The only surviving relatives of the deceased are 2 sisters, 5 nephews (brother's sons) and 5 nieces (brother's daughters). How should the estate be distributed?
Answer
The estate must be distributed as follows: Each of the 2 sisters receive one third. The remaining third will be for the 5 nephews to share equally. The others will not inherit in this case.
