From a Sister of Pakistan I was astonished when a cousin told me that it is mentioned in the Qur'aan that Zakaat can be given to non-Muslims.

In this age, every Tom, Dick, Harry, Jane and Mary have gained the shaitaani idea of them being 'mujtahids' capable of nibbling and eliminating the Ahkaam of the Shariah which have been established since the very era of the Sahaabah. Shaitaan has gripped the brains of these miscreants who excrete copro corrupt 'fatwas'.

These juhala miscreants who are all without exception modernists and bootlickers of the western cult of life seeking justification for their copro view, have dug out the Qur'aanic Aayat in which the Muallafah Quloob is cited as a category for Zakaat distribution. This class of non-Muslims has been cancelled by the Ijma' of the Sahaabah, and according to all Four Math-habs there exists Consensus (Ijma') of the Ummah on the prohibition of giving Zakaat to kuffaar.

This Ijma' of the Sahaabah cannot be overridden by the copro jaahil characters of this era, 14 centuries after the Sahaabah. These copro scoundrels are in effect claiming that the entire Ummah which includes all the Sahaabah, all the illustrious Aimmah Mujtahideen and the thousands of noble Fuqaha of every age, have erred in the enaction of Ijma', and that for more than 14 centuries the entire Ummah remained in the dark on this issue.

They are implying that it is only in this belated century that the truth has surfaced. Indeed, they are all the agents of Iblees for advocating such a corrupt copro opinion. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had stated with emphasis that "My Ummah will not unite on deviation."

The corrupt copro 'daleel' which the moron modernists proffer in substantiation of their copro rubbish opinion shall, Insha-Allah, be refuted and demolished in our forthcoming booklet on this issue. Here it suffices to say that:

 Zakaat given to kuffaar is not discharged

 Zakaat given to hospitals is not discharged

 Zakaat given to schools and the like is not discharged.

 It is haraam to give Zakaat to non-Muslims and to such institutions where the fundamental condition (shart) of Tamleek (ownership of the poor) is not fulfilled.

Even the Salafi Shaikh Bin Baaz and Shaikh Uthaymeen maintained that it is not permissible to give Zakaat to non-Muslims. But the modernist Salafi ignoramuses of today are in rejection of even their own Salafi shaikhs. The underling cause for this fitnah is western modernism and the desire to bootlick the Yahood and Nasaara.
