My husband issued three Talaaqs by text message. Are the Talaaqs valid?
Answer
All three Talaaqs issued by your husband by 'text message' are valid. You are no longer in his Nikah. You have to remain in Iddat. After expiry of the Iddat period you will be free to marry anyone you wish.
