Is it permissible to make Sa-ee of Hajj before proceeding to Mina?

It is permissible to make Sa-ee of Hajj before going to Mina on the 8th. After donning Ihraam on the 8th, you should make a Nafl Tawaaf with Idhtibaa' and Ramal. Thereafter make the Sa-ee. It will then not be incumbent to make Sa-ee on the 10th after Tawaaf-e-Ziyaarat.
