Is it correct that according to Imaam Sarakhsi, a murtad woman cannot be executed?
Answer
According to the Hanafi Math-hab, not only according to Imaam Sarakhsi, a murtaddah (female apostate) is not executed. She is detained in prison as long as she remains on her apostasy.
