A man gave his wife one Talaaq Baa-in. After her Iddat expired, they again married. If he again issues Talaaq, will the first Talaaq be taken into account?
Answer
Yes, the first Talaaq remains valid. Should he ever issue another two Talaaqs, then all three will become effective.
