One of the heirs sold the car and furniture of his deceased mother after her death. He usurped the money for himself. When the heirs are paid should this heir too receive his full share despite the usurpation?

No, he should not be paid his full share. The value of the car and furniture should be deducted from his share and the balance given to him.
