One Talaaq Baa-in was given. If the husband (now ex-husband) insists on marrying her within the Iddat period, does the woman have the right to refuse?
Answer
Talaaq Baa-in immediately ends the Nikah. If the now ex -wife consents, a new Nikah may be performed. Without her consent, she cannot be compelled.
