My husband had given me two Talaaqs. He vested the power of the third Talaaq in a Maulana. However, after some time, my husband gave me another Talaaq. Is this Talaaq valid although his power was taken away?

The idea that a husband's power of Talaaq could be cancelled or taken away is baseless and false. The husband will always retain his power of Talaaq even if he delegates someone to issue Talaaq on his behalf. Delegation of the authority to issue Talaaq does not cancel the husband's power of Talaaq. The Talaaq issued by your husband is valid. Since you have already been issued with two Talaaqs previously, the latest Talaaq is the third and final Talaaq. As such, the Nikah has finally and irrevocably ended.
