I took an oath that I will not give money to my mother because she uses it for gambling. However, I gave her some money. I know that I have to give the kaffaarah for having broken my oath. But should I pay kaffaarah each time I give her money?
Answer
You have to pay Kaffaarah only once. Your oath applied to only one occasion, not to repeated occasions.
