Do Maaliki women have to pay Zakaat on the jewellery which is in their use?
Answer
According to the Maaliki and Shaafi' Math-habs, women don't have to pay Zakaat on gold jewellery which is for their normal use. According to the Hanafi Math-hab, they have to pay Zakaat.
