful episode of the Buzrug constrained me to embrace Islam.‖ Note: Muslims passing safely through Jahannum are not those who have been sen- tenced to Jahannum for their sins. Passing through or over Jahannum in the context of the aayat is a reference to the on- ward journey towards Jannat. Muslims who are destined for entry into Jannat without being assigned first to the Fire for purification, will pass safely over or through Jahannum without the Fire having the slightest effect on them. that time) such of our Servants (the kuffaar idol-worshippers) who were powerful in war. They penetrated the homes, and it was a promise (of punishment of Allah) which was fulfilled. Then when the second Promise arrived so that they (the kuffaar) could disfigure your faces and so that they may enter the Musjid (that is, Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered the first time and so that they may n utterly de- stroy everything they overran.” (Bani Isaaeel 5 – 7) Thus, the primary cause for the kuffaar imposing their domina- tion over Muslims and desecrating Musjidul Aqsa is the villainy, evil, treachery, fisq, fujoor and kufr of Mus- lims. It is the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. The report published on Monday by the Depart- ment of Defense inspector general offers the first official account of the losses Washington has in- curred in the war from February 28 to June 30. Throughout the war – beginning with the US- Israel attacks on Iran in late February – Tehran has routinely bombed US bases and assets in the Gulf region. For most of those attacks, Gulf countries and Washington said the incoming strikes had been intercepted and thwarted. But the Pentagon‘s report paints a picture of sig- nificant damage and losses running into millions of dollars to US forces. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 3 Mosques are asking worshippers to pray in shifts, as authorities issue threats against congrega- tions. By Sajid Raina and Tauseef Ahmad Published On 27 May 2026 Meerut, India – The mood is barely festive as a group of Mus- lim men huddle inside a small mosque to discuss the arrange- ments for Eid al-Adha prayers in Meerut district of India‘s Uttar Pradesh state. Ceiling fans hum above to beat the brutal north Indian heat as nearly 50 worshippers listen to the members of the mosque man- agement committee in Maliyana village, about 80km (50 miles) from New Delhi, the national capital. The conversation is not about sacrificial animals or charity, but a more pressing issue before them: roads, barricades, police permissions, and where and how exactly they would offer the Eid prayers on Thursday. ―Please don‘t gather outside the mosque gates,‖ instructs a mem- ber. ―If the mosque fills up, wait for the next prayer shift. Avoid arguments. Avoid videos. Don‘t respond to provocations.‖ Men in the audience silently nod. Some scroll through WhatsApp groups where local police advi- sories have already begun circu- lating, urging Muslims to refrain from public prayers. Others in the audience exchange worried glances. Maliyana has a history. In May 1987, 72 Muslims were massa- cred here by a mob of Hindu lo- cals and personnel belonging to the state government‘s Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC). Af- ter 36 years of hearings, a district court in 2023 acquitted dozens of the accused over insufficient evi- dence. But the concerns that prompted the mosque committee and wor- shippers there to review their Eid plans are more recent. ‘People are naturally scared’ For more than a decade now, right-wing Hindu groups, em- boldened by the election of Hin- du nationalist Narendra Modi as India‘s prime minister in 2014, have been protesting against Muslims offering public pray- ers on Fridays and festivals, cit- ing traffic and security concerns. These groups, and even politi- cians from Modi‘s Bharatiya Ja- nata Party (BJP), have disrupted namaz on roads, in parks, or on vacant plots of land. Viral videos showing Muslims praying in open areas have sparked outrage and online campaigns, prompting the authorities, in some cases, to withdraw permissions granted to Muslims to offer namaz prayers at such sites. Last week, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), a prominent far- right Hindu group aligned with the BJP, demanded a complete nationwide ban on namaz on roads, calling the practice a ―show of strength‖ by the com- munity. But Muslims argue that a crack- down on public prayers ignores a practical reality: many mosques and designated grounds for Eid prayers, called ―Eidgahs‖, cannot accommodate all the worshippers during mass congregations on Fridays or Eid, especially in densely populated urban areas. A day before Eid al-Adha, the central question before Muslims is whether they will be allowed to pray peacefully, without at- tracting scrutiny, confrontation, or public hostility, particularly in BJP-governed Uttar Pradesh, a state almost as populous as neighbouring Pakistan and home to nearly 39 million Muslims, more than the population of Sau- di Arabia. The BJP government in Uttar Pradesh, led since 2017 by Yogi Adityanath, a saffron-clad hard- line Hindu monk known for his vitriol against Muslims, has intensified crackdowns on Mus- lim prayers on roads and open spaces. On May 18, Adityanath said Muslims should offer Eid al- Adha prayers ―in shifts‖. ―Pyaar se maanenge theek hai, nahi maanenge to doosra tareeqa apnayenge … (If they agree peacefully, that is good; if not, we will adopt another method),‖ he posted on X. To the Muslims of Uttar Pradesh, the threat of Adityanath‘s ―another method‖ is not unfamil- iar. ―Last year, people were booked for praying in open spaces. In some places, homes were demol- ished and there were even reports of driving licences and passport verifications being cancelled. After seeing all this, people are naturally scared,‖ a Muslim man in Meerut told Al Jazeera, re- questing anonymity since he feared reprisal from the authori- ties. Arif Malik, a shopkeeper in Ali- garh district, about 130km (80 miles) from New Delhi, said that on Eid al-Adha last year, Mus- lims in his neighbourhood ―offered namaz for barely a few minutes in an open ground, but (Continued on page 4) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 4 police chased the worshippers afterwards‖. ―This Eid, families are telling people to avoid any crowd,‖ he told Al Jazeera. ‘Earlier, Eid mornings felt joyful’ Muslims in Uttar Pradesh say the curbs on Eid prayers are creating an atmosphere in which even routine religious gatherings are increasingly treated as security concerns. In several towns across the state, mosque committees are quietly recalibrating Eid arrangements. Some are reducing the size of congregations. Others are asking worshippers to arrive in smaller groups or disperse quickly after prayers. Community volunteers are being assigned to ensure peo- ple do not spill onto nearby roads, even briefly. ―For many Muslims, the concern is no longer only about where Eid prayers will be offered, but whether gathering publicly as a religious community is increas- ingly being viewed with suspi- cion,‖ said 42-year-old Moham- mad Arif, a mosque committee member in Meerut who has been organising Eid prayers for nearly two decades. Arif said the mosque committees in several Uttar Pradesh towns have held meetings about crowd management and ways to avoid confrontation with the authori- ties. ―People are thinking carefully about visibility, movement and even where to place their prayer mats,‖ he said. ―We are scared of even making a small mistake,‖ Arshad, a 33- year-old shopkeeper in Meerut who only shared his first name, told Al Jazeera. ―Earlier, Eid mornings felt joy- ful. Now there is tension from the night before. People keep checking whether police will come or whether someone will record videos and upload them online.‖ For many Muslims, the psycho- logical impact of such re- strictions and targeting extends beyond the prayer ground. ―There is a fear of humiliation,‖ Numan Khan, a student at the Aligarh Muslim University, In- dia‘s largest minority academic institution, told Al Jazeera. ―Even if nothing happens physi- cally, people are afraid of being filmed, targeted online, or ac- cused of something. Parents tell young people to avoid standing outside mosques because they don‘t want trouble.‖ That fear has reshaped the com- munity‘s behaviour during the festivals in subtle but visible ways. Mosque committees have begun coordinating directly with local police before Eid to avoid con- frontation. Volunteers are being instructed to monitor entry points, prevent crowding, and quickly disperse worshippers af- ter prayers end. An imam in western Uttar Pra- desh‘s Saharanpur district de- scribed the preparations as ―damage control‖. ―We spend more time discussing restrictions than discussing Eid itself,‖ he said. ―Avoiding con- troversy has become our priori- ty.‖ Another imam in state capital Lucknow said mass prayers tra- ditionally overflow onto nearby streets for a short duration be- cause of space shortages, not as an act of defiance. ―The prayer lasts a few minutes. Roads are reopened immediately afterwards,‖ he told Al Jazeera. ―This was never treated as a ma- jor issue before. Now it is pre- sented as if Muslims are trying to occupy public spaces.‖ The anxiety is not confined to Uttar Pradesh alone. Similar or- ders have been issued in other BJP-governed states, including West Bengal and Delhi. Muslims barred from public prayer sites in Indian city ‘Nobody wants confronta- tion’ In the Muslim neighbourhoods of Delhi, residents describe a grow- ing sense of caution around visi- ble religious celebrations. Many Muslims interviewed for this story said they now think carefully about where they stand for the prayers, how long they remain outside mosques, and whether gatherings could trigger complaints or online outrage. Outside the national capital‘s iconic Mughal-era Jama Masjid in Old Delhi, traders gearing up for a brisk Eid business said dis- cussions over prayer restrictions have become common in the ar- ea‘s tea stalls and shops. ―Nobody wants confrontation,‖ Danish Khan, a 24-year-old gar- ment seller, told Al Jazeera. ―People simply want to pray and return home. But now every Eid comes with uncertainty about what new rules might appear.‖ Despite the anxiety, preparations for Eid continue. Markets remain crowded late in- to the night. Tailors rush to com- plete pending orders. Children (Continued from page 3) (Continued on page 5) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 5 tug at parents for new shoes and sweets. Inside mosques, volun- teers clean carpets and arrange water for the hordes of worship- pers expected on Eid morning. But beneath the familiar rhythms of the festival lies an unmistaka- ble unease. And it is not just about Eid pray- ers. The ritualistic sacrifice of animals – goats, sheep or cattle – on Eid al-Adha is also being closely watched and heavily reg- ulated, with threats of conse- quences if animal blood or waste enters public drains or streets. All this is happening as refer- ences to Muslim religious prac- tices dominate television debates and social media hate campaigns, when public demonstrations of Muslim identity are portrayed through the lens of security, le- gality, or demographic anxiety. Why are India‘s mosques turning into temple disputes? Several Muslims Al Jazeera talked to said a cumulative effect of repeated controversies — over the right to wear the hijab, eat halal food, make azaan calls on loudspeakers, to name a few — has created a lingering sense of vulnerability within the commu- nity. ―You start feeling like everything connected to your identity is un- der question,‖ Faizan Ali, a soft- ware engineer in Noida, a dense suburb on the outskirts of New Delhi, told Al Jazeera. ―Even praying becomes something you think twice about.‖ Analysts say the controversy sur- rounding Muslim public prayers reflects a broader transformation in India, where Muslim visibility itself has become a contested ter- rain. ―When a community begins to fear assembling publicly for prayer during one of its most im- portant religious occasions, it reflects a larger shift in how pub- lic space is negotiated and who feels entitled to occupy it,‖ Nadeem Khan, an activist and researcher on religion and public spaces, told Al Jazeera. Selective enforcement of rules While the government frames the restrictive measures around Mus- lim festivals as necessary for traffic management and public order, it has also not just allowed but also facilitated large Hindu religious processions and cele- brations with traffic diversions, police protection and public in- frastructural support. Critics, therefore, say the con- trast with the crackdown on namaz deepens perception among Muslims of a selective enforcement of rules. ―What people notice is not only the restriction itself, but the une- qual application of rules,‖ a New Delhi-based lawyer told Al Jazeera on condition of anonymi- ty over fears of being targeted by the government. ―The constitution protects reli- gious freedom, subject to public order. But if one community re- peatedly experiences tighter scrutiny while others receive ac- commodation, it raises questions about equality before the law,‖ he added. The issue of public sites for Mus- lim prayers has become particu- larly sensitive because re- strictions have increasingly been accompanied by punitive measures. Over the past decade, authorities in several BJP-governed states have filed police cases against Muslims accused of offering prayers in open spaces without permission. In some instances, the officials have also carried out demolitions targeting homes or properties allegedly linked to the individuals accused of organising the public prayers. Critics say such actions are ex- cessive and discriminatory, and have transformed routine acts of worship into matters of criminal enforcement. ―Public space is not just physical space,‖ said Azhar Ahmad Khan, a New Delhi-based sociologist. ―It is also symbolic. The debate over namaz is ultimately about who feels entitled to visibility, legitimacy, and belonging in contemporary India.‖ (Continued from page 4) HELP! “There is no help except from Allah. Verily, Allah is Mighty and Wise.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 10) All over the world, the Ummah is suffer- ing, languishing in disgrace, misery and fear. If only Muslims can understand that it is only Allah Ta‘ala Who can help and extricate them from their plight of misery, they will then be on the right path of recovery. Bootlicking shadows and kuffaar phantoms will not avail in any way whatsoever. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 6 “The kuffaar of Bani Israaeel were cursed by the tongues of Daawood and Isaa, the son of Maryam. That was because they sinned and transgressed all limits.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 78) Commenting on this Verse of the Qur‘aan Majeed, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that when Bani Israaeel sinned, their Ulama would initially warn them. However, when they persisted in their transgres- sion, the Ulama became de- sensitized. They abandoned Amr bil Ma‟roof Nahy anil Munkar and began to frater- nize and socialize with the transgressors. Then Allah Ta‘ala merged the hearts of the Ulama with the hearts of the transgressors. Thus Nabi Daawood (Alayhis salaam) and also Nabi Isaa (Alayhis salaam) cursed them. Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas‘ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―Undoubtedly, the first de- ficiency which developed in Bani Israaeel (was abstention from Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar). When someone would see others sinning, he would warn them: ‗Fear Al- lah! Desist from sinning which is forbidden for you.‘ The next day when he again met them while they were sinning, he would maintain silence. He would associate with them and dine with them. Then Allah Ta‘ala merged their hearts.‖ Then Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) recited the afore- mentioned Aayat in which the Curse is mentioned. Among the most perni- cious plots of the Yahud and Nasaraa against Islam is the scheme of unity of religions. These kuffaar are perennially plotting to destroy Islam and the Ummah by presenting sa- tanically adorned schemes such as the Abraham Accord and the many Traps of the interfaith movement. The Saudi Arabian Ulama had issued a firm rebuttal of the interfaith plotters in a comprehensive Fatwa about 30 years ago. The Fatwa is reproduced here: Fatwa of the Permanent Fat- wa Committee - Fatwa No. 19402 “All praise is due to Allah SWT and blessings and peace be upon the Prophet pbuh, after whom there is no prophet, and his family and companions, and those who follow their way until the Day of Judg- ment. Later.” The Permanent Committee for Scientific Research and Ifta, reviewed the questions and articles published in the media that were presented regarding the unity of religions (Islam, Judaism, and Christianity), which suggested building a mosque, church, and temple in one place or publishing the Quran, Torah, and Gospel in one volume. After considering the issue, the Committee de- cided as follows: Fatwa No:19402 1. First point: The basis of Islamic belief is that there is no true religion other than Islam, and that it is the last religion that has abro- gated all previous religions and Sharias. Allah Almighty says in the Quran: “Indeed, the religion with Allah is Is- lam.” 2. Second point: The Holy Quran is the last Book of Allah SWT, has abro- gated the Torah, the Psalms, the Gospel and other Books. 3. Third point: The Torah and the Gospel (Continued on page 7) YAHUDI HATRED Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Whenever a Yahudi is alone with a Muslim, he desires to kill him (the Muslim).” The Yahud are masters and experts in plotting. They are perpetually embroiled in conspiracies against Mus- lims and Islam. The Qur‘aan confirms their antagonism for Islam. Therefore, the Qur‘aan repeatedly com- mands Muslims: “Do not take the Yahud and Nasaara as friends……” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 7 “Verily, We shall aid Our Rusul (Messengers) and the Mu‟mineen in this worldly life and on the Day when Witnesses shall stand – the Day when excuses will not benefit the transgres- sors, and for them will be La‟nat (Curse) and for them will be the vilest abode (Hell-Fire).” (Al-Mu‟min, Aayat 51 & 52) Allah Ta‘ala has promised to aid the Mu‘mineen in both this world and in the Hereaf- ter. However, it is seen that the kuffaar in this world are trampling brutally on Mus- lims. Divine Aid is not forth- coming. All over the world the Ummah is suffering under the brutal yoke of the kuffaar, especially the Yahood and Nasaara. How can this be reconciled with the Divine Promise? There is in reality no co- nundrum and no conflict. In many Aayaat of the Qur‘aan and in the Ahaadith it has been clarified that the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala is re- served for the Muttaqeen (the obedient and pious servants). Thus the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Allah is with the Muttaqeen (Continued on page 8) have been abrogated and have also been distorted, as mentioned in the verses of the Quran. 4. Fourth point: Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last prophet and there will be no prophet after him. 5. Fifth point: Whoever does not accept Is- lam, whether he is a Jew, a Christian or anyone else, is a disbeliever and an enemy of Allah SWT, and if he does not repent, he deserves Hell. 6. Sixth point: The call for the unity of reli- gions is a seditious and cun- ning conspiracy aimed at weakening Islam and turning Muslims into apostates. 7. Seventh point: One effect of this call will be that the difference between Islam and infidelity will disap- pear and Muslims' aversion to infidels will disappear, which will also end jihad and the struggle to raise the Word of Allah SWT. 8. Eighth point: If a Muslim promotes this call, he becomes an apostate from the religion of Islam, because this call is contrary to the prin- ciples of Islam. 9. Ninth point: • It is not permissible for a Muslim to support this call, attend its seminars or spread its ideas. • It is not permissible to pub- lish the Quran, the Torah and the Gospel in a single volume or to build a mosque, church and temple in one place, be- cause this is tantamount to rejecting the supremacy of Is- lam. (End of the Fatwa) (Continued from page 6) FATWA NO.19402 Fatwa No.19402 which is a Fatwa 100% in accord with the Qur‘aan and Shariah, was is- sued by the Ulama of Saudi Arabia about three decades ago, years prior to the Satanist ‗Abraham Accord‘ interfaith plot device. The Fatwa predates the current kufr Saudi regime by about 30 years. Currently it is not possible for any Ulama in Saudi Arabia which is in the grips of a virulently anti-Islam kufr regime headed by the Murtad MBS, to issue such a Fatwa of Haq. The kufr regime itself promotes the kufr inter- faith ideology with its con- comitant immoral western cul- ture. It is therefore improper to posit this Fatwa as if it has em- anated from Saudi Ulama in today‘s Saudi Arabia ruled by the Murtad Najdi regime. Thus, the claim that the fatwa is ‗contrary to the request of Mohammed Bin Salman‘, is baseless and false. While the Ulama-e-Haqq of Saudi Arabia had slammed the unification of religions ideology as clear-cut kufr, the MBS Murtad charac- ter was no where in the pic- ture. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 8 “Say: „He (Allah) has the power to send on you punish- ment from above you or from beneath your feet or mire you into factions and cause internecine war among you. See (ponder) how we explain the signs. Perhaps they will understand.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 65) If the Signs of Allah are not heeded and the people do not return to rectitude, then the greater punishment will de- racinate them. “We shall assuredly let them taste of the lesser punishment Before the greater punishment so that they may return (to the Path of Obedience).” (As-Sajdah, Aayat 21) In almost all Muslim coun- tries the evil of internecine war is ruining the Ummah. Sudan, Somalia, Palestine, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Iraq, etc. are outstand- ing examples of punishment of internecine fighting men- tioned in the aforementioned Aayat of the Qur‘aan Majeed. The deracinating wars of Muslim factions are the con- sequences of flagrant trans- gression – fisq, fujoor and kufr. This phenomenon is not restricted to actual warfare. The infighting punishment is seen in the Madaaris, Tabligh Jamaat and almost all kinds of Muslim institutions. “Verily, those who commit kufr with Allah and His Ra- sool, and they intend to dif- ferentiate between Allah and His Messengers, and they say: „We believe in some and we reject some.‟ They seek to adopt an in-between path.” (An-Nisaa‟, Aayat 150) This is one of the Qur‘aanic verses which condemns in- terfaith. While the Interfaith ideology ostensibly portrays itself as a movement for es- tablishing harmony, it is in re- ality the plot of Shaitaan to destroy Islam. Many Muslims, especially the modernists with their don- key university degrees, have become entrapped in this plot. In their kufr ideology all reli- gions are on par. All varie- ties of kufr and shirk are supposed to be accepted as valid systems of belief. Mus- lims are being brainwashed into becoming stooges of Taghoot by accommodating interfaithers with toleration. Toleration from the interfaith perspective means the assign- ment of validity to kufr and shirk. But the Qur‘aan warning Muslims against such shai- taani ideologies, says: “The Deen by Allah is only Islam.” “Whoever searches for a reli- gion other than Islam, never will it be accepted from him, and in the Aakhirah he will be among the losers (to be assigned to Jahannam everlastingly).” Muslims who provide any scope whatsoever for the in- (Continued on page 11) – The ultimate result of vic- tory/success is for the Mut- taqeen.” The Ummah which is rot- ten with fisq, fujoor and kufr have no valid excuse for complaint and for dwelling in confusion regarding their miserable plight at the feet of the kuffaar. As long as Mus- lims do not understand the diseases in which they are wallowing, and then remedy- ing themselves by inaabat ilallaah (turning to Allah Ta‘ala with repentance, genu- ine submission to the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah), they should not expect the Nusrat of Allah Ta‘ala. They will then remain licking the boots of the kuffaar. They will just have to be content with their contemptible boot- licking and getting brutally licked. “If Allah aids you, then there is no one who can defeat you. But if He abandons you, then who is there who can aid you after this (after His abandonment)?” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 160) (Continued from page 7) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 9 The people that came into the country, they came in through those very borders, so they acknowledge those borders. So anyway, they came in. Now they're just coming in numbers and numbers and numbers, and this is giving takleef to the local people. They say that we are not getting jobs. The hospitals are overtaxed. The government re- sources are getting overtaxed. And now we're in a problem here. So they have got a valid cry. We don't deny that cry. For example, if I gave you Da'wat, I gave you an invitation to my house. So I told you, "You can bring three people and come." Right? Come three peo- ple, come for meals. You pitch up there with fifteen people, and you tell me, "No, no, no, you must have a big heart, man. Just feed all these people. Come, just feed everybody. Why are you being so selfish? Just come." Now, is that going to cause me a takleef or not? I only prepared for three, I set the Dastarkhaan for three. Mhmm. So when you can understand it on that scale, now understand it on the country scale. That the country does a census, they do a poll, they do a headcount–hm, in our language they'll call it all dif- ferent, different things. And they know, like, okay, there's so many people living here, so for this many people we need that many clinics, we need that many hospi- tals, we need that many schools, we need that many...... And now you get thousands of people that come away there, unregistered. We're not talking about those that are coming legally, they're registering. Unregistered, totally unregistered, and they're staying away there. Now definitely, it's going to take a strain on their re- sources, right? Because they are undocumented. Nobody knows that they are there. But they want to use the hospital, they want to use the school, they want to use the municipal water, they want to use the lights, everything. But they're undocumented, they're not counted for. Mhmm. So it's going to cause a strain on the country and on the people of the country. So we're not down there at that end of the ladder to experience that, so that's why it doesn't hurt us too much. But the people who are there, they're feeling the pinch. So that's why they're get- ting frustrated and they're making a cry. Now whether this thing is, uh, you know, backed, or it is something that has been pushed– it's a Zionist agenda, or a Jewish agenda, or whatever it may be– it's anti-Islam, anti-Muslim. At the end of the day, you need a valid cry to push a people in a direction. So there is a valid cry there. Now whoever is manipu- lating that cry, if there is any- body, that's there to be seen. Right? But there is a valid cry.‖ (End of the Molvi‟s view) OUR COMMENT The honourable Molvi Sahib has completely misunderstood the situation. His understand- ing is not at all valid. Firstly, at the outset it is necessary for Muslims to understand that the anarchy and whatev- er is happening are by the de- cree of Allah Ta‘ala. All ca- lamities according to the Qur‘aan and Hadith are the consequences of the evil and villainy of the people. Shaitaan has succeeded in diverting our attention from our own evil thereby making us oblivious of our own Islaah (reformation) which is the on- ly solution for the acquisition of the aid of Allah Ta‘ala. While almost all of us are erroneously attributing the actual cause to the Zionists, America and Israel, the Molvi Sahib has erred to a greater level by apportioning the blame to the immigrants who have settled in the country. He has in entirety deleted Allah Ta‘ala from the equation, hence he has failed to under- stand even the worldly asbaab (causes) for the anarchy. The Molvi‘s apportioning the blame on the immigrants is putrid and baseless. Even from the material/mundane/ worldly perspective it is abso- lutely a gross misunderstand- ing to believe that the influx of immigrants is the cause or the anarchy. His reading of the situation is highly erroneous. Never can the anarchy be justified. His understanding that the locals have a valid cause for the anarchy is in fact the effect of the anarchical functioning of the brain. The causes he has prof- fered are completely spuri- ous. Even from the purely worldly angle, the dysfunc- tion and collapse of the so- (Continued from page 1) (Continued on page 10) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 10 cial infrastructure of the coun- try is never due to the plus or minus million ‗undocumented‘ immigrants. South Africa has a population of about 60 million. Every governmental and municipal department and agency, be- sides the tax-collecting agen- cy, have collapsed into dys- function. The extra million immi- grants added to the 60 mil- lion has made no adverse difference to the economy. On the contrary, the country has benefited much from the skills, diligence and enterprise of the immigrants. The primary worldly cause for the collapse of the econo- my and efficiency of the coun- try is massive corruption and looting of the public treasury perpetrated from the top to the bottom. The country has become the Crime Capital of the world. Looting billions and billions of rands is endem- ic in this country. There is corruption in every official department, from the upper- most tier of government to the lowest. Only brains which are in- capable of correct applica- tion find it convenient to blame a million immigrants for the collapse of the coun- try‘s systems. The argument of the immigrants taking the jobs of locals is a massive silly deception. No one pre- vents the locals from opening spaza shops for example to serve the needs of the poorer classes. A spaza shop open- ing does not deprive any lo- cal from a job. Yet these shops are first in line for looting by the criminal mobs of anarchy. In fact, the government has made available tens of mil- lions of rands to assist locals with the spaza shop scheme. But locals have failed misera- bly to take advantage of the assistance to open spaza shops. The immigrants on the oth- er hand, open spaza shops without any assistance from the government, and they are successful. The people they serve are deriving immense benefit from these small shops – a service which the locals have miserably failed to provide. The other sectors which employ immigrants, do so be- cause suitable local employ- ment is lacking. Locals refuse to work with the diligence the immigrants demonstrate. The departure of tens of thou- sands of immigrants due to the anarchy, has led to the collapse of many small fac- tories – textile, bakery, build- ing, etc. Numerous immigrants were employed by Musjids as Imaams, Muath-thins and cleaners. They did not dis- place any locals from any jobs. Only Muslims can be employed in this religious sector. The primary cause for the country‘s ills is corruption which is the fertile ground in which flourishes official loot- ing. While the locals taking advantage of the situation loot and plunder businesses, officialdom, from the top to the bottom, plunder and loot the public treasury. This is the cause for the dysfunction of every department and for the bankruptcy of the country. Only those who are gross- ly stupid attribute the mis- erable state of dysfunction of the country to the immigrants who in reality are an asset. In no way do they undermine the economy of the country. The Molvi Sahib has failed to apply his mind. His argu- ments are putridly spurious. His reference to borders, hos- pitals, census, schools, water, lights, municipal services, etc. are incoherent expressions of his incongruous understand- ing and idea of the reality of the massive corruption which has ruined the country. Now they want to assign the ruin to the one million immigrants who feature no where in this miserable equation. The miserable failure of hospitals, schools, municipals, is not to be blamed on the immigrants. Even minus the million immigrants, these in- stitutions will continue in the path of dysfunction. What will be the answer if the one (Continued from page 9) (Continued on page 11) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 11 million immigrants had to be born South Africans - born of South Africans, not of immi- grant parents? Will it be val- id to embark on anarchy to rid the country of one or two million of its inhabitants on the basis of the drunken belief that this small minority is the cause of the woes of the coun- try? Will the marches and the ensuing anarchy be said to have valid grounds? The Molvi Sahib has grievously erred in his under- standing of ‗valid‘ grounds for the anarchy which is de- stroying the country. Much can be expounded regarding the massive corruption and looting of officialdom from the top to the bottom. Howev- er, as far as Muslims are con- cerned, the concern should be with the primary cause of events. There are two causes for all occurrences: 1) The Primary Cause, namely Allah Ta‘ala 2) The secondary or osten- sible physical/material causes. The Molvi Sahib and all Muslims should be mainly concerned with the Primary Cause. That is: Allah Ta‘ala is the only One Who causes everything to happen regard- less of how infinitesimal it may be. The reasons for ca- lamities are known. Allah Ta‘ala has informed us via His Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Thus the reasons for the anarchy stated in the Qur‘aan and Hadith: “Fasaad (anarchy) has ap- peared on the land and ocean as a consequence of the perpetration of the hands of people………..” There are numerous Nusoos of the Qur‘aan and Hadith which explicitly state the reasons for calamities. But shaitaan has succeeded to divert Mus- lim focus from Allah Ta‘ala with phantoms and shadows. If anyone so desires to analyze the physical causes, then he should apply his brain constructively and pre- sent logical arguments which are plausible. He should not disgorge baseless bunkum as the Molvi Sahib has done. His argument, instead of bringing Muslims closer to Allah Ta‘ala, only makes them more oblivious of their own misdeeds and transgres- sions which are the causes for the calamities decreed by Al- lah Ta‘ala. (Continued from page 10) terfaith kufr plots of Iblees are deprived of the guidance of Allah Ta‘ala. Shaitaan is their guide. “How can Allah guide people who commit kufr after having accepted Imaan and after having testified that the Rasool is true, and that he has come to them with the Clear Signs (of Allah)? Allah does not guide people who are oppres- sive (they oppress themselves with kufr). In- deed, their Punishment is the Curse of Allah, His Malaaikah and mankind on them. There- in (in the Curse –Jahannam) will they dwell forever.” (Aal-e-Imraan, 86,87 & 88) (Continued from page 8) HIS DECREE ―Nothing, not an atom in the earth or in the heaven is hidden from your Rabb, and be it even something smaller or bigger (than an atom) but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab. (Qur‘aan) ANARCHY ―Fasaad (anarchy, strife, corruption) has ap- peared on earth and the ocean as a conse- quence of what the hands of people have perpetrated, so that He (Allah Ta‘ala) gives them to taste the consequences of some of the (evil deeds) which they have committed, for perhaps they may return (to Siraatul Mus- taqeem).‖ (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 12 When the nation of Nabi Nooh (Alayhis salaam) threat- ened to stone him for his proclamation of the Haqq, he challenged them and said: “O my people! If my stay (among you) and my remind- ing you of the Aayaat of Allah are abhorrent to you, then (know that) I repose trust on Allah. Therefore, you (all) with your forces should unite (against me). Then your plot should not be a secret and do not grant me any res- pite. Then do against me whatever you desire.” (Yoonus, Aayat 71) No one can harm anyone, least of all the sincere Serv- ants of Allah Ta‘ala. Whatev- er difficulty/hardship befalls anyone, whether he be pious or impious, is by the decree of Allah Ta‘ala, and the calam- ity will be to the degree of the decree. While the people of the dunya fear shadows and phantoms, the Men of Haqq fear none besides Allah Ta‘ala. With the focus on Al- lah, the barbarians of the dunya can harm us in no way whatsoever. If any calamity befalls us, it will be the con- sequence of our disobedience which invites the Punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Under- stand this well. “Verily conspiracies are from shaitaan to bring grief to the People of Imaan. (But their plots) to cause harm are futile except with the permission of Allah. Therefore the Mu‟minoon should repose tawakkul (trust) on Allah).” (Al-Mujaadalah, Aayat 10) Tawakkul on Allah is the ef- fect of obedience and ibaadat. When the Mu‘min develops genuine Tawakkul, he will fear no one, and he will un- derstand that whatever mis- fortune comes his way, is by the Will and Decree of Allah Ta‘ala. Thus, there is no co- nundrum for him in the up- heavals and developments in this dunya. All the conspira- cies and plots of the kuffaar are the inspirations of shai- taan. HATRED FOR THE KUFFAAR Q. To what extent is a Muslim supposed to hate non Mus- lims? The Hadith mentions that love should be for the sake of Allah and hatred should also be for His Sa- ke. Please explain. A. We are not commanded to hate anyone, not even the kuffaar. The kuffaar are in need of Da‘wat to save them from everlasting Jahannam. We hate their misdeeds and evil just as we hate the mis- deeds of Muslims. We should not despise even the kuffaar. No one knows who will leave this world with Imaan. However, it never means that we should compromise any aspect of Islam to please and bootlick the kuffaar. Be- friending them is haraam. Ab- stention from friendship does not mean that we hate them. Not hating them means that we should not harm them, have no malice for them and not to despise them. But it never means the mullock which today‘s bootlicking molvis propagate. Their con- cept means to bootlick the kuffaar, participate in their kufr interfaith plots, mingling with them, bringing them into the Musaajid, and in general to dilute the Shariah to ac- commodate the kuffaar. Such an attitude is haraam. RESPITE ―When We intend to destroy a town (city or country), We command the opulent ones of the town (i.e. give them res- pite). Thus do they indulge flagrantly in sin in the town. Then Our Decree (of Punish- ment) becomes justified for them. Then We utterly anni- hilate them.‖ (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) POWER “ALL POWER IS ONLY FOR ALLAH.” (Qur‟aan) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 13 Question: Is it permissible in terms of the Shariah to cele- brate „independence day‟? The 14th August is Paki- stan‟s day of independence. Answer Independence day celebra- tions are haraam. These cel- ebrations are accompanied by several haraam practices. Music, singing, intermingling of sexes and haraam vide- oing, pictography, television, flag-hoisting, fireworks, etc. are the incumbent ingredi- ents of this function. From whence did Muslims acquire this futile and haraam function? It is a west- ern custom which Muslims have lapped up. It is an act in emulation of the kuffaar. Tashabbuh (emulation) of kuffaar is haraam. In the fourteen century history of Islam, there never existed this western custom. Instead of emulating the Sunnah of the Khulafa-e-Rashideen, the moron regimes of Muslim countries have adopted all kuffaar customs and practic- es. In fact, they have abro- gated the Shariah and have substituted the Law of Allah Ta‘ala with the kuffaar con- cepts of democracy and the like which are all the law of Taaghoot. The hoisting of the national flag on independence day is an act of shirk. It is also a purely kuffaar act. The stu- pid flag-hoisting ceremony is followed by a stupid na- tional anthem which is like- wise in emulation of the western kuffaar – Yahood and Nasaara. “Celebratory events and festivities, ceremo- nies, parades, cultural events and patriotic songs” together with haraam fanfare are the shaitaani ingredients of inde- pendence day celebrations. There is nothing about Islam in these evil ways and func- tions. The moron masses display- ing the flag on their vehicles and homes are all in imitation of the western kuffaar. Salut- ing the tomb of Jinnah is a glaring act of shirk and kufr. The independence day cele- bration is haraam fisq, fujoor and kufr from beginning to end. Question The following are the com- ments of Mufti Taqi Sahib made on the occasion of Pa- kistan‟s independence day celebration in which Mufti Taqi also participates. Are his comments and participa- tion valid and permissible? ―What is the reason that we do not celebrate Eid Milad-un- Nabi (the Prophet‘s birthday), but we celebrate Pakistan Day – we celebrate Pakistan's Inde- pendence Day? So, I wish to clarify that there is no doubt whatsoever that in the history of this uni- verse, the grandest and most magnificent day was the one on which Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, sent Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) for the guidance of this uni- verse. There is no day greater in human history than the day he arrived. However, it is his very teaching, his Sunnah, and the practice of his devoted Com- panions (Sahaabah) that they never celebrated a specific day for the Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). If we were to start celebrating it, it would be an addition to the Deen. It would be an addition to the commands of the faith, and any addition to religious mat- ters is termed Bid'ah (religious innovation). As far as August 14th is concerned – regarding August 14th Independence Day – it is not a religious ceremony. It is not a religious gathering or a religious function; rather, it is a national event. It is celebrat- ed as national independence, as a symbol of freedom. No person who observes it does so by considering it a part of the faith or an integral component of the religion.‖ (End of Muf- ti Taqi‟s comment) ANSWER The independence day cele- bration is haraam. Mufti (Continued on page 14) “Who can help us against the Punishment of Allah when it overtakes us.” (Al-Mu‟min, Aayat 29) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 14 Hadhrat Hasan Basri (Rahmatullah alayh), the re- nowned Taabiee, said: “Verily, Al-Hajjaaj is from among the Punishments of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Therefore, do not confront the Punish- ment of Allah with the sword. On the contrary, confront it with Taubah and Humility.” Hajjaaj was extremely brutal. He had put to death thousands, including numer- ous Sahaabah. Despite his persecution and oppression, Hadhrat Hasan Basri (Rahmatullah alayh) advised abstention from reviling Haj- jaaj, and to turn unto Allah Ta‘ala with Taubah, Dua and Sabr. His Naseehat is in fact the Naseehat of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said that the hearts of the rulers are in the control of Allah Ta‘ala. When the peo- ple are evil then Allah Ta‘ala inflicts His punishment via oppressive rulers. Conversely, when the people are pious, Allah Ta‘ala appoints benev- olent and just rulers. Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your deeds are your rulers.” The rulers are in reality the reflection in the mirror of the people. The rulers will be as the people are. The solution for the Athaab (Punishment) of Al- lah Ta‘ala is only Inaabat Ilallaah – to turn to Allah Ta‘ala in repentance and obe- dience. The oppressive rulers are forms of Divine Punish- ment. The need is to placate Allah Ta‘ala, and this is not possible by confronting the Punishment with satanic stu- pidities acquired from the kuffaar. Hamas has dissolved its government and has agreed to disarm. In fact, it has been rendered impotent. In so do- ing it has disgracefully sub- mitted to Trump‘s appointed Board of Peace – so-called peace. More oppression dis- guised as peace. The dissolution of Hamas is a humiliating defeat. Hamas has been defeated because the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal cannot be thwarted. Allah Ta‘ala has withheld His aid and has abandoned Hamas and the Palestinians. They have been abandoned by Al- lah Ta‘ala as a punishment for their abandonment of the Deen. There is very little of Is- lam in the Palestinians. Fisq, Fujoor and Kufr are their lifestyle as well as the life- style of the vast majority of the Ummah world-wide. They have pummelled the Shariah, hence they are being pummelled by the Yahood who are the Azaab of Allah Ta‘ala. Allah Ta‘ala warns the Ummah: “If Allah aids you, then there is no one who can de- (Continued on page 15) SIN & TRANSGRESSION ―You will see numerous among them hastening in sin and transgression, and in de- vouring haraam. Indeed, evil is their perpetration.‖ (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 62) Taqi‘s participation is haraam. His participation does not render the haraam into halaal. His comments pertain- ing to the Bid‘ati custom of ‗Eid Milaad-e-Nabi‘, are a red herring to detract the minds from the haraam inde- pendence day celebrations and ceremonies. While he commented on the Bid‘ati custom of cele- brating the birthday of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), he maintains a haraam silence regarding the multitude of haraam acts asso- ciated with the kuffaar inde- pendence day celebrations. He should shame himself for betraying Islam in such a dis- gusting manner. (Continued from page 13) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 15 Question On women‟s day, President Ramaphosa spoke out against the Taliban. He de- scribed the Shariah law in Afghanistan as a „cruel ideol- ogy‟. The South African Mus- lim Council, a member of UUCSA, said on Facebook that „our community unequiv- ocally rejects transitional mil- itant networks, including the Taliban.” What is the status of such Muslims? Also com- ment on Ramaphosa‟s re- marks regarding the Taliban. Answer Commenting on the ludicrous criticism of Ramaphosa is futile and uncalled for. He is not a Muslim. He knows noth- ing of Islam and he does not have the haziest idea of the Shariah ideology of the Tali- ban, which he had so unjust- ly described as a ‗cruel ideol- ogy‘. He has miserably failed to apply his mind, hence he simply disgorged whatever he deemed would be palata- ble for the women. If Mr.Ramaphosa looks se- riously at South Africa being the number one crime-ridden country in the world, then he may understand the cruel ide- ology of South African socie- ty. In South Africa according to the government‘s own sta- tistics at least 15 women are murdered daily. Then there are the murders of men, the crimes of rape, robberies, hi- jackings, kidnapping and nu- merous other acts of vile fel- ony. All of these satanic deeds confirm the cruel ideology of the country of which Rama- phosa is the president. So, Mr.Ramaphosa should first institute valid measures to rid the country from the worst kinds of felony before point- ing a miserable finger of false accusation at the Taliban who are today the noblest of all regimes. In contrast, since the Tali- ban have assumed control of Afghanistan not a single woman was murdered. There is no crime in Afghanistan. Everyone is safe. Afghanistan is the safest country in the world, and to HELL with what the enemies of Islam have to say. Those who despite profess- ing to be Muslims, but con- demn the Shariah stance and rule of the Taliban are in fact Murtaddeen. They are the bootlickers of the kuffaar, hence they deem it impera- tive to appease the western kuffaar – the Yahood, Nasaara and their followers – by singing the kufr songs of the enemies of Allah Ta‘ala – the enemies of Islam. The Muslim entities which the miserable Murtaddeen term ‗transitional militant net- works‘, are the Reciters of the Kalimah Shahaadat. They are of the Ummah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). There is Najaat (Salvation) for them in the Aakhirah whereas there is everlasting perdition in Hell-Fire for the kuffaar of all hues and per- suasion. These Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen excel in the dis- gusting, humiliating art of bootlicking. They are among the worst fence-sitters. They are spineless copro creatures created to be fuel for Jahan- nam. That is why they are experts in bootlicking the kuffaar, and in condemning (Continued on page 16) THE HAQQ “Allah establishes the Haqq with His Word even though the criminals abhor it.” (Yunoos, Aayat 82) feat you. But if He abandons you, then who is there who can aid you after this (after His abandonment)?” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 160) The Qur‘aan repeatedly says that Allah is with the Muttaqeen. His aid is for the Muttaqeen, not for those who bootlick the kuffaar. Hamas had abrogated the Shariah when Allah Ta‘ala had be- stowed to it power to rule. Since it has treasonously turned its back on the Deen, Allah Ta‘ala snatched away the power He had granted, and now Allah Ta‘ala has substituted that power with humiliation and defeat. (Continued from page 14) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 16 Bogus uucsa, in its insane bootlicking endeavour – boot- licking the kuffaar - alleges: “South Africa operates as a constitutional democracy with a secular governance frame- work that guarantees freedom of religion……” The claim that the South African government in terms of its constitution guarantees religious freedom is a mam- moth and a grotesque LIE. Since the uucsa copro charac- ters are munaafiqeen and murtaddeen they do not have the haziest idea of the mean- ing of ‗freedom of religion‘ which they so monotonously pipe to appease the political leaders whose boots they are so obsequiously and dis- gracefully licking. Muslims who have an un- derstanding of Islam know that the claim of freedom of religion is a farce. There is no such freedom in a kuffaar dis- pensation. Freedom to say ritual prayers is not to be equated with freedom of reli- gion. Muslims are prevented by this so-called ―constitutional democracy‖ from practicing the tenets of the Shariah. The only ‗freedom‘ permitted is to ex- ecute ritual prayers. The courts have the power to override the Shariah, and this is particularly and harsh- ly directed to the matrimoni- al affairs of the Muslim com- munity. Muslims are prevent- ed by this ‗constitutional de- mocracy‘ to govern their lives in accordance with the Shari- ah. What kind of freedom of religion is this deception? Excreting some more mullock, the bogus uucsa enti- ty said: “…..it is critical to contexualize Islam within the broader framework of Abra- hamic traditions.” Islam is the Final and the Most Perfect Deen of Allah Ta‘ala. There is no need, least of all the hallucinated ‗critical‘ need to ‗contextualize‘ Islam within any framework of any concept whatsoever. Whatever there exist today of the so-called ‗Abrahamic traditions‘, which are the ba- sis which Mr.Trump & Co. have forged for elimination of Islam under the camouflage of the interfaith conspiracy, is KUFR. The ‗traditions‘ which the interfaith Satanists are proffering are KUFR de- signed for the eradication of Islam. The kufr traditions diaboli- cally termed ‗Abrahamic tra- ditions‘ are not part of Millat- e-Ibraaheem which the Qur‘aan upholds and com- mends. The first and fore- most of the Traditions of the Millat-e-Ibraaheem is Tau- heed, and this is the very fundamental on which the Sha- riah of Islam is based and which all the kuffaar reject and denounce. They do not subscribe to any of the Is- lamic traditions of Nabi Ib- raaheem (Alayhis salaam). There is nothing Islamic about the ‗traditions‘ which the interfaithers describe falsely as ‗Abrahamic‘. Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) was the enemy of all religions and all ideologies besides Is- lam. Never is it valid nor logical to proffer his name for any interfaith event. Con- firming and expounding the Tradition of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam), The Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Verily, for you (Muslims) there is a beautiful pattern of life in Ibraaheem and those with him. Remember when he said to his people: „Verily, we have dissociated from you and (Continued on page 17) the Proclaimers of Tauheed. It is absolutely imperative for Muslims – true Muslims – to understand that the worse scoundrel Muslim who may be the worst criminal on earth, is by Allah Azza Wa Jal infinitely better and no- bler than the ‗best‘ non- Muslim philantropher, and humanitarian worker. By Al- lah, he is a treasonous rebel because of his KUFR while the inveterate Muslim sinner is a slave of Allah, albeit dis- obedient, but not a rebel. And, that is by virtue of his IMAAN. (Continued from page 15) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 17 ‗Abrahamic Accord‘ platforms are conspiracies of the Ya- hood and Nasaaraa. The de- ception is in the selection of the name of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). This decep- tion is to beguile ignorant Muslims, and to ensnare them into the web of kufr. The interfaith attempt using the name ‗Abraham‘ is noth- ing new. During the time of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) the Jews and the Christians claimed that Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) belonged to their faith. Allah Ta‘ala then revealed the verse: “Ibraaheem was neither a Ya- hoodi nor a Nasraani. On the contrary, he was a Haneef and a Muslim. Never was he of the Mushrikeen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 67) Only Muslims are associat- ed with Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). He was the enemy of all those who re- jected the Tauheed of Islam. Thus, the attempt to use his name to bolster the interfaith ideology is a sinister plot of shaitaan. Confirming that only Muslims are related to Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam), the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Verily, those who are the closest to Ibraaheem are those who follow him, and this Nabi and those who have Imaan. Allah is the Friend of the Mu‟mineen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 68) * Keep association with the public in general, and with the wealthy in particular, at a min- imum, otherwise they will la- bour under the notion that you are expecting some worldly gain from them. * Refrain from frequenting the market-places, shops and eating in the street. * Abstain from debating with laymen and people of lowly intellect. * Laugh very little, for laugh- ter corrodes the heart. * Whatever activity you em- bark on, do it with dignity and peacefully. * When walking in the road, do not look hither and thither. * Be independent in all things, even during poverty. * Always bear in mind taqwa and honesty. * When the Athaan is sound- ed, immediately prepare to go to the Musjid. * Keep a few fasts every month. * Do not omit on any day Tilaawat of the Qur‘aan Majeed. * Abstain totally from play and amusement. * Conceal the faults of your neighbour. * Beware of the people of bid‘ah. * Be constant in Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahy Anil Munkar (Commanding righteousness and prohibiting evil). from (the idols) you worship besides Allah. We have re- jected you, and there has openly surfaced enmity and hatred forever between ourselves and your- selves until (such time) that you believe in The One Allah (Tauheed) …” (Al-Mumtahinah, Aayat 4) Nabi Ibraaeem (Alayhis sa- laam) stood in glaring oppo- sition to whatever these in- terfaithers are propounding in his name from their satanic ‗abaraham accord‘ platforms. Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis sa- laam) was not an interfaither. The Qur‘aan Majeed states in this regard: “Ibraaheem was neither a Yahoodi nor a Nasraani. On the contrary, he was a Haneef and a Muslim. Never was he of the Mushrikeen.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aaayat 67) Whatever the uucsa charac- ter was attempting to propa- gate is pure bunkum and kufr which the Qur‘aan vigorously refutes. (Continued from page 16) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 18 After Hadhrat Daawood Taai (Rahmatullah alayh) had of- fered some naseehat to the Khalifah Haroon Rashid, he (the Khalifah ) asked if he had any need: ―Yes, I want you to bring for me a bag of flour which you should carry on your head.‖ Surprised at this queer request, Haroon Ra- shid said: ―I shall bring it dur- ing the night time.‖ Hadhrat Daawood: ―No, bring it during the day time.‖ Khalifah: ―Alright, I shall bring it via the wilderness route (i.e. not through the main road where the public would see him).‖ Hadhrat Daawood: ―No, bring it during the daytime on your head via the main road through the marketplace.‖ Haroon Rashid remained si- lent. He did not comment fur- ther. This request posed an ex- tremely difficult problem for the king. Hadhrat Daawood Taai then commented: ―I have no need for the flour. I wanted to test you. You have unhesi- tatingly assumed the burden of the entire Ummah on your head, but you are unable to carry a tiny bag of flour on your head!‖ Understanding the fearful implications of Hadhrat Daa- wood‘s admonition, the Kha- lifah broke down into tears. He had brought with him a bag of pearls, diamonds and gold coins which he left at the feet of Hadhrat Daawood. He then departed sobbing. After his departure, Hadhrat Daawood Taai (rahmatullah alayh) threw the bag outside, scattering the contents in the alleyway as if these precious stones and gold were pebbles and stones. He commented: ―All of this is the dunya, and I am a Faqeer for the sake of Allah Ta‘ala. There is no relationship between the Faqeer and the dunya.‖ Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had said: “Poverty is my pride.” This noble ‗pride‘ of Is- tighna (Independence) radiated from Hadhrat Daawood Taai (rahmatullah alayh). On the Day of Qiyaamah kings, rulers and leaders will understand the calamity of leadership and rulership. They will wish that they never should have been kings, kha- lifahs and rulers. ALLAH’S ATHAAB Regarding His Punishment, Allah Ta‘ala says: “Beware of a Punishment (Fitnah) which will not be restricted to only the trans- gressors among you. Know that verily Allah is severe in Punishment.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 25) The Ulama and Buzrugs who abandon Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar, those who socialize with the flagrant transgressors – those who attend and participate in the haraam functions of the fussaaq and fujjar will also be taken in the grasp of the Pun- ishment of Allah Ta‘ala. Hadhrat Jareer Bin Abdul- lah (Radhiyallahu anhu) nar- rated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When the people in a community do not restrain fla- grant sinners despite having the ability, Allah Ta‟ala will afflict them with a universal punishment.” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) also said: “Continue to practice Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahy Anil Munkar otherwise Allah will afflict you with His Athaab. You will then make dua, but Allah will not accept.” IT IS ALLAH’S EARTH “Say (O Muhammad!): „O Al- lah! Maalikal Mulk (i.e. King and Owner of the entire earth, sovereignty and pow- er)! You bestow Mulk (country/sovereignty/ domination) to whomever You will, and You snatch away Mulk from whomever You will. You grant honour to whomever You will, and You disgrace whomever You will. In Your Hand is all goodness. Verily, You are All-Powerful over all things.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) “Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He grants it (its con- trol) to whomever He will from His servants.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aaayat 128) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 19 “No person will believe (accept Imaan) except with the permission of Allah. And, Allah casts filth (kufr) upon those who have no intelligence.” (Yoonus, Aayat 100) Imaan is the effect of hidaayat (guidance) from Al- lah Ta‘ala. If Allah does not guide a person, never will he accept Imaan. While we are commanded to engage in Da‘wat and Tableegh, we must understand that a kaafir‘s acceptance of Imaan and a Muslim‘s reformation are not the consequences of our efforts. Emphasizing this fact, Allah Ta‘ala says to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): “Verily you (O Muhammad!) cannot guide those whom you love. But Allah guides whomever He wills, and He knows best who are to be guided.” (Qur‟aan) Only if hidaayat is be- stowed by Allah Ta‘ala will a person‘s heart and brain open to understand and to ac- cept Imaan. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “If your Rabb had willed, then assuredly all on earth would believe (and become Muslims).” (Qur‟aan) While we should continue with Da‘wat and Tableegh, we should not gain the base- less idea that the guidance of others is the product of our efforts. This is a great defect in the Tabligh Jamaat. They believe that the destiny of mankind is in their power. They should reflect much on several Aayaat of the Qur‘aan Majeed in which Allah Ta‘ala mildly reprimands our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) for his grief. He would grieve when people rebuffed his Da‘wat and Tableegh. “If their rejection (of Imaan) is grievous for you (O Muhammad!), then if you are able then search for a tunnel into the earth or for a ladder (to mount) into the sky to bring forth a miracle (to convince) them of (the veraci- ty) of it (i.e. Imaan). If Allah had willed, He would have gathered them all on hidaayat (guidance). Therefore, never be among the ignorant ones.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 35) In this Verse Allah Ta‘ala dismissed the demand of the Mushrikeen for miracles. If Allah Ta‘ala had willed, en- tire mankind would have been Mu‘min. No one can fathom the secrets and mys- teries of Allah Ta‘ala. He does as He wills. Only those for whom Imaan has been decreed will be Mu‘min. EXPOSE THE DEVIATES Imaam Abu Hanifah (rahmatullah alayh) advising his Student, Imaam Abu Yusuf (rahmatullah alayh), said: ―If anyone innovates a bid‘ah in the Shariah, public- ly expose his error to prevent others from following him regardless of the rank and sta- tus of the innovator or wheth- er he is associated with the government. In the proclama- tion of the Haqq, Allah Ta‘ala is your Helper. He safeguards His Deen. DECEPTION “This worldly life is nothing but provisions of deception.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 185) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The dunya is jeefah (carrion).” Allah Ta‘ala has created us for the everlasting life of the Aakhirah. This worldly life is short, extremely short and carrion. Do not indulge in the accumulation of so much car- rion that your spiritual con- stitution putrefies. Then the faculties of the Rooh will cease operating. Thus, this perishable world of jeefah will become your objective. The eyes will then open only at the time of Maut. But then it will be too late. “The physical eyes are not blind. But the Hearts within the breast are blind.” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 20 (RADHIYALLAHU ANHU) The notorious tyrant Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf of Iraq sent his po- lice to arrest Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (rahmatullah alayh). By this time the tyrant had already slaughtered 120,000 Muslims among whom were numerous Sahaa- bah. Hadhrat Saeed was taken into custody from Makkah Muakarramah. Along the jour- ney to Iraq, at nightfall, the party halted for the night at a place in close proximity to a Christian church. The priest from the church came out and warned them of a lion and li- oness which roamed around the precincts late at night. He proposed that they spend the night in the church. While the policemen happily accepted the offer, Hadhrat Saeed (rahmatullah alayh) said: ―I shall not seek refuge in the premises of the kuffaar. Allah suffices for me.‖ Late at night while Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair was engag- ing in Salaat, the lioness ap- peared and stood nearby ob- serving the scene. When Ha- dhrat Saeed went into Sajdah, the lioness gently licked his feet. Soon the male lion ap- peared and stood nearby as if on guard. Meanwhile the Christian priest was struck by wonder viewing this miracu- lous scene. The policemen too were astonished. The priest embraced Islam. Although the policemen expressed their pro- found regret, they were over- whelmed by the fear of Haj- jaaj. Finally they delivered Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair to Hajjaaj. After a lengthy interro- gation and fearless response by Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (rahmatullah alayh), he was put to death. Just prior to his death, Hadhrat Jubair suppli- cated to Allah Ta‘ala: ―O Al- lah! After me, do not allow Hajjaaj power to kill anyone.‖ This Dua was accepted. For as long as Hajjaaj lived thereaf- ter, he was unable to kill any- one. He died in great agony. After the murder of Hadhrat Saeed, Hajjaaj lamented that every night when he wanted to sleep, an apparition of Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (rahmatullah alayh) would appear and vio- lently tug his legs. Thus per- ished the tyrant suffering and deranged by fear. THE ENEMIES Hadhrat Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) said to his people: “Verily, you and your forefa- thers are my enemies, Except Rabbul Aalameen Who has created me….” (Ash-Shu‟raa, Aayat 77) The kuffaar and the mush- rikeen are the enemies of Is- lam. They harbour an inveter- ate hatred for Muslims. Therefore the Qur‘aan com- mands us to abstain from cul- tivating any friendship with them. Our Friend is only Al- lah Ta‘ala. Allah Ta‘ala says: “O People of Imaan! If you follow the kuffaar, they will turn you on to your heels (to abandon (your Imaan). Then you will become the losers.” In fact, your Friend is Allah, and He is the best of helpers. (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayats 149 & 150) THE QABR Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Whoever remembers the Qabr (grave), will find it to be a garden from the Gar- dens of Jannat, and whoever forgets the Qabr, will find it to be a pit from the Pits of Jahannam.” LITTLE PROVISION “Do not allow the strutting of the kuffaar in the cities to cast you into deception. It (the dunya) is a little provision. Then their abode Will be Jahannam. Indeed it is a vile abode.” (Qur‟aan) Muslims should not be awed by the technological progress and possessions of the kuffaar. Their ultimate destination is Jahannam. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 21 Istikhfaaf is to trivialize any act of the Deen. It means to regard anything of Islam to be insignificant Consider an act such as consuming marrow (dodi). Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) loved eating marrow. Once Imaam Abu Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh) whilst giving dars of Hadith, said: “Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) loved eat- ing dubbaa‟ (marrow).” A man interjected and said: “I don‟t like it.” Imaam Abu Yusuf ordered the man to be executed. However, the man immediately made Taubah and recited Kalimah Shahaadat. (Al-Urfush-Shazi of Allaamah Kashmiri) What is the Fiqhi rule per- taining to eating dubbaa‟? If someone does not like dub- baa‟, is he to be executed? What is the Fiqhi category for refraining from eating dubbaa‟? Is it a Kabeerah sin or a Sagheerah sin or Makrooh Tahrimi or Makrooh Tanzihi? Eating dubbaa‟ is permis- sible. Abstention from it is not at all sinful. If someone eats it with the intention that it was loved by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), he will be rewarded. But there is no sin for not eating dub- baa‟. What then had inflamed Imaam Abu Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh) so much that he ordered the execution of the man? It was the atti- tude of Istikhfaaf which is kufr. So beware of this atti- tude which effaces Imaan. Despite the danger of the li- ons, Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (Rahmatullah alayh) refused the offer of spending the night in the church. The offer was made by the priest who was concerned with the safety of Hadhrat Jubair. However, Ha- dhrat Jubair (Rahmatullah alayh), this illustrious Taabi- ee declined the offer. He com- mented: “ I shall not seek ref- uge in the abode (the church) of the kuffaar.” His attitude of aversion for the church which is an abode of shirk and kufr, is a lesson and an admonition for mis- creant molvis, sheikhs and so- called buzrugs who have be- come bedfellows with priests, pundits and swamis. Their association and fraterni- zation with the priests/ pundits of kufr and shirk have degenerated to such vile and deplorable levels that performing Salaat in a church, praying and supplicating un- der crosses in churches, visit- ing Hindu temples awash with idols of shirk, inviting priests and pundits to lecture in Musjids, visiting churches and temples, etc. have be- come not only tolerable, but the norm. This indeed is a fearful commentary of the state of Imaan of these hypocrites turned ‗reverends, pundits and swaamis‘ in the Muslim com- munity. In fact, it testifies for the effacement of Imaan. The consequence of their inclina- tion towards kufr and shirk is the eradication of their Imaan. Thus, Allah Ta‘ala warns: “Do not incline to the oppres- sors (mushrikeen/kuffar), for then the Fire (of Jahannam) will reach you, then for you there will be no protectors besides Allah. Then you will not be helped.” (Hood, Aayat 113) In the Tafseer of this Aayat is mentioned: ―This Aayat prohibits all forms of inclin- ing towards the ways and customs of the Kuffaar. Who- ever inclines towards them and adopts their customs/ practices will be punished in Jahannam. One will become just as them by associating with Kuffaar and irreligious people. The one who associ- ates with them will join them in Jahannam. Emulating the kuffaar in dress, mannerisms and the like indicates strong inclination towards them. This inclination is strictly prohibit- ed.‖ The inclination to tolerate even their acts of kufr and shirk, and to be at home in even their churches and tem- ples of kufr and shirk is un- doubtedly the consequence of lack of Imaan. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 22 During the Khilaafat of Ha- roon Rashid there was a young Aalim who was extreme in Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahy Anil Munkar (Commanding right- eousness and prohibiting evil). His attitude was determined by the Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam): ―Never permit the fear of peo- ple to prevent you from pro- claiming the Haqq when you are aware of it.‖ Regardless of who the wrongdoer was, this young Aalim would not be deterred from admonishing him, be the transgressor the ruler. One day in his wa‟z (lecture) he severe- ly criticized and admonished the Khalifah Haroon Rashid. The Khalifah was greatly of- fended and angry. He ordered the young man to be imprisoned in a window- less dungeon. After enclosing him in the dungeon, even the door was sealed. The plan was that the young man should per- ish in great suffering. Someone reported to the Khalifah that the young Aalim was seen walking in a certain orchard. Haroon Rashid had him apprehended and brought to him. The Khalifah asked: ―Who released you?‖ The Aalim: ―The One who admit- ted me to the orchard.‖ The Khalifah: ―Who admitted you to the orchard?‖ The Aalim: ―The One who released me from the prison.‖ The Khalifah said: ―This is wonderful.‖ The Aalim: ―Which act of your Rabb is not wonderful?‖ Haroon Rashid was over- come with remorse. He sobbed profusely. He presented many gifts to the young Aalim and ordered that he be mounted on a royal horse and be honoura- bly paraded through the streets with a proclaimer announcing: ―Allah has honoured this serv- ant. Haroon Rashid wanted to humiliate him, but he was con- strained to honour him.‖ A tyrannical king in bygone times was captured in war. His captives enclosed him in a large urn and lit a fire under it to roast him alive. The king shocked with fear and horror, called out and prayed inside the pot to his idols. There was no answer to his desperate cries and prayers. When he lost all hope, a window of guidance opened up in his heart, and he called the One Creator, Allah Ta‘ala. He called to Allah Ta‘ala to save him. Allah Ta‘ala ordered the rain and the wind to go to his aid. A torrent of rain extin- guished the fire and cooled the urn. The strong gust of wind uplifted the urn and deposited in a distant land. When the in- trigued inhabitants opened the urn they were astounded to see a man inside. The king ex- plained his story. All the in- habitants of the region, who were idolaters, abandoned their false religion and accepted the belief of the Oneness of Allah Ta‘ala. (RASULULLAH- SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi Wasallam) during his Mara- dhul Maut (Last illness) or- dered the Sahaabah: “Expel the Yahood and Nasaara from the Arabian Peninsula.” The Khilaafate of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu was a brief two and half year period in which many battles were fought, hence Ameerul Mu‘mneen was unable to ex- ecute the last command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). This Wasiyyat of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was fulfilled by Ameerul Mu‘mneen Hadhrat Umar Bin Khattaab (Radhiyallahu anhu). When he took over the reins of Khilaafate, he dispatched Ya‘la Bin Umayya (Radhiyallahu anhu) to give effect to the command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The command (Continued on page 24) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 23 The Hindus of Ajmer had blockaded the way to the dam to prevent the companions of Hadhrat Mueenuddin Chishti from obtaining water. Hadhrat Mueenuddin instructed one of mureeds to silently creep to the dam and fill a jug with the dam‘s water. As soon as the mureed had filled the jug, the entire dam dried up. It appeared as there never had been water in the dam. Hadhrat Mueenuddin and his companions used the water of the jug. As soon as some water was used, the jug would miraculously fill up again. Thus the quantity of water in the jug remained constant. Meanwhile the inhabitants of the locality who were depend- ent on the dam for their needs were suffering. The yogee, Jaypaal who was India‘s most famous sor- cerer had been called by the Rajah (Hindu king) to neutral- ize and expel Hadhrat Mueenuddin. When he real- ized his inability and impoten- cy in opposing Hadhrat Mueenuddin he went to Ha- dhrat and said: ―The people are dying of thirst. A Faqeer should be a source of comfort for people. Why do you cause suffering to them. A Faqeer should benefit the people.‖ Hadhrat Mueenuddin in- structed his mureed to empty the jug in the dry dam. As soon as the jug was emptied, the dam filled up and flowed strongly. Miraculously the whole dam was transferred in- to the jug. This is the Qudrat of Allah Ta‘ala. On the occasion when Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) was appointed the Nabi, Allah Ta‘ala commanded him to go to Fir‘oun. Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) expressed fear. Allah Ta‘ala said to him: “Do not fear. Verily, I am with you both (Nabi Musa and Nabi Haaroon). I hear and I see.” That is: Fir‘oun will not be able to harm you in any way because My protection will be with you. Allah Azza Wa Jal Who had protected Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) from the tyranny of Fir‘oun and Who had granted the wonderful victories in wars to the Sa- haabah, exists today. He hears and He sees. Allah Ta‘ala is Samee’ (He hears). He is Baseer (He sees). He is Qadeer He is All-Powerful). He is Aleem (He is aware). Allah Azza Wa Jal sees and hears what is happening in Palestine and all over the world. Allah Ta‘ala has all the power to eliminate the en- emy. But He does not aid the Palestinians. He is allow- ing the genocide and the op- pression to continue because in reality He is inflicting pun- ishment on the evil, rebel- lious Muslims who have abandoned the Deen. The Qur‘aan Majeed re- peatedly says that ―Allah is with the Muttaqeen‖, and that His aid is for the Muttaqeen. Since the Palestinians have abandoned the Shariah, Allah Ta‘ala has abandoned them. Allah Azza Wa Jal is punish- ing them. The Athaab of Al- lah Azza Wa Jal will run its divinely prescribed course. The Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal is in the form of America and Israel. “If Allah helps you, no one can defeat you. If He aban- dons you, then who is there to help you besides Allah?” (Qur‟aan) There is no one to help the Palestinians. They are look- ing pitifully at the western kuffaar for aid, but it is not forthcoming. And never shall it be coming because what they are experiencing is the Athaab of Allah. But they remain spiritually blind. Their Imaan has been practically extinguished. Now they are seeking enemies, phantoms and spiders to befriend them. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 83 Page 24 Q. Tariq Masood of Paki- stan has praised an inter- faith „Salaat‟. Deobandis, Barelwis, Qadianis, Shiahs and even a Hindu pundit participated. Please read his speech and comment in the light of the Shariah. Are his comments regarding harmony and co-existence valid? A. The Deen nowadays is the handmaid of political pol- icies and worldly agendas. Coexistence and living in harmony with non- Muslims do not require com- promise of any hukm of the Shariah. But nowadays the molvis are generally the agents of Iblees, hence they compromise the Shariah to bootlick the kuffaar. While some points in the molvi‘s speech are val- id, the compromise on Shar‘i masaa-il is haraam. The Deen should never be subjugated to political policies. Rigid adherence to the Shariah does not create dis- harmony. Our best examples are the Sahaabah. Insha-Allah, we shall publish a detailed comment on the ghutha the fellow has disgorged. demanded that not a Yahoodi nor a Nasraani should be left in the land of Arabia. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) dispatching Ya‘la Bin Umayya towards Yemen in- structed him to expel the Christians of Najraan. The terms of expulsion were: The Nasaara had to mi- grate and would not be al- lowed to remain in Arabia. They had to go to the Land of Shaam. They would be recom- pensed in Shaam with bet- ter and more fertile land. They would not be mo- lested in any way whatso- ever. The entire Arabia is supposed to be for only Muslims. There is no place for the kuffaar in Arabia. This prohi- bition is not restricted to the Haram of Makkah and Madi- nah. The prohibition extends to the entire Arabian Peninsu- la. However, what is the position today? The kuffaar regime of Saudi Arabia has welcomed all the kuffaar of the world, including the Hindu idol- worshippers. All kuffaar and mushrikeen have free access to enter even the Harams of Makkah and Madinah which are being converted into tour- ist spots for the kuffaar. That is why this process has been initiated with the establish- ment of twelve cinemas in Madinah Munawwarah. In addition to cinemas, wide avenues for immorality, pros- titution, liquor, gambling, etc. have been opened in Arabia to accommodate all the kuffaar filth of the world, es- pecially the American and European Yahood and Nasaara. It is this betrayal of Allah Ta‘ala and Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) by the regimes in all Muslim lands which has led to the humiliation, defeat and suffer- ing of the Ummah. This entire Ummah has become the boot- lickers of the kuffaar. (Continued from page 22) HIS APPREHENSION “If Allah had to apprehend (with His punishment) the people On account of their (evil) perpetration, He would not leave On the surface of the earth even a single animal. However, He grants them respite until an appointed time. When their Appointed time arrives. (When that moment arrives, they Will be swiftly apprehended by the Athaab.) Verily, Allah Sees His servants.” (Faatir, Aayat 45)
"There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them." (Hadith) KUFFAAR YAHOOD DESECRATION "A mob of 169 Israeli settlers have stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, heavily protected by Israeli forces, the Palestinian Wafa news agency has reported, citing the Jerusalem Governorate. After entering through Bab al-Maghariba, the settlers performed Talmudic prayer rituals in the mosque's courtyards. Non-Muslims are permitted to visit the Al-Aqsa compound, but performing prayers is not allowed under a 1967 status quo agreement governing the site. Radical settler groups have called on their supporters to participate en masse in incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque under the pretext of celebrating the Jewish New Year. Israeli authorities use Jewish holidays to close roads and impose severe restrictions on the movement of Palestinians across the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, Wafa reported." As painful as it may be for Muslims to stand as silent impotent observers to view the desecration of Musjidul Aqsa, it is not at all surprising. The first to desecrate the sanctity of the Musaajid all over the world are Muslims themselves. The very first Right of the Musjid, viz. Jamaat Salaat by the community, is not validly fulfilled by Muslims. Then among the worse acts of desecration is providing the Musjid as platforms for kuffaar to enter and pontify their muck and mullock to Muslims who sit like miserable mice listening to what the enemies of Allah have to pontify to them. When Muslims desecrate the sanctity of the Musaajid then Allah Ta'ala, in order to punish Muslims, imposes the chastisement of kuffaar domination. Then the kuffaar are allowed by Allah Ta'ala to forcefully and barbarically penetrate into the Musaajid to desecrate and destroy. Referring to kuffaar desecrating the Musaajd, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "When the first of the two Promises materialized, We sent against you (Bani Israaeel, the Muslim Ummah of that time) such of our Servants (the kuffaar idol-worshippers) who were powerful in war. They penetrated the homes, and it was a promise (of punishment of Allah) which was fulfilled. Then when the second Promise arrived so that they (the kuffaar) could disfigure your faces and so that they may enter the Musjid (that is, Musjidul Aqsa) as they had entered the first time and so that they may n utterly destroy everything they overran." (Bani Isaaeel 5 – 7) Thus, the primary cause for the kuffaar imposing their domination over Muslims and desecrating Musjidul Aqsa is the villainy, evil, treachery, fisq, fujoor and kufr of Muslims. It is the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. "Regarding the current situation with foreigners in South Africa, a Moulana has made some comments in a public bayaan. Below is a transcript. Please see if the comments are correct. Jazakallah" The Molvi Sahib's Comments "What we're concentrating on is that the people from other countries, from the Continent of Africa, they are being targeted, that they must leave the country. And as I explained that we can't see the cry of the man who is at the very low end, who is just making ends meet or not making ends meet. We cannot understand their cry. So they have got a valid cry that, look, the president or the government or the officials at the borders or whoever it is, is to blame. People are just walking in and this is causing takleef in the country. Now you'll get some people, they say: "But who made these borders?" So if you don't believe in the borders, then why did you come through the border? So when it suited you to come through the border — and you get some people, they say: "No, Islam doesn't doesn't recognize borders. There's no such thing as borders. This is all man-made and everything." So that that is a valid point. But now, you can't undo that. These borders are already there. The people that came into the country, they came in through those very borders, so they acknowledge those borders. So anyway, they came in. Now they're just coming in numbers and numbers and numbers, and this is giving takleef to the local people. They say that we are not getting jobs. The hospitals are overtaxed. The government resources are getting overtaxed. And now we're in a problem here. So they have got a valid cry. We don't deny that cry. For example, if I gave you Da'wat, I gave you an invitation to my house. So I told you, "You can bring three people and come." Right? Come three people, come for meals. That the country does a census, they do a poll, they do a headcount–hm, in our language they'll call it all different, different things. And they know, like, okay, there's so many people living here, so for this many people we need that many clinics, we need that many hospitals, we need that many schools, we need that many...... And now you get thousands of people that come away there, unregistered. We're not talking about those that are coming legally, they're registering. Unregistered, totally unregistered, and they're staying away there. Now definitely, it's going to take a strain on their resources, right? Because they are undocumented. Nobody knows that they are there. But they want to use the hospital, they want to use the school, they want to use the municipal water, they want to use the lights, everything. But they're undocumented, they're not counted for. Mhmm. So it's going to cause a strain on the country and on the people of the country. So we're not down there at that end of the ladder to experience that, so that's why it doesn't hurt us too much. But the people who are there, they're feeling the pinch. So that's why they're getting frustrated and they're making a cry. Now whoever is manipulating that cry, if there is anybody, that's there to be seen. Right? But there is a valid cry." (End of the Molvi's view) OUR COMMENT The honourable Molvi Sahib has completely misunderstood the situation. His understanding is not at all valid. Firstly, at the outset it is necessary for Muslims to understand that the anarchy and whatever is happening are by the decree of Allah Ta'ala. All calamities according to the Qur'aan and Hadith are the consequences of the evil and villainy of the people. Shaitaan has succeeded in diverting our attention from our own evil thereby making us oblivious of our own Islaah (reformation) which is the only solution for the acquisition of the aid of Allah Ta'ala. While almost all of us are erroneously attributing the actual cause to the Zionists, America and Israel, the Molvi Sahib has erred to a greater level by apportioning the blame to the immigrants who have settled in the country. He has in entirety deleted Allah Ta'ala from the equation, hence he has failed to understand even the worldly asbaab (causes) for the anarchy. The Molvi's apportioning the blame on the immigrants is putrid and baseless. Even from the material/mundane/ worldly perspective it is absolutely a gross misunderstanding to believe that the influx of immigrants is the cause or the anarchy. His reading of the situation is highly erroneous. Never can the anarchy be justified. His understanding that the locals have a valid cause for the anarchy is in fact the effect of the anarchical functioning of the brain. The causes he has proffered are completely spurious. Even from the purely worldly angle, the dysfunction and collapse of the social infrastructure of the country is never due to the plus or minus million 'undocumented' immigrants. South Africa has a population of about 60 million. Every governmental and municipal department and agency, besides the tax-collecting agency, have collapsed into dysfunction. The extra million immigrants added to the 60 million has made no adverse difference to the economy. On the contrary, the country has benefited much from the skills, diligence and enterprise of the immigrants. The primary worldly cause for the collapse of the economy and efficiency of the country is massive corruption and looting of the public treasury perpetrated from the top to the bottom. The country has become the Crime Capital of the world. Looting billions and billions of rands is endemic in this country. There is corruption in every official department, from the uppermost tier of government to the lowest. Only brains which are incapable of correct application find it convenient to blame a million immigrants for the collapse of the country's systems. The argument of the immigrants taking the jobs of locals is a massive silly deception. No one prevents the locals from opening spaza shops for example to serve the needs of the poorer classes. A spaza shop opening does not deprive any local from a job. Yet these shops are first in line for looting by the criminal mobs of anarchy. In fact, the government has made available tens of millions of rands to assist locals with the spaza shop scheme. But locals have failed miserably to take advantage of the assistance to open spaza shops. The immigrants on the other hand, open spaza shops without any assistance from the government, and they are successful. The people they serve are deriving immense benefit from these small shops – a service which the locals have miserably failed to provide. The other sectors which employ immigrants, do so because suitable local employment is lacking. Locals refuse to work with the diligence the immigrants demonstrate. The departure of tens of thousands of immigrants due to the anarchy, has led to the collapse of many small factories – textile, bakery, building, etc. Numerous immigrants were employed by Musjids as Imaams, Muath-thins and cleaners. They did not displace any locals from any jobs. Only Muslims can be employed in this religious sector. The primary cause for the country's ills is corruption which is the fertile ground in which flourishes official looting. While the locals taking advantage of the situation loot and plunder businesses, officialdom, from the top to the bottom, plunder and loot the public treasury. This is the cause for the dysfunction of every department and for the bankruptcy of the country. Only those who are grossly stupid attribute the miserable state of dysfunction of the country to the immigrants who in reality are an asset. In no way do they undermine the economy of the country. The Molvi Sahib has failed to apply his mind. His arguments are putridly spurious. His reference to borders, hospitals, census, schools, water, lights, municipal services, etc. are incoherent expressions of his incongruous understanding and idea of the reality of the massive corruption which has ruined the country. Now they want to assign the ruin to the one million immigrants who feature no where in this miserable equation. The miserable failure of hospitals, schools, municipals, is not to be blamed on the immigrants. Even minus the million immigrants, these institutions will continue in the path of dysfunction. What will be the answer if the one million immigrants had to be born South Africans - born of South Africans, not of immigrant parents? Will it be valid to embark on anarchy to rid the country of one or two million of its inhabitants on the basis of the drunken belief that this small minority is the cause of the woes of the country? Will the marches and the ensuing anarchy be said to have valid grounds? The Molvi Sahib has grievously erred in his understanding of 'valid' grounds for the anarchy which is destroying the country. Much can be expounded regarding the massive corruption and looting of officialdom from the top to the bottom. However, as far as Muslims are concerned, the concern should be with the primary cause of events. There are two causes for all occurrences: 1) The Primary Cause, namely Allah Ta'ala 2) The secondary or ostensible physical/material causes. The Molvi Sahib and all Muslims should be mainly concerned with the Primary Cause. That is: Allah Ta'ala is the only One Who causes everything to happen regardless of how infinitesimal it may be. The reasons for calamities are known. Allah Ta'ala has informed us via His Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Thus the reasons for the anarchy stated in the Qur'aan and Hadith: "Fasaad (anarchy) has appeared on the land and ocean as a consequence of the perpetration of the hands of people……….." There are numerous Nusoos of the Qur'aan and Hadith which explicitly state the reasons for calamities. But shaitaan has succeeded to divert Muslim focus from Allah Ta'ala with phantoms and shadows. If anyone so desires to analyze the physical causes, then he should apply his brain constructively and present logical arguments which are plausible. He should not disgorge baseless bunkum as the Molvi Sahib has done. His argument, instead of bringing Muslims closer to Allah Ta'ala, only makes them more oblivious of their own misdeeds and transgressions which are the causes for the calamities decreed by Allah Ta'ala. Hadhrat Aasim Bin Muhammad (rahmatullah alayh) once observed in Makkah Mukarramah a Yahudi acquaintance supplicating to Allah Ta'ala with great fervour and humility. He narrated: "I was amazed by the beauty of the Yahudi's Islam. I asked him to explain the circumstances of his embrace of Islam. He explained as follows: "I went to Hadhrat Abu Ishaaq Ibraaheem Aajri Nishapuri at a time when he was stoking the brick-baking furnace. I demanded payment of the debt he owed me. He said to me: 'Become a Muslim and fear that fire whose fuel will be men and stones.' I said to him: 'O Abu Ishaaq! My being a kaafir does not affect you in any way. However, you too will enter that Fire.' Hadhrat Abu Ishaaq said: 'Are you referring to Allah's statement (in the Qur'aan): 'Every one of you will pass through the Fire.'? I said: 'Yes!' He asked me to give him my garment. There was not the slightest effect on the bundle. When he opened the bundle, I was shocked to see that despite his garment which was the outer one being unscathed, my garment which was inside his garment had become a black coal. It was burnt out. Then he commented: 'In exactly the same way, Muslims who will pass through Jahannum in terms of the Qur'aanic verse, will not be burnt. Just as my garment was not burnt while your garment notwithstanding being on the inside was reduced to a coal, so too will the Fire of Jahannum not burn Muslims who will pass through it.' This wonderful episode of the Buzrug constrained me to embrace Islam." Note: Muslims passing safely through Jahannum are not those who have been sentenced to Jahannum for their sins. Passing through or over Jahannum in the context of the aayat is a reference to the onward journey towards Jannat. Muslims who are destined for entry into Jannat without being assigned first to the Fire for purification, will pass safely over or through Jahannum without the Fire having the slightest effect on them. By Yashraj Sharma A Pentagon watchdog has revealed the United States lost dozens of aircraft and hundreds of structures used by the US were damaged or destroyed by Iranian attacks during the conflict. The report published on Monday by the Department of Defense inspector general offers the first official account of the losses Washington has incurred in the war from February 28 to June 30. Throughout the war – beginning with the US-Israel attacks on Iran in late February – Tehran has routinely bombed US bases and assets in the Gulf region. For most of those attacks, Gulf countries and Washington said the incoming strikes had been intercepted and thwarted. But the Pentagon's report paints a picture of significant damage and losses running into millions of dollars to US forces. Mosques are asking worshippers to pray in shifts, as authorities issue threats against congregations. By Sajid Raina and Tauseef Ahmad Published On 27 May 2026 Meerut, India – The mood is barely festive as a group of Muslim men huddle inside a small mosque to discuss the arrangements for Eid al-Adha prayers in Meerut district of India's Uttar Pradesh state. Ceiling fans hum above to beat the brutal north Indian heat as nearly 50 worshippers listen to the members of the mosque management committee in Maliyana village, about 80km (50 miles) from New Delhi, the national capital. The conversation is not about sacrificial animals or charity, but a more pressing issue before them: roads, barricades, police permissions, and where and how exactly they would offer the Eid prayers on Thursday. "Please don't gather outside the mosque gates," instructs a member. "If the mosque fills up, wait for the next prayer shift. Avoid arguments. Avoid videos. Don't respond to provocations." Men in the audience silently nod. Some scroll through WhatsApp groups where local police advisories have already begun circulating, urging Muslims to refrain from public prayers. Others in the audience exchange worried glances. Maliyana has a history. In May 1987, 72 Muslims were massacred here by a mob of Hindu locals and personnel belonging to the state government's Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC). After 36 years of hearings, a district court in 2023 acquitted dozens of the accused over insufficient evidence. But the concerns that prompted the mosque committee and worshippers there to review their Eid plans are more recent. 'People are naturally scared' For more than a decade now, right-wing Hindu groups, emboldened by the election of Hindu nationalist Narendra Modi as India's prime minister in 2014, have been protesting against Muslims offering public prayers on Fridays and festivals, citing traffic and security concerns. These groups, and even politicians from Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), have disrupted namaz on roads, in parks, or on vacant plots of land. Viral videos showing Muslims praying in open areas have sparked outrage and online campaigns, prompting the authorities, in some cases, to withdraw permissions granted to Muslims to offer namaz prayers at such sites. Last week, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), a prominent far-right Hindu group aligned with the BJP, demanded a complete nationwide ban on namaz on roads, calling the practice a "show of strength" by the community. But Muslims argue that a crackdown on public prayers ignores a practical reality: many mosques and designated grounds for Eid prayers, called "Eidgahs", cannot accommodate all the worshippers during mass congregations on Fridays or Eid, especially in densely populated urban areas. A day before Eid al-Adha, the central question before Muslims is whether they will be allowed to pray peacefully, without attracting scrutiny, confrontation, or public hostility, particularly in BJP-governed Uttar Pradesh, a state almost as populous as neighbouring Pakistan and home to nearly 39 million Muslims, more than the population of Saudi Arabia. The BJP government in Uttar Pradesh, led since 2017 by Yogi Adityanath, a saffron-clad hard-line Hindu monk known for his vitriol against Muslims, has intensified crackdowns on Muslim prayers on roads and open spaces. On May 18, Adityanath said Muslims should offer Eid al-Adha prayers "in shifts". "Pyaar se maanenge theek hai, nahi maanenge to doosra tareeqa apnayenge … (If they agree peacefully, that is good; if not, we will adopt another method)," he posted on X. To the Muslims of Uttar Pradesh, the threat of Adityanath's "another method" is not unfamiliar. "Last year, people were booked for praying in open spaces. In some places, homes were demolished and there were even reports of driving licences and passport verifications being cancelled. After seeing all this, people are naturally scared," a Muslim man in Meerut told Al Jazeera, requesting anonymity since he feared reprisal from the authorities. Arif Malik, a shopkeeper in Aligarh district, about 130km (80 miles) from New Delhi, said that on Eid al-Adha last year, Muslims in his neighbourhood "offered namaz for barely a few minutes in an open ground, but police chased the worshippers afterwards". "This Eid, families are telling people to avoid any crowd," he told Al Jazeera. 'Earlier, Eid mornings felt joyful' Muslims in Uttar Pradesh say the curbs on Eid prayers are creating an atmosphere in which even routine religious gatherings are increasingly treated as security concerns. In several towns across the state, mosque committees are quietly recalibrating Eid arrangements. Some are reducing the size of congregations. Others are asking worshippers to arrive in smaller groups or disperse quickly after prayers. Community volunteers are being assigned to ensure people do not spill onto nearby roads, even briefly. "For many Muslims, the concern is no longer only about where Eid prayers will be offered, but whether gathering publicly as a religious community is increasingly being viewed with suspicion," said 42-year-old Mohammad Arif, a mosque committee member in Meerut who has been organising Eid prayers for nearly two decades. Arif said the mosque committees in several Uttar Pradesh towns have held meetings about crowd management and ways to avoid confrontation with the authorities. "People are thinking carefully about visibility, movement and even where to place their prayer mats," he said. "We are scared of even making a small mistake," Arshad, a 33- year-old shopkeeper in Meerut who only shared his first name, told Al Jazeera. "Earlier, Eid mornings felt joyful. Now there is tension from the night before. People keep checking whether police will come or whether someone will record videos and upload them online." For many Muslims, the psychological impact of such restrictions and targeting extends beyond the prayer ground. "There is a fear of humiliation," Numan Khan, a student at the Aligarh Muslim University, India's largest minority academic institution, told Al Jazeera. "Even if nothing happens physically, people are afraid of being filmed, targeted online, or accused of something. Parents tell young people to avoid standing outside mosques because they don't want trouble." That fear has reshaped the community's behaviour during the festivals in subtle but visible ways. Mosque committees have begun coordinating directly with local police before Eid to avoid confrontation. Volunteers are being instructed to monitor entry points, prevent crowding, and quickly disperse worshippers after prayers end. An imam in western Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur district described the preparations as "damage control". "We spend more time discussing restrictions than discussing Eid itself," he said. "Avoiding controversy has become our priority." Another imam in state capital Lucknow said mass prayers traditionally overflow onto nearby streets for a short duration because of space shortages, not as an act of defiance. "The prayer lasts a few minutes. Roads are reopened immediately afterwards," he told Al Jazeera. "This was never treated as a major issue before. Now it is presented as if Muslims are trying to occupy public spaces." The anxiety is not confined to Uttar Pradesh alone. Similar orders have been issued in other BJP-governed states, including West Bengal and Delhi. Muslims barred from public prayer sites in Indian city 'Nobody wants confrontation' In the Muslim neighbourhoods of Delhi, residents describe a growing sense of caution around visible religious celebrations. Many Muslims interviewed for this story said they now think carefully about where they stand for the prayers, how long they remain outside mosques, and whether gatherings could trigger complaints or online outrage. Outside the national capital's iconic Mughal-era Jama Masjid in Old Delhi, traders gearing up for a brisk Eid business said discussions over prayer restrictions have become common in the area's tea stalls and shops. "Nobody wants confrontation," Danish Khan, a 24-year-old garment seller, told Al Jazeera. "People simply want to pray and return home. But now every Eid comes with uncertainty about what new rules might appear." Despite the anxiety, preparations for Eid continue. Markets remain crowded late into the night. Tailors rush to complete pending orders. Children tug at parents for new shoes and sweets. Inside mosques, volunteers clean carpets and arrange water for the hordes of worshippers expected on Eid morning. But beneath the familiar rhythms of the festival lies an unmistakable unease. And it is not just about Eid prayers. The ritualistic sacrifice of animals – goats, sheep or cattle – on Eid al-Adha is also being closely watched and heavily regulated, with threats of consequences if animal blood or waste enters public drains or streets. All this is happening as references to Muslim religious practices dominate television debates and social media hate campaigns, when public demonstrations of Muslim identity are portrayed through the lens of security, legality, or demographic anxiety. Why are India's mosques turning into temple disputes? Several Muslims Al Jazeera talked to said a cumulative effect of repeated controversies — over the right to wear the hijab, eat halal food, make azaan calls on loudspeakers, to name a few — has created a lingering sense of vulnerability within the community. "You start feeling like everything connected to your identity is under question," Faizan Ali, a software engineer in Noida, a dense suburb on the outskirts of New Delhi, told Al Jazeera. "Even praying becomes something you think twice about." Analysts say the controversy surrounding Muslim public prayers reflects a broader transformation in India, where Muslim visibility itself has become a contested terrain. "When a community begins to fear assembling publicly for prayer during one of its most important religious occasions, it reflects a larger shift in how public space is negotiated and who feels entitled to occupy it," Nadeem Khan, an activist and researcher on religion and public spaces, told Al Jazeera. Selective enforcement of rules While the government frames the restrictive measures around Muslim festivals as necessary for traffic management and public order, it has also not just allowed but also facilitated large Hindu religious processions and celebrations with traffic diversions, police protection and public infrastructural support. Critics, therefore, say the contrast with the crackdown on namaz deepens perception among Muslims of a selective enforcement of rules. "What people notice is not only the restriction itself, but the unequal application of rules," a New Delhi-based lawyer told Al Jazeera on condition of anonymity over fears of being targeted by the government. "The constitution protects religious freedom, subject to public order. But if one community repeatedly experiences tighter scrutiny while others receive accommodation, it raises questions about equality before the law," he added. The issue of public sites for Muslim prayers has become particularly sensitive because restrictions have increasingly been accompanied by punitive measures. Over the past decade, authorities in several BJP-governed states have filed police cases against Muslims accused of offering prayers in open spaces without permission. In some instances, the officials have also carried out demolitions targeting homes or properties allegedly linked to the individuals accused of organising the public prayers. Critics say such actions are excessive and discriminatory, and have transformed routine acts of worship into matters of criminal enforcement. "Public space is not just physical space," said Azhar Ahmad Khan, a New Delhi-based sociologist. "It is also symbolic. The debate over namaz is ultimately about who feels entitled to visibility, legitimacy, and belonging in contemporary India." "There is no help except from Allah. Verily, Allah is Mighty and Wise." (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 10) All over the world, the Ummah is suffering, languishing in disgrace, misery and fear. If only Muslims can understand that it is only Allah Ta'ala Who can help and extricate them from their plight of misery, they will then be on the right path of recovery. Bootlicking shadows and kuffaar phantoms will not avail in any way whatsoever. "The kuffaar of Bani Israaeel were cursed by the tongues of Daawood and Isaa, the son of Maryam. That was because they sinned and transgressed all limits." (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 78) Commenting on this Verse of the Qur'aan Majeed, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that when Bani Israaeel sinned, their Ulama would initially warn them. However, when they persisted in their transgression, the Ulama became desensitized. They abandoned Amr bil Ma'roof Nahy anil Munkar and began to fraternize and socialize with the transgressors. Then Allah Ta'ala merged the hearts of the Ulama with the hearts of the transgressors. Thus Nabi Daawood (Alayhis salaam) and also Nabi Isaa (Alayhis salaam) cursed them. Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas'ood (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Undoubtedly, the first deficiency which developed in Bani Israaeel (was abstention from Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahy Anil Munkar). When someone would see others sinning, he would warn them: 'Fear Allah! Desist from sinning which is forbidden for you.' The next day when he again met them while they were sinning, he would maintain silence. He would associate with them and dine with them. Then Allah Ta'ala merged their hearts." Then Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) recited the aforementioned Aayat in which the Curse is mentioned. Among the most pernicious plots of the Yahud and Nasaraa against Islam is the scheme of unity of religions. These kuffaar are perennially plotting to destroy Islam and the Ummah by presenting satanically adorned schemes such as the Abraham Accord and the many Traps of the interfaith movement. The Saudi Arabian Ulama had issued a firm rebuttal of the interfaith plotters in a comprehensive Fatwa about 30 years ago. The Fatwa is reproduced here: Fatwa of the Permanent Fatwa Committee - Fatwa No. 19402 "All praise is due to Allah SWT and blessings and peace be upon the Prophet pbuh, after whom there is no prophet, and his family and companions, and those who follow their way until the Day of Judgment. Later." The Permanent Committee for Scientific Research and Ifta, reviewed the questions and articles published in the media that were presented regarding the unity of religions (Islam, Judaism, and Christianity), which suggested building a mosque, church, and temple in one place or publishing the Quran, Torah, and Gospel in one volume. After considering the issue, the Committee decided as follows: Fatwa No:19402 1. First point: The basis of Islamic belief is that there is no true religion other than Islam, and that it is the last religion that has abrogated all previous religions and Sharias. Allah Almighty says in the Quran: "Indeed, the religion with Allah is Islam." 2. Second point: The Holy Quran is the last Book of Allah SWT, has abrogated the Torah, the Psalms, the Gospel and other Books. 3. Third point: The Torah and the Gospel have been abrogated and have also been distorted, as mentioned in the verses of the Quran. 4. Fourth point: Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last prophet and there will be no prophet after him. 5. Fifth point: Whoever does not accept Islam, whether he is a Jew, a Christian or anyone else, is a disbeliever and an enemy of Allah SWT, and if he does not repent, he deserves Hell. 6. Sixth point: The call for the unity of religions is a seditious and cunning conspiracy aimed at weakening Islam and turning Muslims into apostates. 7. Seventh point: One effect of this call will be that the difference between Islam and infidelity will disappear and Muslims' aversion to infidels will disappear, which will also end jihad and the struggle to raise the Word of Allah SWT. 8. Eighth point: If a Muslim promotes this call, he becomes an apostate from the religion of Islam, because this call is contrary to the principles of Islam. 9. Ninth point: • It is not permissible for a Muslim to support this call, attend its seminars or spread its ideas. • It is not permissible to publish the Quran, the Torah and the Gospel in a single volume or to build a mosque, church and temple in one place, because this is tantamount to rejecting the supremacy of Islam. (End of the Fatwa) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Whenever a Yahudi is alone with a Muslim, he desires to kill him (the Muslim)." The Yahud are masters and experts in plotting. They are perpetually embroiled in conspiracies against Muslims and Islam. The Qur'aan confirms their antagonism for Islam. Therefore, the Qur'aan repeatedly commands Muslims: "Do not take the Yahud and Nasaara as friends……" "Verily, We shall aid Our Rusul (Messengers) and the Mu'mineen in this worldly life and on the Day when Witnesses shall stand – the Day when excuses will not benefit the transgressors, and for them will be La'nat (Curse) and for them will be the vilest abode (Hell-Fire)." (Al-Mu'min, Aayat 51 & 52) Allah Ta'ala has promised to aid the Mu'mineen in both this world and in the Hereafter. However, it is seen that the kuffaar in this world are trampling brutally on Muslims. Divine Aid is not forthcoming. All over the world the Ummah is suffering under the brutal yoke of the kuffaar, especially the Yahood and Nasaara. How can this be reconciled with the Divine Promise? There is in reality no conundrum and no conflict. In many Aayaat of the Qur'aan and in the Ahaadith it has been clarified that the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta'ala is reserved for the Muttaqeen (the obedient and pious servants). Thus the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Allah is with the Muttaqeen – The ultimate result of victory/success is for the Muttaqeen." The Ummah which is rotten with fisq, fujoor and kufr have no valid excuse for complaint and for dwelling in confusion regarding their miserable plight at the feet of the kuffaar. As long as Muslims do not understand the diseases in which they are wallowing, and then remedying themselves by inaabat ilallaah (turning to Allah Ta'ala with repentance, genuine submission to the Shariah and adoption of the Sunnah), they should not expect the Nusrat of Allah Ta'ala. They will then remain licking the boots of the kuffaar. They will just have to be content with their contemptible bootlicking and getting brutally licked. "If Allah aids you, then there is no one who can defeat you. But if He abandons you, then who is there who can aid you after this (after His abandonment)?" (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 160) Fatwa No.19402 which is a Fatwa 100% in accord with the Qur'aan and Shariah, was issued by the Ulama of Saudi Arabia about three decades ago, years prior to the Satanist 'Abraham Accord' interfaith plot device. The Fatwa predates the current kufr Saudi regime by about 30 years. Currently it is not possible for any Ulama in Saudi Arabia which is in the grips of a virulently anti-Islam kufr regime headed by the Murtad MBS, to issue such a Fatwa of Haq. The kufr regime itself promotes the kufr interfaith ideology with its concomitant immoral western culture. It is therefore improper to posit this Fatwa as if it has emanated from Saudi Ulama in today's Saudi Arabia ruled by the Murtad Najdi regime. Thus, the claim that the fatwa is 'contrary to the request of Mohammed Bin Salman', is baseless and false. While the Ulama-e-Haqq of Saudi Arabia had slammed the unification of religions ideology as clear-cut kufr, the MBS Murtad character was no where in the picture. "Say: 'He (Allah) has the power to send on you punishment from above you or from beneath your feet or mire you into factions and cause internecine war among you. See (ponder) how we explain the signs. Perhaps they will understand." (Al-An'aam, Aayat 65) If the Signs of Allah are not heeded and the people do not return to rectitude, then the greater punishment will deracinate them. "We shall assuredly let them taste of the lesser punishment Before the greater punishment so that they may return (to the Path of Obedience)." (As-Sajdah, Aayat 21) In almost all Muslim countries the evil of internecine war is ruining the Ummah. Sudan, Somalia, Palestine, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Iraq, etc. are outstanding examples of punishment of internecine fighting mentioned in the aforementioned Aayat of the Qur'aan Majeed. The deracinating wars of Muslim factions are the consequences of flagrant transgression – fisq, fujoor and kufr. This phenomenon is not restricted to actual warfare. The infighting punishment is seen in the Madaaris, Tabligh Jamaat and almost all kinds of Muslim institutions. "Verily, those who commit kufr with Allah and His Rasool, and they intend to differentiate between Allah and His Messengers, and they say: 'We believe in some and we reject some.' They seek to adopt an in-between path." (An-Nisaa', Aayat 150) This is one of the Qur'aanic verses which condemns interfaith. While the Interfaith ideology ostensibly portrays itself as a movement for establishing harmony, it is in reality the plot of Shaitaan to destroy Islam. Many Muslims, especially the modernists with their donkey university degrees, have become entrapped in this plot. In their kufr ideology all religions are on par. All varieties of kufr and shirk are supposed to be accepted as valid systems of belief. Muslims are being brainwashed into becoming stooges of Taghoot by accommodating interfaithers with toleration. Toleration from the interfaith perspective means the assignment of validity to kufr and shirk. But the Qur'aan warning Muslims against such shaitaani ideologies, says: "The Deen by Allah is only Islam." "Whoever searches for a religion other than Islam, never will it be accepted from him, and in the Aakhirah he will be among the losers (to be assigned to Jahannam everlastingly)." Muslims who provide any scope whatsoever for the interfaith kufr plots of Iblees are deprived of the guidance of Allah Ta'ala. Shaitaan is their guide. "How can Allah guide people who commit kufr after having accepted Imaan and after having testified that the Rasool is true, and that he has come to them with the Clear Signs (of Allah)? Allah does not guide people who are oppressive (they oppress themselves with kufr). Indeed, their Punishment is the Curse of Allah, His Malaaikah and mankind on them. Therein (in the Curse –Jahannam) will they dwell forever." (Aal-e-Imraan, 86,87 & 88) "Nothing, not an atom in the earth or in the heaven is hidden from your Rabb, and be it even something smaller or bigger (than an atom) but it is recorded in a Clear Kitaab. (Qur'aan) "Fasaad (anarchy, strife, corruption) has appeared on earth and the ocean as a consequence of what the hands of people have perpetrated, so that He (Allah Ta'ala) gives them to taste the consequences of some of the (evil deeds) which they have committed, for perhaps they may return (to Siraatul Mustaqeem)." (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) When the nation of Nabi Nooh (Alayhis salaam) threatened to stone him for his proclamation of the Haqq, he challenged them and said: "O my people! If my stay (among you) and my reminding you of the Aayaat of Allah are abhorrent to you, then (know that) I repose trust on Allah. Therefore, you (all) with your forces should unite (against me). Then your plot should not be a secret and do not grant me any respite. Then do against me whatever you desire." (Yoonus, Aayat 71) No one can harm anyone, least of all the sincere Servants of Allah Ta'ala. Whatever difficulty/hardship befalls anyone, whether he be pious or impious, is by the decree of Allah Ta'ala, and the calamity will be to the degree of the decree. While the people of the dunya fear shadows and phantoms, the Men of Haqq fear none besides Allah Ta'ala. With the focus on Allah, the barbarians of the dunya can harm us in no way whatsoever. If any calamity befalls us, it will be the consequence of our disobedience which invites the Punishment of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Understand this well. "Verily conspiracies are from shaitaan to bring grief to the People of Imaan. (But their plots) to cause harm are futile except with the permission of Allah. Therefore the Mu'minoon should repose tawakkul (trust) on Allah)." (Al-Mujaadalah, Aayat 10) Tawakkul on Allah is the effect of obedience and ibaadat. When the Mu'min develops genuine Tawakkul, he will fear no one, and he will understand that whatever misfortune comes his way, is by the Will and Decree of Allah Ta'ala. Thus, there is no conundrum for him in the upheavals and developments in this dunya. All the conspiracies and plots of the kuffaar are the inspirations of shaitaan. (Qur'aan) Q. To what extent is a Muslim supposed to hate non Muslims? The Hadith mentions that love should be for the sake of Allah and hatred should also be for His Sake. Please explain. A. We are not commanded to hate anyone, not even the kuffaar. The kuffaar are in need of Da'wat to save them from everlasting Jahannam. We hate their misdeeds and evil just as we hate the misdeeds of Muslims. We should not despise even the kuffaar. No one knows who will leave this world with Imaan. However, it never means that we should compromise any aspect of Islam to please and bootlick the kuffaar. Befriending them is haraam. Abstention from friendship does not mean that we hate them. Not hating them means that we should not harm them, have no malice for them and not to despise them. But it never means the mullock which today's bootlicking molvis propagate. Their concept means to bootlick the kuffaar, participate in their kufr interfaith plots, mingling with them, bringing them into the Musaajid, and in general to dilute the Shariah to accommodate the kuffaar. Such an attitude is haraam. "When We intend to destroy a town (city or country), We command the opulent ones of the town (i.e. give them respite). Thus do they indulge flagrantly in sin in the town. Then Our Decree (of Punishment) becomes justified for them. Then We utterly annihilate them." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) Question: Is it permissible in terms of the Shariah to celebrate 'independence day'? The 14th August is Pakistan's day of independence. Answer Independence day celebrations are haraam. These celebrations are accompanied by several haraam practices. Music, singing, intermingling of sexes and haraam videoing, pictography, television, flag-hoisting, fireworks, etc. are the incumbent ingredients of this function. From whence did Muslims acquire this futile and haraam function? It is a western custom which Muslims have lapped up. It is an act in emulation of the kuffaar. Tashabbuh (emulation) of kuffaar is haraam. In the fourteen century history of Islam, there never existed this western custom. Instead of emulating the Sunnah of the Khulafa-e-Rashideen, the moron regimes of Muslim countries have adopted all kuffaar customs and practices. In fact, they have abrogated the Shariah and have substituted the Law of Allah Ta'ala with the kuffaar concepts of democracy and the like which are all the law of Taaghoot. The hoisting of the national flag on independence day is an act of shirk. It is also a purely kuffaar act. The stupid flag-hoisting ceremony is followed by a stupid national anthem which is likewise in emulation of the western kuffaar – Yahood and Nasaara. "Celebratory events and festivities, ceremonies, parades, cultural events and patriotic songs" together with haraam fanfare are the shaitaani ingredients of independence day celebrations. There is nothing about Islam in these evil ways and functions. The moron masses displaying the flag on their vehicles and homes are all in imitation of the western kuffaar. Saluting the tomb of Jinnah is a glaring act of shirk and kufr. The independence day celebration is haraam fisq, fujoor and kufr from beginning to end. Question The following are the comments of Mufti Taqi Sahib made on the occasion of Pakistan's independence day celebration in which Mufti Taqi also participates. Are his comments and participation valid and permissible? "What is the reason that we do not celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi (the Prophet's birthday), but we celebrate Pakistan Day – we celebrate Pakistan's Independence Day? So, I wish to clarify that there is no doubt whatsoever that in the history of this universe, the grandest and most magnificent day was the one on which Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, sent Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) for the guidance of this universe. There is no day greater in human history than the day he arrived. However, it is his very teaching, his Sunnah, and the practice of his devoted Companions (Sahaabah) that they never celebrated a specific day for the Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). If we were to start celebrating it, it would be an addition to the Deen. It would be an addition to the commands of the faith, and any addition to religious matters is termed Bid'ah (religious innovation). As far as August 14th is concerned – regarding August 14th Independence Day – it is not a religious ceremony. It is not a religious gathering or a religious function; rather, it is a national event. It is celebrated as national independence, as a symbol of freedom. No person who observes it does so by considering it a part of the faith or an integral component of the religion." (End of Mufti Taqi's comment) ANSWER The independence day celebration is haraam. Mufti Taqi's participation is haraam. His participation does not render the haraam into halaal. His comments pertaining to the Bid'ati custom of 'Eid Milaad-e-Nabi', are a red herring to detract the minds from the haraam independence day celebrations and ceremonies. While he commented on the Bid'ati custom of celebrating the birthday of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), he maintains a haraam silence regarding the multitude of haraam acts associated with the kuffaar independence day celebrations. He should shame himself for betraying Islam in such a disgusting manner. "Who can help us against the Punishment of Allah when it overtakes us." (Al-Mu'min, Aayat 29) Hadhrat Hasan Basri (Rahmatullah alayh), the renowned Taabiee, said: "Verily, Al-Hajjaaj is from among the Punishments of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Therefore, do not confront the Punishment of Allah with the sword. On the contrary, confront it with Taubah and Humility." Hajjaaj was extremely brutal. He had put to death thousands, including numerous Sahaabah. Despite his persecution and oppression, Hadhrat Hasan Basri (Rahmatullah alayh) advised abstention from reviling Hajjaaj, and to turn unto Allah Ta'ala with Taubah, Dua and Sabr. His Naseehat is in fact the Naseehat of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said that the hearts of the rulers are in the control of Allah Ta'ala. When the people are evil then Allah Ta'ala inflicts His punishment via oppressive rulers. Conversely, when the people are pious, Allah Ta'ala appoints benevolent and just rulers. Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Your deeds are your rulers." The rulers are in reality the reflection in the mirror of the people. The rulers will be as the people are. The solution for the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Ta'ala is only Inaabat Ilallaah – to turn to Allah Ta'ala in repentance and obedience. The oppressive rulers are forms of Divine Punishment. The need is to placate Allah Ta'ala, and this is not possible by confronting the Punishment with satanic stupidities acquired from the kuffaar. "You will see numerous among them hastening in sin and transgression, and in devouring haraam. Indeed, evil is their perpetration." (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 62) Hamas has dissolved its government and has agreed to disarm. In fact, it has been rendered impotent. In so doing it has disgracefully submitted to Trump's appointed Board of Peace – so-called peace. More oppression disguised as peace. The dissolution of Hamas is a humiliating defeat. Hamas has been defeated because the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal cannot be thwarted. Allah Ta'ala has withheld His aid and has abandoned Hamas and the Palestinians. They have been abandoned by Allah Ta'ala as a punishment for their abandonment of the Deen. There is very little of Islam in the Palestinians. Fisq, Fujoor and Kufr are their lifestyle as well as the lifestyle of the vast majority of the Ummah world-wide. They have pummelled the Shariah, hence they are being pummelled by the Yahood who are the Azaab of Allah Ta'ala. Allah Ta'ala warns the Ummah: "If Allah aids you, then there is no one who can defeat you. But if He abandons you, then who is there who can aid you after this (after His abandonment)?" (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 160) The Qur'aan repeatedly says that Allah is with the Muttaqeen. His aid is for the Muttaqeen, not for those who bootlick the kuffaar. Hamas had abrogated the Shariah when Allah Ta'ala had bestowed to it power to rule. Since it has treasonously turned its back on the Deen, Allah Ta'ala snatched away the power He had granted, and now Allah Ta'ala has substituted that power with humiliation and defeat. Question On women's day, President Ramaphosa spoke out against the Taliban. He described the Shariah law in Afghanistan as a 'cruel ideology'. The South African Muslim Council, a member of UUCSA, said on Facebook that 'our community unequivocally rejects transitional militant networks, including the Taliban." What is the status of such Muslims? Also comment on Ramaphosa's remarks regarding the Taliban. Answer Commenting on the ludicrous criticism of Ramaphosa is futile and uncalled for. He is not a Muslim. He knows nothing of Islam and he does not have the haziest idea of the Shariah ideology of the Taliban, which he had so unjustly described as a 'cruel ideology'. He has miserably failed to apply his mind, hence he simply disgorged whatever he deemed would be palatable for the women. If Mr.Ramaphosa looks seriously at South Africa being the number one crime-ridden country in the world, then he may understand the cruel ideology of South African society. In South Africa according to the government's own statistics at least 15 women are murdered daily. Then there are the murders of men, the crimes of rape, robberies, hijackings, kidnapping and numerous other acts of vile felony. All of these satanic deeds confirm the cruel ideology of the country of which Ramaphosa is the president. So, Mr.Ramaphosa should first institute valid measures to rid the country from the worst kinds of felony before pointing a miserable finger of false accusation at the Taliban who are today the noblest of all regimes. In contrast, since the Taliban have assumed control of Afghanistan not a single woman was murdered. There is no crime in Afghanistan. Everyone is safe. Afghanistan is the safest country in the world, and to HELL with what the enemies of Islam have to say. Those who despite professing to be Muslims, but condemn the Shariah stance and rule of the Taliban are in fact Murtaddeen. They are the bootlickers of the kuffaar, hence they deem it imperative to appease the western kuffaar – the Yahood, Nasaara and their followers – by singing the kufr songs of the enemies of Allah Ta'ala – the enemies of Islam. The Muslim entities which the miserable Murtaddeen term 'transitional militant networks', are the Reciters of the Kalimah Shahaadat. They are of the Ummah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). There is Najaat (Salvation) for them in the Aakhirah whereas there is everlasting perdition in Hell-Fire for the kuffaar of all hues and persuasion. These Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen excel in the disgusting, humiliating art of bootlicking. They are among the worst fence-sitters. They are spineless copro creatures created to be fuel for Jahannam. That is why they are experts in bootlicking the kuffaar, and in condemning the Proclaimers of Tauheed. It is absolutely imperative for Muslims – true Muslims – to understand that the worse scoundrel Muslim who may be the worst criminal on earth, is by Allah Azza Wa Jal infinitely better and nobler than the 'best' non-Muslim philantropher, and humanitarian worker. By Allah, he is a treasonous rebel because of his KUFR while the inveterate Muslim sinner is a slave of Allah, albeit disobedient, but not a rebel. And, that is by virtue of his IMAAN. "Allah establishes the Haqq with His Word even though the criminals abhor it." (Yunoos, Aayat 82) Bogus uucsa, in its insane bootlicking endeavour – bootlicking the kuffaar - alleges: "South Africa operates as a constitutional democracy with a secular governance framework that guarantees freedom of religion……" The claim that the South African government in terms of its constitution guarantees religious freedom is a mammoth and a grotesque LIE. Since the uucsa copro characters are munaafiqeen and murtaddeen they do not have the haziest idea of the meaning of 'freedom of religion' which they so monotonously pipe to appease the political leaders whose boots they are so obsequiously and disgracefully licking. Muslims who have an understanding of Islam know that the claim of freedom of religion is a farce. There is no such freedom in a kuffaar dispensation. Freedom to say ritual prayers is not to be equated with freedom of religion. Muslims are prevented by this so-called "constitutional democracy" from practicing the tenets of the Shariah. The only 'freedom' permitted is to execute ritual prayers. The courts have the power to override the Shariah, and this is particularly and harshly directed to the matrimonial affairs of the Muslim community. Muslims are prevented by this 'constitutional democracy' to govern their lives in accordance with the Shariah. What kind of freedom of religion is this deception? Excreting some more mullock, the bogus uucsa entity said: "…..it is critical to contexualize Islam within the broader framework of Abrahamic traditions." Islam is the Final and the Most Perfect Deen of Allah Ta'ala. There is no need, least of all the hallucinated 'critical' need to 'contextualize' Islam within any framework of any concept whatsoever. Whatever there exist today of the so-called 'Abrahamic traditions', which are the basis which Mr.Trump & Co. have forged for elimination of Islam under the camouflage of the interfaith conspiracy, is KUFR. The 'traditions' which the interfaith Satanists are proffering are KUFR designed for the eradication of Islam. The kufr traditions diabolically termed 'Abrahamic traditions' are not part of Millat-e-Ibraaheem which the Qur'aan upholds and commends. The first and foremost of the Traditions of the Millat-e-Ibraaheem is Tauheed, and this is the very fundamental on which the Shariah of Islam is based and which all the kuffaar reject and denounce. They do not subscribe to any of the Islamic traditions of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). There is nothing Islamic about the 'traditions' which the interfaithers describe falsely as 'Abrahamic'. Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) was the enemy of all religions and all ideologies besides Islam. Never is it valid nor logical to proffer his name for any interfaith event. Confirming and expounding the Tradition of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam), The Qur'aan Majeed states: "Verily, for you (Muslims) there is a beautiful pattern of life in Ibraaheem and those with him. Remember when he said to his people: 'Verily, we have dissociated from you and from (the idols) you worship besides Allah. We have rejected you, and there has openly surfaced enmity and hatred forever between ourselves and yourselves until (such time) that you believe in The One Allah (Tauheed) …" (Al-Mumtahinah, Aayat 4) Nabi Ibraaeem (Alayhis salaam) stood in glaring opposition to whatever these interfaithers are propounding in his name from their satanic 'abaraham accord' platforms. Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) was not an interfaither. The Qur'aan Majeed states in this regard: "Ibraaheem was neither a Yahoodi nor a Nasraani. On the contrary, he was a Haneef and a Muslim. Never was he of the Mushrikeen." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aaayat 67) Whatever the uucsa character was attempting to propagate is pure bunkum and kufr which the Qur'aan vigorously refutes. 'Abrahamic Accord' platforms are conspiracies of the Yahood and Nasaaraa. The deception is in the selection of the name of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). This deception is to beguile ignorant Muslims, and to ensnare them into the web of kufr. The interfaith attempt using the name 'Abraham' is nothing new. During the time of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) the Jews and the Christians claimed that Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) belonged to their faith. Allah Ta'ala then revealed the verse: "Ibraaheem was neither a Yahoodi nor a Nasraani. On the contrary, he was a Haneef and a Muslim. Never was he of the Mushrikeen." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 67) Only Muslims are associated with Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). He was the enemy of all those who rejected the Tauheed of Islam. Thus, the attempt to use his name to bolster the interfaith ideology is a sinister plot of shaitaan. Confirming that only Muslims are related to Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam), the Qur'aan Majeed states: "Verily, those who are the closest to Ibraaheem are those who follow him, and this Nabi and those who have Imaan. Allah is the Friend of the Mu'mineen." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 68) * Keep association with the public in general, and with the wealthy in particular, at a minimum, otherwise they will labour under the notion that you are expecting some worldly gain from them. * Refrain from frequenting the market-places, shops and eating in the street. * Abstain from debating with laymen and people of lowly intellect. * Laugh very little, for laughter corrodes the heart. * Whatever activity you embark on, do it with dignity and peacefully. * When walking in the road, do not look hither and thither. * Be independent in all things, even during poverty. * Always bear in mind taqwa and honesty. * When the Athaan is sounded, immediately prepare to go to the Musjid. * Keep a few fasts every month. * Do not omit on any day Tilaawat of the Qur'aan Majeed. * Abstain totally from play and amusement. * Conceal the faults of your neighbour. * Beware of the people of bid'ah. * Be constant in Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahy Anil Munkar (Commanding righteousness and prohibiting evil). After Hadhrat Daawood Taai (Rahmatullah alayh) had offered some naseehat to the Khalifah Haroon Rashid, he (the Khalifah ) asked if he had any need: "Yes, I want you to bring for me a bag of flour which you should carry on your head." Surprised at this queer request, Haroon Rashid said: "I shall bring it during the night time." Hadhrat Daawood: "No, bring it during the day time." Khalifah: "Alright, I shall bring it via the wilderness route (i.e. not through the main road where the public would see him)." Hadhrat Daawood: "No, bring it during the daytime on your head via the main road through the marketplace." Haroon Rashid remained silent. He did not comment further. This request posed an extremely difficult problem for the king. Hadhrat Daawood Taai then commented: "I have no need for the flour. I wanted to test you. You have unhesitatingly assumed the burden of the entire Ummah on your head, but you are unable to carry a tiny bag of flour on your head!" Understanding the fearful implications of Hadhrat Daawood's admonition, the Khalifah broke down into tears. He commented: "All of this is the dunya, and I am a Faqeer for the sake of Allah Ta'ala. There is no relationship between the Faqeer and the dunya." Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had said: "Poverty is my pride." This noble 'pride' of Istighna (Independence) radiated from Hadhrat Daawood Taai (rahmatullah alayh). On the Day of Qiyaamah kings, rulers and leaders will understand the calamity of leadership and rulership. They will wish that they never should have been kings, khalifahs and rulers. Regarding His Punishment, Allah Ta'ala says: "Beware of a Punishment (Fitnah) which will not be restricted to only the transgressors among you. Know that verily Allah is severe in Punishment." (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 25) The Ulama and Buzrugs who abandon Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahy Anil Munkar, those who socialize with the flagrant transgressors – those who attend and participate in the haraam functions of the fussaaq and fujjar will also be taken in the grasp of the Punishment of Allah Ta'ala. Hadhrat Jareer Bin Abdullah (Radhiyallahu anhu) narrated that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When the people in a community do not restrain flagrant sinners despite having the ability, Allah Ta'ala will afflict them with a universal punishment." Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) also said: "Continue to practice Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahy Anil Munkar otherwise Allah will afflict you with His Athaab. You will then make dua, but Allah will not accept." "Say (O Muhammad!): 'O Allah! Maalikal Mulk (i.e. King and Owner of the entire earth, sovereignty and power)! You bestow Mulk (country/sovereignty/ domination) to whomever You will, and You snatch away Mulk from whomever You will. You grant honour to whomever You will, and You disgrace whomever You will. In Your Hand is all goodness. Verily, You are All-Powerful over all things." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 26) "Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He grants it (its control) to whomever He will from His servants." (Al-A'raaf, Aaayat 128) "No person will believe (accept Imaan) except with the permission of Allah. And, Allah casts filth (kufr) upon those who have no intelligence." (Yoonus, Aayat 100) Imaan is the effect of hidaayat (guidance) from Allah Ta'ala. If Allah does not guide a person, never will he accept Imaan. While we are commanded to engage in Da'wat and Tableegh, we must understand that a kaafir's acceptance of Imaan and a Muslim's reformation are not the consequences of our efforts. Emphasizing this fact, Allah Ta'ala says to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): "Verily you (O Muhammad!) cannot guide those whom you love. But Allah guides whomever He wills, and He knows best who are to be guided." (Qur'aan) Only if hidaayat is bestowed by Allah Ta'ala will a person's heart and brain open to understand and to accept Imaan. Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed: "If your Rabb had willed, then assuredly all on earth would believe (and become Muslims)." (Qur'aan) While we should continue with Da'wat and Tableegh, we should not gain the baseless idea that the guidance of others is the product of our efforts. This is a great defect in the Tabligh Jamaat. They believe that the destiny of mankind is in their power. They should reflect much on several Aayaat of the Qur'aan Majeed in which Allah Ta'ala mildly reprimands our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) for his grief. He would grieve when people rebuffed his Da'wat and Tableegh. "If their rejection (of Imaan) is grievous for you (O Muhammad!), then if you are able then search for a tunnel into the earth or for a ladder (to mount) into the sky to bring forth a miracle (to convince) them of (the veracity) of it (i.e. Imaan). If Allah had willed, He would have gathered them all on hidaayat (guidance). Therefore, never be among the ignorant ones." (Al-An'aam, Aayat 35) In this Verse Allah Ta'ala dismissed the demand of the Mushrikeen for miracles. If Allah Ta'ala had willed, entire mankind would have been Mu'min. No one can fathom the secrets and mysteries of Allah Ta'ala. He does as He wills. Only those for whom Imaan has been decreed will be Mu'min. Imaam Abu Hanifah (rahmatullah alayh) advising his Student, Imaam Abu Yusuf (rahmatullah alayh), said: "If anyone innovates a bid'ah in the Shariah, publicly expose his error to prevent others from following him regardless of the rank and status of the innovator or whether he is associated with the government. In the proclamation of the Haqq, Allah Ta'ala is your Helper. He safeguards His Deen. "This worldly life is nothing but provisions of deception." (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 185) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "The dunya is jeefah (carrion)." Allah Ta'ala has created us for the everlasting life of the Aakhirah. This worldly life is short, extremely short and carrion. Do not indulge in the accumulation of so much carrion that your spiritual constitution putrefies. Then the faculties of the Rooh will cease operating. Thus, this perishable world of jeefah will become your objective. The eyes will then open only at the time of Maut. But then it will be too late. "The physical eyes are not blind. But the Hearts within the breast are blind." (RADHIYALLAHU ANHU) The notorious tyrant Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf of Iraq sent his police to arrest Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (rahmatullah alayh). By this time the tyrant had already slaughtered 120,000 Muslims among whom were numerous Sahaabah. Hadhrat Saeed was taken into custody from Makkah Muakarramah. Along the journey to Iraq, at nightfall, the party halted for the night at a place in close proximity to a Christian church. The priest from the church came out and warned them of a lion and lioness which roamed around the precincts late at night. He proposed that they spend the night in the church. While the policemen happily accepted the offer, Hadhrat Saeed (rahmatullah alayh) said: "I shall not seek refuge in the premises of the kuffaar. Allah suffices for me." Late at night while Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair was engaging in Salaat, the lioness appeared and stood nearby observing the scene. When Hadhrat Saeed went into Sajdah, the lioness gently licked his feet. Soon the male lion appeared and stood nearby as if on guard. Meanwhile the Christian priest was struck by wonder viewing this miraculous scene. The policemen too were astonished. The priest embraced Islam. Although the policemen expressed their profound regret, they were overwhelmed by the fear of Hajjaaj. Finally they delivered Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair to Hajjaaj. After a lengthy interrogation and fearless response by Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (rahmatullah alayh), he was put to death. Just prior to his death, Hadhrat Jubair supplicated to Allah Ta'ala: "O Allah! After me, do not allow Hajjaaj power to kill anyone." This Dua was accepted. For as long as Hajjaaj lived thereafter, he was unable to kill anyone. He died in great agony. After the murder of Hadhrat Saeed, Hajjaaj lamented that every night when he wanted to sleep, an apparition of Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (rahmatullah alayh) would appear and violently tug his legs. Thus perished the tyrant suffering and deranged by fear. Hadhrat Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam) said to his people: "Verily, you and your forefathers are my enemies, Except Rabbul Aalameen Who has created me…." (Ash-Shu'raa, Aayat 77) The kuffaar and the mushrikeen are the enemies of Islam. They harbour an inveterate hatred for Muslims. Therefore the Qur'aan commands us to abstain from cultivating any friendship with them. Our Friend is only Allah Ta'ala. Allah Ta'ala says: "O People of Imaan! If you follow the kuffaar, they will turn you on to your heels (to abandon (your Imaan). Then you will become the losers." In fact, your Friend is Allah, and He is the best of helpers. (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayats 149 & 150) "Do not allow the strutting of the kuffaar in the cities to cast you into deception. It (the dunya) is a little provision. Then their abode Will be Jahannam. Indeed it is a vile abode." (Qur'aan) Muslims should not be awed by the technological progress and possessions of the kuffaar. Their ultimate destination is Jahannam. Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Whoever remembers the Qabr (grave), will find it to be a garden from the Gardens of Jannat, and whoever forgets the Qabr, will find it to be a pit from the Pits of Jahannam." Istikhfaaf is to trivialize any act of the Deen. It means to regard anything of Islam to be insignificant Consider an act such as consuming marrow (dodi). Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) loved eating marrow. Once Imaam Abu Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh) whilst giving dars of Hadith, said: "Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) loved eating dubbaa' (marrow)." A man interjected and said: "I don't like it." Imaam Abu Yusuf ordered the man to be executed. However, the man immediately made Taubah and recited Kalimah Shahaadat. (Al-Urfush-Shazi of Allaamah Kashmiri) What is the Fiqhi rule pertaining to eating dubbaa'? If someone does not like dubbaa', is he to be executed? What is the Fiqhi category for refraining from eating dubbaa'? Is it a Kabeerah sin or a Sagheerah sin or Makrooh Tahrimi or Makrooh Tanzihi? Eating dubbaa' is permissible. Abstention from it is not at all sinful. If someone eats it with the intention that it was loved by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), he will be rewarded. But there is no sin for not eating dubbaa'. What then had inflamed Imaam Abu Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh) so much that he ordered the execution of the man? It was the attitude of Istikhfaaf which is kufr. So beware of this attitude which effaces Imaan. Despite the danger of the lions, Hadhrat Saeed Bin Jubair (Rahmatullah alayh) refused the offer of spending the night in the church. The offer was made by the priest who was concerned with the safety of Hadhrat Jubair. However, Hadhrat Jubair (Rahmatullah alayh), this illustrious Taabi-ee declined the offer. He commented: " I shall not seek refuge in the abode (the church) of the kuffaar." His attitude of aversion for the church which is an abode of shirk and kufr, is a lesson and an admonition for miscreant molvis, sheikhs and so-called buzrugs who have become bedfellows with priests, pundits and swamis. Their association and fraternization with the priests/ pundits of kufr and shirk have degenerated to such vile and deplorable levels that performing Salaat in a church, praying and supplicating under crosses in churches, visiting Hindu temples awash with idols of shirk, inviting priests and pundits to lecture in Musjids, visiting churches and temples, etc. have become not only tolerable, but the norm. This indeed is a fearful commentary of the state of Imaan of these hypocrites turned 'reverends, pundits and swaamis' in the Muslim community. In fact, it testifies for the effacement of Imaan. The consequence of their inclination towards kufr and shirk is the eradication of their Imaan. Thus, Allah Ta'ala warns: "Do not incline to the oppressors (mushrikeen/kuffar), for then the Fire (of Jahannam) will reach you, then for you there will be no protectors besides Allah. Then you will not be helped." (Hood, Aayat 113) In the Tafseer of this Aayat is mentioned: "This Aayat prohibits all forms of inclining towards the ways and customs of the Kuffaar. Whoever inclines towards them and adopts their customs/ practices will be punished in Jahannam. One will become just as them by associating with Kuffaar and irreligious people. The one who associates with them will join them in Jahannam. Emulating the kuffaar in dress, mannerisms and the like indicates strong inclination towards them. This inclination is strictly prohibited." The inclination to tolerate even their acts of kufr and shirk, and to be at home in even their churches and temples of kufr and shirk is undoubtedly the consequence of lack of Imaan. During the Khilaafat of Haroon Rashid there was a young Aalim who was extreme in Amr Bil Ma'roof Nahy Anil Munkar (Commanding righteousness and prohibiting evil). His attitude was determined by the Hadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam): "Never permit the fear of people to prevent you from proclaiming the Haqq when you are aware of it." Regardless of who the wrongdoer was, this young Aalim would not be deterred from admonishing him, be the transgressor the ruler. One day in his wa'z (lecture) he severely criticized and admonished the Khalifah Haroon Rashid. The Khalifah was greatly offended and angry. He ordered the young man to be imprisoned in a windowless dungeon. After enclosing him in the dungeon, even the door was sealed. The plan was that the young man should perish in great suffering. Someone reported to the Khalifah that the young Aalim was seen walking in a certain orchard. Haroon Rashid had him apprehended and brought to him. The Khalifah asked: "Who released you?" The Aalim: "The One who admitted me to the orchard." The Khalifah: "Who admitted you to the orchard?" The Aalim: "The One who released me from the prison." The Khalifah said: "This is wonderful." The Aalim: "Which act of your Rabb is not wonderful?" Haroon Rashid was overcome with remorse. He sobbed profusely. He presented many gifts to the young Aalim and ordered that he be mounted on a royal horse and be honourably paraded through the streets with a proclaimer announcing: "Allah has honoured this servant. Haroon Rashid wanted to humiliate him, but he was constrained to honour him." A tyrannical king in bygone times was captured in war. His captives enclosed him in a large urn and lit a fire under it to roast him alive. The king shocked with fear and horror, called out and prayed inside the pot to his idols. There was no answer to his desperate cries and prayers. When he lost all hope, a window of guidance opened up in his heart, and he called the One Creator, Allah Ta'ala. He called to Allah Ta'ala to save him. Allah Ta'ala ordered the rain and the wind to go to his aid. A torrent of rain extinguished the fire and cooled the urn. The strong gust of wind uplifted the urn and deposited in a distant land. When the intrigued inhabitants opened the urn they were astounded to see a man inside. The king explained his story. All the inhabitants of the region, who were idolaters, abandoned their false religion and accepted the belief of the Oneness of Allah Ta'ala. (RASULULLAH-SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WASALLAM) Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi Wasallam) during his Maradhul Maut (Last illness) ordered the Sahaabah: "Expel the Yahood and Nasaara from the Arabian Peninsula." The Khilaafate of Hadhrat Abu Bakr (Radhiyallahu anhu was a brief two and half year period in which many battles were fought, hence Ameerul Mu'mneen was unable to execute the last command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). This Wasiyyat of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was fulfilled by Ameerul Mu'mneen Hadhrat Umar Bin Khattaab (Radhiyallahu anhu). When he took over the reins of Khilaafate, he dispatched Ya'la Bin Umayya (Radhiyallahu anhu) to give effect to the command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The command demanded that not a Yahoodi nor a Nasraani should be left in the land of Arabia. Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) dispatching Ya'la Bin Umayya towards Yemen instructed him to expel the Christians of Najraan. The terms of expulsion were: The Nasaara had to migrate and would not be allowed to remain in Arabia. They had to go to the Land of Shaam. They would be recompensed in Shaam with better and more fertile land. They would not be molested in any way whatsoever. The entire Arabia is supposed to be for only Muslims. There is no place for the kuffaar in Arabia. This prohibition is not restricted to the Haram of Makkah and Madinah. The prohibition extends to the entire Arabian Peninsula. However, what is the position today? The kuffaar regime of Saudi Arabia has welcomed all the kuffaar of the world, including the Hindu idol-worshippers. All kuffaar and mushrikeen have free access to enter even the Harams of Makkah and Madinah which are being converted into tourist spots for the kuffaar. That is why this process has been initiated with the establishment of twelve cinemas in Madinah Munawwarah. In addition to cinemas, wide avenues for immorality, prostitution, liquor, gambling, etc. have been opened in Arabia to accommodate all the kuffaar filth of the world, especially the American and European Yahood and Nasaara. It is this betrayal of Allah Ta'ala and Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) by the regimes in all Muslim lands which has led to the humiliation, defeat and suffering of the Ummah. This entire Ummah has become the bootlickers of the kuffaar. The Hindus of Ajmer had blockaded the way to the dam to prevent the companions of Hadhrat Mueenuddin Chishti from obtaining water. Hadhrat Mueenuddin instructed one of mureeds to silently creep to the dam and fill a jug with the dam's water. Meanwhile the inhabitants of the locality who were dependent on the dam for their needs were suffering. The yogee, Jaypaal who was India's most famous sorcerer had been called by the Rajah (Hindu king) to neutralize and expel Hadhrat Mueenuddin. When he realized his inability and impotency in opposing Hadhrat Mueenuddin he went to Hadhrat and said: "The people are dying of thirst. A Faqeer should be a source of comfort for people. Why do you cause suffering to them. A Faqeer should benefit the people." Hadhrat Mueenuddin instructed his mureed to empty the jug in the dry dam. As soon as the jug was emptied, the dam filled up and flowed strongly. Miraculously the whole dam was transferred into the jug. This is the Qudrat of Allah Ta'ala. On the occasion when Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) was appointed the Nabi, Allah Ta'ala commanded him to go to Fir'oun. Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) expressed fear. Allah Ta'ala said to him: "Do not fear. Verily, I am with you both (Nabi Musa and Nabi Haaroon). I hear and I see." That is: Fir'oun will not be able to harm you in any way because My protection will be with you. Allah Azza Wa Jal Who had protected Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) from the tyranny of Fir'oun and Who had granted the wonderful victories in wars to the Sahaabah, exists today. He hears and He sees. Allah Ta'ala is Samee' (He hears). He is Baseer (He sees). He is Qadeer He is All-Powerful). He is Aleem (He is aware). Allah Azza Wa Jal sees and hears what is happening in Palestine and all over the world. Allah Ta'ala has all the power to eliminate the enemy. But He does not aid the Palestinians. He is allowing the genocide and the oppression to continue because in reality He is inflicting punishment on the evil, rebellious Muslims who have abandoned the Deen. The Qur'aan Majeed repeatedly says that "Allah is with the Muttaqeen", and that His aid is for the Muttaqeen. Since the Palestinians have abandoned the Shariah, Allah Ta'ala has abandoned them. Allah Azza Wa Jal is punishing them. The Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal will run its divinely prescribed course. The Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal is in the form of America and Israel. "If Allah helps you, no one can defeat you. If He abandons you, then who is there to help you besides Allah?" (Qur'aan) There is no one to help the Palestinians. They are looking pitifully at the western kuffaar for aid, but it is not forthcoming. And never shall it be coming because what they are experiencing is the Athaab of Allah. But they remain spiritually blind. Their Imaan has been practically extinguished. Now they are seeking enemies, phantoms and spiders to befriend them. "If Allah had to apprehend (with His punishment) the people On account of their (evil) perpetration, He would not leave On the surface of the earth even a single animal. However, He grants them respite until an appointed time. When their Appointed time arrives. (When that moment arrives, they Will be swiftly apprehended by the Athaab.) Verily, Allah Sees His servants." (Faatir, Aayat 45) Q. Tariq Masood of Pakistan has praised an interfaith 'Salaat'. Deobandis, Barelwis, Qadianis, Shiahs and even a Hindu pundit participated. Please read his speech and comment in the light of the Shariah. Are his comments regarding harmony and co-existence valid? A. The Deen nowadays is the handmaid of political policies and worldly agendas. Coexistence and living in harmony with non-Muslims do not require compromise of any hukm of the Shariah. But nowadays the molvis are generally the agents of Iblees, hence they compromise the Shariah to bootlick the kuffaar. While some points in the molvi's speech are valid, the compromise on Shar'i masaa-il is haraam. The Deen should never be subjugated to political policies. Rigid adherence to the Shariah does not create disharmony. Our best examples are the Sahaabah. Insha-Allah, we shall publish a detailed comment on the ghutha the fellow has disgorged.
