According to the Muslim Judicial Council (MJC) three Talaaqs issued in one statement are one Talaaq. Please comment.
Answer
The only expertise of the MJC is the halaalization of pork and carrion. They excel in this art. As far as the Shariah is concerned, they speak pure
drivel. Three Talaaqs are three Talaaqs regardless of the method of delivery.
