The only surviving relatives of a female mayyit are 1 nephew and 4 nieces ( i.e. son and daughters of a full sister); 4 nephews and 3 nieces (sons and daughters a of Half-Brother, i.e. same father, different mothers). How should the estate be divided?
Answer
In this case the only persons who will inherit in the mayyit's estate are the 4 Allaati nephews (the Allaati brothers' sons). They are the Asabaat of the mayyit. The estate will be shared equally by them.
