Question
The one who organized the slaughtering, cleaning, etc. of my Qur'baani animal, had not refrigerated it. He was supposed to deliver the meat to me the next day. However, after three days he claimed that the meat had gone off. What is the ruling in this case?
Answer
He has to pay you the price of the animal, and you have to give the money as Sadqah to the poor.
