I am a foreigner in Saudi Arabia. In our country we commence Ramadhaan by sighting the moon. Here it is not so. Must I follow the qaadhi who announces the commencement of Ramadhaan?

In the foreign country it is permissible for you to follow the ruling of the qaadhi regarding the moon issue.
