Does speaking a lie or looking at a ghair mahram with lust nullify the Fast?

Whilst speaking a lie and looking with lust do not physically break the fast, it does destroy the reward and the spiritual effects of the Fast, and the sin is multiplied manifold for committing such flagrant transgression whilst Fasting.
