Question
A hafiz says that Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) used to fast on the 13th, 14th and 15th of every Islamic month. Therefore, fasting on 15th Sha‟baan is not a separate Sunnah fast. Is this correct?
Answer
The fellow is stupid, hence he denies an established Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He is influenced by deviates.
