Question

A man made a gift of a property to his eldest son during his lifetime. He has died and left two properties and three sons. Does the eldest son get a share in the two properties?

Answer

The eldest son will inherit in the two properties and in all the other assets of his father regardless of the gift which his father had made to him (the eldest son) during his lifetime. He will inherit in equal shares with his other brothers in the two pieces of land.
