Question
The children wish to give their shares of inheritance to their mother. How should this be effected?
Answer
The only way in which the children can give their assets to their mother, is after the finalization of the distribution and taking possession of their respective shares. Then only will it be valid for them to give their shares to their mother. This will not be permissible nor valid if done prior to finalization of the distribution.
