Is it compulsory for those who are performing Hajj to make their Qur'baani in Makkah or can they do it anywhere else?

Answer

The usual Qur'baani which is made every year may be made anywhere in the world. The animal which is sacrificed as a ritual of Hajj has to be incumbently made in the Haram.
