A deceased lady's surviving relatives are her brothers and sisters. How should her estate be distributed?
Answer
If the deceased lady has brothers and sisters and no parents, no husband and no children, her estate will be inherited by her brothers and sisters. Each brother will obtain twice the share of a sister.
