I own a substantial amount of diamonds. Is Zakaat payable on diamonds?

There is no Zakaat payable on diamonds or any other precious stones. Only if the stones are procured for reselling, then the rule of stock-in-trade will be applicable and Zakaat will be payable. But if the stones are for one's use, Zakaat is not payable.
