My first husband had given me three divorces. I then married another man who also divorced me without consummating the marriage Can I marry my first ex-husband?
Answer
If your former husband had issued three divorces (Talaaqs) to you, then you may not marry him again if the second husband had divorced you without having consummated the marriage. The marriage to the former husband will not be valid if consummation had not taken place with the second husband.
