When is Qur’baani Waajib?

If during the three days of Qur’baani (10^th, 11^th and 12^th) one has the Zakaat Nisaab amount, then Qur’baani is Waajib. The current Zakaat Nisaab is R8,600. It is the price of 19.6 ounces/612 grams of silver.
