Question
A person had not pelted the Jamraat. He came back without making Tawaaf Ziyaarat. What is his position?
Answer
The one who had not performed Rami (pelting) has to pay the Dumm Penalty. The wife of the man who has not performed Tawaaf-e-Ziyaarat will remain haraam for him as long as he does not perform it. If he has returned to his country, he has to return to Makkah and perform the Tawaaf, then pay the penalty of a camel. Then only will his wife be halaal for him.
