Is it Sunnah to pour water on the grave whenever one visits the graveyard?

The practice of regularly pouring water on the graves is bid'ah. If it is done occasionally to prevent the sand from blowing away, it will be permissible. However, in our community it is done as a custom, hence bid'ah.
