A man mistakenly in bed at night time rubbed the face of his daughter with his hand thinking that she was his wife. As soon as he realized that she was not his wife, he stopped. Is Hurmat established?
Answer
If he had rubbed her face with his bare hand and with sexual lust, then Hurmat-e- Musaaharah has been established. His wife will remain perpetually haraam for him. Their is no remedy for rectifying this dangerous error.
