Qur'baani is permissible only after the Eid Salaat has been performed. In most places Eid Salaat is performed in several Musjids, and the times differ. Which Eid Salaat will be the deciding factor for permissibility?

Qur'baani will be permissible after the Eid Salaat performed in any of the Musaajid.
