I committed a heinous sin. I ruined two days of Ramadhaan by breaking the fast with sexual relations. What is the penalty for this sin?
Answer
Taubah – sincere repentance, and keeping 60 days consecutive fasting. In addition to the 60 days Kaffaarah, two days of Qadha have to be observed. The 60 days must be one after the other without missing even one day.
