If the fast is broken a minute before the Athaan, will it be valid?
Answer
The fast has to be ended at sunset. The moment the sun sets, it is time for Iftaar. If the Athaan is recited after sunset as is the case in most places, then Iftaar will be valid as long as the sun has set.
