Is it necessary to complete the Qur'aan Shareef during Taraaweeh on the 27th Night?

In many places it is considered almost compulsory to complete the Qur'aan Majeed in Taraaweeh on the 27th night. This is incorrect. Furthermore, after the completion of the Qur'aan Majeed some people have the notion that Taraaweeh is no longer so important on the following nights. The khatam could be on any Night of Ramadhaan.
